My wife and I traveled almost an hr to get here from where we were at. Google showed it was opened until 8. We got there at 6 pm and it said closing at 6 for special event. Very frustrating. Never been here and wanted to try out the slides.

Advertised the park was closing early at 6 for a private event. By itself that would be fine but they came on and announced they were closing and to vacate your lockers at 5. Closing early as advertised is understandable. Advertising 6 o'clock early closure and shutting down at 5 just false advertising.

Unfortunately this place is really run down! Food is not permitted to be brought in you have too purchase food there. It is really expensive and not worth the price. Some restaurants have even moved out. However because of the quality I believe there are really hardly any people there so lines are really no lines or not very long lines for tube rides.

So nice! And I love how they helped me set up my membership on the computer. They did not make me feel like an idiot since I had no idea what I was doing. They made me feel valued and special. Thank you guys!

A good variety, but just like any business you can get nickel and dimed. It's extra for an inner tube or mat, and only certain items(ie single inner tube, double inner tube, etc) can be used on certain rides.

Yeah this place is cool. But I once saw a chickens booty while I was at the park. I want to let the people know that was the most life changing thing that ever happend to me! Thank you seven peaks

So frustrating..could be such a great park...Would have rather had them wait to open and then FULLY open and be ready for customers..I'd prefer they charge more up front rather than a cheap pass but then they gouge $6 for a single tube, and $11 for a double..day after day, no way to buy a season pass on the tubes like previous years..4 weeks ago we were told the lazy river would open up the first week of June, which would then open up the 1/2 pipe and the other ride over there..We went back today and the Lazy river has water in it, but no current, not all the way filled up and dirty..and the other rides on that side are still not open...The wave pool didn't run waves for 90 minutes this morning and when it finally did they were 6-8" waves..we were told they are "working on that"...I don't know the names of all the rides, but the yellow ride that has several lanes to race each other had no water running (this morning at least) so it was closed...the list goes on and on..I feel bad for the young life guards, they have no idea when things will be fixed or why things aren't working and it's not their fault...The phone system doesn't work..if you try and speak with someone it hangs up on you...I spoke with management about the delays and was told two weeks ago they were just waiting to pass an inspection and everything would be running...nope oh well, maybe in July, or August..or...

My kids went a few weeks ago and half the areas were closed. They are still not open and half the summer is over. Spent one hour and left. If it s a summer facility renovations should have been completed prior to opening. What a waste of money. Last time buying a pass of all passes.

It was amazing, went there for a private work event, everything was clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and nice locker rentals. Friendly staff and life guards. 10/10 will go here again.

Worst park! None of the life guards are ever consistent! They change the rules depending on which life guard is at the slide. Some let you wear swim covers, Some dont. Some let you wear water shoes, some don't. Sometimes the same child is all of the sudden too small for the slide that he's already gone down 20 times that day. none of the signs say no covers and not one supervisor could show me where it was posted. They seriously need to replace all the supervisors. They have hidden rules that change and are not posted. 3 years with a season pass and we will be switching to cowabunga bay.

The rides are fun and not too scary. It is small enough that you can separate from kids and meet up again. It does get very crowded, which is most noticeable in the lazy river. I was also impressed that the snack bar took food allergies seriously, even though they couldn't offer much.

Great place to come if you just want to relax for the day and hang out in the water. They have lazy rivers, slides, tidal pools, and many other activities. Try to plan your trip so that there aren't a lot of people here; the waits can be very long if there are.

The water park looked great, and was so clean! I was especially impressed by the front office staff, specifically Carlie, one of the front office supervisors. She helped me out multiple times with different pass problems and was so sweet! Will come back lots!

Nothing but the wave pool and big slides open. I came with my toddler and all the kid pools were shut down. I asked if they had a way to inform you whats not working before you arrive. But they did not have a clue nor did it seem like they cared. I was told it happens alot. Parking was 10.00 was a complete RIP off. To charge all that money and to not make repairs or update your very dated facility is a shame.

This is an okay place. I'm a little annoyed that so many things inside aren't available. The swing pool. The hot tub. Only one water fall on the lazy river. The slides blue and green slide, you can't go fast enough to do the whole slide without stopping in the middle and having to push yourself.

It's s fun way to spend the day. Mostly my experience is positive. My frustration usually has to do with problems with my pass that occur every time after my first visit. They never seem to be cleared up. Once everything is figured out we have a good time.

Both kid places were closed, along with several rides. The staff was sweet, but inexperienced and not helpful. The Costa Vida inside ran out of tortillas and soda cups so we could not get lunch. The fry shack ran out of napkins and was filthy outside of it. You pay way too much foe what you get.

I went here about 10 years ago and had very happy memories. I wasn't as happy with this recent visit. The wave pool was significantly degraded, we couldn't find seating anywhere, and the water was freezing. I'm sure the wave pool had to be dialed down for safety and the water temperature is likely do to weather, but over crowded doesn't begin to describe how overrun this place was. You couldn't turn around and not bump into someone. This is coming from someone who goes to Disneyland every year. They really need to figure it out before I'm ever going back.

Super fun water park and excellent price if buying the pass of all passes. The only downfall for me was that we couldn't take in our own food and drink which causes some issue with small kids.

I live next door to seven peaks. It's extremely convenient. For 35 bucks I can go as many times as I want with unlimited tubes. It's great to show off my pale skin and ginger hair. It's a great place to blow off steam for a few hours, but probably not all day unless you love to sunbathe because you were blessed with melanin.

My sons and I had fun here this summer, definitely got out $ from our passes & look forward to next year. They had everything up and running by our last visit. Some maintenance around to beautify the place I'm sure is coming!

My kids love coming there and we make it a special treat once a summer. We drive from Layton in Davis County to come to "THIS" water park. However, after a long drive in construction and traffic the water park was closed for private party. We will not be coming to this water park again!!!

Seven peaks is a good place to go with friends and family. The slides are fun and the wave pool is always one of my favorite parts. But, the park could be a little more organized, and some of the staff could be a little more mature. If you're thinking of going I recommend going earlier when it's not that packed. It gets crowded fast.

This one is WAY better than the one is west valley! Don t waste your money at the West Valley one! Go to Provo! It is cleaner and they took better care of it! The slides are better and the workers are nicer!

Lifeguards are not concerned about my child's safety. They tried to tell me that because they didn't see the kids out of control and almost drowning people that they couldn't say anything to the kids out of control. I thought it was a family water park. I talked to a manager and I feel like that park is run by teenagers.

We visited yesterday and planned on being able to purchase water bottles from the snack shop. Not one water bottle was available for purchase. The staff blamed the vendors for not restocking abs said it has been over a week since they had water bottles to sell. I appreciated being able to get free water cups from the snack bar. We had a good time and will return. Hopefully they let us bring in water bottles.

Seven Peaks Water Park it s a great way to spend your holiday with. We didn t need to wait in a huge line to get into the park. It was fast and easy, but very organized. When I entered the park and saw all the attractions, I was amazed with everything. There are some things that you can only do if you have a tube or mat. The mat is free but the tube you need to rent. The rent is not expensive and you have the option to have a single or double tube ( the prices are different for each of those). I strongly recommend to rent the double one, going with a friend is so much fun than going alone. They sell food inside, if you re hungry you can just go in one of the tents and order your food. For I didn t have a good experience asking food because the park was too crowded and so many people ordering food that I needed to wait more than 30 minutes to get my food ready. I loved the place and I m planning to come back soon.

It's crowded, the wave pool is really scary with kids, and it's all so run-down. Certain areas are often closed because of problems, so then the rest of the park is extra crowded because there are less available attractions. Kids have fun here.

Horrible operating hours and customer service; decent attractions and rides. Not open on Sunday due to "religious" views, which is completely their right. However what is not cool is when they shut down the whole park to the public multiple times a week for private events so I'm barely able to use my pass when I'm not at work. Staff is very poorly trained, young, and apathetic. Pass of all Passes is the best price out there, however you definitely receive what you pay for.

Cool park, if you can get in. It's hard to find a time to go during the summer because it gets rented out all the time. When it is, they can change the hours practically the day before and then not give refunds if you bought your tickets in advance. But, it is really fun once you get in.

Looooong lines over-crowded. Regardless of the day or time you go it will be over-crowded. There is a 15 min. line to get into the park even if you have a season pass due to security shaking everyone down to make sure you don't bring in your own snacks so you feel obligated to buy their $5 hot dogs. Their inexpensive season passes have led to WAY to many people showing up causing lines that exceed 20 min. on weekdays. The green carpeted area around the wave pool is ancient and needs to be replaced. The ramps to get to the slides aren't wide enough and you're constantly bumping into people carrying tubes. Don't even try calling....you'll be on hold for 30 min. Terrible service.

I will update and adjust when my kids go in the summer. We went to a winter night and I really, really disliked it. Gigantic lines, we waited about 2 hours for... 2 rides. Really atrocious ride management. On top of that the rides were not particularly fun. They had a sled ride that was catastrophically loud as the wood runners slid down the slides and were drug up the ramps.

Looks like the before picture of a water park flipper TV show, if such a thing existed. I wish I could take a wrecking ball to this place and then build a good water park afterwards. It's valiant to see them reopen this place, but it's got a long way to go to being worth the price of admission, parking, and tubes. I thought it was too good to be true that the parking lot was so empty, and it turns it out that there is a reason why it is so empty. Seven Peaks needs a major facelift.

This park used to be so much fun, and now it's just a chore. The best drop off slide (blue one) was closed, the wave pool didn't wave, and the ropes course was closed. The entire place is exposed concrete, so walking around is almost literally excruciatingly painful. They never have double tubes, and you have to pay for everything at separate locations (locker, tubes, entry, parking). I would rather go to Seven Pukes.

Absolutely flabbergasted. I ve brought my family to this water park several times over many years. I have always considered this waterpark first class- very clean and very classy. We made a trip down from Montana, and we purchased four tickets for the price of $107, a $22 tube fee, $15 locker rental, and paid $7 for parking. Upon entry to the park, we were shocked to realize that many of the rides were closed. All areas for small children were closed as well. Thankfully, it was only 80 degrees because the walkways to the waterslides were scorching hot (as the water sprays were shut off), and people were running and jumping to keep their feet from blistering. To make a long story short, after spending over $150 on a filthy, unmaintained, nonfunctional, dangerous waterpark, we left in less than two hours and now will never return!
