Took my vehicle in for a simple state inspection. I made an appointment in advance and showed up on time. It took over three hours for the inspection to be completed. At the 2.5 hour mark I had to seek an update after seeing that my vehicle hadn t moved since I arrived. Who knows how long I would have sat there had I not escalated the matter. This is not what I have come to expect as my past experiences have been far better. This singular experience would have warranted zero stars but because of my past positive experiences I am being gracious with 3 stars.

I worked with Johnnie Fluker and he was a pleasure to work with. He helped me decide on which Toyota Tacoma to get. We drove several vehicles until i landed on the right one. He worked for me to get the numbers right. They were able to offer me what i needed to payoff the vehicle i was trying to trade in. All in all it was a good experience. I am the new owner of a 19 Tacoma SR5! So go to Scott Clark Toyota, and ask for Johnnie! If he can help you, he will.
Great service from Travis Wilson and his team. Very patient an informative. I didn t feel rushed or pushed into something I didn t want. I will be returning to them again for another vehicle!
I have been to Scott Clark several times for the last 5 years. I would say my last visit was somehow satisfactory. Billy was the first one who treated me as like other people because I am an Asian. Thanks Billy. I wish I would have you always as my service coordinator.
This place is horrible. I traded in my vehicle here and purchased a new vehicle. I have been trying to contact the salesman after purchase with questions and my text messages and phone calls have been ignored. I have also tried to contact the finance department regarding paying off my traded in vehicle and they have also ignored my messages. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere!
Scott Clark Toyota has a great service department. The service writers and technicians are very helpful and care about making your experience pleasant. The waiting area is an added bonus!
I really enjoyed my visit. Bobby and Travis helped me really understand what I needed and had to get done for my first car. Overall Great Experience and I ll be sure to tell my friends
Thanks Toyota Service!!! Greg was super awesome and helped me out, and also got me in for a pretty quick oil change in a reasonable amount of time! Gotta say much appreciated! Keep up the awesome work.!!!!!
Marshall, Steve, and everyone else in the service department have always treated me very well as I maintain my 1998 4Runner. They are always courteous and professional.
So this review was actually solicited from Scott Clark Toyota which I find surprising being that their service was hands down terrible and when we left they were aware of it. We took in our 2014 Land Cruiser for an oil change during a weekday. We were told it would be a 90 minute wait. Not a problem being that we brought work with us to do. 3.5 hours later they tell us that there is a safety recall that needs to be address and it would be another hour. Yes you read that correctly...3.5 hours for an oil change! We refused to have the recall service since they already had us 2 hours longer than planned. When we complained to the manager all he was saying was I ll take care of you next time. No!!! What makes you think we will be back for a next time ? So after much arguing we walked out and they picked up the tab on the oil change but it took 4 hours to get out from something the quick lube places do in 30 minutes. This is the 3rd or 4th problem with Scott Clark we have had in the past 2 years so shame on us for giving them another chance but we will absolutely never go back again for either of our 2 Toyota vehicles nor would we recommend anyone have the vehicle serviced by them. In fact we have been talking about trading in my truck for a newer one but now we will be taking our business to either Hendricks or just jumping ship and getting a Ford. There is little management and supervision in their shop. Total clown show.
Billy Carroll is one of the best service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Regardless of whether or not it is routine service or an unexpected repair, Billy goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of each and every time I pull into the service bay. I never have to worry that he will look out for my best interests and always informs me as to what my vehicle needs to keep me on the road. Dealerships are often given reviews based on the sales experience, which is an important element, but I believe that true customer loyalty comes with service after the sale. That's what keeps people coming back... In this respect, Billy Carroll is an asset to Scott Clark Toyota and sets the standard for his peers by providing a "personal touch" to the concept of excellent customer service. With him, you don't have to worry about feeling like "just a number" because he treats you like part of the Toyota family. Keep up the good work!
My wife is a tough person to make a sell to and so we spent a whole day Saturday at Scott Clark Toyota in Mathews, NC. We appreciated the competitive offers they were willing to afford us. We were literally there all day and had not ate anything and the finance director Elite even offered myself, my wife and son to share some pizza he just ordered for his team. That was extremely nice. The team we worked with was awesome, Bruce/Jimmy/ Nasir/ Brad/ Elite. Thank you guys! They were extremely responsive and open to all of our questions as well! You guys are 5 Stars and we felt we got the best deal and love our Toyota Highlander.
But the only reason why I would give this location a 3 star is because of my ending experience with one individual, the finance guy, Michael Brown. Mike had extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism. After taking our new car home, we came back the following day to drop off second portion of our downpayment because we had forgot to bring our check book the previous day. Mike was the only finance guy available Sunday morning and I gotta say, no greetings no "How can I help you" from this guy. He really treated us with little courtesy, and can I say pure ignorant attitude towards both myself and my wife, insulted I was. Complete opposite our initial experience going through financing with Brad the day before. I guess it's perfectly okay and normal in a professional environment to treat people with disrespect the first time you meet them. Tell me if this type of etiquette isn't damaging to any type of business.
Before heading out I actually had to initiate a final handshake and delivered a verbal thank you just to show the guy his lack of courtesy. Again we're not asking for anything but just came by to drop off a check. So infuriated that a simple task could turn out to be such a pain in the A$$ experience. If I made an over $40,000 purchase you bet i expect %100 professionalism and customer care. "Shake my damn Head." Would I recommend Scott Clark Toyota, That's a "YES" but with a caveat, avoid the mentioned individual above at all cost.
I am very pleased with my experience. Paul and Emily helped me make the best choice for me. They were very efficient and friendly. I got a great deal on my new car and I know Paul really worked hard to make that happen.
Mike Miller and Leudy made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I used to say I Hate car salesman and car shopping. I don t say that anymore and will go to Scott Clark Toyota for my next purchase.
Finance manager tried to push me into a finance plan that I didn t want with an extra charge. I told him no over and over. When I received my paperwork, he added the charges a year, knowing I refused this. Crooks!
I recently had some problems with my vehicle, so, since I was in the area, I stopped by Scott Clark's Toyota to take a look around. The salesman that I spoke with, Scott Elsenheimer, was very friendly and helpful, not only about the vehicles on the lot, but helpful regarding the issues I was having with my car. It was refreshing to deal with someone in the sales business who was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured into buying or that I was wasting his time.
I did not purchase a vehicle, but plan to in the very near future and will head over to Scott Clark's when I do....mainly because I was treated so well by Scott E. that I plan to buy my next vehicle from him. The inventory was immense, but cars are everywhere...honest, friendly people are not. Thank you, Scott! I imagine I'll see you soon the way this car is acting.
We had bought from Scott Clark's 6 years ago and had a good experience with them. When looking to get a new car, the first place we looked at was Scott Clark. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience this time. They had the car we wanted to look at ready for us when we got there, which was great. We had a fantastic test drive with Rick (who was awesome) and then we sat down to talk numbers. Wouldn't negotiate, was going to give us 3k less for our trade than another Toyota dealer, and treated us very arrogantly like we were idiots. We worked with Reggie and his sales manager. When we told them we weren't ready to make a decision and wanted to come back after we had eaten, the sales manager said "well, I'm hungry, too". Really!! Was disappointed. We would not have been a hard sale since we liked working with them last time. We ended up at Toyota of North Charlotte and had a fantastic car buying experience with them!
First service of the Tundra at Scott Clark's Toyota. Joey Carroll in the Service Dept. took great care of me. I was in and out in a flash...but in the short wait was treated great with wi-fi, coffee and a place to make some phone calls. Great job.
I wish I would have know about this place years ago. They are the most helpful and non-aggressive showroom I have ever been to. I just purchased a used Toyota from them and I could not be happier with either my vehicle or my experience. Plus, they offer a lifetime power-train warranty on many of their used Toyota options.
Over priced & tried to twist numbers on my trade in so that I would be giving about $8000 more than their truck was worth
Update: I purchased my SUV frim their Nissan store in December for $14900 in December 2018 & was offered $7400 for my SUV. Scott Clark toyoTo wanted 25000 for a 2012 4 door 4x4 Tacoma with 95000 miles on it when I see plenty of similar trucks online for $19-20k. As a repeat customer this is why I didn't make a purchase
Dustin was beyond helpful while helping me pick out which car I was going to be purchasing. Having always leased before now I had numerous questions on purchasing the Corolla which Dustin was very knowledgeable on and left me feeling at ease. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and love my brand new Corolla. Dustin even made it a point to follow up with me a few days after to ensure I was happy with my new car.
My appointment with Toyota dealer for an oil change went perfectly. Crystal Kush was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time spent talking with her. She asked all the right questions and gave all the right answers.
Pros.... good price on trade in, North Atkins tries his best, but the rest should retire or find another way to earn a living. Cons....I have nothing nice to say regarding the rest of the dealership. Rude sales personal, almost every aspect of the buying process had people not knowing the cars they were selling. Not knowing where my car was after buying it, not doing the paperwork correctly, and now my new car sits in my garage because they didn t properly register it and not doing the title correctly....for almost 6 weeks. No one cares. Beware.... don t go here.
I've bought 3 cars from SC. I just bought a Corolla, Johnny Fluker was the salesman. He was exceptional. They have been fair and courteous. I am always perfectly satisfied with my dealings with Scott Clark Toyota and with their service department.
We recently purchased a used rav4 from Scott Clark Toyota and were very pleased with the whole experience! Steven our salesmen was very patient and went on multiple test drives with me and made the purchasing process really simple and straightforward. Jacques in financing was very helpful and informative throughout the financing process! Mallory made sure our car looked brand new and addressed any/all concerns we had with our new car. I accidentally left my garage door opener in my old car that we traded in, and she was able to retrieve it for me the next day even after we had completed the whole transaction. Thank you guys for everything!
Colton Parker, Mike Miller, Jimmy Cline, and Jay Stadler all worked tirelessly with us to give us a new car experience. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I would buy from Scott Clark Toyota again.
Pete Acree has been my service advisor for nine years now. He and his service team maintained my 2005 Scion TC for 8 years, over 160,000 miles. Last year he helped place me with a Camry XLE. He continues to foresee and anticipate any problems I may inflict on any car I drive. I recently moved two hours away and am procrastinating the decision to change my service to another person. Previously anytime I would happen to "cut a deal" or pick a place for convenience, it has backfired and I had to take my car immediately to Pete to fix the damage of the other mechanics, such as leaving the oil cap off the motor or installing my tires reversed.
The facility is a home away from home. It is not one which is dirty or a time drainer of your day. Whether I'm there for 20 mins or four hours, I'm able to keep the clock ticking with their wifi/office area, nail stylist, food bar, comfy couches or TV's.
If i could go less with the STARS i would. I go to buy a vehicle with my pregnant wife at the time. I find a Chevrolet Truck that was used with low miles. Read the carfax and all. After purchasing this truck, the next three days was great. Then I was left stranded with a dead battery. NOW, 5 months later I have a truck with a bad motor and using 2 qts of oil every 1000 miles. AND SCOTT CLARK WILL NOT HELP..... I call to talk to them, they tell me to bring it and but ill have to pay 2-3 hundred more a month for a new truck.... SO THEY ARE A SORRY ASS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER IN THE END
We came in to look at a vehicle last week and from the moment we walked into the dealership I felt like they could have cared less about us being there. The receptionist was rude, more concerned about looking on her phone and flirting with her co-worker than helping us. The sales rep we had an appointment with passed us onto another associate who was lifeless, and had no personality. He didn't care if he made a sale or not and it showed. Whenever we asked what their best offer was on the vehicle we were looking at, the finance guy was the most nonprofessional, abrasive individual I have ever came across. I should have known when I walked into the dealership with the feeling I got that I should leave, won't ever go back there again. So disappointed.
Took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was not friendly or hopefully when asking about the status on my vehicle. I drove over 45 min to get service done, will be taking my car closer from now on.
Paul Moore was outstanding throughout the process. Incredibly knowledgeable on-site and very accommodating through the internet and emails. Abby was also great in walking through the car's features with me.
Travis Wilson is your man! He will find what you want at a fair price. He won't cut corners and wont BS you. That's the way buying a car should be. We love our 2012 Camry. You couldn't ask for a better car. Travis found this car at another dealership and had it delivered to Scott Clark the same day and we picked it up that night! That's motivated customer service folks. Support this guy and make your car buying experience enjoyable. We're glad we did...Thanks Travis
Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews is the best place I've ever taken my car. Its easy to make an appointment on-line, they have great hours and when I wait on my car they get me in and out in a reasonable time. They're helpful, courteous, efficient and have a great waiting room. I don't ever mind having to take my car in for service at Scott Clark.
Mike Black and Kameron Knox made our entire first experience buying a car great. They were easy to work with and took our feedback into consideration very well. We are glad we went to Scott Clark's Toyota, and know we left with a great car at a price that was good for us. Additionally, in the weeks after buying the car, Kameron has been available and receptive to helping answer questions we have had, which shows dedication to customer service. Thanks!!!
I spoke to a sales person Will Cummings and inquired about a vehicle. He blew me off when I asked questions about this vehicle and said he'd get back to me. Never got back to me and didn't not give a courtesy call to update anything. If this is how they handle potential customers then I don't suggest buying from there. I instead talked to someone from Toyota of North Charlotte and bought my new vehicle from them. They were friendly and prompt.
My boyfriend Mike Acton was the unfortunate survivor of a collision with a dump truck working on the Monroe Bypass. Needless to say a new car was in order. He picked a RAV4 so we went shopping. We were greeted and assigned a salesman. Mike had done his research so we went up and looked at the inventory. I have never used an elevator to search for cars but it was great. We didn't have to search a football field to find a car. We looked at the entry level model but they all had black interiors. We decided on a white exterior and grey interior with a sun roof. We were assigned to finance manager Maurice. He was well versed and completed the financing quickly. We went to get the car and it was washed and ready to go. We were introduced to Staci Reid and she gave us a tour of the car, connected the bluetooth, and provided us with 2 keychains. Everyone needs Stacy to ring the bells and blow the whistle. We had a great experience not to mention a free food truck.
Had a great time at Scott Clark Toyota, always a pleasure to see Billy Carroll there, he always does an incredible job taking care of me, and the recommendations he makes our phenomenal. I cannot tell you how much smoother my toyota tacoma runs, after every time I get out of Scott Clark and also out of Billy's care what an amazing day, and Thanks Billy.
I shared my review a few days ago and just wanted to update everyone how just HOW MUCH they actually rip you off here. Their deal was $345 for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE.
I went to another Toyota Dealership after I ended my deal with them (STILL haven't been refunded my down payment after they told me they would) and the other Toyota dealership has offered me $289 FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR. They even threw in a Nav system because they've heard so MANY bad experiences with people dealing with Scott Clark Toyota.
So AGAIN! I IMPLORE you to NOT go to this dealership. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I PROMISE you they will not give you the best deal.
Crystal is great! I always know my car is in good hands when I come here. The check in process could be a little better but overall it's always a good experience.
I was scheduled for a car inspection, had a car rental lined up because they told me it would be two hours. I got checked in and the associate at the car rental area talked me out f the rental because the employee who checked my vehicle in said it shouldn t be more than an hour. So I said I d just wait in the waiting area. Two hours go by and I head out to drop off/pickup zone to check on my vehicle s status and the employee who had checked me in said that they had just started on my car and that it shouldn t be more than 30-40 more minutes. So I went and sat in waiting area for another hour and when I came out to check on the car they told that that employee had just walked out and quit. Then they proceed to tell me that I have a nail in my tire near the wall of the tire and it needs replaced. Once this happened I let the staff know that I was not happy with the service and then they rushed the tire along. In the end I was there for 4 hours- shouldn t have been more than 1 hour- very disappointed and will not be going back there for my car inspections in the future. However, the staff who took over my ticket were very kind and apologized.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Ok so having moved to Florida I needed a bill of sale for car taxes here. Well during our move I had misplaced them. So I contacted Scott Clark and spoke with a few people over the course of 2 weeks. Everyone of them said they would contact me back and NEVER DID! Even the store manager couldn't contact me back, how bad is that!!! They eventually stopped answering my calls or placing me on hold. Emails never worked either, or chat! I finally had to write a letter stating how I've been treated and told them I'd be contacting the BBB if I didnt receive my bill of sale the next day. Well what do you know that worked and recieved my bill of sale from these people. I would never again buy a car from them and hope one day they go out of business for treating customers the way they do.
Colton our saleman was nice but the process on a cash sale still took forever. I traded our car in and was owed a balance check which was promised to me the following Monday. We bought on Friday. It is now the following Friday, ONE WHOLE WEEK LATER and still no one calls me back .I have called five different days and no return calls . RIDICULOUS!!! Buyer be ware. I would not leave without your check in hand.
I only went in for an oil change, experience was great! The lobby area was clean and had everything you needed, and I like that a lot! Pete Acree was very helpful and explained to me about a recall on my car etc. I ll definitely come back here.
Overall a very negative experience with this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle I signed up for the extended coverage warranty. When I had an issue that should have been covered, I was told I opted out of that particular coverage. I had all the paperwork and documentation proving this and they still claimed that I opted out. The finance guy who I dealt with when I purchased my vehicle was conveniently no longer even in finance at the dealership.
I have had a good experience with a few individuals who had nothing to do with that issue. Steve Vadala in service was excellent and I give him personally a 5 star rating.
I really like this toyota location. The staff is always friendly and never pushy. Service advisor Rickey and technician Chris were wonderful, they kept me updated every step of the way.
Don Evans did a great job throughout the sales process. He answered all my questions and worked with me on the price of the vehicle. I'm glad he approached me when I visited the dealership and I will certainly be sharing his name with friends and family. Thanks again Don!!!!!
Couldn't be more happier with my Tacoma ! Leudy was very professional and easy to work with - Kannon was awesome at setting up my car and helping me understand all the features to my truck - sending all my friends here !!!!
I highly recommend the sales associate Kameron Knox. He was extremely helpful and really worked on a personal level. He genuinely cared about my business and his main goal was to make me, the client, comfortable and get me into a car that fit my extensive list of criteria. Kameron made my car buying experience painless. Usually sales people are pushy and are insistent that you buy then and there. Kameron, however, was very open to hearing concerns and wanted the process to go at the clients pace. Although, I say Kameron was not pushy he did in fact get me into the car of my teenage dreams (used Toyota Rav4) and worked closely with management to "push" them into the deal. Finally,he put the finishing touches on the deal. He paid close attention to detail (ie. car paint, spare keys, fix a loose hub cap), which really put the "cherry on top" of my car buying experience.
If you are buying a used car and/or from out of state DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! Had we been buying a new Toyota I am sure that the service would have been much better. If you enjoy being shuffled from one area of the place to another as if you were a piece of meat then this is the experience for you. You do not get that up close and personal touch from one salesman, but rather you are one of five or six that he is jumping through hoops for at the same time. It feels like the fast food of buying a car.
Now as for out of state sales, we were from GA, which granted is one state over. The head finance guy took care of us because at that point between their empty promises of delivering us the car (something we never asked for to begin with) to the car not being ready after we told them the time and date we would be there 5 days ahead of time, they wanted to try and make it up to us. This guy was nice enough, but had no idea how to setup the tax, title, and tag for our state. In the end he gave up and told us that he would just figure it out and let us know if they needed anything from us. We stayed the night in case they needed anything else from us before we left NC.
We go back and then the paperwork starts coming in. They screwed up on the financing so paperwork was overnighted. Then they screwed up on the power of attorney so more paperwork was overnighted, for which we also had to go get notarized. Then the temporary tag expires because they were still trying to figure out how to do the paperwork for GA. Then a week after the tag has expired (40 days after we "purchased" the car), they mail us more paperwork (with yet another power of attorney paper for us to sign). We are two months into having this car and just now able to get our tag. I have had better service with something so simple from a Buy Here Pay Here place. Professionalism does not exist at Scott Clark's Toyota.
I didn t have an appointment and waited from 8:40 am and didn t leave until 1:45 pm. I was never updated on my status until I asked. Spoke to a manager and he stated mam you could be here all day without an appointment. Wow didn t he have great customer service and showed he cared. I have bought my car there in 2012 and have been getting my car serviced at Toyota since then. I ve always had good service but this was horrible. May have to try another Toyota.
Crystal Kush is the Service Advisor I prefer to work with when I visit SCT. Her positive, personable and patient sales and service skill set is partly why we have become a Toyota family. She and her fellow associates have helped us maintain our 2004 Prius, 2007 4Runner and a 2010 Sequioa. We hope to add a 2013 Avalon hybrid to our families vehicle collection. Crystal will be the 1st person I will call to research our next Toyota purchase.
Another great service visit! Archie is the best!! I had an appointment for just an oil change, but during the multi-point check, the service technician noticed brakes were worn. Archie was able to get my oil changed and brakes replaced during same visit and all under 3 hours!! Thanks Archie!!
We purchased a used 2018 Rav 4 Avenger and could not have been any happier with the entire process. Craig Rose, Bobby and Dennis are champions! Craig was great in educating us on the models and patient with our decision making process. We will definitely be back and will tell all of our friends to start here! Thank you for making the process an enjoyable one.
Reasons I gave 5 star rating are: Quick Check-in with Excellent Service Advisor (Joey Carroll), Polite and Courteous with details about my service options very good and clean waiting area On time finish Good and Fast check-out process with courteous support people
A couple months ago my dad had purchased a 2016 Toyota RAV4, from Scott Clark Toyota and they made it a wonderful experience! Especially Paul Moore, he was very helpful and informative every step of the way. I recommend 100% if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!
I have bought three cars from Scott Clark Toyota. I have always used Kannon Baker. He is a great sale person. I will continue to use him and Scott Clark.
At Scott Clark Toyota, Paul Moore helped me get set up with my first financed car. He was a great and very helpful salesman as well as a great man that did everything he could to get me in the car that I wanted and made sure it exceeded my expectations. That being said, the entire dealership was great, me being only 21 i didn't expect to get treated with such kindness and respect from everyone there; however, from the guy I took the test drive with, to every passing employee that said hello, to the finance manager that really helped get me the best deal, everyone at Scott Clark Toyota made my experience beyond excellent. I'm so grateful for all the help! Highly recommended!
I bought a Toyota Tacoma back in 2012. I played the back and forth game between the salesman and sales manager. After hours of being there a deal was finally done. I felt pressure to buy and made that decision and regret it very much! After making the decision to buy I sat down with the finance guy and specifically told him I did not want to finance with Wells Fargo...(they suck!) There were multiple offers and he said no problem we will go with someone else. Two weeks later I find out that he still went with Wells fargo!!! I then had to go to my bank and get the loan though them, which was a better dal all around. Then they make you sit down with a girl who wants to see you extras"...bed liners, mud flaps, running boards...where you have to say "No" about 100 times! Then I waited about another 45 minutes for them to get me my truck. Now I am dealing with issues with a noise that occurs when I brake!!! I am dealing with the Hickory Toyota service department since it is closer. All in All my experience with Toyota has been horrible. I will never buy another Toyota!
Last week I rent a car from you. My experience was excellent. Excellent from the beginig to the end. The staff of rental service was more than excellent, The car was a Prius C brand new. My recomendation is that you continued in this way. No one can ask for more.
Absolutely fantastic so thorough and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, cannot ask for more. Am so happy to recommend them just for their service experience.
I recently needed to get my Tundra state inspection completed. Frank Caspary took me right away and even mentioned that I was due for an oil change and he'd be glad to work that in too. In what seemed like "no time" the truck was inspected, oil changed and washed. Good as New! Appreciated Frank's customer oriented attitude.
I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the immediate response that I received when I had questions. The entire process was on a very close timeframe and was executed perfectly by my Sales person Travis Wilson.
I Applied for a Finance position on Indeed, I was contacted by a Mr. Dave Mcalister who was not only rude but incredibly unprofessional. He began our conversation with texting me to go over my qualifications. So I called him and he began the call with he wasn't impressed with my Diploma in F&I and that he only hires from within. I couldn't help but ask why their organization had the job posted online if they only hire from within? After assessing Mr. McAlister's comments I asked him why he even contacted me other than to give me a hard time? He tried to get me into a sales position which I respectfully declined. We ended the call and I texted him back and thanked him for his consideration. This guy texted me a paragraph about how busy he was and that he has better things to do with his time. I was able to talk this gentlemen into giving me a in person interview to discuss my qualifications. He asked me to be there at 10am. I drove an hour and a half and was on time. He left me in the showroom for over an hour and 15 minutes. (Incredibly unprofessional), he quickly handed me off to 5 other real managers apparently this guy wasn't competent to even screen an employee. I explained I had another interview the following day at 4pm, amazingly enough they wanted me back in for a second interview at 3:30pm. Save yourself some time and energy as a customer and as an employee, these guys are dirty, one of the managers explained how they "clober" the customers which I found to be deceptive and unethical. None of the managers were even wearing suits or ties and the sales staff was wearing sneakers which again was very unprofessional, it looked like casual Friday on a Wednesday morning. Avoid this dealership and make the ride over to Town & Country Toyota where the morals and respect for the general public match the quality of a fine brand like Toyota!
I feel like the staff look out for your well being and want to ensure you are operating an efficient and reliable vehicle and not just about being a business. Last visit I made an appointment for service through Billy Carroll. He got me in and out pretty quickly.
