I am going around posting negitive reviews on other franchises sites. Letting customers know. SERVPRO CORP.
DOES NOT stand behind their franchisees quality of work. If you have a problem with quality work by a franchise owner, YOU MUST handle the complaint through the franchisees owner. And when the franchisee will not reply or make his work guaranteed. Servpro franchises reply is, "all complaints must be handled through the franchise owner."
Servpro Rogers County screwed me out of $8,011.79 last year. They only completed half the work. I have pics.,video, I also have a TV cosumer advocate Ch 2 works for you. And now the owner has closed the Servpro of Rogers County. And has opened up a marijuana dispensary. When I have written letters of complaint (3 filed),
Greg Baugh, Kevin Fleming, and the district manager John Cuttrel. I have been trying to make the franchise Corporation make good on the cleaning by Servpro Rogers County. Again their reply was " I had to deal with the franchise owner." They won't even give md insurance or bond info. to beable to file a claim.
So after explaining to now, how Servpro Corporation, and how the franchisees work is performed, was subpar. And Servpro Corporation won't stand behind the work. Are you really willing to take a chance with your property and your family's well-being, wondering which Servpro franchise we will show up. For me I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Servpro.
So if your a franchisee, and I wrote a negitive review, I suggest contacting the above management.
