Came here to see Howard Jones in November 2017. Excellent small venue for a concert and close to Westfield for food and transport links

I came here to see Jon Bellion with my brother and his girlfriend. The staff were pretty stupid, as they didn't make it clear where you had to stand when queuing. Other staff were helpful, but on the majority they made everything confusing. However, the concert was great but I'll admit it did make it difficult to see anything.
London live music institution. Decent view from any level but best to try to get tickets for level 1.
Great venue. PA is awesome. Good views all round. Gets (deservedly) packed.
What a great venue!! Didn't realise the history and worth checking out if you're ahem........a certain age when you can remember what was shown there on TV.
A smallish venue but because of that you feel more connected to the band or artiste you see. We saw the manic street preachers there and couldn't fault it .the atmosphere was electric
Good place for a concert. good atmosphere and you can see from almost everywhere. even more so from the upper balcony's and your not too far away from the stage either
only 7 mins walk from the underground and bus station so getting here is easy many food places are nearby on the way back to the tube, drink prices are not too bad for a venue. overall would come back to this place again
Great venue, easily to see and hear everything no matter where you're seated. Only wish the bar was one big one instead of 3 smaller ones (one per floor)
Gotta love those old theaters re-purposed as concert venues. It oozes class.
Fantastic venue! James Morrison was fab and we had a great view from the non reserved seating area standing to the right hand side.
Only been here once but amazing... saw David duchovny
Considering the amount of people there, the beer was served with all haste.
The sound was a lot better this time than on previous visits . In fact the whole experience was better. The staff were helpful and service at the bar was swift and efficient. I left a bag in the cloakroom and despite losing my ticket, got it back after the gig.
Cozy venue great acustic
Pics from 2nd level
Lovely intimate venue. Acoustics ok. Small enough so leaving isn't a cattle market either.
Great music venue. Just the right size to give a great sound experience
You got to get a good spot but if you do it's great
Great venue for music. Queuing to get in drives me nuts!
Easily one of the best venues in and around london, always a greT night here. Helpfull staff and security.
Good facilities even when rammed can get a drink quickly
Staff were lovely, venue was clean, the crowds weren't huge so crowd control wasn't necessary. Very good night!
Great venue for live concerts. Phosphorescent was excellent!
Went there for the Tremonti concert on the 29th of June 2018. Great venue and awesome sound!
Really cool venue, room to actually move as they don't over book their venue and drinks were fairly well priced for London. I went to see Kate Nash and she was AMAZING!
Had some great evenings here. Can get a bit crowded downstairs and hard to see from the upper ground floor level. Bar service good once the acts have started.
Have seen some great gigs here. Downstairs gets crowded. Unreserved seating upstairs is more comfortable but views can be restricted.
I really enjoyed it here at the Empire. The actual size of the hall is awesome. It sits around 300 people, depending on the concert. I went to see Lauren Daigle, and the tickets sold out, so it was a full house. The ambiance was great and the lighting was spectacular.
Great venue where I recently saw country music artist Luke Combs
Brilliant night here although the staff were rude and I couldn't see in front of anyone
What can i say but wow, first time ever to this venue and also first time I've saw skillet, the venue was fantastic, very clean, the building is very historic as you will see in the pictures. It was worth the drive from Shropshire to come and see skillet and devour the day play live. Worth every penny.
Cosy venue; provided an opportunity to get up and close to the artist; great atmosphere was generated by all!
Perfect experience for Nek concert. Didn't expect to see him so close. Good sound. The toilets could be improve .
To much bass on my last visit to set Morcheeba. Normally the sound is good.
Great experience coming to this place with a teenager for a concert.
But I am afraid the organization left too many people in and sometimes I was really rally scared.
Nice place though
Great music venue. The seating area is nice if thou want to watch the shows and not get involved in a mosh pit.
Standard small concert venue. Great sound and intimate.
Far too crowded. No room to do anything & if your not on dance floor very poor view of stage
Been here 3 times. The first 2 I was in the ground floor and struggled to see. The last time we got tickets on the second floor. The seats were unreserved but you could stand at the back or the sides and the view was great. Staff very friendly, drinks expensive but overall a great venue.
Good venue, decent location, not bad bar. But crowd management is terrible rude and incompetent.
Legendary place. Great show by AMARAL!! Happy to be there!!
Awesome venue for rock bands. And there's a good view from everywhere.
The venue itself is nice you just feel a bit rushed through the doors and for a venue of its size it should have another toilet
Great venue for rock gigs - small enough to make sure the view is always good and the sound ricochets off the walls
Amazing venue, the staff and facilities. Felt really well looked after and the team with the artist were fantastic.
The seating isnt great so the person in front blocks the view
Small but wonderfully formed little theatre - gigs & stand-up comedy
Lovely venue with great views of the stage in historic surroundings.
Lovely old venue, but they also means that the handicapped accessibility is pretty bad. The staff were helpful, but there's only so much they could do.
We were standing behind the VIP seats. Great view, great venue.
Lovely venue, easy to get to. It seemed like there would be a good view from the different seating sections of the place. The specific concert was great, good lighting, and good sound. This is from the standing area, where I was. But it seems like the sound could be slightly better in the upper levels.
Beautiful venue, capacity is not too big. Sound is good.
I recently attended Mr. Jukes show at O2 Empire and was impressed by the venue. The sound for the performance was well balanced and the building itself looks amazing. Staff and security were helpful and pleasant.
Staff were good, but the sound system was shrill compared to other venues. Security somewhat lax at dealing with someone behind us who was causing quite a lot of people problems.
