Best dealership experience I've ever had. I usually hate car shopping and find the whole process intimidating, frustrating and always feel like I'm being had. Not with Delray Acura! This place was great and everyone was very friendly. In just over an hour I test drove an RDX and negotiated what I feel was an extremely fair price. There were no tactics, they didn't make me wait for an hour while they pretended to work a good deal, and they took care of my lease that was about to expire. It's a smaller dealership that feels more welcoming than the larger places where there's always 10 guys waiting to swarm you when you walk in.

I dealt with Eric R. who was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific car that was not available at that location. He was able to track it down quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered all of my annoying questions. I'm a transplant from the Midwest and definitely enjoyed the hospitality they showed. I would totally deal with both him and Delray Acura in the future! Great experience.
