Fun water park with a variety of attractions for different types of people. Some wear and tear seems noticeable but overall an enjoyable place. Feels a little pricey.

It's great if you go in the morning when they open. The park is clean then. If you go later in the day, there is trash and food all over the place. I saw 3 bloody bandaids! I wish they would have a designated "housekeeping" crew. You can't beat the price with the Pass of All Passes. The employees are friendly and it is a great place for kids.
This is a fun family friendly water park. When we were there most of the kids stuff was closed along with the lazy river. Everything else was open though and ready to use. They have food options as you aren t allowed to bring in outside food or drink. They do allow water bottles though. They have lockers to rent. The staff all seemed aware and attentive.
Great fun! The kiddie pools were cold, but aside from that the family always had fun here.
With pass of all passes, this place is definitely worth it. Crowded often but to be expected with so many PoaP's
if you go at 9 AM, you will see that there are some people there. But, at 12 PM to 1 PM, there are a lot of people there! I would go at 9 or 10 AM, because there are less people.
We have been trying to contact someone there for the last 6 months. They NEVER answer the phone and are NEVER in the office unless its Summer time. I have gone down 3 times on the last 2 months trying to find some one around. The on hold mode of the phone number will just hang up on you after you have been on hold for a few minutes. There is diffenetly a strategy to sign as many people up, take the money and dont support. Avoid at a costs.
Really disappointed with my last few visits. As a kid, this was the coveted place to come. Now, it's a hole. You wait in line for 45+ minutes for a 25 second ride, the park is run down with no signs of renovations coming and everything is extremely overpriced. I would recommend avoiding this place all together and going to a different place to cool off in the heat.
So I wait in line for an hour to get water, because Apparently the only place to get water, even bottled, is the hour long food line. No the line was not long, IT Was Like 5 people. Looking through the window, the staff was just standing around. It was 100F cement burning my feet, and They couldn't go any faster?!?! So Finally I reach the counter and, The cashier just stands, Then he shoves a sign into my arm, I read it, and it says closed, So Freaking louzy. That's not it, half the things are closed, you have to rent the tubes, then the rides are like 30 seconds long with a 10 minute wait with sourcing metal under your feet. Also the rides leak and give off a smell of aged, dried, algee!
There is a very cool guy who works here with curly hair he helped us find a bunch of stuff I think his name was Lathan. And to those of you saying that no one knows when the lazy river is opening it should be opening very soon (this week).
My only complaint is I rode on the pink slide called shotgun and I bounced off my tube and on to the sidewalk. I got scraped up pretty bad and I think I sprained my wrist ( I think I was going to fast). However when we went to first aid they helped clean up my shoulder they said we could get any medicine necessary from them. I'm looking forward to when the park is fully renovated.
Also I really liked the tiger show.
Good staff
Half the park isn't even open or working. Everything is extra! You cannot bring in any food or drinks!!!! You have rent tubes to ride most of the rides. At the very least they should allow a few snacks for children to be brought in.
As with every single other year- getting your season pass is a huge disorganized mess.
They need to fix the ramps to the slides. So hot on your feet during the summer and it's been years and no one has done anything about it.
We've been twice. Once this summer and once last summer. Both times we've had bad experiences. I don't write reviews for once bad experience but twice? Yeah. Both times several of the attractions were closed which you don't find out until after you've paid and gone in. This is problematic for two reasons: Sometimes you wait in a line with a single tube, get to the top of the line, and find out only the slide for double tubes is open, while the single-tube slide is closed (or vice versa); and of course having several attractions closed makes the lines to the open attractions even longer. There's some fun stuff, but you feel a little ripped off.
Wow!!! I have lived in Utah County off and on since 1998. I have never been here before. I am a ginger and so water parks are not really my thing since the closest I get to a tan is when freckles connect. I now have kids who are.not pigmently challenged and they needed the experience. I want to go back not just the kids, but me the soulless ginger, I loved the atmosphere the staff was helpful and courteous and even the guests at the park were great. Whiile I am sad that it took me so long to enjoy this Provo landmark, I will be returning soon, with my whole family.
Would be fun if they weren't closed all the time for privant events. I know tickets are cheap and they have to make money somehow but I'd rather pay more for a pass then drive down and every time it's closed
If you live for thrill, go to seven peaks. The steep slides are awesome.
Some fun slides and pools. The younger you are, the more you're gonna enjoy it.
Adult-side stuff: the pass of all passes is a great deal. To my understanding, it gets ya basic access all season long. That said, be aware it doesn't cover everything ya might want. Food, Tubes, lockers, and yes, even shade, all have extra price tags. You can bring your own food, albeit you need to keep it in the picnic area outside the park.
May wanna call and plan ahead for any other concerns you have.
Get the Pass of All Passes for an easy choice of what to do this summer. Great rides for all ages. Bring a towel!
The atmosphere is great, but I hate how they don't allow you to bring snacks for your children.
It's overall a great family experience. Although last time I went four of my favorite slides were closed due to a chlorine spill. The lazy river was also closed. But when everything is open lines are very long especially on weekends. The slides are awesome, family friendly, and thrilling. The wait is worth it.
Fun place to spend a few hours. Don't pay full retail though. Get a pass on city deals, or Groupon.
Once upon a time this water park was in good shape. Then the pass of all passes happened and the park went downhill fast. Now that it is owned by a new company I have hopes for a bright and wet future here. But only time will be able to tell us what will happen
Need to work on getting some of the rides up and working.
This place hasn't changed in 20 plus years and it's due for an upgrade. They have very silly rules concerning the hot tubs.
NEVER GO TO THIS PARK! Very disappointed at this park. First off, way over priced for what you are getting. On top of your initial entrance fee, if you want to go on half of the rides you have to pay more because they require tubes for those rides. Also as we entered they searched our bags (not a big deal). However, the cute family in front of us (who was black) had their bags searched extensively. But our bag (we are white) was hardly touched. COME ON, it s 2019! So save your money and don t go to this park.
Seven peaks I really want to like you but you disappoint me every time. Don't waste your money on a pass of all passes...or even a day pass, just go to the Provo rec center- much cheaper and more fun. It is July and half the Seven Peaks Water Park is closed for renovations. LAME! IT'S THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER!...shouldn't you have done these"renovations" prior to opening??
If you pack in some Kool-aid packets you can make an afternoon treat for the kiddos in the lazy river. The ratio is 1 pack of Kool-aid: Tropical Punch for each additional cup of sugar.
Water was fairly warm. Friendly staff. Child friendly
Enough attractions for kids to be busy. Get a yearly pass though! Gets you savings in some other places too!
The park is fun. The staff is awful. After I spoke to a manager and got the ticket price corrected, my family had funafgoottime.
If you don't have a pass of all passes, it's pretty pricey. They also don't allow you to bring your own food in. The slides and lazy river were fun though.
This place is a blast! If you dare, try going off the blue slide without a mat. It's a huge adrenaline rush, and super fun once you realize you aren't going to die. :) The Boomerang (half-pipe slide) is a highlight too.
I grew up in Lindon, Utah and going to this water park was a big part of my summer:)
This place is ok but it needs a lot of work. Everything just needs a good cleaning and fixing up. Maybe a few new attractions as well. There were a few slides that people got stuck on because they weren't slick enough and not enough water was going down them. Parents need to watch their kids and be responsible m but that's not the parks fault.
The park could be pretty nice if they just took care of it. But all in all my kid has a blast every time we go and it's cheap to get the Pass of All Passes.
As for people who complain about not being able to bring food and drinks in, you can't bring that in any place like that. All sporting stadiums and amusement parks do the same thing. That's how they make their money, make you buy their over priced food and beverages. Not my favorite thing but it is what it is.
I really like this water park. Food is good and not too expensive, good portions served. Bathrooms are overall clean and so the park. Yes people will leave some garbage here and there and you may not like that you can't take your own food but I rather be in a place where there's less garbage. I've read some comments that the customer service isn't the best, again I haven't had any issues. I really have made great use of the pass off all passes. Definitely going there as many times as I can.
Water was ice cold. Didn't help that it was super windy either, but it was not an enjoyable experience.
Disappointed by my first time back with new management. Half the water park was closed which left only the wave pool for my 2 year old to play in. I can see improvements in landscaping and canopies but overall not happy driving 40 minutes from draper for this. I bought a pass of all passes so I'm hoping they'll have things all running smoothly by my next visit.
Really fun park, but they nickel and dime you got a lot of things.
Overcrowded. Found human waste floating in the water and it took the staff 20 minutes to shut down. It has gone downhill enough that we aren't renewing the POAP this year.
It just seems like they are not open as long anymore and we seem to have new and unnecessary rules for riding the slides. My 5 year old could really only ride one ride.
Alot of misinformation given prior to and during our visit. Rules for children riding the slides and rope swing changed from one lifeguard to the next. None of the attractions for small children were open. The current for the lazy river came from garden hoses--a very lazy river! I do not recommend this park for small children.
Had a decent time floating the lazy river and the fun wave pool! The slides on the other hand seemed sketchy, unsafe, and un-regulated. After my niece and I flipped on a tube going down the slide (hitting our heads pretty hard on the way down) the lifeguards had little to no concern about our injuries and dismissed us like we made the whole thing up... Avoid the slides!
Great for the whole family. Sometimes rides are closed, and they don't do a good job of publicizing that or else it would be 5 stars.
Amazing park for the price! Can you really beat the cost of the pass of all passes? If you go anywhere else in the world, you are paying $10-$20 per person per visit. There is a large variety of things to do, and if you go at the right time, you can really enjoy some semblance of solitude.
Really hot lifeguard. 10/10 would recommend going to the wave pool.
It was nice weather and almost empty. I loved it. The lazy river and the kiddie pool were shut down though.
They have many great slides a good mixture of slides that are either tubes only or just a slider. They are not allowing any food into the park. They will confiscate it at the gate and they do search your bags. They do charge for parking, I was there for about 3 hours and they charged me $4.I would recommend getting the pass of all passes.
The rules are frustrating and confusing, what one person tells you another tells you differently.
Had grate time here with family lits fun slides scarry some r but its a blast they got security there n they check for stuff not allowed in pool area was lil up set i had take my mug filled with soda to car or dump out u can only bring water in with u they allow soda only bought from them cigarettes not allowed in side witch i under stand i was able to leave them up front so didn't have to take to car i could go in parking area smoke if need to go back in some the cant bring in side suck but it good reasons its a grate fun safe place to enjoy day with family friends all ages young to old will have a blast here i give this place perfect 10
I've always lived coming here ever since I was a kid.
A blast, but wear some sort of water shoes. Cement is painful.
Wave pool used to be bigger but everything got repainted and it looks great and is still just as fun :)
Most of the slides are closed, and so is the lazy river. What s up?
There have been some great improvements made! Only one slide was closed down. It looks like they were working on it.
It is nice, but I feel like things were always broken when we went. We still go though because we have fun.
Good fun park. Very over priced and not allowed food. I have 4 kids who are very picky and I had to leave the only food they would eat in the car. Food is very over priced. $5 for a 14oz drink.
I'm so sick of everything being closed on Sunday's ! Seven peaks use to be a good place to take the kids ! Now Sunday's are closed cuz we live in Utah ! You all make me sick ! Why close ? Let those people who don't want to go make that choice ! Here is a idea Sunday is just another day Utah !
The last time I visited here was a long, long time ago, many years. I remember distinctly having so much fun here. I love some of their water slides, somewhat impressive and very, very exciting, especially when the lines aren't too long. Maybe a smaller waterpark but that was a part of its charm.
Closed down during business hours for a private event. In times past, companies could reserve the park after hours but not in the middle of the day. The new owners clearly care about customer retention. I love driving long distances just to turn back around.
It's fun for younger kids and teens, but I didn't particularly enjoy it.
I love Seven Peaks because they have lots of food options and rides are sooo fun! It's a great place for family and friends.
Fun place to go. If you can go when it's not insanely busy
This place has very good prices especially if you get the pass of all passes. And it's fun!
The slides are very worn down and my daughter and I fell off our tube and hit our heads really hard and they didn't have any ice or offer any aspirin.
My daughter won a free trip here and it ended up being 1 bad experience after another. They apparently were trying to remodel one of the womens bathrooms and rigged plywood doors on the stalls. One of the doors fell off and tried to take out my 3 yr old. Luckily I was there to catch it and had to inform staff that they were breaking. As the day went on 3 doors ended up falling off. There was never any toilet paper in the stalls and there was poop all over the ground in one so they weren't being maintenance very well. There wasn't enough seating or shade for everyone at the event. When I tried to get help acquiring a locker for our things none of the staff knew how to get into them. Most of the little kids rides were closed. My daughter almost broke her leg while getting off one of the slides because of a uncovered gap that had screws and metal sticking out. The staff never reported her injury to the EMT's so I ended up having to carry her to receive medical attention. I'm grateful I didn't have to pay for our bad experience. The only positive thing I have to say is once the EMT's saw my daughter they were amazing with her and did what they needed to to handle the situation. Especially Katie and Collin (I think was his name).
High hopes. Slightly disappointing. My family and I moved to Utah this year. I grew up in Utah and was excited to take my kids to Seven Peaks in Provo. We got the Pass of All Passes (like everyone else) and went to the water park. Quite a bit of the park is in disrepair and it made me think that this pricing strategy is the wrong move for the business. When you drop prices to get more people, you increase the wear on equipment without increasing profits to make repairs. You need more people to supervise more park guests and your profits shrink all the more. Many of the repairs wouldn't even take much fix - just sweat and better trained staff.
Sooo it let us buy tickets online for this place for today and then we show up and it s closed? It specifically asked the date we were going and didn t say that it was closed today, and let us buy them? BS
Let's see. We'll, for little kiddos there was pretty much only the wave pool running (June 2019). The splash pad, kiddo pool and lazy river were all closed. The wave pool was fun though. We made it to a tiger show (see pic attached), though I'm somewhat conflicted about the morality of using animals in that way, so from my perspective it wasn't a plus or minus. The new pass of all passes costing extra for weekends meant that the Saturday we went wasn't busy at all and that was nice.
The experience was amazing. But the tubes for the water slides are SOOOOOOO overpriced. 1 hole-$6. 2 hole-$11. 3 hole- $16
But much fun
Always crowded cause it's really cool and lots of people like it.
Amazing fun great prices on the pass and it is good for a year wow
We had fun (visiting for the first time). The lazy River was awesome. The slides looked fun. The kids area needed some love. It looked like it might have been updated a couple years ago. Might need a face lift or two. The wave pool was the most disappointing. It made waves for ten minutes and then you had to wait fifteen minutes for them to start again. Seems kind of silly to have to wait so long for waves that only last for so little time. We had fun and won't return to this location. Maybe salt lake has a better one.
Half the slides were closed, as well as the lazy river. The food options are poor and are way overpriced for everything. I was hoping with new management it would get better, and maybe it will when they get things open, guess we'll see. Don't forget you have to pay for parking!
Great time with the family. Two slides my sister and I has to force feed ourselves down but all other rides were great.
Great view of the mountain side, kids have lots of fun here. The food is not to expensive
Sucked, if u want good waterparks go to Great America, raging waters in Sacramento, or magic mountain six flags north of LA. They don't put any money into amusement parks out here, its all about the Mormon church and ripping people off. So happy im moving back to California at the end of this month. This guy working at the tube shop saw me lay my tube down for just a minute and he tried to grab it and when I told him it was mine, he said "oh yeah", like your dumb and i will not come back. Its a lame park for little kids. I expected more but sorry. Maybe in a few years it will get better as the culture changes and the Mormon influence dies off of this region. Utah has a lot of potential and it will change for the better but in time.
The North Pole was fun despite being below freezing out.
Lots of the rides are ALWAYS broken. They should charge more for the Pass of All Passes so they can have a functioning park. It is so inexpensive, which is nice, there are a couple good slides, but don't go when it is busy because the lines are way long. Good value, but don't plan a day around Seven Peaks unless you make sure there is not a private event or any broken slides (which make every other slide even busier). Seven Peaks, please charge more so that you can improve repairs and have more slides open.
Updated: Now the park is closed about half of the month of August (before it reduces its hours) in the afternoon for private parties. This year has been miserable with closed rides and private events.
Half of the attractions aren t even open at this dumb place. Don t waste your money
It used to be better. There are always slides "not working," and water is leaking out everywhere. My kids have fun for about 2 to 3 hours and then are bored because of the long lines due to slides being closed. They need more mats too for their slides. However, it's in much better shape than the Salt Lake one.
