Very good agency, definitely give them a shot. I was reluctant to come in cause of some of the Yelp reviews but after checking out Google's reviews I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did! I met with Shawn Ball and he was very friendly, professional and down to earth. He discussed a few different roles with me and then had me meet a few of his colleagues who were also very friendly and professional as well. Within hours of leaving Shawn was calling me to let me know he got me a few interviews scheduled for next week. I was shocked how fast he was AND these were very prestigious companies so I was very impressed. I definitely recommend Forum and suggest you ask for Shawn Ball!

P.S I think some of the negative reviews are probably from people that were just not that good. One girl was in the lobby and she had pink and blue hair. Who goes to an interview like that? Sorry, I'm just saying..

This is a great agency, do not believe any of the negative reviews! I suspect some of those are written by either unprofessional or bitter candidates that the agency can't place. I mean I saw a girl in the lobby waiting to be interviewed with ripped jeans and blue hair... come on people! My experience at Forum was a positive one! I met Shawn Ball who has to be one of the best recruiters I have ever met with. He's professional but also warm, friendly and down to earth. None of that fake Kforce or Robert Half phoniness. Shawn is real! He's also fast and to the point. I told him I was on my lunch hour and he immediately put me at ease and said he knows how stressful it can be while interviewing during a lunch hour so he promised to have me out in 25-30 min and he did. He also introduced me to 2 of his colleagues as well. Between Shawn and the rest of his team I am confident that Forum will place me at my next position. Oh and later that night after hours Shawn emailed me some edits he made to my resume. Does this guy ever sleep? LOL! He took my resume from 6 and made it a 10! I now know that I can rest assured and am in good hands here. Shawn and his the team are doing everything in their power to help with my search. I will 100% refer friends and definitely suggest others work this firm too, they're the real deal!

Very warm and inviting office. Was there a few years ago and had no luck but this visit was much better. My Staffing Specialist was Shawn Ball and he was very informative and had many jobs at different companies for me to chose from. I left feeling very positive about my job search. The next day they got me a job interview and I was hired on the spot. This is one of the better staffing agencies in New York City and anytime I'm out of work I plan to call them first and will ask for Shawn again. If you need a job or want a new job, this is the place!

Favorite agency to work with and my legal recruiter Shawn Ball was exceptional when it came to law firm openings. He talks fast but there's no beating around the bush here. He quickly went through my background asked a few questions and then gave me advice on client do's and don'ts, what to say and not say and ended by asking what do I want in my next law firm. I feel he's not going to be pushy like so many recruiters and really heard what I had to say. I'm looking forward with working with Shawn and Forum!

I had the privilege of working along with Shawn Ball at the Forum group and I have to say it was probably the best decision I could ve made. It was my first time working with a recruitment agency and I have no regrets. I was struggling a bit finding the right places to apply based on the very diverse experience I have. Shawn contacted me in August I came into the city met with him, we went over my experience and what kind of role I was trying to land. I couldn t emphasize more to him that I wanted to get into a BIG name hospital in Manhattan. I explained how hard it was considering most of the times you need to know someone to get your foot in the door, let alone have someone take a glance at your resume!!! When Shawn mentioned he worked with the top hospitals and top doctor offices in Manhattan I was thrilled! He also mentioned that most of his positions were temp to perm Which I was ecstatic to hear because it was exactly what I was looking for. From what I ve heard most agencies usually give you short term- temporary assignments. Once we met we went over my salary expectations and he worked with me in every aspect of the way, he even did the negotiating part for me once I got my offer! He was extremely hands on and made sure to keep in contact with me every step of the way and most importantly getting me to work right AWAY! Shawn sent me on two interviews with two BIG hospitals in the city and on my second interview I was offered the job on the spot! I really enjoy the group of people I am working with right now and not to mention my boss who is a DOLL! Now all I pray for is that I can eventually stay here at HSS!

YELP manipulates ratings and reviews to extort paid advertising from companies, that's why many positive reviews are filtered out on the bottom as "Other reviews that are not currently recommended". I'm glad I checked out the Google reviews because this definitely convinced me to try Forum. They're a great recruiting firm, Sean Ball was a pleasure to work with! He secured me an interview with one of their clients just a few days after we met. I'm excited to see what pans out and am confident Forum will be able to help and will be my one stop shop for my job search!

I was contacted by Shawn Ball, regarding a post he advertised. He sent me an email asking to meet with him. I meet with him and can I say it was quick and unprofessional. He state to me I should just take a temp position since I am not working. For one I have a good work history, no gap in between my work history. He was beyond rude.

I found Forum Group through indeed I believe and it is the most reliable agency that I have ever work with! Jim who s no longer with this company anymore! I was going through some issues finding employment that fit my background and skills.I was contacted by a representative Shawn Ball who stated there were employment positions that I would interested in. Upon meeting him he was very understanding and considerate of the issues I was facing. He also introduced me to Ray Capuana who also understood the hardships of seeking valuable employment. They were in constant communication with me from start to finish and made sure if I had any questions I could contact them with no issues. I can gladly say they found me employment that I can t actually say I enjoy. They were reliable from start to finish.

Met with 3 staff members and never heard anything back even after follow ups. One of them was Marguerite.

This company come off one way when u meet them. They advertise that they can helps you find jobs. But once you reach out to them go on your interview turn over your important information. You get told oh right now we have opening in certain area, but I will try my hardest to find you something. They don't keep up with you on how the job search is going. I had to keep emailing to find out what's going. The case worker who suppose to be handling my case sent me one job offer last year but due to the hour I couldn't accept the job. I recently sent a email to find out if any other jobs has come through I never received a response back. This company has all my personal information including my bank information. And they can't even help me find a job... I very upset now I feel like what exactly is going on with my information if you are not using it to find me a job.

This company it's the best in NYC, I spent like 5 months looking for a job on my own, and a couple of days after meeting with them specially Kimberly Kokal their Staffing Manager, I had 2 offers, Kimberly guided me all the way until I got the job, and it was the type of job I was searching for, I recommend them 100%

Best recruiter is Shawn Ball! Within minutes of applying to a job he contacted me and later that afternoon set up a video interview to meet. After a quick 5 minute interview he said he was sending to me to several hospitals and when he told me their names my mouth almost dropped open. Turns out he works with almost all the major hospitals in NYC, not your small rinky dinky doctor's offices but very well known hospitals. Then what was so sweet is that he followed up with me 3 days later to let me know he's not forgotten about me and he let me know that the clients are moving a little slow because of the pandemic. I told him not to worry about it and appreciated him following up. 2 days later he got me 2 interviews and a day after that I had an offer. I'm very excited about working with this agency and am thrilled to have found one of the better recruiters in the industry.

I can t say enough about Kimberly Kokal. Great personality and very professional. We contacted her as a recruiter for several positions and she found the best candidates. Commmunication with her was very easy and Kim always followed up with our inquiries in a timely manner. Highly recommmend

Very rude. They do not follow up with you and when you call, they don't return your calls. They call you in to get commission. The interviewer I spoke with was Katarzyna Czarnecka. She actually hung the phone up on me when I called.

The original person I spoke to was fine so I'll give them that but after overextending myself to come in for an interview the upper-level staff member I spoke to was very dismissive after only hearing what she wanted to hear from a conversation. She asked a question that was not black and white and upon my reply, she shut all communication down. Might as well have slammed a door on me. She took my reply completely out of context and very dismissive. I feel they must clearly not value the time and effort you put in to even consider using them to behave in such a way. I will happily use the plenty of other services that reach out on a daily basis. Not to mention these services help you instead of cut you down as if you are not worth it. Terrible experience...just know there is MUCH better out there.

she helped me get into a hospital of course I had to pass the interview n do my part they don t just find you a job in a week or two it takes time sometimes. But regardless she always keeps communication. Thank you The Forum Group for all you do and for being a consistent temp agency.

Medical staffing agency has pay rates comparable to the the year 1999 worse paying agency.

They posted an Ad on indeed for medical secretary $20-$25 per hour. Got a call right away. Went in for an interview the following week with Shawn Ball.I m very disappointed because they hype me up thinking the have open positions in manhattan. Told I was a good candidate for a few hospitals in Manhattan and told me to be prepared to start right away. What a waste of my time. They are liars. They are not a reputable company that have careers. False advertisement. Fake Agency.

Daniele DeMaio is professional and courteous. She actively work to place her candidates in available positions. She is also kind enough to give pointers to improve your resume, personal presentation and interview skills.

I was recruited by Kimberly Kokal when I was trying to find another job. I was struggling because I needed something less stressful since I am going to school part-time. She immediately asked for my resume and asked for what I was looking for in a new job. The next day she told me that she found a job that she knew I could do well in and an exact fit, but it was not exactly what I was looking for. She knew that I would not be happy due to the scheduling and flexibility. I am glad that she told me that. Kimberly still asks me how I am doing in school too. Most recruiters I had spoken to would keep me feeling out of the loop and were never honest with me.

Great place that helped secure me a position in literally just a week. One of the better recruiters there is Shawn Ball. He'll hustle to get you work in no time so if you can request him!

I am currently working with the very diligent Shawn Ball and the lovely Mary Beth Schmid. I initially started working with Shawn in late August, and right away he found me a position starting the first week of September. It was a temp postion non the less right on time. Once that assignment was over Shawn and Mary Beth began working diligently on finding me something that will turn permanent. The very next week Shawn landed me an interview with Mount Sinai at one of the main off-site offices (a dream). In the mean time while I awaited the decision-making, Mary Beth was making sure I was still working. Shawn's pep talk did the trick, as I am to start Monday as an Enroll Coordinator for Mount Sinai.

BY FAR best experience I've ever had! Looking for the perfect job in NYC is probably the hardest thing, in every position, there are hundreds of awesome candidates and the competition is very aggressive. I was so lucky to have found Ray and Nella from the Forum Group. They are super professional, they had empowered me, guide and prepared me for the interview in a way that no career coach could ever do. my hiring process was so fast and they kept in the loop three times a day. Regardless of the amazing relationship, they have with my future employer who gave them so much trust in finding for them the perfect fit.
Ray and Nella are definitely staying my go to when it comes to referring friend and family who are looking for a new job and for career advice.

If you get invited in for an interview, thank your lucky starts so be sure to take it and don't delay! This place is the real deal! They have some of the most prestigious and highest paying clients that offer several opportunities for either direct hire/permanent jobs or contract/temp to perm jobs, the choice is yours. There are many recruiters that work there but the best ones are probably Daniele Demaio or Shawn Ball. If you're looking for a new position, The Forum Group should be your first choice.

Avoid this group and its recruiters at all costs. Like many other recruiting agencies, they will lure you into an interview and then not follow up for weeks to months. Very unprofessional and not worth your time.

Shawn Ball is the best! He really worked with me and followed through with me till I received my offer letter. He checked in with me prior to every interview, made sure I was prepared and coached me on the dos and don'ts. I'm grateful for the time and energy he invested in me.

HORRIBLE place. Worked with a lady I thought was nice, her name is Daniele D. Got me a job at a finance firm where the women were very catty and vindictive, and I had to tolerate forms of mental and even verbal abuse. I contacted Daniele several times and explained what was going on and begged her to pull me out while still very early after being placed. She actually told me to stay there and deal with it. I finally couldn't take it anymore and left and she actually got angry at me and told me she'd never work with me again all because I couldn't take the horrible work conditions I was dealing with on a daily basis. I thought I did the right thing by reaching out to her EARLY on when I was hired so she could just take me out and put someone else in, apparently her commission was more important than doing her job and taking care of the people she placed.

SHAWN BALL is AWESOME!!! From the minute I stepped into this agency it was very high energy, people friendly and made me feel convinced that they would find me work. I went on several interviews and was offered a position all within a matter of 2-3 weeks (including the background check) I have been to a few agencies and I must say this one is by far the BEST one! I had been looking for a job for about eight weeks when I met with recruiting director Daniele DeMaio. She is the real deal. I had worked with recruiters prior that had me change up my resume multiple times and told me that the work I had done was not sufficient for the pay I was shooting for. Daniele was the exact opposite. She built my confidence and did not count any job out. This was helpful in letting me see the array of opportunity out there. Daniele never told me my goals were out of reach. She worked hard and continuously with me and within a week or two I had an offer in my desired field and with my goal salary. Her positivity and hard work is more than refreshing. 10/10 recommend working with her.

I apply to this agency. One interview. Never found nothing else since. you call to see if any available. Let me see and they said ill call you back. Never get that phone call. So i will never call again. Move on.

Bait & switch. Set-up candidates to think pay rate is one - then switch to very low. Unethical behavioral practices. Just promoted Dan Hurd to COO - he is unresponsive - pretends he's contacted you a million times - recruiters lie & say they'll swear by it. How upper management allows these primadonnas to work? Reporting to DOL - Many temps exposed recruiters as deceiving. Then recruiters toss the "we're in a pandemic card" as though you owe them something. Very demeaning- untrained staff.

She is realistic and guides you in the right direction. She is one of the best out there and I have always felt she was a true advocate for me. I thought this was a good place that they can help someone to find a job. I spoke with someone that supposedly was going to help, but that was not the case because you don't hear from them anymore. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a job.
