After purchasing two tickets via TicketFly, I received an email with the tickets. I contacted TicketFly (for a refund) after leaving the state where the venue was scheuled to take place (a result of a death in the family). They told me that no refunds are permitted. However, at the bottom of the email I received the tickets, there is a disclamer that reads as follows:
"Please Note: No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Ticketfly is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value which will constitute full remuneration."
When I spoke with TicketFly on the phone, they had no knowledge of such a disclaimer, asking where I read that. Seems I could receive a refund if I were to do something unethical, or if the event is rescheduled. However, if its a result of a death in the family, I'm penalized. Their business practice is terribly unethical. Look at TicketFlys BBB accredidation score. It's terrible.
