Frankly I'm not a fan of 7 peaks because there isn't much variety and its crowded but what do you expect when our city only has like 2 really good sized water parks. I also worked here for a year when i was 14. Its a good experience for a 14 or 15 year old, but i wouldn't recommend getting a job here after that age unless you're in the h.r., security, or front desk, but everyone i worked with said those jobs were really stressful. To all complaining about the workers, get over it, its a summer job that helps kids get work experience a little money in pocket, and just enjoy yourself.

It's a decent park. My biggest complaint is that the have no structure logistically. The rental tube area is a mess. There is no order or plan on how it works. You could really get a tube without paying or giving them your pass and they would never know. It's like the organization was thought up by the 15 year old kids that work there.

Great water park, tons of fun slides. Seven peaks is the best source of family fun at the best price. For about 20 or 25 dollars (and cheaper if you can find Groupon deals) you get unlimited water park access in Provo and Salt Lake City, plus mini golf and Lazer tag at Trafalga in Lehi, plus tickets to Bee's games and more!
Be sure to bring flip flops or sandals to the water park though, the ground can be hot under your feet. You can hold them whenever you go down most slides. Also sunglasses on slides are ok, the life guards just ask that you hold them in your hand when you go down.
Another tip: bring your own insulated bottle or cup full of ice and water. Drinking fountains are sparse, and you're probably gonna be thirsty waiting in those lines and standing in the heat.

Soooo pumped THE PEAKS is back open! Sure not every attraction, but THE PARK IS OPEN! The slides are open. It s a blast. My ONLY COMPLAINT AND PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY... Stay OPEN until at least 8pm!!!!!!!! Open at Noon for all I care. 12-8 every day (I mean if you bring back Sundays I m sure many of us would appreciate it) but at least, PLEASE stay open until at least 8pm! Thanks for re-opening!!!!

Fun family place to spend some time on a hot day. They have added cabanas and umbrellas as well as different food options. The wait for some slides can be very long and the paths to get to slides on the tower can be confusing and should be better monitored.

Gotta love this place! I have always lived in Provo and I never realized we had it so good here! People come all the way from around the point of the mountain just to play at this park!
My only critique is that it always seems to be dirty. Smashed French fried here, spilled catchup there, a bandaid in the pool.

Terrible customer service. Long lines. They close slides that you can go down without a tube and pretty much force you to pay $11 to rent a tube so you can go down more than 3 slides. And when some little kid comes by and takes your $11 tube they refuse to refund or give you another one. Get a slip n' slide from Wal-Mart for 10 dollars and save yourself the disappointment.

I'm quite disappointed with seven peaks. I went today with my 2yr old and husband. Lazy river wasn't turned on and the water was freezing. The Costa ran out of tortillas AND chips and salsa in the first hour of opening! How does that happen?? All kiddy attractions were closed. I wanted to take my 2yr old down one of the slides and I was told lap sitting is not allowed. Even though there's CLEARLY a picture of an adult and his small child going down a slide together on the front page of their website! That is called false advertising! I would have gone elsewhere had I known there's nothing other than a wave pool for a small child to do. Not to mention half the slides require a tube which you must rent from the park. It's ridiculous.

Extremely long lines. Dirty and old bathrooms. Wasps in lockers. Bird poop at start of water slides. No shady areas. Soap, water, and paper towel dispensers didn't work all that well or at all and ran out too. Lazy river wasn't even turned on. Some of the slides were under construction. Electrical cords were out and probably not insulated properly and they weren't being watched or used either. We were at a private party and had to take a request for just getting a locker clear to the top person through several people telling us they wouldn't get us one. Some of the water slides were so slow that we stopped in the middle of the ride and others were going so fast that we almost flipped upside down. The prices are insanely too high for this old of a park and they charge a lot for everything including tubes ($11 for a double tube), only to have them taken by others.

We come here weekly. It is an older water park that they are slowly updating. They do keep the place pretty clean. There is a really big wave pool, a long lazy river, hot tubs, rope swings, a fun younger pool, a cute toddler pool and several slides. Some of the slides are very old and need to be torn out, but they also have a few newer slides that are awesome. They have tubs for rent and tub slides that are a blast!!! We love the racing slide that you use mats on. They are doing repairs on some kiddie slides. They have several lounging chairs there and umbrellas/canopies. This year they have added new paint and fixed up some of the restrooms. They also have a store if you need some swim essentials and several places to eat. Try the Roxberry!!! I recommend getting a Pass of All Passes even if you only go there once. It's only $20 on local deal sites. We love going here.

Awesome.that it's open again. Don't listen to the other reviews, the kiddie area is open. My only complaints are that they close at 6, the tube rental is 11 bucks, and you have to.wait in line to get a mat for the big slides. Seems like they could just get more mats and that problem would be solved.

Recent food upgrades is a nice touch. BUT, this place can get very crowded and feels fairlyy run down. The pass-of-all-passes (the $30/yr pass that all Utah families buy) get their kids into this place for free for a year. Because of that, expect throngs of kids. Everywhere. Crowded but fun.

Great selection of wave pools, lazy river, water slides, and kiddie pools. Lots of big water slides that will even scare most adults.

A thousand times better than your Salt Lake location! Much better maintained. Food is priced great & everything is up & running. I will always drive to Provo from now on. Your Salt Lake location should get with the program & run things the way you guys do.

Worst customer service ever period Bought pass of all passes over 14 weeks ago and still have not received that or the gift card that was suppose to come with it. I emailed them after 9 weeks and told them and they told me that they would mail it that day and to look for it soon. 5 weeks later...still looking. Fun place but as many people have pointed out, very crowded. Oh and did I mention that their customer service is bad?

You buy a pass of all passes, then once inside they bend you over for a locker 15 bucks, for tube rentals at 16 bucks, then when someone steals your tube, they tell you there is nothing they can do about it, 5 bucks each for treats and to top it off your still not done paying, they charge you for parking. Place is a joke go somewhere else!

Big and affordable however they seem to always have private parties and close down for the public. They also had a lot if issues with and shut down rides. The wave pool id my favorite, tons of seatinf and good music. Also good.food.variety.

Fun rides when they are all open. Went yesterday and half the rides were closed. The "lazy river" is typically so crowded with people and little kids just walking in it that you can't realistic enjoy a lazy tube ride without running people over.

Busy Park on a Thursday night! They often times close early due to a private event so my recommendation would be to call to make sure you get your money's worth otherwise if your like us you only have an hour to play.

Great place, staff are a bunch of nice kids! And with the Pass of all Passes it is a steal of a deal! People paying $15 for a whole year pass, have no right to complain about small stuff! Thanks for the great times Staff and management at Seven Peaks!

I went today for the first day of the new season and was very disappointed. It s not as good for young children at least not yet. Most of the water slides you have to be at least 48 ( avalanche racer 42 ). Only single riders are allowed on Avalanche Racer (the blue and yellow slide with mats) so You cannot ride with a shorter child anymore. The tadpole pond and other kiddie pool were not open yet. The river, and several other attractions were closed. The tubes are $6 each day, parking is $7 and a season parking pass is $49. They have added several reclining chairs with umbrellas so it s a nice place to layout.

The ground is so hot it burns your feet. Them taking out the green turf was a bad idea. Also they wouldn't turn the water on to keep the floor cool on the slides even after asking 4 staff memeber one of which was in black . other than it being miserable to get from slide to slide the rides and food were good :(

Great Water Park for families, if you live close and get a yearly pass or are just visiting once you can get discount tickets online pretty much all year around. The pass of all passes is an amazing deal for the family and can be used at other locations all year. The water park has had a few updates and could use a few more but over all a great time and value.

It's fun and relatively clean, but has definitely gone downhill in the last few years. Several things were closed last time we went. Showers weren't working, several areas needed repairs...

Love this place I've been coming here for 21 years love it !! only reason I gave them a 4 is because they sometimes close things in the park witch is kind of frustrating :( but they did add good food places everywhere and that helped alot !!

Website says open, drove 25 minutes with a suburban full of kids only to find out it s closed for two days. Need to update website with open and close. Have been over 10 times this summer never had all rides open. Dirty and not well cleaned.

Always love going here! Only down side is last time we went the cement was super hot and the water wasn't cooling them down for blisters on my feet for that. But overall the slides are great and they get you through the lines fairly quick

We have been twice this summer. Both times half the park was closed. The first time we went there were complimentary tubes for a few of the slides but there was no real system on how to get the tubes besides wait until someone didn't want one anymore and left it. The 2nd time the complimentary tubes were gone and to rent tubes was really pricey. Plus the wave pool you couldn't even tell it was on. If I hadn't if bought the pass of all passes I wouldn't be going back. My kids did love the rope swing and they would let my 5 year wear a life jacket to jump off. The waterfall was turned off as well. And the lazy river was also closed which was disappointing. I hope they can fix some of these problems before too long.
I do appreciate the chairs and umbrellas they have put up.

I love Seven peaks! Favorite Slide would have to be Cave in, Avalanche Racers, or Vortex. The Wave pool needs Robb's fixed. I went yesterday and the waves were so small. Kiddie area could use some improvements.
My favorite location however is the SLC location. I don't know has happened there because I haven't been to the SLC location in 2 years, so who knows.

I go to water parks to have a good time but the food is way overpriced its like 7 or 8 dollars for a hamburger and when you are waiting in line to go on a slide the stairs get way hot! even though they have misters they dont solve the problem 100 percent

I m a kid and I didn t even really enjoy this place. Half the slides weren t operating, plus you had to pay for parking and for tubes. There was no warning on the web site that you would have to pay for tubes. After you pay for parking and to get in I find that paying for tubes is horrendous. Two of the slides water wasn t moving fast enough so you stopped in the middle of the slide. The lazy river had very little current so you were forced to push yourself along. There was a white slide that went down and then up but as you changed from going down and then up it snapped your neck. To finish it all off when a little gust of wind came 3 umbrellas went flying towards the wave pool and if they hit someone that could of seriously injured them. Everyone do yourselves a favor and pick a different water park to go to.

I had read all the reviews ...and was expecting a terrible time .i had a great time ,it was 7 bucks to park but i was ok with that and expected it,we had a pass of all passes so tube rental was included but my youngest (5) would have been fine without the tube ..we could bring in a 24 oz bottle of water each which worked out well ...someone had said the picnic area was inconvenient so we didnt bring our own food but in reality it was right next to the enterance so we will do that next time ..the food was good ...expensive but not overly so ..combo meal 7.50 which was with really good fries and a drink ..i spent 30 bucks and fed 2 adults and 4 kids and there was leftover food ..there was plenty do do for my kids ages 5,7,8,10...the locker rental was 6 bucks and i got 2 back and was easy with no difficulty the security guard directed me where to go as i had never been ..we rented 2 2 person tubes and had no prob exchanging for single tubes ..the life guards were attentive and polite ,we were there at opening and left about 1230 before it got too hot,you could bring in your own chairs and umbrellas if you wanted and sit on the grass area ...it was clean water and didnt feel overly chlorinated afterward
Will definatly go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!..do read the restrictions on the web site no noodles and arm floaties only with a life vest which are available at the first aid station ...i think they are free but not sure as we had our own

Came back a year later for another company thing. This year they didn't allow us to order catering, and instead gave us vouchers. Unfortunately, the vouchers couldn't be used till 4, despite the fact we previously catered for lunch. (6th time I've come here, third time with our company).

Pretty s***** service overall too, and they should lose their food licensing for unsanitary conditions (saw their grease trap, and an employee picking their nose). Go somewhere else for your company and family hang outs. This place is subpar at best, and literally full of s*** at the worst.

Everything is always closed or barely functional; employees leave much to be desired; equipment will kill someone eventually; the only "rides" that routinely work are the mediocre wave pool and lazy river; the food is meh; the food is unsanitary; catering is no longer allowed (for outside groups); employees shouldn't be allowed near anything that's consumed; half the time we couldn't do anything, and for a while we couldn't eat either; and this place is piss poor for anyone above the age of 10. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else!

It's on the smaller side but I enjoyed it. Kinda pricey for the size of the park and the food is expensive for it's quality but it's a heaven send on hot summer days.

I had fun here but they need to do a better job at maintenance. While we were there they reopened a ride that was closed. Almost immediately one of the employees almost was sent falling to her death but she was saved by her oversized harness. She was too small for it and she could've died but I suspect that management probably ignored it. She seemed scared, possibly traumatized for life but they forced her to keep working anyways (and with the harness that was too big for her). It definitely hurt my interest in coming back since they seemed to be so callous.

Fun park, but it gets pretty crowded now compared to when I went as a kid. Waits can be pretty long for some of the slides. But still is a really park to visit. If you live close, a season pass would probably be worth it. I attended again recently for a private function, and it was a blast!

I m giving Seven Peaks two stars only because the kids who work there are always super nice. We arrived at the park at 6:00 today to enjoy two hours of fun after work. For the second time in a row the computers at the parking entrance failed to read our $20 season parking pass, so I guess you can park for free if you really want. We burned our feet on everything that we walked on. My feet were sore for days. We ordered food at 6:35 with no one else in line, and didn t receive our overpriced cup of ice cream that was only half full until 6:50. Oh, and they d stopped grilling for the night and so we had to settle for a corndog instead of a hot dog. We then went to ride the big slides, only to be informed that the slides were already closed for the day. At 7:00. Even though the park closes at 8:00. Apparently the top priority is that every worker can leave the park at the precise moment that the clock ticks 8. Wait, there is no clock at Seven Peaks. Seriously, there is no clock anywhere. Seven Peaks has the potential to be a great park, but there is obviously little to no effort to ensure quality service. The slides themselves are pretty awesome, but if they close an hour before the park does, there s no point of coming on any week night. Next year we will be buying season passes to Lagoon instead, so we can do twice as much for the same price.
