I've just leased a 2015 Camry from Scott Clark Toyota and couldn't be any happier.
I worked with Travis Wilson and he really made the deal work for me. Travis is honest, straight forward, and won't waste your time. My brother recommended Travis to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
An excellent experience through and through with Travis Wilson. Five stars.
Jeremy Holt was a great help with answering questions about new tires and with alignment service.
Coming in here was a really nice experience. Jeff helped me quite a lot looking and exploring my options. Everyone is super friendly. The building is freezing however. Also to be expect there is a fair amount of dead time waiting for paper work to run and to get a good deal. I am happy I came to Scott Clark for my new car
Quick service call. My advisor, Billy, kept me informed and got me in and out in a timely manner
Great experience, my service representative Crystal Kash was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She kept me informed on all of my options and helped me make the right choice. Will definitely continue working with her. Thank you!
Awesome experience!! Very patient with me and my questions ! See paul moore!! Great man! Thanks to all for my 2017 tacoma!!
Most horrible experience ever! The salesperson James, his other colleagues and also the managers tried to bully my wife and I when we went back to them with complains about a 2 day old car that we bought.
I'm not sure how they do business, but they should be learn how to treat their customers. Once they sell you a car, they don't take responsibility of anything that comes later. I talked to a few friends and co-workers and whoever has worked with Scott Clark Toyota, has regretted their decision.
Be careful when buying from them, they con you by making you believe their cars are good and don't take any responsibility once you go back to them with an issue
This was the worst experience I had with a dealership. It started with the initial call when scheduling my service appointment. It was a Saturday afternoon, the rep said if I get my vehicle in by 2:15 it would be ready by the end of the day. Needless to say that was a lie. Tyler called me and explained to me that parts needed to be ordered and my vehicle would be ready mid-day Monday. Please keep in mind this is my work truck , and all my tools and equipment are in the truck.. Now Monday comes around and I get a call from Tyler at 5pm one hour before they close, to say they received the wrong part and my vehicle will not be ready until Tuesday, after expressing my frustration and how I m losing money each day my vehicle is not completed, Tyler assured me my truck would be ready 11am Tuesday morning. Next day I call Tyler at 9am just to confirm my vehicle would be ready , he states vehicle will be ready at 11. I call at 10:30am as I m getting a ride to the dealer I call Tyler again and let him know I m on the way there will vehicle be ready, he says absolutely. I get there at 11 only for Tyler to tell me my vehicle is not ready. Let s just say at this point I m furious. We bring our vehicle to the dealer for things like this not to happen. They kept over promising and not delivering. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership. The service manager was aware of everything and he had no care in the world, not one time did he come over and apologize for the inconvenience.
The service people at Scott Clark Toyota are very professional...I was in and out in a reasonable length of time for a oil change, tire rotation, and the all points check they do..great waiting area...free coffee..even a free manicure if you'd like!BIG THUMBS UP!
Very friendly employees from the sales department (Reggie & WIll) and accounting (Mark). Seem to have decent prices on their vehicles. I was happy with the price I got on the used car I purchased from them. My only concerns were with what happened after I bought the vehicle. I was only given one key to the vehicle, which I don't blame the dealership for, but could be a potential problem if I lost it and means more money out of my pocket to one made. When I pulled in to my house after leaving the dealership I found that the front drivers side door will not lock. The whole time I was shopping there I was told "it matters more where you buy from, than what car you buy" and "we make our used cars like-new again". So I was somewhat disappointed when I arrived home and I couldn't safely lock my car.
I E-mailed the salesman that sold me the car and I was contacted by the GM (Jim). Jim told me to bring the car in and they would fix the lock and help as much as they could with procuring another key. Overall, I am happy with my experience dealing with Scott Clark and their customer service.
Everything there is big and shiny, clean and neat; which can look a little intimidating from the outside, but everyone does a good job making you feel very comfortable. Also, apparently you can get your nails done while they service your vehicle. Not for me but maybe I'll bring my wife. I would definitely go back.
Very good, excellent communication from service advisor. Reasonable time for scheduled maintenance.
I'm a 30 year old man, entrepreneur, and father. Tell me why when one of their sales reps decides to not work with me over the phone (mind you we've purchased two cars from Scott Clark when I use to live in Mooresville) they decide to call my father to see if he was interested in the car? This was MY INQUIRY with my PERSONAL information provided. Why in the world are you digging into your database of Vangs and reaching out to my family to see if they want to purchase a vehicle that I INQUIRED about?! Extremely unprofessional and rude. You've lost a customer for life. Don't bother contacting me either with all of your superficial responses. Disgusting.
Johnnie helped set up my service appt and Pete was AWESOME! I was able to get my suv fully maintenance with phenomenal customer service by Pete and my salesman Johnnie. Pete went the extra mile to researched my coupons and I didnt miss out. I thought I used them. Thank you!
All they want to do is take your money I recently had a window replaced on a 2016 Toyota Corolla Sport and they charged 600 which is a total ripoff considering I could do it myself for around 80 but I wanted a quality repair or that's what I thought I would have got but instead they left the busted glass in my door and all in the interior and they told me they "did the best they could" which was a lie the mechanic was being lazy and not properly doing his job expected a better job considering this is a toyota dealer I will never make this mistake again! SCOTT CLARK IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!
This was my first visit to Scott Clark. Steve and the team at Scott Clark provided exceptional service. I brought in my 2018 Toyota 4Runner with a problem with the tire pressure sensors. The Scott Clark team quickly identified the issue and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. The part needed to be ordered, so I was scheduled to come back two days later. Both times I worked from the showroom, which has excellent WiFi and ample seating. The addition of the cafe makes waiting for your vehicle less tedious! Overall, this is a well-oiled team whose high prioritization of customer service really shines through. I will never take my car anywhere elseT
Great, quick service! Service staff are very nice and knowledgeable, making sure everything is taken care of. Great experience!
Excellent service and fast turnaround on servicing my car.
Jimmy Adcock and Justin Bustle took excellent care of my automotive needs.
I had an apt on 6/8 at 9:15 am for a 35,000 warranty service. I was told they would be done in 70 minutes no problem. I didn t get my car until 2 pm.
Good cars, good experience, good service. Highly recommend.
This is my second car buying from Mike Black and I think Kameron. They were very friendly and helpful. Kameron really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and happy. I am very happy with my selection of car. I love the mileage, the color, 4 doors, the gas mileage, it's great. I can even deal with the manuel windows. Thats not to bad. But having no remote for the doors is going to be hard getting use to. :(
I coresponeded with them tru internet before purchasing which I think helps alot and saves alot of time for both of us. They knew exactly what I was looking for and provide that quickly. I am very satisfied and if I need another car in the future I will be back to Scott Clarks and see Mike or Kameron if there still there. Thank you for my car.
Nice and fast, easy to get to. Also people are not pushy.
Very quick and thorough service provided. Nice pleasant waiting area.
Sold my daughter a 2014 Toyota Corolla and I told them the day she was getting it the rotors and brakes were worn. The service department we very adamant that the brakes were still in great shape. We go back for her first oil change in 2 months and they tell us the brakes and rotors are worn and it will cost $500 to replace them. I told my daughter to get her oil change and we will take the car to real service techs that wont lie to her. It can only be one of two things with them, either the service tech was to stupid to see the brakes and rotors were worn the first time or he lied. Either way my friends and family will never purchase another vehicle from them.
Great service, convenient, and professional and friendly staff!
Made an unfortunate mistake of buying a car from them. Been in four times for the same problem. After saying they would reimburse me for towing and a lift to get there. They did not keep their word. They gave me the runaround. And got funny when it came to money. I will never do business with a company again. Very unprofessional.
They have the friendliest service staff in the world highly recommend getting any car repairs or anything done here there is no other comparison to there service 15/10 recommend
We have been with Scott Clarks since 2005 and have enjoyed the service on our Toyotas that they have performed. We feel that we have been treated very well and in a very professional manner. The individuals we have interacted with have treated us fairly in all of our dealings. Some of your great employees are Billy Carroll, Scott Keith, Wayne Faust and Mr. Roger Belk. These fine individuals have always acted in a
most polite and always a professional manner. I will recommend Scott Clarks to everyone I know. Thanks for helping us out.

Took my wife's Rav4 for it scheduled maintenance at 10am and was done at 10:30 am. I live in valdese nc so it as nice my wait wasn't that long.
I bought a used Tacoma from Scott Clark Toyota a couple of years ago that had a lifetime powertrain warranty. I recently had an issue that was covered under the warranty. At first pass, the warranty company, was going to decline the claim on a technicality (as they often do). I contacted the team at Scott Clark and they went to work for me. They were able to get my reimbursement for the claim as submitted. These guys stand behind their products and will do what's right for their customers...you can't ask for more than that. Great Job!
If I could go lower I would. I'm currently deployed to Europe and thought I had a deal in place. Salesman took my information to place a deposit to hold the vehicle for my wife to purchase the following Saturday as we are not local. They gave us issues with the use of a power of attorney but magically figured it out after a sale fell through of the vehicle. About 7 hours after I thought I placed my deposit I received an email stating "The S2000 sold before I could get your deposit. Thank you for all your time" I received this email the following morning when I woke up. Extremely disappointed with the complete unprofessional behavior of the sales team.
Excellent place to have your Vehicle serviced at. The service technicians are very friendly and efficient.
It is always a pleasure to do business with Scott Clark Toyota. They took my car in promptly, and I waited comfortably in their waiting area. The work was done quickly.
My only complaint is that I have not been able to make an appointment online. The application will not let me choose an appointment date and time. I always have to call in to make an appointment for service.
So, I have bought several Rav4s from Scott Clark. Never again. I had a tire issue and they wouldn't even price match or fix it at cost on the tire even though the car is TWO MONTHS old. I get I didn't have road hazard, but they were going to have to special order the tire because they were out of stock. If it was ordered they were going to make me pay for it regardless of if I found a better deal. The service tech was so rude. I am currently trying to sell them back my car. I want nothing to do with Scott Clark ever again. Breaking up after 4 years is hard, but I have a feeling I will have a great sense of relief to wash my hands of them.
I was rather disappointed in the communication between the service agent and the actual technicians, because more 2 times was I called and said my car would be ready and it actually wasn't. Despite getting a rental for 2 days (which was the upgrade to the stars) I continuously kept getting misinformation about the painting for my passenger side assembly replacement for the mirror.
Ashley McLean was easy to communicate with and provided a free rental since I had an airbag recall. She provided updates of what was needed & pricing.
Worked with the sales specialist Cameron - who was great to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable - and not pushy. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in purchasing a great Toyota vehicle.
All scott dealership are great until you have a issue are great until you have a issue they will avoid and will not respond to you, good luck if your are looking for a genuine experience.
Finished a lot quicker than expected. Good service and superb waiting area. Great customer service as well.
Was making a deal over the phone and was heading that way (2 hour drive) when I was told they sold the car we were buying. Was constantly told I would get a call in 10 minutes, then I wouldn't hear from them or I would have to call them. Bought another car at Stokes Brown Toyota in Beaufort, SC.
Just had my car serviced a week ago, was in and out in under an hour. Great customer service. I usually have Mary Feaster in the service department help me out but everyone was willing to help. They pulled my car up when it was ready and cleaned it too. Thanks again.
Always an excellent experience at Scott Clark Toyota.
In and out quickly. Excellent service. Reviewed the results of the service with me. I'm a happy camper.
I came without an appointment very early and was taken care of in less than five minutes when the line looked as if it would take longer.
I bought the same Michelin tires and they did an alignment and the same tires were actually less than the previous tires that I had purchased elsewhere.
They fixed an unusual suction noise (hose loose) and looked into an intermittent start up scratching noise that will require keeping eye on to figure out the problem since it doesn t repeat upon startup every time.
2007 Avalon, 151k miles, excellent service record. Sooooo comfortable too.
Always excellent care at Scott Clark!
Great people all around! Craig Rose helped us out with the purchase of our RAV4 and we are so glad he did. If you re in the market for a new vehicle definitely go see him! He was straight forward about everything, but also cared enough to explain along the way and make sure we were comfortable with what we were doing. The whole staff from sales to finance and management were very friendly and helpful!
My son & husband just left your business with their $16 K CASH in hand from a deal you would not stand behind! You allowed a sale to go on for two days, two trips to the dealership & numerous phone calls along with hours spent there just to turn us away, saying you would not uphold your end of the deal. You are a shame & disgrace to car dealers. You will never have my business & I will tell everyone how bad of an experience we had with you! Signed, Marla Lowman
Edit: A huge thank you to Stuart for handling our situation and for being very helpful. We understand that situations happen that don t reflect the true nature of a business entirely. We believe that our situation was one of a kind and not typical for Scott Clark Toyota.
BEWARE!!
If I could give a 0 I would.
Make sure you KNOW you want to do business with this company if you give them money because you will have to fight tooth and nail for a refund. First off, we dealt with Dennis Lee, who will make you feel like he s telling you the cut and dry truth about everything. We had no issues with this company or Dennis until our deal fell through and we wanted our $ back that we put down a small deposit that we were told, was refundable. We worked without Dennis for roughly 2-3 days until we decided the route we were on was not an option. My husband sent Dennis a text message, which was how we had been communicating for the most part since we were not at the dealership physically, informing him that we would not be doing business as we thought. Dennis sent a few texts trying to still push the sale while ignoring our request for a refund. We gave him time to do the refund (roughly a day or so) and nothing. So, we called Scott Clark Toyota for the refund. Spoke with a gentleman from the sales department that said he would put in a not for Dennis to work on our refund. Another day goes by and nothing. No text or call saying that he would work on it, nothing. The second time we called to Toyota, my husband spoke with a manager. The manager, Shane, gave my husband the run around saying that the refundable deposit is more of a partial payment for the vehicle when we were told it was just to let the dealer know we were serious about our interest. After a week, several unanswered text messages, and two calls we are finally getting our refund. We are so thankful we did not do business with this company, especially after trying to get a measly deposit back.
I bought my car with Toyota approximately 4 yrs. ago. They are good about endeavoring to give good customer service. I was so impressed with the sales representative and the service so much that my co-worker purchased a vehicle from them based upon me telling her about my experience.
I have had service issues since then that have caused me to get angry a few times with the managers, but so far it has all worked out.
Not customer focused. People seem to hate their jobs (bad attitude) they ate slow (2.5 hrs for oil change) and not diligent (wrong tire pressure causing warning light to come on, wrong mileage reminder marking). Answering service is terrible (just rings and no one picks up)
Knowledgeable staff, quick service, and professional work. On my 2nd vehicle from this dealer. Only positive experiences and exceptional service.
After visiting multiple locations decided to buy Rav4 from this Scott Clark. Great overall team. Le Tran was my salesperson who really made this process easy for me. He was very easy going, answered all questions, and did not push like many other salesman. Thank You.
Will never take my Toyota's any place else. Out of this world service.
My salesman went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. The super helpful service staff worked hard to address the couple of small issues we needed fixed. I would recommend!
My experience here was extremely pleasant. Jeff White assisted me with the process he was super helpful and responsive. Very nice environment, overall excellent customer service and caring for the customer experience.
Had my oil changed and I had a quick errand up the road to run. I asked Matt how long the oil change would be so I could estimate whether I could walk to the store to grab an item. Matt pointed out the rain clouds and said if it is just up the road let me see if someone can run you up there really quick . Someone on the team shuttled me to the store during my oil change, and I was able to kill two tasks in a single trip. The fact they were willing to do that for me speaks volumes!!! So happy with my 4Runner and the service they provide.
I havebeen doing business with Scott Clark since 1999. Always satisfied. They are great to thier customers!
I have been a customer for almost 12 years. This dealership is always up front on the charges and always completes the maintenance of my vehicle within a reasonable amount of time.
I love this place. Clean, professional, and pleasant facility. Very friendly staff (yes, the sales guys descend on you as you approach, but they're fun and friendly even when they learn you're not there to buy!) Waiting areas make you comfortable and leave you feeling pampered. Even an on-duty (free) manicurist. The quote they offered me on my used car did not persuade me to sell, but it was the best of three other quotes I'd gotten. Construction around the entrance is intimidating, but signage is good so don't be put off.
Scott Clark's Toyota is always very professional and helpful. They have a great setup for getting work done while waiting for car maintenance and repairs to be completed. It is hard imagining buying a Toyota anywhere else.
Mohammad took great care of me with my vehicle service.
So this is my place to go to every time I need my car serviced just because I don t want to risk sending my car to a local & unknown place where they would randomly invent extra stuffs that I needed to fix.
Despite this being the place that I go to for service, I don t enjoy waiting there. First off, the service advisors are not always honest. They would stress you into servicing additional services that your car not yet needed for a long future. Second, they would request you to make appointments ahead of time but respect nothing of your personal time and schedule. It is not acceptable to wait for more than one hour to get an oil change when you had an appointment ahead of the time. Lastly, the cashier and service advisors had zero respect or care about you personally. They would leave you there and give you zero updates as you wait. When the wait was too long to bear and you decided to check with someone, one would refer you to the other and told you they would come for you when it s your turn.
Please help me out, Toyota dealership, my patience on you is thinning out. I am very much hesitating on doing any business with you in the future or purchasing any car with you down the road when this is the reality of service qualities I am receiving from you.
Great experience at Scott Clark's Toyota. Thank you to Jeremy Holt for a speedy service on a busy Saturday morning!
Overall lousy experience. Went in to purchase a new Highlander Limited. We walked around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to approach. Didn't happen. Finally went to the cute little girl chewing gum at the front desk and asked if someone could help us. "you'll have to wait, everyone is busy" was the response. Meanwhile a swarm of managers(?) stayed in the glass booth in the corner of the showroom trying hard NOT to interact with customers. After waiting 10 more minutes, I asked the bubble gum girl if she could just direct us to where the limiteds were parked so we could browse and she informed me that all new inventory was parked on the upper floors of their parking deck and only a salesperson had the secret key to the elevator to access that area. As we were leaving a sales associate asked what we were interested in, and when I responded a Highlander Limited, he told me they didn't have one. We left and drove to Concord where they had a selection to chose from, salespeople to help and a very low pressure approach to buying. Hendrick got our business!
I am convinced that the Scott Clark dealership is set up in such a way that it is not consumer friendly. You can't browse...look at colors and options on a window sticker....see what interests you.
You must be assigned a salesperson, get your contact information recorded, and then have them hovering over you if and when you ever get to the "inner sanctum" where the inventory is kept. NO THANK YOU!
When I first purchased my car from here the service and people were great. Over the years the quality of service has diminished. My last trip there I had to leave my car for an all day service. No one called me to let me know my car was ready so I decided to show up. Upon arrival I found that service dept was closed. Just horrible
From out-of-town, passing thru Charlotte, 3 warning lights came on and brakes started grabbing on their own. Service department polite and accommodating. They couldn't find the problem, but didn't charge me for their time, either. Nevertheless, the car's problems are sporadic, and it got me home.
I dropped off my Toyota Sienna for a recall repair. They gave me a free ride home, and returned to give me a ride back to the dealership. They even found a couple more recalls for my vehicle and ordered a part for another recall
Horrible experience, it was like buying a car 25 years ago. I called prior to showing up at the dealership to confirm cost, only to have sales greatly inflate the price. It took me 4.5 hours to get sales to their advertised price. Lots of pressure for down payment, and very questionable sales tactics. At one point I went in search of my keys, as I was fed up and wanted to leave. The sales staff was visibly angry. I asked to change wheels/tires and was told it was not a problem, then was told it would cost too much to change. Also, the payoff on my trade came in $400.00 less than reported, no refund. This was our 4th purchase and our last.
Took my Highlander here for service for the first time this week. The customer service was great start to finish. They were able to pull up our service records from Oregon and were honest about the condition of the car and what we did and didn't need to repair/replace. They were quick to give me a rental so I didn't have to miss an afternoon appointment and sent me my service report via text so I didn't have to wait around. Super efficient, accommodating, and honest. Will be back for sure!!
We have bought every car we own from Travis Wilson! The experience has always been wonderful!
Scott Clark Toyota service was awesome! They took the car in immediately upon arrival. Wes R. was very efficient and courteous. Will continue servicing my car here!
UPDATE: I have called Jimmy Cline 4 times over the past 2 weeks, and he hasn't returned my phone call. As they say, talk is cheap.
First, let me state that I m a pretty reasonable person with reasonable expectations. I rarely write reviews unless it s really good or really bad. I had an extremely bad experience at Scott Clark Toyota on Independence Blvd. They will absolutely take advantage of you if you re not careful. They kept attempting questionable tactics, and I would call them on it. First, I wanted to lease a 2015 RAV 4. They didn t have much inventory, but could look and trade at other dealerships. They wrote me a worksheet on what the payments would be. Fees were in the $1,700 range. They were pressuring me to the payments on the worksheet with the $1,700 fees, and said it would take 15 minutes to complete the transaction, if I would just agree to the payments.
Furthermore, they then put the actual disclosure statement in front of me, it was NOT FOR THE ACTUAL CAR I WANTED TO BUY. Seriously. Why would I sign up for any payments or fees when I don t even have a car that I m signing up for? Basically, what they were trying to do was to get me to agree to a payment and fees, then find me the cheapest 2015 RAV (with minimal features). Or, they get me to agree to a payment, then manipulate the purchase price, residual value, and trade in value to get to the payment. So, they lowered my monthly payment, but just increase the residual value.
After a little bit of time, they put an actual disclosure statement in front of me. I noticed fees were in the $3,700 range. I asked them about the additional $2,000 fees. They said that the original paper was just a worksheet and he promised me those fees would have been included if I signed up for what the worksheet disclosed (the one that would only take 15 minutes). I told them, you re not promising me the fee would have been included, but actually only promising me that the fees were not originally disclosed. They had no comeback.
By the way, the reason for $2,000 increase in fees is due to what they call the Acquisition fee AND Doc fee . They only disclosed one of those fees on the worksheet. BOTH were about $700 fees. And, if you re wondering, the Tag, Title, Registration, and License Fees was another line item, so you can t claim the documentation fee is the title and registration fee. What s the difference? NOTHING. Just trying to get me to pay more fees.
One more thing about fees. They will charge you a $799 fee for ToyoGuard. They explained that Toyota Care covers you for the first 2 years, but ToyoGuard covers your services for the 3rd year of your 3 year lease. I told them I could probably service the car for cheaper than $799 for one year of basic services (like oil change). I told them that I d like that ToyoGuard $799 fee off of the disclosure statement. I didn t want to pay for it. They got pretty defensive and talked to me about the residual value. They told me that ToyoGuard was MANDATORY on the car I was looking at leasing. The car came that way from the manufacturer that I was MANDATED to get ToyoGuard Well, come to find out, the reason why ToyoGuard is so expensive ($799) is because it covers your services for AN ADDITIONAL 3 YEARS after the typical Toyota Care which covers all new car owners for 2 years. But, if you lease for 3 years AND you get ToyoGuard, you re paying for 2 additional years that you re not even going to use (5 years total). Of course they didn t tell me that I m paying services for 2 years that I couldn t use because my lease is only for 3 years.
Do you catch my drift? They are manipulative and dishonest. I feel obligated as a good consumer to have all consumers be wary of this dealership s tactics. Again, be wary of Scott Clark Toyota on Independence.
Disappointed that when waiting on someone to help me, no one acknowledges I m there. This has happened each time I come for service. Katlynn, assistant service manager, was awesome. She saw that I was standing there and came to help me. I had to leave my car and told them I would have someone bring me back to pick it up. They left key in envelope and when I returned today no one could find key. The young lady at the desk in the lobby area didn t try very hard to find it and then sent me back to service to see if they had it. One of the guys who gets your vehicle tracked it down. It was at the front desk!
Longer wait times than estimated, but good service.
My husband and I bought a used 2015 Toyota Camry from your dealership 1/28/2017 and bought maintenance plan package at the same time. We were told that we could use the plan at any Toyota Dealership, we tried to use plan at 2 different Toyota Dealerships and were told it was only for use at Scott Clark Toyota. We live over 2 hours away from Scott Clark and my husband works 5 1/2 hours away from Scott Clark Toyota. I have called the dealership and left messages for the GM, the Assistant GM and Finance. I have talked to 3 different people at the dealership who said they would check into the problem and call me back. My first call was on April 12, 2017 it is now May 15, 2017 and I am still waiting to hear from someone. No one will help me or call me back and I want to cancel these plans and get refunded. I think you now have our money and your dealership could care less about customer service. I feel like my next call needs to be to the Attorney Generals office and the Local News Stations.
I would like to say Great Thanks to Paul Powell who made my purchase experience really smooth and enjoyable.
I have been dealing with Scott Clark for over 6 years. I am extremely happy with the service of Tim Wright, one of the top salesman. Very professional, cares about the customer, and regular exceeds customer service expectations. i have had a 2012 Corolla, 2015 Corolla, and now a new 2018 Corolla, wow am I happy with all of the cars, service and customer care, and how Tim keeps me on his radar. Moreover their finance person Steve C ,( I here it is inside name Steve Bagel), does good finance work as well. He was great too! I was very pleased with my new 2018 Corolla (Crush Blue Metallic), it is so cool and rides like , well almost like our Avalon. Thanks to a new Staff member Angel, she was attentive, professional, got me all squared away to drive the new car with all its "bells and whistles,"...Angel you are caring and were helpful. Thank you Tim, Angel and Steve, 10 on all your customer care! Thanks, Gene, I'm a happy guy!
This is my second lease through Scott Clark. I had a wonderful experience both times. My second lease could not have gone any better. Travis, Bobby, and your other employees were very professional, and wonderful to work with. I will definitely continue to use your dealership!!
Fast and efficient. Bill was very helpful. Will definitely recommend!
My wife and I have wanted to buy a new Prius for the last 6 Months. A friend of ours has 2 of them and love the cars very much. We are also Costco Members and to save money we went thru their car buying program to find a dealer close to us. We got Scott Clarks Toyota in Matthews,NC. We received a call from Robert Van Alstyne at the dealership to ask us to please come and view the Prius and that they had all of the models in stock. He was right. Robert Van Alstyne took us thru the viewing, test driving and buying process as if we were a family member of his. Outstanding. If we had been Royalty we could not get better service than we have had with Robert and this dealership. We love our new Prius and we love the price we paid for it all thanks to Robert Van Alstyne and the team of people at Scott Clarks Toyota
The team at Scott Clark has really ramped up their game since my last visit there a year ago. The customer service has improved exponentially with special thanks to Matt and CJ who were personable, helpful, and responsive. I don't give recommendations that aren't deserved. They merit those 5 stars!
I loved it initially because I was upside down in a car loan and actually got a great deal. I still love the car, no problems there.
As it turned out, Leo Rojas, the car salesman, was doing his friend a favor. He is no friend to me. I will not be sending any more
Referrals because a particular customer I sent to Leo purchased a car and instead he awarded the referral bonus to an ex boss, SHE is an unscrupulous, cheat and number ONE worse employer EVER and that is the only prize she should receive.
Leo knew that I sent him that client. As a result I will never recommend ANYONE to Leo.
Too bad because I'm in much better position to send him great referrals. Badly done, Leo. Touche.
I needed tires right away. After going to another Toyota dealership and having a bad experience this place was great. They took my appointment on a busy Saturday at the last minute. I was able to get 4 tires mount, balanced and aligned for a great price. They even threw in a free car wash!!!!
Went in for regular maintenance. They were super friendly and helpful. Really quick too.
Just leased a Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner from Scott Clark Toyota and I am very happy with it!! Michael Miller assisted me in the lease and was both courteous and professional at all times. His honesty was refreshing and worked hard to get within my budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new Toyota.
The service Department needs to get a better system regarding the answering of there telephone. As a busy person I do not wish to talk with a call center for Scott Clark Toyota. The call center begins to ask a whole host of questions, name, phone number etc.
At that point they send a message over electronically to the service department and then the service department calls you back when they get ready. Absolutely Horrible!
Very unprofessional! I will purchase my 2016 Avalon and my 2016 Tundra from Hendrick in August 2015. Good Riddance!
Great service. I had to go in for service on my lunch break and the wait was extremely long.. I couldn t believe it and then I was informed that they have courtesy drivers!! I had Gary, he was great and took me all the way back to my side of town so I didn t miss work. To make it even better, he picked me up when the car was done and brought me back. Excellent service from everyone! I ll def be buying my new car from here!
Always great service whenever I come here. Never had any hiccups and the staff make sure you feel at home. Ryan Duffy showed genuine interest in my vehicle and specific needs. Definitely will continue to ask for him when I need to schedule my truck for service.
We brought our 2012 4runner in for evaluation after it died while driving. I was quickly greeted by Jimmy C (the GM), who brought me right over to Justin B (service manager). Justin and his team spent 2 1/2 days going through the entire electrical system of our truck to find the problem. All is working great at this time. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. I highly recommend the service department at Scott Clark Toyota for all your service needs.
Wonderful service department. TV available, free WiFi, snack bar, free manicures, free hot beverages, comfortable place to wait.
Scott Clark sold me a truck with bad breaks and rotors rusted to the truck. Also with a radio that doesn't work from day 1, it also has 4 recalls that they did not fix prior to putting it for sale. After I paid CASH for my vehicle. They seemed to just wanna get rid of the thing I shouldn't have bought it but now it is too late... I don't recommend anyone going there to buy anything from them they are a bunch of sharks!!!!
Ella Sueoka made my experience at Scott Clark Toyota just Great!!!! . I couldn't ask for a more kinder and nicer sales consultant than her, she has helped me all the way till now I'm in my dream car. She has always treated me as family and I always feel first class when dealing with her. I made the right decision of coming to Scott Clark Toyota and not giving up on Ella. Thank you Scott Clark Toyota and what a great sales person you have. Ella you ROCK!!!!!
Archie Newton took great care of me. I was out of the dealership in 30 minutes. Well done.
