It is a very magnificent hotel, excellent in the attention, service, very friendly, very delicious food, it is a hotel that I recommend a friend and visitor.

Overall pretty good. Club level wont allow kids to enter, yet cannot take plate down to room. So hard to have family experience together.

This place was the worst. I didn t even think it was possible to have a bad time in Mexico till I stayed here. First the room was not what was shown in the pics. Then they tried to give us double beds instead of the king we reserved . The rooms are super basic with NO TUBS at all!! Don t plan on relaxing here. The pool was oddly cold and the hot tub was a disgusting cesspool that wasn t even warm, it wasn t even full and appeared very dirty. Finally we tried the restaurant for a late night snack and was shooed away because we didn t have reservations....at 9pm on a Sunday? I ll be back to PV but I will be staying very far away from this place. Very sad the one trip we get a year was like this.

They invent things, they sow you things and they steal you so little we decided my family and I visit the sheraton bougainvillea hotel thinking that it would be a good experience to live together etc. It turned out that they blamed my daughter for stapling a sheet you think my family would carry a trip 4 hours of a stapler, that was one of many things the second thing is my daughter decided to take two barbies to the pool I delivered the towels from the pool without wanting to leave the barbies we went 5 times to the towels to ask if I had not left them there the one with the towels said my family did not total and I returned to Guadalajara shortly after they sent us an email that the barbies had found this happened since I raised a complaint with the police, the savanna was all the manager's job that is the Weekends what this is about if they want to make money this is not the way, I told the manager that my daughter and I went to New York on an excursion were 8-20 year old The best hotel in all of New York in my room is my daughter and a 13-year-old girl who misbehaves. You think my 10-year-old daughter can do that, the only good places are the pool and the little store shop girl people she helped me a lot think about it if you want to get to that hotel I hope this review helps you not to get there

I felt Discrimination, they cater better to foreigners, there are no snacks available they take up to 45 minutes to give you a hamburger, for forgetting the service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

The service for the party was good, the food was very tasty, and the service at the bar was a bit slow but compelling.

I went on vacation on this bridge from November 15 to 18, the old and outdated facilities, the pool is freezing or you can not get in, the beach is the ugliest in Vallarta nor do you want to look out, for the restaurant the villita must be done row of up to 40 minutes, it is the only one that they have open for breakfast, the food is very x, it looks like that of the San Marino hotel which has a prettier beach, and costs a third part than this one, I paid almost 9,000 for this one hotel, it has been the most expensive and the worst price ratio, I dedicate myself to a travel agency and this disappointed me quite a lot there are much cheaper hotels in the surroundings and better, a Riu hotel is cheaper and better, the only salvageable is the restaurant Seagulls, excellent food and service, very good Italian restaurant and Sport bar, in conclusion 4-star hotel with price of 5 and service of 3 ...

Amazing service, I was surprised ( for the best), staff is very attentive and the food was great.
Also the services that the hotel offers ( pools, private beach, business center and gym) are great as well.
I stayed at the beginning at the garden room which are new and well design, but are noisy because of the location and don't have baths, I was then moved to an ocean room which is more old fashioned designed, but very accommodating, bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The main downside for me is that the wifi in the room is an extra 15 dollar charge which I wasn't aware when I made the reservation and for an all inclusive hotel it's not standard, the plus is because the business center is free then I could work from there.
A big downer- smoking allowed in all the common areas:(

Well the spacious place is missing a graffiti to the hotel and fix the sand on the beach is disgusting you can not even walk pure stone

Great Hotel under the Marriot banner. Service and Amenities is what you would expect from them. Will definitely recommend.

Very tired facility. Long over due for a make over. The time share sharks are beyond belief. We have been coming to PV for 20 years and this has been our worst experience ever. Cannot take no for an answer and sales guy gets miserable at the end. It is our money and our decision should be accepted. Will never go back due to the treatment of sales guy. 90 minutes turns to 4 hours. However, I should have expected as much.

Nice hotel with beautiful view. Good place to relax! People are very friendly. The food is OK in the restaurants it is better to eat out. They also wake you up early if sign up for a timeshare visit.

This place is amazing! We had read reviews before going, and most of the reviews, good and bad were spot on. We learned a lot on our own as well.
This trip was for our honeymoon and 1st anniversary, and it was well worth it.
The staff was amazing, everyone is so friendly and more than willing to help with anything. We apparently were supposed to go to a presentation, but some how no one talked to us about it until Sunday, when we arrived saturday morning. So we did plan on going to the presentation. We are a part of Global Discoveries, so we figured what it could it hurt to listen for a couple hours and just say no to get all the discounts and free wi-fi? We started to attend the presentation, when the manager basically came to us and our representative and said, we are wasting every ones time. With our travel club we got the resort cheaper than they could offer us. So we did get the free breakfast, which I don't think we were supposed to but for wasting our time they gave it. Of course that meant, no free wi-fi, which no biggie my wife went to the lobby and just asked the staff. That was the biggest issue we had.
We did learn thanks to wrist band they make you wear, you are a target. Everyone that has a resort/timeshare, etc to sell will spot you and try to fast talk you into buying what they sell. When you try to politely say no thank you, they will ask you why. They will give you anything you want just to get you to buy. Our word of advice?....don't make eye contact with anyone, and if they do start talking tell them that you are flying out in 2-3 hours and they will stop cause they know you don't time to do anything.
Same thing at the airport, we paid for the VIP service to shuttle us to the resort and in the confirmation email they told us not to talk to anyone, please listen. It is pure chaos and when you don't know where you're going they play on that.
The resort itself is beautiful. Our room had an amazing ocean view. The pools and bars in the pool are amazing. Clara, Cesar, Johana, and the rest of the entertainment staff were great. Very friendly and making sure everyone has a good time.
We are planning on going back again. Next time we will take the kids, we feel this place is safe for small children as well as teens.

A very friendly service, the Sheraton Buganvilias hotel has top quality facilities, the staff there attends you with a very pleasant attitude, personally I have no complaints of any kind, the menu is quite varied and prepared with high standards of quality, also the organization of events is very well organized with several rooms for various events, whether family, business, educational or anything else

We go to this resort twice a year. Great Service, excellent proximity to the Malecon (10 minute walk) and adequate amenities. Say hello to Gama for me!

I loved the hotel, and the attention really makes you feel very good, the Hotel very nice, the pool very rich, my son was happy! The only thing that did not please me is that the beach is full of rocks, we could not even get in

Good, but be warned: A very nice place to relax. Food and drinks are good and the staff is very friendly. A few snafus with communication - mostly just amusing and easily resolved. However, I have to advise travellers to put all valuables, including phone chargers, in the room safe when you leave the room. My charger was removed from the outlet - only the cord was left behind. Front desk was unable to locate it and could only offer the advise to keep searching the room. Not very helpful.

I love the brunch at this place and try to go thete every Sunday. They have great music.

The rooms make me very careless as they stayed in the past. We had dinner one night at the buffet and it seemed very expensive and the food very ugly just a dough. Very rich that I prepared the monento and the chef very nice.

I loved the hotel! The view and the all inclusive, is the best. The hotel beach is not suitable for walking barefoot or swimming. But it has excellent sunsets and relaxing views!

I liked it a lot, there is no preferential treatment for the gabachos, people who swallow a shit I recommend it, I did not like the rooms very much but you have slow internet but there is, clean pools, a little varied food, I recommend the hotel because it is close of the boardwalk
