Eating buffet in this hotel tonight. The food was great and also the services of Navy and Phana that serve really well.

Atmosphere is very nice but the buffet is not worth the money.

Excellent service. Right away they greeted me with a smile and asked me to have Seat and gave me a cold refreshing towl and tea. They asked for my passport and checked me into my room while I waited. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. Everything fresh and made to order. Right down to the fresh honey dripping right from the comb. If you forget anything or just want to walk around there is a shopping mall with a grocery store in it. 10 min walk. A+ Service, A+ Amenities, A + Food.

I has never had a bad experience in 5 star hotel like Sofitel here. Staff are not friendly and not care local guest come to have service here, I was leaving at Le Bar without meeting all my friends.
I been to Sofitel in Siem Reap that provided me great service. Hope you should look your service again.

Doesnot look like 5star hotel. Those sunbeds were not repaired for last 7 years!!!

Also pool bar did not have Diet Coke, they told me something like "we dont have it for last 10days, our supplier (blaming supplier)". Not 5 star experience either.

Today on breakfast I ate my food before coffee came, because waiter forgot about it. 3 days in a row I could not get my coffee as every single time waiter mixed tables.

Also breakfast variety is not great for low carb diets.

Evening call to reception was frustrating because
1. Phone line is noisy
2. English in reception was not good at all, they could not understand what I needed.

Premium spacious quality hotel. Located next to large mall Aeon with lots of restaurants. A large swimming pool where you can do laps (40 m length I reckon). Ticks all my boxes.

Service by Navy very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place for great coffee...meeting business relationship for lunch or an event. They have it all. Staff is super professional.

The service is excellent as expected. When I called to made reservations, I had been told that the lobsters is life,but it is not.The lobsters meats and Prawn are musy, not fresh, disappointed. On the website, show on seafoods buffet menu have the mantis shrimp. When we arrived, five of us, we didn't see its .Another disappointed. However, the dessert are limited, fruits and cakes. The variety of cakes are good. Less selection for 5 start hotel, but it was pleasantly acceptable. We wish the seafoods are fresh, but it's not at all. The nice waiter and waitress are make it up. We had a seafood buffet for dinner on Sunday. The food was good and we got the best service from assistant restaurant manager Mr. Broembrey Ny. He is very kind and nice. We had a really good time.

i enjoyed this stay the as i always do visiting Sofitels. large room, lean, not noisy. great location, next to the biggest shopping mall. amazing variety of food at the breakfast and nice snacks in the executive lounge. good Japanese restaurant at the ground floor

Room Tip: book the sauna or steam upfront, save time for warming up

went for a wedding there, must say it is a very nice place, nice people, nice staffs (well after all it is a 5 stars hotel). 4 stars because they won't let you park close to the entrance even though it is a public parking and not reserved or handicap parking spot because unless you have a Rolls Royce or Bently then yes you can park closer to the door.

Deluxe comfortable hotel in Phnom Penh. Worth to stay

This was my second stay at this property. I chose it because it is conveniently located close to the river, the Royal Palace, National Museum and other landmarks. There are a number of good restaurants in the neigh bourhood. It has a great infinity pool, workout room and good restaurant.

Great and unforgettable experience in the capital of the kingdom of wonder - Phnom Penh! Searching and looking for a place like home, check in and try Sofitel Hotel Phnom Penh with it's luxurious haven of tranquility and French colonial elegance. The hotel described itself as a luxury 5-star... and yes it is with a very nice room, nice restaurant with best foods ever in Phnom Penh as we have great experiences every time we comes. Very nice prpperty. Concierge services are the best and very helpful.
I wnted to travel to Siamreap. A 5 hr journey. Meas Sambath who is a chauffeur assisting at concierge instantly offered to drive a hotel limo n take me there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Drove me back safe n sound.

Rooms are quite comfortable. Food n Spa is great.
Staff are friendly.
Chen Mara at the Bar was very kind and ensured timely service.
Hotel is well maintaines.

Was there for an event, atmosphere was good, food was ok, service from the staffs was awful, didn t expect that from a 5Stars hotel. Not friendly, rude, and no respect. Need to retrain badly.

The food was great, nice environment for my whole family dinner and the staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Brembrey Ny and Mrs Navy. It brought the smile to my face. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, big rooms, friendly staff, halal breakfast.

On our first night's stay we woke up at 5 am covered in Ants. The hotel refused to move us to a different room. They were everywhere. We left that morning to a rude and offensive front desk acting like it was our fault our room was infested with ants. So several months later I decided to give it another chance- Having prepaid for the room we were refused our stay by the front desk manager because he did not approve of our interracial relationship- as a behemoth 400 lb rotund man in flip flops sunglasses and a t-shirt waltzed past the front desk to the elevators accompanied by a young prostitute. So, all in all we spent a nightmare night covered in ants (100's) and then several months later were refused service due to racism, whereas a disgustingly fat sex tourist was welcomed with open arms.

Excellent hospitality and just 5 mins walk distance for Aeon mall.

Me and my fiance just had brunch at La coupole and it was just amazing from the friendly service to the huge selection of seafood. Thank you Mario, Votey and team for the good time.
