My name is Diana Stone and I just leased my third Acura from Delray Acura. (This is actually my 4th Acura lease in 15 years - My first Acura lease was with Palm Beach Acura). I wish to compliment two of your team members in particular for earning my business for the 3rd time in a row.
First and foremost is Senior Sales Consultant, Mr. Bill Mitchell. He has been my go-to car contact for over a decade and I trust him completely. After reviewing my changing car needs, he recommended I consider the RDX vs. the MDX because he knew I no longer required all 7 seats yet I still wanted a car with lots of room and power. My new RDX is white, shiny, fun and perfect for me! For the past couple of months, Bill had been calling on me as my lease drew to a close and was sensitive to the fact that one of my dear friends was dying. He assured me that when I had time to come in, he would help me get just the right car for my needs. No pressure. Just consistent availability and trustworthiness! Great combination!
I also wish to acknowledge your Finance Manager, Alex Temple, who thoroughly reviewed all of our documents so they were accurate. My husband and I appreciated his honest, clear communication. Of course he had to go over all the extra options, but he was super respectful of our choices and we felt he had our best interests at heart.
Having an organization with team members who demonstrate integrity is critical not just for today's sale, but for the next several decades of devoted business.
