Regulated place but only where there are hotels or places for guests entertainment or shopping there is something going on elsewhere but it is empty everywhere

Cute place with an air of class. Quiet and relaxing. Great for an evening out if you have family or friends visiting.

Beautiful resort with super friendly staffs who looking after us so well while our visit!

The only tiny spot was the taxi we got on from the hotel to the international airport. It was a bad driver who tried to cheat for more money; he took us over the bridge, through the mosque then back from another bridge. It should be only 16 mins 18 KM from hotel to the airport; ended up our trip was 26 mins 27 KM. Suggests the hotel to bang this driver to take any of your guests in the future.

My comments would be on the general noise and food at the hotel. Guests next door to us were slamming bedroom doors at 2am on the Thursday night (6th June) which made it difficult to sleep.
Also, I found that the curtains in our room were not long enough to block out the morning sunlight so my sleep was disturbed, as it was with the flashing light in the ceiling all night. We had an old musty smell in our room as well which we noticed when we walked back in after being out for a while.
Also the buffet was a little disappointing if you are trying to avoid obesity. Very few vegetables on offer that werent totally cremated or stir fried and it felt as though staff werent prepared for dinner on the wednesday night which we were told opened at 6pm. Some dishes were not on offer until 7. The steps of the smaller pool probably need to be refurbished as they are a little sharp now.

It s ok. So so view from the rooms onto a bit of a build site. No real beach - wouldn t swim in the waters surrounding the hotel tbh. Gym is good, has steam room, sauna, 25m pool. Buffet is ok, good variety - but a bit bland. Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants they have are better.

The hotel are very nice, the staff are very helpful. Good with family.

A magical hotel, highly recommend if you want a getaway without leaving the city. They have their brace access so you feel away from the busy city. Staff is super friendly and you feel special.

I joined iftar with some friends in sufrat al balad. It was really amazing. The variety of food is endless. Tasty, fresh, and sweet bar is really rich. Recommended for iftar.

Wonderful hotel. It's provided with a big buffet with food from arround the world and it's delicious. The design is contemporary and very fancy. The view from the hotel it's marvellous, you can see the Grand Mosque and part of the city. Besides it is provided with a private beach.

We have gotten to know quite a few of the staff over the last 10 years. Wonderful friendly staff took care of our family of five during our last two days of living in Abu Dhabi. Best way to leave Abu Dhabi as we had talked about for many years.

Pleasant hotel. Service that there is no longer with us. Everything is just right: the room, breakfast buffet, the beach and what else there was. Disappointing was the loveless Christmas dinner at the Chinese restaurant. That did not fit the rest of anything.

It was great. From the valet to the waiter. The team was very good and friendly. We will come back.

I state for honesty that I did not stay in this hotel, but I passed it on the beach front several times during my stay in another adjacent hotel, and I really want to come here when I return to Abu Dhabi. And then, if my expectations are fully met, I will raise the rating to 5 stars ;-)
What immediately attracts is the feeling of "dream hotel", very nice pool, beautiful gardens, nice reception. Many complain about the poor quality of the sea in front of these hotels, but the fault is not theirs ... well then who creates such pleasant environments in the pool area.

The service is exceptional, friendly, and detailed. My wife and I felt very welcomed and treated as VIPs. Special thank you to Suraz from the receiption area who has been very patient provide recommendations on trips/tourist which we love very much! Also thanks to Malik who look after our room, he has done an great job and every time there is little surprise which I deadly needed because it s our honeymoon (to make wife happy is priority).

One of the best venue in Abu Dhabi due to its stunning view of the iconic AD Mosque.
I had the pleasure of organizing a wedding there and I have to say everything went perfectly.
I don't remember the name of the events girl that assisted me but she was of great help.

Staff received us with huge smiles and a polite and friendely attitude. The fealing of being in the centre started as we left the limo in front of the hotell and lasted for the entire stay. The room was simply fantastic and the person that looked after us and the room should be given a medal for courtesy and service.

Nice from beginning to end. Near everything. Every room has a view of the mosque. The staff were beyond friendly, every single one of them, every one. Wifi was fast. Food was decent. The rooms were large and layout was nice, balcony was huge, but they did appear a bit dated and the bed was hard. Other than that, I had a fantastic weekend!

This was our 2nd stay at your property, and from checking in to checking out the experience was faultless, will definitely be coming back again, huge thanks to all staff that we liaised with during our stay in making our stay another one to remember.

The five-star hotel is characterized by its cleanliness and its distinctive view of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque "may God have mercy on him" as it has a private beach
It is located near Souq Al Beri and is not far from Abu Dhabi International Airport "about 20 minutes"
It also contains several restaurants to satisfy all tastes

Very expensive place but yet so cool, a lot of locals shopping in the area, built over the sea, so you feel like taking a boat trip while shopping. A must see for sure

The apartments are excellent, with a full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, with a balcony, with daily cleaning service. The disadvantage is that if you ask the rum, the food will be brought in plastic dishes, like a student from a cheap and modest restaurant, not from a five star hotel. The price of food is not commensurate with the plastic dishes ... the way they fail to serve food,

The stay is amazing and the staff are absolutely the best. I rate it a 4 because of the Golden Circle program .

Excellent stay: Nice room, pools and beach very nice, very good breakfast buffet.
Small downside: noise until very late in our room (323) because of a local "private" contiguous with a lot of activity apparently.

So we spent one night in a deluxe room. First impressions were excellent greeted at the door, bags taken straight away, car valet parked, into reception friendly staff, cold towels and welcome drinks, beautiful interior, check in nice, smooth and fast, room was very nice although bedding felt a bit damp possibly the AC? Went for dinner at Sofra Bld, great selection and with the free golden circle membership got 25% off the 242 aed price all you can eat, obviously there were people who took advantage of this, including one family who had around 500 grams of prawns and didn't eat a single one! Anyway, infinity pool looked great but once in there were a lot of tiles missing which left some sharp edges underwater, but was a nice pool.only thing that spoilt it was the droning noise of the constant jet skis on the canal outside. Other than that had a great night and would certainly go back for a longer stay as a special treat for me and she who must be obeyed thanks

Although I was there for a business trip it was a very pleasant stay and the staff are very friendly.
Check in and out went very smoothly, the room is cozy, spacious and clean. The room service menu has a lot of different varieties and really delicious. The beach is OK, with a great view of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The hotel's location is rather strategic for a business trip, near to the airport and also to the industrial area (Mussafah). Taxi and Limousine services are always available.

The service from the welcome drink to the final transfer was wonderful. The staff were helpful, used their initiative when confirming bookings and took time to pause and chat and inquire about anything we needed.

The service is crazy. I don't like the taste but I have to say that having dinner outside with the swimming pool in front and the splendid white mosque on the other side of the canal was really exciting. The buffet food is not great, but the variety of dishes offered is truly incredible.

The hotel, the staff, the food and the bars are amazing. Personally I find it among the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. The Sofra Restaurent offers the best buffet in town. The one star is missing for the bad ballet service and because of the ladies night at Pearls and Caviar Bar on Tuesdays: the cars have to be parked far from the bar which is inconvenient for the crowd esp on that day. But the overall experience is good and the view on the grand SZ mosque is nice

We went for Friday brunch. Entrance is nice, beautiful room. Unfortunately is the view on the mosque nearly gone because of new build buildings.
Food was very good as was the spread as the taste. Nice cocktails and reasonable wines.
Nice life band playing. Cheerful music.
Service/serving staff was not good at all. They didn't empty the tables. They didn't fill up glasses. They didn't smile or chat. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Just one guy was friendly (forgot his name.... )so not impressed at all!!
Not sure if I would go again for the brunch
