Not very honest in continually trying to sell us things we do not need. My wife got a new timing belt 20,000 miles before she needed it. Then they tried to sell her another timing belt only months later.

My wife wanted tires and they tried to sell her $300 tires, she asked for less expensive tires and they "found" $180 tires. Then when she came to get the tires, they "did not have" the $180 tires that she had told them she had wanted to buy the week before.

They also did not give me an estimate on fluids and the charge was $800 more than the original quote. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was not at work and I had to call repeatedly to reach him. He was not very sympathetic and gave me nothing for being ripped off.

I am done with them.
