Being from Phoenix, AZ it is hard for me to be super excited about Seven Peaks Water Park. It just doesn't compare to the ones there, so I give it three stars. It is over crowded and the water isn't super clean. Just put on some goggles and look in the wave pool. Some areas look a little run down, and I don't like that you have to rent tubes. I will say that it is one of the better water parks in Utah, if you are looking for thrill slides. There aren't many options here since water parks are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I would rather just go to a city recreation center. The provo one down the street offers 4 big slides, a wave pool, lazy river, climbing wall, high dive, an a indoor and outdoor kidie area. Also, it isn't usually as crowded. There is also an option Just south in Springville. It's small, but more pretty new, clean, and less crowded.

The park is now Spash Summit and under new management. It is a great place for all ages. It has great pools for little people and plenty of slides and fun for teens and adults. The season pass is very affordable only needing to go twice to save money off of single day tickets. We would definitely recommend it.

$10 for parking, tubes are extra from $5-$10 dollars so being a season pass holder doesn't mean anything. Can't bring any outside food so you're stuck paying $10 for a meal per person. You're paying about $60 in one visit the same you could be spending at Lagoon where it's much bigger and gives you more plus they have Laguna beach included. Seven peaks is a ripoff not worth the time

Bought a pass of all passes and haven't been pleased. Half the rides are closed down when i go, super crowded, and went and got a triple tube to go a slide, the guy working by it even saw us and didn't say anything until we got up to him, and he then proceeded to tell us we couldn't use a triple tube on that slide. Wasted 30 min waiting in line for it. Tube pricing is ridiculous as well.

Do NOT Go There!! The park shouldn t have opened, most of the rides are closed. Not worth the money. The staff is horrible! Girls that are barley 19 year olds are supervisors. One of the girls (who is a supervisor. Brown curly long hair) in the front office was so rude to me, she is the employee, I am the customer she should be treating me like a customer! not rude the way she was. Will someone please get someone more responsible and more equipped with costumer service working here? I also have heard that the staff write down people s credit card numbers when their internet goes down WITHOUT informing the customers!! I demanded whoever had that idea get fired!!

There s a long and a short one here for those who care for all the details.

Short- discount TSA style searching of bags, can t even bring in your own water. They fill up your bottle for you. Ghetto cracked and obviously u see construction kids play area. Inconsistent stances on lap riders on slides. Awful and overpriced food options. Half the park isn t even functioning. This park should t have opened this year and their lack of preparation is obvious.

Now I realize that this is a water park that my wife paid 20 bucks for a season pass. But the people who decided to open this again obviously didn t try and get it fully ready for people to go. The two kids area (currently not in operation). Are GHETTO! Like cracked pavement and obviously cut short while under construction. Some tomfoolery the patches cracks are covered but they didn t bother to paint it to make it look professionally done. The slides are rough not fun for little ones. This becomes a real problem when you want to accompany your 5 year old on a slide and see other parents taking their children but there s a lifeguard change and suddenly we don t allow lap riders. So now what? All you really do is hang out in the mixture of bandaids and floating plastic and hair they call the wave pool. It s disgraceful. They rent double tubes for the season for like 50 bucks each. This seems pretty steep considering Provo rents them for $1. And the food is basically gas station food that isn t as good and is twice the price. I understand if you re not going to allow us to bring our own but at least provide something worth buying. I d be surprised if this place lasts longer than this summer. It s brutal. Provo Rec is 1000 times better and it s run by the government, which should tell you a lot. Step your game up Peaks because your sauce is weak! WEAK!

My kids love it, the new food options are great. However, they claim they've added "high end" cabanas and charge 10 dollars more, but they are the same crappy cabanas and half of them are broken. Don't brag about how much nicer everything is when that's not the case at all. Also their site claims discounts for pass holders (just like last year) and when you ask the staff when making a purchase they say "it's not in our system to do that yet" just like last year. I have a feeling thats not ever going to happen.

It's in better shape than the SLC park, but not amazing. 3 slides were closed which wasn't bad, except they were the slides my littles could go on. Rent a tube or else there's not a lot of in-between slides. The ones kids under 48"can ride were very slow and I had to propel myself along. Then there are the straight down, head first slides you can use a mat on (those were free) that were a little too scary for those a little more timid. The fast enough to be fun but not too scary slides require a tube. The wave pool was everyone's favorite attraction. Overall more like a 3 star park but I give the extra star because it's so cheap.

Fun place to go in the summer very kid friendly and I'm sure you could have a fun date here. In the summer it does get a but cowded so I would avoid common rush hour times such as noon, in order to get in and find a spot to set up "camp".

The park is overran with weeds and dead grass.. it is hard to believe that they charge 15$ just to rent a locker for a day.... that is unbelievable plus some of the rides are down.. it's hard to pay what they are asking when it's such a rundown place..

My girlfriend and I went to the Christmas event they have in December and had a blast! Everything was so much fun ranging from racing on sleds to bumper boats floating down the lazy river. Santa was even there himself! It was so much fun and we plan on going every year from here on out!

The place was very fun but later in the day the lines get pretty lokd except for the top slides like Sky Breaker and Free fall those stay about the same pretty short like but they are the best slides I think.

We have been there 2 days during this season. On every single occasion they have closed early without prior notice. We have many friends who have had similar experiences. We discussed our qualms with employees. The lifeguards were super friendly but informed us that management had decided to rent out the whole venue from 4 PM until closing. What is the point of having a season pass if the park is always rented out to private parties? Seven peaks just wants to make more money so they kick out pass holders to be freshly engorged with fresh cash paying parties. We will not be giving them our business again.

Popular kid area was closed. Kid slides were shutdown. The slides that were available barely had any water. Poor experience! Not only do you pay more than what the park is worth, but they also overcharge you for parking as well.
