Intelligent Office has been acting as our receptionists, processing our telephone calls, collecting our mail and providing temporary offices and meeting space for many years. They project a very professional appearance and attitude to our clients and represent our company very well. The temporary offices and meeting rooms are well equipped and rentals and very reasonable. We highly recommend Intelligent Office services to anyone who needs on demand professional representation.

I have been an IO client since 2007, originally starting as a per diem client and moving to have a permanent office in the last three years. Intelligent Office has met and exceeded my expectations. I have taken advantage of the multiple spaces under the ownership group out of Reston to allow me to flexibly meet with clients in close proximity to them. Each of the spaces are consistent and the office staff is invariably helpful and congenial. While there may be other spaces available which are cheaper, I do not believe that they can offer the package of services and the consistency of environment offered by IO.

Nicole and everyone on staff is highly professional and always willing to help! Recommend anyone looking for a successful office space to check out the Reston office.

I have been with IO in Reston for 4 years now. The staff is wonderful! No matter what my needs are, an office, conference room, they are always accommodating.
With the large number of packages I get it, it is important to have them signed for and inspected. I have always been able to count on the staff at IO to over see this important part of my business.
The IO Reston office is not the most convenient office for my day to day travels, however, I would not consider using another office. The customer service at the Reston office keeps me coming back!
I would recommend them to anyone!

Intelligent Office in Reston offers fantastic customer service in a personable, friendly environment. Our company has used their reception services for years and have recently moved into the office space in Reston. The office area is spacious, clean, bright, and conveniently located in Reston near the toll road, large shopping centers, Dulles airport, and the Metro's new silver line.
