Sears Centre Arena Reviews

Can't even tell me if the event is sold out or if there are still tickets left. I'm not going to drive 45 minutes to maybe be turned away, or not. I'd rather not deal with the hassle. I'm not someone who enjoys jumping through hoops.

Nice Arena. They need to change the name since Sears is out of business or soon will be.

Easily accessible, affordable food/drink prices, clean, and friendly service.

Chicago Drive-In has a pop up drive in theater there. Friendly staff. Clean.

Great parking, easy access to main highway, alot of good restaurants in The area, went for Boozefest.... will for sure go again next year

Went here for my son's graduation. It was a very nice place to hold it since his class had 600 graduates. Nice atmosphere very clean.

Is aight. Samf was awesome. Good for live sporting events.

Excellent facility, well managed, easy access to and from I90

A very good arena. But getting out after the event stinks. The police push traffic in one direction and you sit in your cars for about 20 minutes as they funnel you to route 59.

Great place to see events. Ample parking & easy to get in/out. Nice local venue to for NW Chicagoland suburbs.

Not enough concessions choices, low quality food, average beer selection, tiny arena with few visitors

We were here for a graduation and the staff took time out to walk the grounds with us to find a perfect spot for my handicapped uncle.

Were their for High School graduation plenty of security plenty area to park building clean.

Nice place great sound could be a little louder. Could use more batroom stalls especially when hosting country concerts . Parking attendents are idiots . Get there early and they try to send you way back not the way its done . Box office guy has an attitude as well.

Very well laid out parking lot, easy to travel to, clean building, easy to get around with fairly wide concourses.

Hillsong Worship concert. Very nice venue. I like the help they have with parking. All was very organized.

The staff are so friendly, which is a bonus! The stadium itself is great. We went to watch the US Men s National Volleyball team for VNL and we had so much fun!

a few weeks back I was at the Toby Mac concert. The facilities, the vendors and staff were all in very good shape. Friendly service, good food and clean men's bathroom.

It was my first time going there for the event All In. The arena was immaculate and the staff were very polite and pleasant to talk to. We had an issue with our tickets that we printed online and the staff was very helpful and had printed the tickets in their office.

Local sports arena with free parking and convenient access.

Great arena. Took our kids to see the Hot Wheels monster trucks. Parking was a breeze, arena was small enough that every seat has a fantastic view. Tons of food/drink vendors, clean bathrooms, would definitely return!

Nice venue but eat and drink before you go! $7 for a Gatorade and $5 for a water! That is outragous!

Visited a few months ago with my girls for a country concert. The venue is perfect for concerts. It's small enough that you can enjoy yourself and you're not completely crowded but large enough to hold a decent amount of people period the downside was once you entered you could not leave. So if you're a smoker or even a social smoker it sucks. Other than that the tickets were decently priced because if it was at another venue we would have paid twice the amount of money for the good seats that we had. Another downside is they don't do too many concerts and I wish they did more r.

Easy access off interstate. Descent parking. Pretty surprised at staff positive attitude. Even parking lot attendant wished us good luck in competition. Less commercial & more focused on event. All seats we're good seats. We liked it.

I was there for Volleyball Tornoment they did a great job keep everything clean and organized. I had a banner that fall down under seats and they send someone under the seats to bring it up for us. It was a hard situation but I appreciate their efforts.

Great venue. I was here for a state cheerleading competition. The handicapped parking situation wasn't great because of the way they had areas blocked off to control the flow of traffic.

My high school graduation ceremony took place here. Vast space for such an event. Great location.

This is decent stadium. I've gone there a few times. Seats could be a bit more spacious but still a nice venue

I went there for an Easter Day worship my church hosted & found it to be clean & well laid out.

Food options and food quality is HORRIBLE. They re always running out of food at this venue especially when they have LARGE business events (clearly someone isn t an event planner on the team). Wouldn t go to any event at this location. Staff are also not the most pleasant either...... I complete opposite to the customer service we receive in the city of Chicago. This location is definitely like the boonies

This is a good event location for smaller venues, however not really suitable for a National All Star Cheer Competition like the US Finals. It was very clean and organized, with security and support staff.

Poorly planned music festival in the parking lot. Traffic out at the end was the worst.

Nice modern venue in the Burbs. It's close to the highway and lots of restaurants and stores. A fun place to catch a game or show

Came here for the VNL matches last week and it was awesome! For an arena it had good food and prices. Lines moved quick and everything seemed to run very smoothly. Not from the area but would definitely attend another event here if it made sense to!

Went to see windy city Bulls game. Great seats and easy access to amenities.

They held a good rth of july fest and fireworks here.

The upper suites are nicely carpeted with elegant bathrooms. The arena floor bathrooms are concrete and stalls. Take the stairs up for a better bathroom experience.

A little worn, but totally met and needs for a high school graduation.

Went to 4th of July fest. Lots of free parking. Food selection was limited. Midway.closed early due to weather

I love this place parking is so convenient and I have made more memories with my grandchildren at this location
