It was my birthday and the staff at ShangriLa made it extra special. The best experience I've ever had at a hotel :)

We really liked, literally everything. We want to note the Russian-speaking girl at the reception Polina. She really made it easier for us to rest, helped and suggested how to navigate the hotel. Hotel 5 +.

Our experience from start to finish exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely incredible - the chef even prepared special vegetarian meals for me and went above and beyond. The facilities were clean and extremely relaxing.

Staff were all so helpful and we will definitely be returning again!

A beautiful hotel, with a wide range of facilities from: well kept beach, smaller kids pools and infinity pool looking out to the Grand Mosque.
The range of food available is lovely with a selection of choice for anyone.

This hotel was recommended by our travel agent and as such we didn't realise it was so far from town. An extra shuttle service would be helpful.

The action which has been done by Ms. Loubna to change my current Room to another better view Room was highly appreciated I was really happy.

She inspired me with her courtesy and cooperation.

She took a total of 5 minutes to do the necessary action for shifting to the next Room.

I really wish her all the best in her current position and because of such treatment I would recommend to visit this hotel.

Additionally, The Hotel Service was pretty good, overall my stay was nice and cool.

One of the best Aftaar Buffet in Abudhabi. Food items variety, quantity and quality at its best with such a great ambiance. loved it.

Friendly, attentive and caring staff, especially Rammen, at the Reception , professional and efficient. Bell boys are helpful and outstanding smart. Lovely stay at the Shangri-La Residence, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunset from the private beach. Highly recommended hotel.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Especially the staff and their friendliness and willing to help with anything. Horizon club is absolutely amazing and we were very happy to upgrade to it. The only negative would be the dinner buffet at Sofra bld. The food was overly salty and cold. Service however was amazing. Overall would still give this hotel 5/5 stars and can t wait to return.

It was a beautiful experience in the hotel and the apartments were great, peaceful and the place quiet

I'm sure that it was a good choice to stay in your hotel.
Even thought, after I left your hotel, I realised that I didn't get one bottle of sparking wine on my arrival, all my family felt relax and safe and loved staying at Abu Dhabi Shangri La.
I'm very much sure that whoever going to Abu Dhabi, I will recommend them this hotel to having a great time for their holiday.

Very nice hotel with an ocean and Shaik Zayed grand mosque view

I didn't stay, I just dine here. But man the service and the taste.

I have never returned to a Hotel, but this was my 3rd stay here in 3 months. The Hotel & Staff are exceptional! I stayed this visit for 9 nights on my own & then my husband joined me for the final 6 nights.
Whilst the hotel is a bit tired, the opulence & comfort of the hotel overrides this & the view from the bedrooms is amazing.
The Staff are also amazing & nothing is too much trouble for them & I am taking this opportunity to recognise & thank them for their outstanding contribution to my holidays -
Usman my housekeeper who has looked after me on all 3 stays
Pool Paul, Krishna, Umair, & Hassan & Min (lifeguards) & the rest of the team
Joseph, Ruwan & Rajik who served me lunch & drinks around the small pool
Gazel receptionist & the rest of the team who I knew would be there if I needed them
The gentlemen who welcome you with a smile when you arrive in the taxi & take care of your luggage & wave you goodbye (I will get to know your names on my next visit)!
Danesh who served my husband breakfast every morning (eggs just how he liked them)
The hosts & hostesses in the bar
And finally all the background staff, cleaners, gardeners,security who always acknowledge you with a smile & a good day
I hope to be back next month, but I m waiting on a knee operation, so if not it will be ASAP xxxx

We spent a week in this beautiful place. No matter where you go, you are always treated first class, very courteous and incredibly friendly. Whether it is the room service or the employees on the beaches or pools. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and certainly has something for EVERYONE. All dishes are freshly prepared and some are cooked or fried in front of the guests. No matter you are having breakfast, at the pool, on the beach or on the balcony, you always have a wonderful view of the Sheik Zayed Mosque .
There is nothing to complain about here everything was in perfect condition. Thank you for the great week !!

Thank you for the wonderful experience. It is indeed a warmest welcome ever from Shangri-la to Traders hotel. Receptionist (lady) is informative and flexible. And I would to mention Evan Maharjan, Pj, Karlina and Turk for accomodating all our request and to Sonam, Ujjawal and Saddam who's always smiling and ready to help. Also I would like to thanks Nabil and his team (Binoy and Allen) for the succesful event. They're patiently attending all our request. Thank you guys for making it happened. It was a dream come true. :)

Super elegant hotel in an excellent location and very service minded staff. I travel a lot and usually don't feel as home as I did during my stay in the Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri.

The hotel is just awesome
The food is fantastic
The pool is super clean
The leisure offer is also great, we went jetski costs 180 euros for 2 pieces and an hour, but we were first driven by boat about 10 km to a small island and you could also drive yourself if you wanted so all in all Jet ski tour lasted a good 2 hours.
The only negative point I noticed is the WiFi reception in room 222, everything else is great.
I don't want to go back to cold Germany

We haven't been here for a very long time, as we love their Friday brunch at Sofra Bld. When we do do the brunch we stay at the Trader's hotel next door because it is cheaper and we are able to get the golf carts or abrah between the two. However on this occasion we weren't. We asked at the desk as there were none outside like there normally are. We waited a good 15 minutes and had to ask at the desk again. They rang over to the Shangri La as it's that hotel that provides the service. We waited another 10 minutes but no cart or abrah had come, so we had to pay 12 aeds to catch a taxi to the Shangri La as we were hosting a gathering and our guests had already arrived!!! I got to the Shangri La and asked to make a formal complaint, they totally laid the blame on the Traders hotel!!! I was not impressed at all and it put my opinion of Shangri La, a 5 star hotel, at a very very low scale.

Everything is perfect from the executive suite room which allows you to benefit from the club horizon to the service and the food which is excellent!
We spent 4 exceptional nights in a chic luxury hotel with a magnificent view of the mosque.
We will come back with pleasure and we will recommend this hotel which is very good value for money in the summer.
