The overall process went pleasantly smooth. I was given a quote on day one and told to take my time and look around, that I would find I was given an excellent quote. Finding that it was a very good quote I came back days later to sign the deal. Everyone I dealt with was kind and curious from the sales person, Bill, to the sales managers Bob and Kevin. We just leased an Acura 2016 MDX from Phil Jablin at Delray Acura. We love our new car and have had the pleasure of owning 5 prior Acura's. We gave up buying Lexus and BMW's. We are extremely happy with Phil's knowledge of the new vehicle and the amount of time he spent showing us how to use the vehicle and the TECH package. He was able to get us a lease price lower than what we were paying previously for our 3 year old MDX. Phil called a few days later to see how we were doing and asked if we had any questions about the car. Compliments also to Andy, the Finance Manager and Danny, the General Manager. These 3 men were kind, courteous and seemed to really care about customer service.

This is the second Acura MDX that we leased. Both times our sales person was Phil Jabon. This lease, like the first one, was as painless an automobile transaction that I have experienced in all my years of automobile ownership. Phil gets it right the first time. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly Sales Manager and directed to Jordan. I must admit I drove Jordan crazy going out in three different cars but he was very patient. It s a small dealership with a very homey feel. Their customer service is awesome and Jordan even helped me transfer my parking tag and Sunpass to the new car. My husband bought his Hyundai Elantra from Liam at Delray Acura so when I needed a car we went right back there and asked for Liam. He is wonderful!! We told him we wanted a used Hyundai Santa Fe without too many miles. Liam got me into a 2016 Santa Fe with 3000 miles within our budget in less than an hour. No way did I think I was going to get a practically new vehicle in our price range. I love it! It has great pick up, perfect size to fit my large dogs in it and a decent sound system so driving and singing fun again. Not for the dogs though. My husband had to go to work and Liam did everything he could to get the deal done so the Spouse could get to work on time and I could drive off in the new car asap. Thank you Liam! I was in the market to lease an Acura and originally visited the WPB acura due to me living in West Palm and was very unhappy with the service. Delray Acura... Really not much experience inside the dealer as was never given the opportunity of getting a service, i called over three times placed on hold on all the attempts and forwarded to a voice machine, customer service without skills of attending proper to a customer over the phone. I was aware of this issue by a friend but i thought he was overreacting, results, HE WAS RIGHT!!!. Love my car, Great Acura but to hard to get a service..

I recently came here to check out Acura products. I was greeted by two men.....JD and Billy. Excellent salesmen that took the time to answer all my questions that I had for them. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experience here at the dealership. The price on a new MDX wasn't as competitive as a competing dealership. Oh and if you ever meet the Derrick the manager he's a tough cookie. He knows how to sell for sure. If the price was a little bitter then I would've purchased.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. I usually hate car shopping and find the whole process intimidating, frustrating and always feel like I'm being had. Not with Delray Acura! This place was great and everyone was very friendly. In just over an hour I test drove an RDX and negotiated what I feel was an extremely fair price. There were no tactics, they didn't make me wait for an hour while they pretended to work a good deal, and they took care of my lease that was about to expire. It's a smaller dealership that feels more welcoming than the larger places where there's always 10 guys waiting to swarm you when you walk in.
I dealt with Eric R. who was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific car that was not available at that location. He was able to track it down quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered all of my annoying questions. This was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. I saw a used MDX for sale on their website and went to go check it out, and met with Ron Hirsch. He showed me the vehicle, then took it for a test drive and I was convinced. I told them I was in a hurry, so I would leave a deposit and come back, but Ron insisted it would take 30 minutes. Although that was a bit of a longshot, an hour later (with financing and all the paperwork)I was out of there! Very professional service and a decent price. Thanks Ron!
I never buy a car without competitively shopping for it. After deciding on the Acura RDX, I shopped it with 2 dealers, hoping to lease it from the one who gave me the best deal. What I found was that both dealers promised me deals they never intended to deliver on. Frustrated, I contacted Delray Acura who bent over backwards to give me the deal I wanted. There was no BS, no run-around, no games. I showed up, they delivered the car on the price agreed upon OVER THE PHONE, and I went home with the RDX less than 1.5 hours after I arrived. Jeff Goldberg made the process fast and easy, and the management team demonstrated integrity and good business practices by doing exactly what they said they would do. I give them 5 stars and write this recommendation because they earned it.

While I was apprehensive about coming back here after the service experience I had on my Acura TL, I was happy that I did. I traded in my TL for the new TLX. The price was equal to my payment for a new 2015 and salesman Dan was very great.
THIS IS WORTH READING! Buying a car can be a tedious, lengthy and frustrating process. When I went to Delray Acura in Delray Beach, Florida, to trade in my lease I thought I had found the gem of car dealerships, but BOY WAS I WRONG! These people made the process look so easy and speedy but what a messy job they did and as a result, I am stuck with a $1000 bill I was not prepared for. They promised to pay the remaining balance on my previous lease and they did not keep their word. When I called them to let them know there was one payment left from the previous car they refused to pay for it. One more time, they proved, once again that car salesmen are all about personal gratification and the bonus they will get. Obviously, sales are more important that long lasting relationships; no need to tell you they completely lost my business. BUT WAIT! THAT IS NOT ALL! When I left the dealership I left with the wrong car, I was driving without insurance and registration for an entire week before they realized they had given me the wrong car and that I had insured and registered the one parked at the dealer. Hopefully, reading this will keep you away from this place; if you absolutely have to go, make sure you know every little detail and if you owe anything from the previous lease have it crystal clear, because they will not move a finger to make sure the information is correct, especially if it is in their favor. It is a shame and I am beyond upset. I hope they can rearrange their way of selling and adopt a more honest way of conducting their business. With this review, I only intend to save people the aggravation of buying a car there.
