Almost all the slides are open now. We had so much fun my kids rode avelanche so many times! I love the improvements they have made in the kiddie pools. But the pass of all passes in the spring, it s an unbelievable deal.

We go every week and more often when we can. The best time to go is after 3pm when the crowds start to die down. I do wish they had an alert on when companies rent out the park and its closed to the public. Its a bummer to be geared up to go only to find out you can't get in.

I bought 9 passes of all passes over a year ago with the understanding that I would receive a $20 gift card for each pass. I followed the guidelines to have the gift cards mailed to me. I bought the passes in July 2013 and I've been getting the run around for the past year. In Oct. 2013, a customer service personnel told me the gift cards were on back order and they would ship them to me asap. Since then, I've been told several times that they would send the gift cards to me. One customer service personnel said they would renew the passes free of charge and that didn't happen. Then a month ago in July 2014, I was told that they were sent to me a year ago. ALL LIES. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor is always busy or on the phone. The poor customer service really outweighs any enjoyment the park may offer. The food, tube rentals and parking is over priced. During the summer months, the park is WAY too overcrowded and parking has been scarce multiple times. I have $180 worth of gift cards promised to me and never received. Please don't fall for the LIES and ploy to buy their "Passes of All Passes".

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased two tickets on the website for my 5 year old and I. This was a vacation we had planned around going to this "awesome" waterpark. Drove 2 hours to get to the park just to find that none of the kid areas were open, the lazy river was closed, one of the slides that my little could go on was closed and the adult area closed (not a big deal, this trip was for my daughter). The only attractions that were open were the wave pool and some slides, 2 of which my daughter was able to go on. We still had to pay an extra $10.00 for a tube rental for these slides. Someone pooped in the wave pool and the staff did not check it thoroughly enough so after they said it was safe to get back in, we waited and sure enough someone found more poop in the pool. At this point we just left. I mentioned to a member of the staff on the way out that they should note on the site which attractions are down and she told me "You should have just went to the one in Lehi" (which is an amusement park, not a waterpark) At this point I was beyond frustrated at their lack of customer service skills, communication about the park, and ability to make sure a pool is safe after there has been poop in it before letting people back into the pool. I sent an email voicing my concerns and am still waiting to hear back from upper management. I would appreciate a refund at the very least and would not be attending this park again. Please train your people better and make customers aware of the issues with the park.

Fun place to spend couple hours at , not too busy , the kids had fun.

Most everything is out dated though , rides and games.

With the pass of all passes you get in for free ( makes it worth it)

The arcade games were all free to play ( the ones that were working ) but you won't get any tickets which was very hard to explain to a 5 year old.

We will be returning and hope for better service.

Tldr: go to the rec center instead, much cheaper and more to do. I wish I could give it a better score, but this place has more issues than our current political climate. Half the attractions are closed any day of the week, the surfacing on the pools and lazy river can take the skin off a rhinoceros, they nickle and dime you for parking and to use the slides that are actually open (you have to use "their" tube, can't bring your own) -- I mean why are you paying so much to get in if you have to pay more to do what you paid for in the first place? And then they don't even have reasonable hours -- most people (e.g. me) don't get off work until five, so you HAVE to use vacation time to go on a weekday -- and it is hardly worth it unless you have kids. The only thing that makes it worth it is the Groupon pass, and even then only if you have kids.

Worst experience ever! Got there and it was pouring down rain so we decided to get something to eat and let the storm pass. About an hour later we go back and it is blue sky and perfect but no slides running, so we ask and they say they don't know what is going on. When really they know full well that the life guards have just gone on strike! We drove 30 minutes just to get there and then when we do, some spoiled brat life guards are refusing to work?! I want to be reimbursed for my time and gas and the disappointment of my children. This was our first time going this season. What a disappointment. :(

I was very disappointed with this Seven Peaks Waterpark. I checked the online calendar before we bought thetickets tickets, and it indicated that they were open all day from noon to 8 p.m. on the day we wanted to go, so I bought tickets. When we got there at noon the parking lot was closed and there was a sign saying they were going to open at 4 p.m. . While I was reading the sign, many other cars pulled up with people getting out to look at the sign who already had tickets as well.
When we finally got into the park at 4 p.m., after paying for tickets we discovered that in order to ride most of the rides you had to rent a float tube in addition to your entrance fee.

Took two of my boys. Most of the rides were closed including the lazy river. It cost them $15 just to rent a locker and most rides required tube rentals which just added to the cost. Unless you have a cheap pass I do not recommend this place. They were bored after an hour and I'm disappointed.

Half of the slides and pools kept closing so the lines for the slides that were open were really long. They need to put a sign or something at the entrance of the closed slides so you don't have to get all the way to the top only to be turned away.

I do think that this is a fun place to stop by but I also think it leaves a lot to be desired. If you go plan to not use a locker. The price to rent a small locker is absolutely egregious. They have a number of fun slides both mild and more extreme. They also have a separate section perfect for young kids to swim and play around on some smaller structures and slides. I was not impressed with ordering food. I ordered just a pretzel and a churro and I had to wait 45 min before getting them. I was not happy. They had about 6 or 7 employees inside but only two sometimes three of them were actually working. The rest were chit chatting or doing there own thing. I get that sometimes workers have responsibilities that we as customers do not see and it may look like they aren't working when indeed they are. I do not think that was the case here. 45 min is way too long to wait for a pretzel and a churro.. seeing as the food isn't the main attraction of the park I still think that it is a great place to spend on a hot day.

TERRIBLE! so not worth the money you spend. it was not only disgusting. with gross water, garbage all over, but nothing was open and not friendly for little kids. none of the pieces for smaller kids were open and they where dirty. food is way over priced, but then again what isn t there. i could not believe the amount of money i spent to just get in to a dirty, unfriendly place. don t recommend.

This place should not even be open!! I wanted to love it, despite the recent reviews, but it was not even worth the $15.99 a person we spent to get in :( The kiddie area was not operational. One of the kiddie pools was empty and they were power washing the coating off of the bottom. The other had green water in it. Props to the facility for posting lifeguards at the area to prevent a kid wandering there and falling in though. The lazy river was open, but not operating. We asked the lifeguard if it was "on" and he said, "it's just slow today". Half way around (walking because there was no current, we saw the pump and motor and valves all rusted and crusty sitting on the side of the river in front of the pump shed. That explains that! There were a few of the slides open, the cave one with the tube was fun, yet the blue and green ones that don't require tubes weren't fully operational. There are big water tanks at the start that are supposed to fill with water and then release the gush to propel you down. They don't! They aren't even being used. My hubby and I both had to scoot ourselves out of the end. Props to the wave pool functioning. It was the only attraction that is working. Which explains why that is where everyone is at. In my opinion, it should have remained closed this year. All the maintenance and upgrades should be completed and THEN OPEN NEXT YEAR!!! Other than last year, I have been every year for almost 10 years. I will probably never go back now:( So disappointing to charge to get in to the place and 90% of it isn't even operational. Now I know why there were probably only a hundred people there on a Saturday. The most disappointing part is that I talked my 2 brothers and there families into going here instead of Lagoon because it was cheaper and has always been so fun for my family - NOT THIS TIME! It was their first times there, not a good first impression :( Oh, and PLEASE get the food service department some adult supervision. Considering every employee there was like 15 it's amazing we even ever got our food. With a little adult support maybe we could have been served our cheeseburger and chicken strips in less than a half hour. (That's after the order was placed - not including the 15 minutes to place the order)

Run down and long lines, generally filthy by about 2 PM. I would 10/10 recommend the Provo Rec Center over this place. If you go at 3 PM on a Saturday I guarantee that the lazy river will be more urine and blades of grass than water.

Love it

Many slides were not open and the park just had a ran down feel to it. I wasn't very happy that I had to pay $10 for parking. I had reserved and paid for a Cabana online, only to be informed that they had been "oversold" because their "system had crashed". More like someone had dropped the ball. You're not allowed to bring outside food or drink inside the park and their food prices are very high.

It's a nice place to go to. They need to expand the restrooms and make a place for just changing like they used to have. Instead they made the changing rooms into toilets. I think it's gross to change there and it's way too small. There is no place to change a baby except for a changing table that can be seen from the entrance of the restroom. It's way dirty too. The other set of bathrooms only have 3 stalls and it's really dark and no changing table. It's always crowded at seven peaks and with that amount of people it would be more sanitary to have bigger restrooms, a changing area/inside locker room, more lighting, family restrooms and cleaner facilities. Take for example the family changing area at the Provo rec.

I had always loved Seven Peaks until they decided to do the Pass of All Passes...The park is not well maintained and they treat their customers like garbage. Even though you get in for a decent price, they then charge you a fortune for everything else (lockers, tubes, food, etc.) The "Unlimited Admission" that is included with the pass gets you admission to the park, but not the rides. Some rides can't be used with triple tubes and they are pricy. The lifeguard at the rope swing yelled at kids if they didn't get to the side of the pool fast enough, and at me for trying to have fun with my friend. We even waited in line to purchase a tube for a few minutes before a supervisor (who wasn't doing anything) told us that line was closed. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

All the slides that you don't need a tube are for some mysterious reason closed but the ones that you need to pay extra for are working just fine. Seems like a ploy to make a quick buck. I don't appreciate being swindled like this

So fun

Most times when we come, something is closed down. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting and the food is over priced. The whole park in general has seen better days. That said it is a fun place to hang out with the family. Especially if you buy a Pass of all Passes. There are a few waterslides that younger kids can go on but most are geared for 8+. Fun young kid area, lazy river and wave pool. Definitely crowded on the weekend and they sometimes run out of smaller tubes.

Don t go! My kids went today. It cost 80.00 and the park is filthy. None of the little kids attractions were open. They had 3 rides to ride and a filthy lazy river. They were there less than 3 hours. This is super disappointing for the cost. Get it together or shut the park down!

Seven peaks sucks, we bought the pass of all passes and everytime we've gone it's closed or they charge EXTRA because they hired a DJ. At least announce that on your website. Waste of time and $$. Won't be coming back next year.

You can't sell passes and then close the ENTIRE park for a private event ALL SUMMER. That is ROBBERY.

Its a bit older of a water park and could use a facelift, but overall its a fun place to go for an afternoon. The lines can get long and you have to pay extra to get a tube for any of the tube slides but you can't beat the price to get in with a Pass of All Passes which are dirt cheap!

Seven peaks is a shadow of its former self... it used to be a great place to take the kids but now it seems very dangerous, hoses leaking, cut fences, etc. My brother and his friend Leo used to work here when it was robbed Leo was assaulted by the owners son the day after the robbery and was arrested for it, after a whole night he was released. The only testimony that Leo had done it was the owner and his son, I think they were just a couple of racist biggots.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a theme park. They couldn't help me figure out if I had a parking pass, unless I parked and went inside their office, how am I supposed to park without a parking pass?? Then they confiscated our snacks, I mean c'mon I have kids, I must have snacks! When I complained, they said, you are welcome to pick them up when you leave, but surprise, they were gone when I went back for them. They claim all these so-called improvements?? Well, I don't consider bathroom stall doors made of plywood any kind of improvement. The park, restrooms, and even water features were dirty, and not well-maintained. The whole park is run down, their employees are not well paid, so they don't provide any kind of customer service and even if those things were quality, the price to enter the gate is astronomical, not to mention you have to pay $7 just to park and then you must buy food on-site, as well as pay a huge fee for a tube rental if you want to go on the slides. I'm truly dissatisfied with our experience, and I will not be back again, nor buying a pass of all passes again. What an absolute joke. And I will pass along this information to everyone I meet, because I would hate for anyone else to waste their money here.

you can smell it and in many places you can see it...the Nastyness. As a child we would go every summer and it was ok but now....Horrible. We just went in august for our NuSkin Work party and the smell was almost enough to drive us out. total lack of order, no service, expensive, and you feel like cattle jamming into the five lines that meet on the same ramp. I will never go again even if NuSkin picks up the tab again next year

If you're a student in Provo or Orem you should definitely buy the all season pass because all of your friends are going to spend at least some time here during the summer. Seven Peaks is definitely a family environment as well.
The wave pool is definitely my favorite! The lines can be long in the middle of the day so go early or go late if you want to go down any of the slides multiple times. The lazy river also gets super crowded but it's fun to make a lap or two it's even better if you have a float!

Went here a ton as a kid, but was quite disappointed during my last visit. Everything seems run down with no intent to fix anything. I imagine that is in part due to the problem caused by the "Pass of All Passes," where everyone now expects a season pass for the same price as a day's admission. I have no idea how this place even stays open, let alone staffed and safe, with the minimal admission prices. Someone needs to buy this place out, fix it up, and make it worthwhile before it gets torn down like the Trafalga Orem. I, for one, would happily pay more for a pass if it meant that Flash Flood worked again and Cave-In didn't look like a sagging weight ready to snap in half. Don't expect me back until this place turns around.

Dump

Their short operating hours where they close at 6:...

Their short operating hours where they close at 6:00 p.m. during the summer makes it pointless to buy a pass for anybody that actually has a day job. If that wasn't bad enough, they already closed week days in mid August. Only open on weekends, no afternoon. not even til 6pm. They dont tell you about the unusually short season, reduced hours when they market season passes. Very unreliable with the frequent closures, early closures, and closed attractions. I didn't think the management could get worse then the prior management. I wonder if its really changed.

This waterpark is horribly organized. The play areas for small children are spread all over leading to anxiety ridden games of cat and mouse. I recommend a 1:1 ratio of adults to toddlers. Otherwise you have one going down one slide while another goes down the opposite and you may never see him again.
The life guards were apathetic, but they are just bored high school kids so that is not a big surprise.
The lazy river has random steps throughout so if you are walking a toddler on a tube, expect sudden drops. :/
The wave pool is ok but the music is fairly repetitious.
I have visited five times this summer. They were closed three of those times. What a waste.
The park is relatively clean but the bathrooms were made of particle board and hope. Perhaps they were renovating? Not sure but when you have to put directions on how to open a stall door, something is wrong.
So sorry I bought that pass of all passes... What a waste.

Me and my family love coming here! I recommend looking for deals on pass of all passes, that will help it be cheaper. And you can come as much as you want! You can also buy a tube rental that will stay on your pass so you don't have to buy those each time!
Go during the week so it's not busy!

It's a fun park with a variety of water slides. It may be cheap to go in but you have to pay for tubes to go on slides and the lockers are pretty expensive. However the food is reasonably priced for a water park. It seems a bit run down and its run by teenagers, so you can imagine what comes from that. Overall a fun experience!

Clearly either new management, or management is learning. They are cleaning it up, adding food choices, and making it a fun place to be.

Good job guys, keep it up, you clearly are doing the right thing!

I knew it was am older waterpark but that doesn't make it bad. It is well kept and there was some fun rides I hadn't seen before. It doesn't feel crowded at all and had the beautiful quite mountains as a backdrop. We have to drive 1 hour from SLC to use our passes but I think it's worth it. Plus you can double fun at the Fun Center in the way back for even more Pass of all Passes fun!

It's really only worth it with the "pass of all passes," and even then you're not paying for a first class water park. Fun slides and pools, but it is always busy and service is never that great.

Most of the rides have been down this season, which is unfortunate but not a deal breaker. My only wish is that provo seven peaks had the cliffhanger ride like in salt lake. That would be a dream.

I m so glad they reopened! So many good memories! Some things are closed but no bi deal, we ve got the wave pool and slides back in action! My only complaint is the hours! Please stay open until at least 8pm! My gosh I want to go after work but sadly can t because it closes at 6:( please stay open until 8! I m sure a lot of ya would appreciate it!

We went there yesterday morning, security guy did not let us bring any drinks or fruit. The park had no option for food but sugary garbage snacks and soda until lunch time. So I ended up giving my 2yo soda which I don t even drink myself... part of the park was closed, but they still charge you full price. For the lunch there is only 1 place was open and again food options were very poor:hamburgers and hotdogs and fries :(

Overall, our group had a great time. Yeah, some of the slides were closed but that was to be expected. We had a great time! The kiddie area was so fun for my son, the wave pool was great, the lines for the slides moved pretty quick, and the lazy river was a great way to end the day. My only complaint is that the grass was overwatered and sort of smelled like manure in some areas.

There are always at least a couple slides closed when we are there. They put a lot of effort into getting more food options and umbrellas but I wish they'd put more effort and money into the slides. That's what people are there for; make those better before worrying about restaurants.

I kinda liked this place...crowded, long lines, average food...but I hear they will add animals to the whole package? Wild animals that will be held captive to perform unnatural tricks just for human entertainment? Sorry seven peaks, I supported your mediocre water activities before but animal cruelty is just too much suffering for me to support with my money. Bye bye.
