I had a great experience with the service department today. I just needed a routine oil change, but the team was great. I really appreciated when Dan Rosen explained that my car also had a recall and that it would be an easy fix, but would take some time and to plan accordingly. As a busy working mom, being able to plan accordingly is so helpful. I appreciated the direct and honest information!
