A Servpro truck almost ran my family and I off the road in norcross. The truck tag is RJE1328. He was to the left of us. He must've been distracted. He should be fired. He could've killed us all. Oh and kept going too didn't stop.

They don t return calls, they were misleading about repairing the damages they made. They didn t follow their own timelines and procedures that were explained to me. They left my roof leaking and said it was all dry inside when they left (it wasn t raining ) when it rained a week later water was still coming in. They were supposed to fix or tarp the roof but never showed up. They are too busy to get to me is what I was told for the repairs I needed. Even after they asked for 1/2 up front. They also informed me they recorded my call and I was delighted at that. Maybe the corporate HQ will get to listen. Unfortunately they left me hanging after a verbal agreement to put me on the schedule. I was waiting to sign the contract but never got a call back. I chose another company because I had complained and documented the issues. The local Franchise Owner didn t think they could do the work we verbally agreed to and didn t want to move forward. My opinion from my own experience is google search the name of any company with the word complaints following the name. I should have done that myself.
I had a lot of my property damaged, tried through the local franchise owner, he blew it off and lied about it. This "corporate" organization is a shell and they do nothing. After I posted negative reviews, the owner of the franchise hired a lawyer to threaten me. Corporate said that if I pursued legal action, they wash their hands of it. This organization is very aloof and does not concern themselves with customer care. They are dishonest and very irresponsible. As a disabled veteran, all I can say is shame on you and I hope you all sleep well at night, karma is a real thing and you will feel it some day the way you carry on in your immoral and unethical ways.
I had a mold problem occur in my home due to a water leak behind my washer. I got in touch with Chris Spain (General Manager of Servpro in Valdosta Ga.) He came out and assessed the damage. He agreed to do the job and sent a quote to my insurance company. When my insurance company finally decided to send the check he backed out of the job. He offered no reason other than "I'm just not going to do the job." If you are looking for an unreliable, unprofessional, could care less about your problem company then Servpro is the one for you!
This a review I gave on your franchise Servpro of Medford/Ashland in Oregon. I'm sure nothing will be done about this, but I feel you should know.
I wish I could give this place one star. In the beginning of the year I called and spoke to a lovely gal name Regina. She was as sweet as can be even with a lady screaming in the background. She apologized and said she would call back in a few minutes. She did so promptly. I told her about the issues at my daughters house and she created a bid and sent it to me with in an hour. When I called back and got a gal who spoke so fast I couldn't understand her. She rudely hung up on me while I was still talking. A few weeks later I called back and spoke to Brooke who felt it was okay to tell me that Regina was fired because she wasn't very good at her job. All the while I hear people talking about weed in the background. I felt that was unnecessary and asked to speak to a manager. She refused.
I should probably say that I have worked with Regina before on my sons restaurant. A group of guys who couldn't speak English came in and did a piss poor job. Regina showed up the next day and assessed and fixed all the issues.
It was disheartening to hear that the only one that (in my opinion) worth my time was fired for "not being good at her job," and that it was okay to tell a customer that.
I am sorry to hear that Servpro is still in business. Run as fast as you can into the other direction.
I had recently contacted this company and was going to obtain theie services after a recent fire in my home. A reprentative from there Laplata Md location came to my home and I went as far as giving them my insurance claim number, claim s adjusters name and all other relavent information. I was told someone would be getting back with me the following day to set up an appointment to do a scope. Well the call never came. Well into the following week I reconnected them and was told someone would come out and that I would need to pay them $250.00. And it would be deducted from the the payment the insurance would make to them I asked why and was told that s their policy I in turn called my insurance Company and they said this was not the norm. I felt that my agreeing to giving them the job was worth well over a 250 deposit. It was sinceless for them to ask me for this and I had hired them and given them my claim number and agent s name who could confirm anything they needed over the phone. The worst experience ever when you are already stressed.
11 attempts to reach the local franchise owner after not receiving an estimate and their techs cutting a hole (unauthorized) in my ceiling... then they charge me 1,900 for using 3 fans for 72 hours. 11 more attempts by phone, email, Facebook, etc. to reach someone to talk to them about it.
Now they've put a lien on my house, effected my credit score, ALL THE WHILE their corporate office has been useless... This place is horrible.
Horrible, dishonest people. Would never recommend this company to friend or foe. Doesn't do what they say, appointment times never met. Poor handling of personal belongings, improper care of property during repair work. Forged my signature on a satisfaction survey giving them a high rating.
I ve tried to make a complaint about a franchise and calls to corporate office go unanswered. Auto response states to leave a message with name and phone number and I have done that THREE times with ZERO calls from corporate.
This company does not care about their customers. They did an incomplete job installing carpeting in my house. I have been calling them since October with no one getting this corrected. I have been calling some guy named Billy for 2 weeks, he's been pretty much useless outside telling me he was going to call his office. I would never recommend this company.
I am experiencing problems with the owner of Servpro of Ebensburg sending me threatening and harassing emails. I contacted Servpro cooperate three times and have yet to receive a phone call or email addressing this. Poor service to ignore a serious problem.
Saul Perez from Servpro - Glenview IL was a no-show to an initial appointment I had with him to receive a quote for work at my elderly parents' home. Not only did he not show up, he did not pick up follow-up calls I made to his cell phone nor did he return a call after I left him a message. This was the first time I had any reason to contact Servpro and, obviously, will never again.
Do not use this company. I had to because of my insurance company. The crews show up late constantly they are lazy and work like old women and only want to work a couple hours a day. I called the office and reported this to management but he only took up for his crew so I don't think I'll get any resolution to this issue.
Terrible customer service with Servpro franchise in Chicago. I can't even get them to show up for a scheduled appointment. Tried to make appnt. with "Mold Specialist". Told by franchise that everyone is at a fire and convention this week, yet they still tried to schedule me in. They told me the mold inspector would be here at 12:00. He was a no show. Not only did anyone call to tell me he couldn't make it, but, I called and left 2 messages and no one ever called me back. I have NO STARS for this company, but the site forced me to choose 1 before I could post.
For Truckers: from i-65 I took 109 route to the airport rd and to the industrial. Jun 18 there is construction on the turn to the industrial, so keep going to the first right turn. 30 min unload time. Friendly people.
I am going around posting negitive reviews on other franchises sites. Letting customers know. SERVPRO CORP. DOES NOT stand behind their franchisees quality of work. If you have a problem with quality work by a franchise owner, YOU MUST handle the complaint through the franchisees owner. And when the franchisee will not reply or make his work guaranteed. Servpro franchises reply is, "all complaints must be handled through the franchise owner." Servpro Rogers County screwed me out of $8,011.79 last year. They only completed half the work. I have pics.,video, I also have a TV cosumer advocate Ch 2 works for you. And now the owner has closed the Servpro of Rogers County. And has opened up a marijuana dispensary. When I have written letters of complaint (3 filed), Greg Baugh, Kevin Fleming, and the district manager John Cuttrel. I have been trying to make the franchise Corporation make good on the cleaning by Servpro Rogers County. Again their reply was " I had to deal with the franchise owner." They won't even give md insurance or bond info. to beable to file a claim. So after explaining to now, how Servpro Corporation, and how the franchisees work is performed, was subpar. And Servpro Corporation won't stand behind the work. Are you really willing to take a chance with your property and your family's well-being, wondering which Servpro franchise we will show up. For me I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Servpro. So if your a franchisee, and I wrote a negitive review, I suggest contacting the above management. It's NOT slander if statement is true. This went downhill quickly. While my basement got wet due to a faulty sump pump, instead of drying it out, they cut out the brand new carpet and over 100 feet of drywall. It was totally unnecessary and they were told not to do it. Many thousands later, and the basement is refinished after just being finished months before they came to 'help'.
Update: So it went completely downhill. The local franchise in Agawam is first off passive aggressive, then full on aggressive. They cost me over 8000 in repairs and had the audacity to sue me for the whole bill for everything they shouldn't have done. I countersued and we had our day in small claims court.
The magistrate awarded them ONLY for the amount of the water extraction that I called them to do and nothing else for the destruction of my basement. Insurance paid most of the damage else I would likely have gotten a judgement for the damages.
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had, and their owner really thinks he's better than you.
Had an estimator from Servpro in Scott LA come out to give estimate on mold remediation. Had to contact multiple times to get estimate, cost for estimate was $150. Had to recontact to get job going. No contact from company in over a month, cannot get them to contact me to schedule job. Will never use again
I would like to give them a 0. They told me they could completely restore my home after a gas fire in the crawlspace. They sent UNLICENSED workers to rewire and redo plumbing in my house.. Workers would not show up for days at a time. Meanwhile, ins company was paying for me to stay at a motel. I finally let them go and hired someone to finish, but I have many issues with the poor workmanship of the first crew.
I am a 69 year old widow , unfamiliar with the area since I had owned the house for less than a month, and no close family.
Servpro did not even finish the clean up work. I asked for a final bill after waiting for them to do the cleanup and nobody showing up.
Failed to anticipate my tile floor would buckle after flooding. Franchise owner personally Promised me they would make right with insurance company. This never happened and now they do not return by phone calls or emails. And Nstionwide insurance is evidently just as crooked because they are complicit. The worst part is that I trusted they would do the right thing. Now I m about to see the work anniversary and I left with a buckled tile floor. Do not use Servepro. It appears that corporate cannot mandate honesty in their franchised operations

SERVPRO Franchise In Mcallen (Servpro Of Mcallen) Texas Area have GREAT staff and owners who are always involved with the every day activities. Great, compassionate office Manager Claudia and her assistant Alexis always helped and worked with my insurance to get things rolling. I'm just now reviewing because I cant believe such negative reviews on here and I have recommended them to friends who are now dealing with recent flood situations.
SERVPRO is a great company that works all around the nation. My best comparison is its like a Starbucks, you know exactly what kind of service/product you will get when you have them come out because they all are required to keep the highest training certificates. I highly recommend SERVPRO to all my friends and family.
Stay away. The other reviews are correct - they don t make up for any shortcomings of the franchise. ServePro came recommended by my homeowners insurance company after a house fire. They were supposed to clean and pack up all of my personal contents, and provide me with a detailed photo inventory to provide to insurance. They didn t photograph all my contents, didn t give me a complete inventory, and then disposed of all of my personal property they determined to be non salvageable without my permission, and without a release. I ve lost sentimental items I can never get back. ServePro admitted fault but is hasn t offered me ANYTHING because my insurance company will be paying for anything that was damaged in the fire . Then they sent me a PAST DUE invoice for $25k! They don t care about the outcome of the jobs at all. Do not ever use ServePro!
Don t bother with this company, they are very unprofessional and treat custimers like utter trash. Forget the fact that people call this company when terrible things happen, my case was an issue late at night 2am.
When speaking with their people, the man was insulting, refused to provide any sort of help and he was clearly very upset that I had called so late.
Not to mention the fact my issue was HUGE and the cost was enormous I would hate to see how this company treats customers with less expensive issues.
We are a contractor, we were dealing with the Indianapolis West location and have not been paid for a job completed in May 2018. We would suggest being very careful if you choose to do business with this location.
Some water in my lower level carpet just around bathroom area from a leaky sink. called servepro and thy came out right away..that was good but they wanted me to sign a contract with the price undisclosed to remove the wet padding and dry the carpet, install new padding and reattach the carpet. That is a blank check I told him and I dont sign blank checks. He said we just dont know how much time it will take. Really? Not rocket science here. Finally got an estimate not a solid number from the franchise owner on the phone of $3,000. I just had Lowes install the entire lower level for $1500 with padding etc.. I just did it myself with a $60 roll of padding and a fan. Took all of 2 hours tops labor and 2 days dry time. If money is not an issue I guess they are ok maybe
I see they just respond with canned responses. Very sorry... blah blah.. If they were serious they would fix the problems but looks like years of BS work. How do they stay in business??
