DONT GO THERE. They are RACIST!!! The manger in the front office and the supervisors are all RACIST. They humiliate and discriminate against costumers that aren t white. They were talking about my aunt when I went, thinking I couldn t understand English!

They operate under the gym membership business model. Sell as many passes as you can, cheap, and the crowd will thin itself out and not come later on. Lots of people, it's starting to get dated.

This place is fun to go to with family and friends so long as you plan to be there with minimal crowds. I'm not a fan (nor is anybody, I believe) of standing in line for 45 minutes to go down one slide. The times I've come, I've seen both sides of the spectrum as far as crowds go. I would recommend to only go during a weekday in the morning to get the best out of the park. The slides and attractions are pretty well maintained and the staff are pretty good. The worst part of the park is how the slide tower was designed. The pathways are too narrow for people and tubes to walk up comfortably. Not only that, but having multiple slides be served by a single line presents a hideous bottleneck. I wanted to go down the slides on the very top level of the tower the most while I was there. However, I had to wait behind people with tubes going down other slides before I could get up there even though the top level slides had no line at all. That was pretty darn frustrating to wait in line for another slide when there was none at the top. I don't have this problem as much when I come to the park on a low-crowd day. However, when the crowds are thick, expect to wait in lines for the majority of the time you're there.

While I got a bad sunburn here I still had a great time on the slides. And love the wave pool. Very cool especially swimming over waves in the deep end and pushing against the break in the shallow end.

As far as water parks go, it's alright. I'm used to much bigger with more options. But it's good for a short visit with the family. Probably more of a membership type place than a one time visit.

The resort is in reasonably good condition. Even after purchasing pass of all passes for the entire family, it cost me $47 for the afternoon. ($7 for parking, $30 for 6 tubes, and $10 for a locker). I also had to travel 40 miles because the waterpark that was open in SLC when I bought the passes is now closed. It's a nice park, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

This place suuuuuucks.... everyone looks like their parents made them come here... park is empty. Half the stuff is closed. I gave this place 5 stars 2 years ago. Now changing it to 1. I feel ripped off already for the entrance price given the condition of the park. Then shelling out another $6/kid for tubes is just insult to injury. I dont want to buy the annual tube pass because I dont think we will be back.

So they market themselves as a place to have birthday parties, however, you can't bring a birthday cake with you and they don't sell birthday cakes in the park. So yes, great place to have a birthday party but you can't apparently bring in a birthday cake as would be customary in this great land at any child's birthday. Nice job Seven Peaks. Their front is also not helpful. One person had no idea and apparently wasn't able to ask their manager. The next person said that I could try emailing group@sevenpeaksdotcom and they might respond. You would think that considering that have a service for special events/birthdays, etc and openly advertise that they would have an acceptable solution.

This place is great, but the monetary cost may not be worth it for local college students like myself. You will want to note that they will charge you for an inner tube, which you need for many of the rides. That being said, you can still have a lot of fun without a tube on the blue, yellow and orange slides, which you can see from outside the park. There is not much shade at the park, but that's ok if you want to tan! My friend from out of state visited the park, and had a blast despite dropping cash.

Really great the only thing if you aren't a huge thrill seeker there are about only two options for you the waiting pool and the lazy river but great environment great place to take your family !

Decent water park with some fun slides. Tube and locker rental are a bit steep if you ask me and the park shows its age in some places. But overall it is a fun time and great for families.

This place is really getting old. There are always slides that are closed. The ones that are open don't work right any more. Seems like they are just milking the pass of all pass holders. Fix the place up....

Drove an hour to the park to check it out. No mention of the chlorine leak on the website. Pretty much nothing open other than a lazy river exceeding its carrying capacity, ice-cold kiddy pools, and one slide you can stand in a line longer than waiting for a new iPhone on Black Friday.
Told they "might open more later."
I guess they are trying to recoup their losses with to get people to pay money to come in and suntan.
I wish I could give it a negative star rating

Definitely work the trip to Provo, we skipped the one in SLC due to a the recent negative reviews. This one has 9-10 water slides and I think only 2 were closed, but other people there said this was the first time all summer that many were open. We arrived around 2pm and road 2 slides, mostly larger families with young kids ( our daughters are 10 and 12 ) We had to sit out a 3:00pm -5:pm thunderstorm and with the other 40 or so patrons, we thought we might have the park to ourselves, but when they reopened @ 5pm, a hung swarm of middle schoolers and maybe high schoolers poured in @ 5pm ( buses and summer camps near by?).Park was still large enough to accommodate the crowd and we were able to ride all the rest of the slides my daughters wanted to ride. Our daughters enjoyed the park even though the weather was no the greatest. We paid $25+ tax per person for a 1 day pass and the parking was $7. The weird thing is you have to "rent" a tube for some of the sides which is kinda strange since the blue sliders are free and you can body slide on most of the rides. We "found" our tubes, but I think the singles are $6 with a $1 return deposit so $5 per tube per person. Not sure why they don't roll this into the admission cost, but I guess if you have lots of small kids it saves you a few $$. There is a annual pass for the same $25, but since we are not from UT, made no sense for us to get, definitely would get the annual pass if we are locals.

Most of the park is closed and they still charge 25 dollars at the door. The online method charged us twice and they didn t give us a refund. They filled up the hot tub w dirt. Certain parts of the sitting area costs money to sit in. This place just sucks and is overpriced, save your money and go someplace else.

So we got the pass of all passes which seemed like a good deal. On some days it was. Most days it felt like being crammed in front of best buy on black Friday. On a side note most of the girls should be ashamed of the clothes they wear. If my daughter ever wears anything remotely close to the skimpy attire that most of the other girls were wearing I'd put a boot in her behind.

(Summer 2017) They've majorly upgraded! Everything is clean and sleek, there's a bistro and a taco stand, and even the music selection is more chic. Not the Seven Peaks of my childhood--this place has lost its campiness.

Had a fun experience! There was a variety of slides and attractions, so we were able to enjoy ourselves for hours without getting bored. The employees overall were enthusiastic and helpful. It was great!

Nice little waterpark. My spoiled teenagers were not that impressed, but little kids would love it here. The wave pool has gentle waves, and fun pop music played the entire time we were here. There's a Korean bbq and sushi restaurant here, which I thought was an odd choice for a waterpark.

Seven peaks' food situation is horrendous! You can't bring any food in the park and the food for purchase is way overpriced but the main problem is that it takes FOREVER to get the terrible food! I waited 45 minutes to get 1 cheeseburger and 1 hotdog. By the time my previously frozen hotdog was done the hamburger was cold and the buns were gross. There was one employee serving a line of 30 + people and she was taking money and getting the food. Unbelievable!! Not that they care- there are a billion people here but here's a warning if you don't know the ropes.

No mention of why almost every slide was closed on the website, had to drive an hour to get there. Even called the park before to make sure it was open and they mentioned nothing. Absolutely horrible.

Terrible company. They know they have the one waterpark worth going to for a long ways, and they take advantage of that. They will not treat you like your business matters. Just go to their website...it's not even working! So I called them to tell them I have a coupon for a pass of all passes and ask how to redeem it since their sites down, and they say you can't redeem it til the sites back up. You have to come in and pay $80 for it! I have a coupon for $10 but can't use it til their sites back up! And it's been down for weeeeeks. If you ask me, that is terrible customer service.

Slashed my foot open on one of their slides. Negligent? They didn't really care or offer anything to help out. The trip to the ER after the laceration was my first in 30 years. Still fighting insurance to this day.

Fun for all to be had here! I love the lazy river. Be careful to watch the younger kids while on the river though. When it's busy, there are so many people with tubes that they can get stuck under them easily.

They are greedy! Pay for parking, can't take in your own food, so we had to throw away the snacks we brought to eat, and got their hamburgers, and I got food poisoning from it, I was so sick!! Everything is so over charged. Even for a small soda that's 12oz. is over $3.00. I couldn't pick up my child to put them on the ropes where you go across the lily pads, cuz if they can't reach theirself than they can't do it. In the wave pool if the waves are going too far over the kids heads and need to keep their head above water for a min. they get in trouble for grabbing the metal bars on the side (which is what I thought they were there for) if you buy tubes and you set them with your stuff and you leave them to go to the bathroom or get a drink and food, and they get stolen, they won't give you another one, even though you paid for it. You're just screwed. Depending on the lifeguard your child who barely reaches the 48 inch rule to go down the slide even with an adult they won't let your kid go down. The last time we went will definitely be the last time. One of the male lifeguards talked to my daughter so rudely cuz she jumped to reach the rope for the lily pads, and made it all the was across with no problems and he told her she can't do it again because she had to jump to reach the ropes!! They also accused my daughter and son of lying about their age to get in the hot tub. You have to be 6 and she is 11 and my son is 8 and because she is so tiny they accused her of lying and accused my son of lying, and the same lifeguard that said she could get in the first time said she can't get in again because she didn't believe my kids were of age (even though I told them that's how old they are, and was there with them) they still said they couldn't get back in... Worst lifeguards with their power whistle, and most disgusting food I've ever eaten!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! The park is dirty, the restrooms are gross, and the lifeguards think they're God!!!!

Make sure to get the pass of all passes. If not, this place is kind of lame. They'll nickel and dime you for everything here, so be prepared. But I'd you're going for a good time with the pass of all passes, you will have fun. Guaranteed.

Had fun definitely needs updated! My son almost stepped on a nail and I found 5 more after that! The bathrooms are horrible and need doors and to be longer so you can't see the person on the toilet. Some of the younger life guards need to pay better attention.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm incredibly annoyed with all the noise coming from 7 peaks. I get that people like to party and that's all fun and good but its important to be considerate and respectful of other people. Provo isnt just a college town. There are many families living here. I work full time and have a baby and fireworks and music blasting at 12am is not at all respectful. Please show more consideration.

My family has had the pass of all passes for several years and it seems like the service and attitude is getting as run down as the park is. They need to invest in some customer service training. The young people at the tube rental need to learn about listening and hearing what the customer is asking rather than just answering as if reading from a script. I stopped there this evening with my family to take the kids for a couple of hours. While renting a tube I was asked if I had a pass of all passes, which I answered that I did. She then rented me the tube ($11), instead of encouraging the season tube rental. When I returned it I was asked about the season tube rental upon encouragemnt from my wife. They gave me the price which was $4 more for a single tube season. I asked if I could apply the tube rental for 2 hours that I had it today towards the purchase of a season pass, they said no. I asked the supervisor (Brooke) who was very polite, but told me she could not make that decision and sent me to the front office. There I explained the entire situation, just to be met with a firm NO, we don't do that. I then told her that I would make sure my family and friends were going to hear of this experience and the lack of concern for the customer and there experience, only to be told, "Okay, have a good night". Unbelievable!! In this day and age to completely disregard a customer and their concern over $4 is unacceptable. I will be taking my family to do other activities this summer and will encourage all that I come in contact with to invest in activities and businesses that care about the customer experience, not just about the bottom line.

Its better then it use to be because its less crowded. They do have alot of seats and umbrellas around. When we went the food options are limited but you can exit and eat on a lawn area if you bring your own picnic and then re enter. Staff were friendly enough. The little kids wading pool was closed which limited what we could do with our youngest as you must be a certain height for the slides.

Today I went to this park and it was certainly overcast. I thought it was overpriced already ($26 when Lagoon is only $19 bucks more with a water park about the size of seven peaks, tons of rides and three times the space), so I wanted to check with the office before buying. I talked to several people who advised me that the park was very unlikely to be closed down, and also advised me to purchase a ticket. I went in, got a locker and had been in the wave pool for ten minutes when they announced that the park was closing. I went back to the same person and asked for SOME sort of refund (a coupon, a tube rental, anything.) and they refused completely. They were rude to all of the customers who had legit complaints. A woman had rented a cabana, paid for 36 people and she got the same treatment. I'm sure the front knew that they would close too but I get the sense that once they have your money they don't care whether you leave satisfied or if you ever come back. I certainly will never return and I advise anyone going in to be warned about the HORRIBLE service.

Expensive parking, tube rentals and food. Even with the pass of all passes free admission, you end up spending a lot of money at the park.....and for as dirty as it was, not worth it! Also, don't plan on taking treats or drinks in, they will dump out your water at the gate and give you the option of taking your snacks back to the car or have them thrown away.

Extremely crowded. Waited an hour for a single ride on a weekday. Closed rides and attractions extremely early. To say that the park closes at 8 is an outright lie. They only leave a few pools available until that time. Please no one pay to go at 6 pm. You will be extremely disappointed. Forced to pay for tube if you want to ride all the rides in addition to parking. Staff and lifeguards were very disrespectful and mean. Having previously worked there multiple seasons I was extremely disappointed with the direction the park has taken.
