Very good spa facilities. The swimming pool is wonderful. The outdoor jacuzzi amazing, mainly in winter as the steam room and sauna as well. The gym has very good machines and is very spacious room

At these rates the rooms are outdated, old furniture.

Very nice business hotel with a large spa and pool area. Great breakfast, restaurant and bar are ok if you dont want to go to the city centre. Rooms are clean and big enough. You get a free bottle of water every day in your room as an extra. ATM in the lobby. Fitness studio. Staff is friendly and service oriented.

So far it is the best hotel in Bucharest which I have visited. Location on the map is wrong, it is actually across the street connected to Ramada Park. It has private parking, large swimming pool indoor and smaller one outside. Nice full size gym, and spa area with sauna, steam bath, salt room. Everything is modern and well maintained. Breakfast is OK. In case you have noisy or any neighbors, you will be able to hear every their movement, since walls are quite thin. Also if staff was not so serious everywhere and were smiling more, it would add to the overall pleasant experience.
Gin tonic is served in ordinary water glass, quite disappointing.

I rated this place 3 starts because food spills are often and they get on the floor over time and gather up, and staff is unfortunately not organised at all. The boss always tells everyone what to do despite them knowing what to do, which breaks the flow of work every 5 minutes. If you wish to eat without having to deal with gross tables and broken machines, don't come here. However if you wish to eat something simple, since here are mostly normal every day products such as frankfurters, this is your place.

Great hotel in northern Bucharest. Very modern, with excellent spa and many pools, both outilside and inside.

125 euros per night and you do not have a restaurant where you can eat although you specifically asked the terrace and restaurant when you stayed. She had forgotten the hotel as a wedding in the restaurant.
You ask for the manager and she comes with the 7-year-old ... very profi :))) Disappointed!

I have stayed here several times while in Bucharest and have always been very impressed with the service and the staff. They all speak several different languages including fluent English. I stayed there one time during the summer and the air conditioner was not working and they moved to another room immediately without any problems. They have an amazing full gym and in door out door pools that are very nice and well maintained. They have two restaurants o. Site both are very good. The hotel is also very close to the mall about a five minute drive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice clean hotel, located near the airport Otopeni. The rooms have everything you need from slippers to bathrobes, polite staff, good cleaning, good spa area (large pools inside and out). Breakfast varied (but tasteless to me). To the center by taxi 20 minutes.

I stayed for 3 days, it is quiet and clean. Near Herastrau, you can reach anywhere with Uber. It also has the pool.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. The room was quite small and the bathroom doesn't look very good: broken sink and rusty spotted shower. Room service was disappointing; the room service menu is very poor, very slow service. We waited an hour for a cold dish and they brought us something else(fruit plate instead of a salami plate!!!). Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is very good for business trips, but the rooms must be improved for a 4* hotel.

I attended a seminar. The Europe course was welcoming and the staff ok! If I had a swimsuit it was good to have a super pool party!

Good place to stay in Bucharest. Suitable both for business and leisure. You have access to a good wellness center, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and complete services. Good food, good services, free parking, free WiFi. Close to Her str u Park, close to bus station, far to subway.

1 (-) near the railway, so it is not necessary to open the windows at night, 2 (-) far from home infrastructure, 3 (-) someone still burned on my floor. 1 (+) park area, incredibly singing birds, 2 (+) taxis ordered through administrators, each time not more than 3 minutes waiting, and issuing a check, 3 (+) in the hotel convenient, enough space in the room and in common places , nobody interrupts anybody.

It was eating very poorly and the whole hotel smelled like clair, from the pool
