It is very beautiful, the service excellent if to detract from any congratulations to all the staff. especially to those of feeding.

The facilities are fine but it was not what I expected

Super friendly staff, especially the waiting staff at the restaurants and pool. The hotel is super secure and very family friendly. Rooms are clean and some (maybe by now all?) renovated. Have been more than a dozen times and have never been disappointed!

Nice and convinient location. Not a top end property but remodeled respecticfully. Very nice staff. Eduardo and Gama (nickname) are both poolside MASTERS of service.

Excellent attention, the rooms are very comfortable but some despite being with ocean view almost nothing is seen (until the 17th floor). It is an excellent place to spend time with the family

The food is good, the beach is clean but it does not have sand, it's just stones and rocks so you need some thick walking shoes. The attention of a good part of the staff is not very good

Amazing. The bed was relaxing, the massage was awesom, the beach was sun worthy, and the staff was phenomenal. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful location with beautiful pools by the sea. Sunday brunch with mariachis, a treat, it's magic.

Clean well kept resort on the vacation side. Lots of activities on the hotel side which is also accessible. Pool is well attended and relaxing. Very nice children's programs. Sunday brunch and the Thursday Fiesta are a must! Otherwise I suggest dining around the area outside the resort and avoiding the all inclusive. Buffet food is inconsistent and I cannot comment on the other restaurants. Avoid the timeshare presentation....staff are very negative of past investors wanting them the pay for the new upgrades and threatening them to not have access and remain in older units if they don't pay. I find it very sad that there is no loyalty. This information was received in the presentation and confirmed from guests who were owners. Not good business!

Definitely the best in Puerto Vallarta excellent service, good food and amenities, delicious drinks, cleanliness and care for the highly recommended service.

Great breakfast buffet and you can use the pool after. Pretty great value!

Comfortable, somewhat elevated prices, nice convention halls

This Sheraton resort is one on the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly. It's in a good location, about 15 minutes walking from the main strip.

The reason I did not give it a 5 star is because there's currently construction going on. You can hear hammers clinging throughout the day. However, construction is only temporary.

To the staff me and my family met during our stay: Mayra, Gloria, Julia, Gabriela, Omar, Miguel (Vacation Cub); Lupita, Javier, David, Ruben (RCI); Hugo(2), Johana, Ignacio, Jesus, Luis (La Villita) and to the room attendants, Rm. 1870 (sorry wasn't able to get their names)...YOU GUYS ARE ALL FANTASTIC!!!! You made our stay worthwhile and exciting. Never a dull moment. I would definitely recommend this place. Hope to see you all again next year, God willing. Thank you so much.

The worse service ever! Stayed for 5 nites and had to ask for shampoo 5 times since cleaning service never left any! Front desk not only incompetent but rude and nasty if you ask then to correct their mistakes. They decided to bill my account to a credit cars that was just as back up on day 1 of my stay! Instead of waiting for check out and for me to decide how I wanted to pay my bill. When asked for the correction Rosa from front desk not only was rude saying do not know why they did that ... she daid, there is nothing I can do, you have to talk to Accounting. On top of everything, there s no free WIFI... you have to pay extra. Food is super basic and completely flavorless. Cames as part of a convention from work but no way I am coming back, ever!! Shameful that they claim to be an SPG hotel!

A quick one night stay before heading back to Virginia, so glad we did, amazing views and accommodations.

The room service is excellent, the restaurants very good quality food and with an international menu, plan all inclusive if you want to relax.

I only recommend not to take the packages that offer by mail are hook to sell the timeshare. And when they give you their talk they are very rude. I like very much the place is beautiful and the food is delicious. But the sales staff and their promotions are the worst.

The truth left much to be desired, the service was abysmal

They began to invent surcharges for everything and deposits for possible consumption. The treatment and low quality.

I had never visited a Sheraton, it is worth the stay in this hotel chain.

Gorgeous hotel, great location. Big beachfront access. Two nice pools. Rooms have panoramic views of the bay. On the small side for a resort hotel but didn't feel crowded.

Amazing stay at the hotel Sheraton. What I was printing or too much was the cleanliness of their common areas the quality of the food. It is located a few blocks from downtown and you can even walk to the boardwalk and you can choose a European or all-inclusive package.

Excellent service, the best places to vacation and spend pleasant moments and rest, apart is very close to the malecon.

One of the worst hotels I have been, they're rude at reception desk, the food is awful, no one smiles back, the Hotel is old, like really old, they're working on something in construction in there, so there's no place to rest well because of the sound.

This very nice place oyee there the beach very very well ehh greetings greet me your mom millet.

The staff is nice, and the rooms are clean. The doors of neighbors slamming shut at all hours of the day and night, because they are hollow and not soundproof, is no good. The doors look heavy, but the rooms, and doors are not soundproof. 5AM the birds are singing right outside the door in the ecchoy hallway. I like birds, but I also like to sleep. I would not stay here again, mainly because of the slamming door problem.
