I had a mold problem occur in my home due to a water leak behind my washer. I got in touch with Chris Spain (General Manager of Servpro in Valdosta Ga.) He came out and assessed the damage. He agreed to do the job and sent a quote to my insurance company. When my insurance company finally decided to send the check he backed out of the job. He offered no reason other than "I'm just not going to do the job."
