Travis and his team exhibited "excellence" at every stage of the car buying process. From our first contact he listened to us, accommodated every request, and clearly articulated the options he had to offer. It was tremendously valuable, we were treated fairly, and our expectations were exceeded from beginning to end.

During November 2019, my wife & I purchased a used Toyota from Scott Clark Toyota! We honestly dreaded purchasing another vehicle but the crew at Scott Clark made the experience awesome. No pressure, no pushy sales people! Our salesman was J. Nguyen & he s cool as the flip side of a pillow. Super helpful & a great guy. Scott Clark is lucky to have him on the staff as well as our finance guy, Leudy P. (sorry for the spelling error, I m sure). We greatly appreciate the customer service at Scott Clark Toyota & will be heading back there for our next purchase for sure!!

Had a great overall experience buying a new vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota. Terrique Brown helped make our vehicle purchase smooth and seamless by provided strong communication along the way. GM Jimmy Cline went out of his way to make sure we were beyond happy and satisfied customers. Great job Scott Clark Toyota!

Another great experience at Scott Clark Toyota! I appreciate their help and sincerity from start to finish. Jim Cline and the salesman, Dennis Mahone was kind, very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of my request. I would recommend my family and friends to purchase their next vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota!

My wife and I purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon XL with about 50,000 miles on it from Scott Clark in March. We purchased it through Mike in the sales department and at the time of looking over the car and test driving it, there were a few things I noticed and pointed out: 1) it needed an alignment, 2) the passenger side rear quarter panel was not connected correctly/tightly to the body and trim at the wheel well 3) the 3rd row headrest was missing and 4) the oil had not been changed and was overdue . Mike assured all of these would be taken care of and so upon pickup the next day, he presented the alignment papers and confirmed the oil had been changed and confirmed that 100% the rear quarter panel was properly in place and screwed on correctly and that he would order the back headrest and call me once it arrived. Taking his word, we are now in August and I have yet to hear from Mike regarding the rear headrest (even after a couple follow ups with him specifically) and I can say that the rear quarter panel is definitely not right, to the fact I was under the car today and can see where it, along with an important sensor, are barely screwed on! Even today while doing routine maintenance I thought I would change the cabin air filter, upon removing the cover there was absolutely no way air could flow through because of trash. You would assume Scott Clark would correctly service a vehicle prior to selling it with their name on it, but seems this is not the case as also pointed out above I had to ask them to change the oil when it had clearly not been serviced. Buyer beware, especially with used cars from Scott Clark!!!. It seemed as if everything was taken care of and based on their word we purchased the car but now have regretted it as no one wants to make it right. Three pictures below showing the quarter panel, trash inside the cabin air filter and censor that is being held on by only one screw!! Never will I purchase, nor recommend to anyone else, another car from Scott Clark unless they even try to make it right!

Very satisfied with service and our sales person. Cameron suggested a vehicle that we had in mind and selected the Truck we purchased. Even after the purchase the repairs completed to the vehicle was done in a timely manner. Would suggest this location to anyone.

Kannon Baker and the Scott Clark team were amazing during the COVID crisis. I was forced to buy a new Tacoma after my 2018 was rear ended and totaled and Kannon Baker was able to get me a deal on a 2020 that no other dealerships could come close too! If it wasn't for Kannon and the Scott Clark team I would probably still be driving my rental vehicle, thank you Kannon!

We love our new RAV4! Travis Wilson and Ryan Culp made our car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. They definitely break the stereotype of "pushy" car salesmen! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently traded my F250 and purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Scott Clarke Toyota. I have driven the 4Runner for about 1600 miles and absolutely love it. It fits every aspect of our family life style. Now to applaud the people that were behind the deal. Our salesperson was Larry Corillio. There are really not enough words to describe how great Larry was. Larry was extremely patient and professional with my family and I. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Scott Clark find Larry Corillio as your sales person. I would also like to take you to the next step of the deal that involved the finance portion of the deal. Our guy that completed the deal was Mike Swint in finance. What can I say he was fantastic as well and very patient with all of our needs. During our deal we meet the General Manager Jimmy Cline. Iam 45 years old and have never had a GM sit and speak with my family and I and make us feel so at home with such an important purchase. Meeting Mr. Cline I can see why this dealership runs the way that it does and the great people that make it happen. Jimmy Cline was awesome to deal with as well. Thank you Mr. Jimmy Cline To the people that are looking to purchase a vehicle the Scott Clark Toyota Dealership is the place to go. To everyone reading this this was our second purchase from a Scott Clark Dealership. If there comes a time to purchase a third vehicle, it to will be from a Scott Clark Dealership. Thank you once again to Larry Corillio-sales, Mike Swint-Finance and the General Manager Jimmy Cline.

Ray Mehringer, just want to say thank you for a wonderful experience. Over the past 10 years I have purchased 10 vehicles, all from Town and Country... I never got service there like was provided by Ray... He went the extra mile to make my buying experience a pleasure, so I would recommend Ray any day... If I am looking to but again, it will be Scott Clark Toyota because of the great service... thank you again!!!

Had to take my truck in for an airbag recall and the paperwork mailed to me said a free loaner would be provided at my request. Requested a loaner when I set up my appointment and they tried to charge me for it when I went to pick or up. I had to go find the service manager so he could tell them not to charge me. Then they said I would still have to pay $15 for insurance. $15 is not free. Toyota contradicted their own paperwork and I ended up having to wait on my truck, wasting three hours of my day.

"Best Car Buying Experience EVER!"

"Best Car Buying Experience EVER!"

I just had the best car buying experience I have ever had! My family has been looking to purchase a Toyota Sienna but due to my busy work schedule we just did not have the time to go into the dealership and spend half a day talking with sales and finance. I started the buying process through email with Paul Moore at Scott Clark s Toyota. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the buying process, and made the entire process painless. We worked with Phillip Stroup to finance our new van and the experience and service was nothing short of extraordinary. I will be buying my next car from Paul Moore at Scott Clark Toyota. Thank you, Paul!!

I went in a while back and i was looking to see about a used car. They paired me with this individual who was supposed to be one of their best salespeople.
At first he was ok, he was a foreigner and a little hard to understand at times. He brought me out and tried to get me to look at some cars he was suggesting. I told him i was looking for something used and then his attitude changed.
He showed me where the used cars are, said here they are and left.
I looked for a few minutes had a few questions and then couldn't find anyone to really help after.
I left and that was probably one of the worst experiences i had.

Blown away by Scott Clark Toyota's service. Buying a car from out of town and they could not have made it simpler or easier for us. Very pregnant/difficult to travel and they delivered the car to us out of town to keep us from having to make the trip in. I didn't even know such great service was possible! Can't thank them enough (specifically, Mike Miller and Colton were wonderful to work with)!

It's funny how when you're in the market to purchase a vehicle they are like piranhas and all over you.... but I've been sitting in the finance waiting room for 25 minutes now to get my refund on an early payoff for gap insurance and no one here will even make eye contact with me.

It was my first time purchasing a car at this dealership... the experience was better than I expected. Kenneth Trewin was awesome. This place is bigger with more selections to choose from compare to the other Toyota dealerships in the Charlotte area.

We went to see what they could do, and ended up leaving with our dream car. They were able to get us out of a negative equity situation and into a brand new highlander which is perfect for our family! They showed us all the options, were great the entire process explained everything well and I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to our sales representative Jeff Lusk for his commitment to seeing we got in our dream car at the right price. Thank you Scott Clark Toyota!

I have been buying cars and going to the Scott Clark service shop for over 10 years. I left the Toyota dealer on South Blvd. because I thought I could get somewhat better service. I was wrong: I've been treated amazingly by service and sales staff! (Actually, mostly service because I'm driving my 5 year old Sienna with 140K on it). I usually go to Marshall Moore as my service writer, and he is never wrong, never up-sells me, and on those rare occasions that I don't go with his recommendation, I'm sorry later. The rest of the shop are all excellent as well. Buy a car from these folks and you won't be sorry. - Tony Scheer.

They blatantly didn t even check my cars issues, they came up with a simple solution that would require at least 17 hours of labor. To presumably make them more money. Avoid going here for any work done, I would try to find a specialized shop to do the work.

I had a fine experience with everyone except the finance department. While I was trying to read through the paperwork, Finance Manager Donnie Miller answered and made very personal phone calls on speakerphone to his daughter and wife. The subject matter of the calls was very personal and distracting. As a result, I didn t notice that he added an extended service warranty into my sale, which I did not ask for or want. I took advantage of the 60 day cancellation period and got a full refund on the warranty. Unfortunately, the refund just reduces the total payment amount. I m still stuck with higher monthly payments than I would have had otherwise. The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Bruce Proper, the service advisor, was very friendly and professional. He gave me an estimate for the amount of time it would take for my oil change and tire rotation to be completed, and it was completed in the amount of time estimated. He explained everything very well and I highly recommend working with him and Scott Clark Toyota for your service needs.

My salesman accommodated my hectic schedule and we did as much of the deal as we could over the phone and emails. My last service writer was amazing and made sure I was in and out of the service department in a reasonable amount of time. Especially since I was earlier than my appointment time and they were extreamly busy.

Purchasing my first car was so much easier than I expected it to be, thanks to Kameron Knox and Justin Mann. Kameron was friendly and helpful in every aspect of my first car buying experience. After I took the car for a test drive I knew I had to own it. Kameron made sure I left that day with the car I wanted. Also, Justin was very helpful in the financial department. When I had a question about anything he was sure to answer it. I am so happy with my Camry, and so happy that Kameron Knox and Justin Mann were there to help me while purchasing my car.

Service department is poor! Made a 10am appointment for a safety inspection on a 1 year old vehicle and it took 2 hours. Had to hunt for the service writer when I saw my vehicle parked out front. Customer service is not their strong suit for sure.

It s best to have an appointment. Every advisor seems to know what they are doing and give you updates in a timely fashion. The lobby/waiting area is clean and open. There is a small cafe inside but they source their food from another location. Free WiFi is nice though. They also have a shuttle to take you where you need to be, but it does have a radius maximum.

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM!! This is coming from someone who has been in the auto industry for many years now behind the scenes as well as on the front lines. You hear SC's advertisements saying they will purchase your car even if you don't buy one from them. Yes, they will, however, if you think it is going to be convenient or that you are going to be getting paid for that vehicle anytime soon. Forget about it. The manager who purchased my truck from me promised it would only take a week, maybe two maximum to get the title work done and get a check cut to me from his experience; even with it being this time of year. Here we are 3 weeks later and I have heard no communication or received any check from them with the difference in the payoff (even though 2 weeks ago I received a letter from Toyota stating that my vehicle was paid off) so leave it to the customer to chase their money. When talking to the accounting department, they say it could be at least another 2 weeks before they are able to cut a check. Just like ever single other dealer out there, they tell you what you want to hear and set absolute unrealistic expectations that they know is a lie and they know they cannot follow through with. If you are looking for convenience, you would be better off taking your vehicle to CarMax down the road and having a better experience.

Scott Clark Toyota offered incredible service like nothing I have ever experienced in Charlotte...at any dealership!
Chris Caddy was so helpful! He completely exceeded my expectations in every way! Justin Bustle serviced the car and was super friendly, professional and got the job done quickly.
I was really blown away after my first experience with this dealership.
I will not go any where else!

Marshall Moore greeted me when I drove my wife's Toyota Highlander into the Service area for a 30,000 mile checkup. I did not know him but became very impressed with how well he handled the details, both before and after the work was done. He was so thorough, helpful and friendly I decided HE was my service contact. A few days later, I brought my Toyota in to Marshall for a 60.000 mile checkup. Needless to say, I got another five star effort .

I had shopped around other Toyota dealers close to where I live, even at one where I had purchased the other Toyota car 3 years ago. They all were disappointing. I decided to give Scott Clark's a try evn though it was a bit of a drive for me. I can say I am very glade I did. Sales manager Mike Miller was exceptional. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured. I decided to purchase my 2020 Camry from him. Even though it was used, he still took care of some of the cosmetic issues i did not like. Returned all my calls and texts. Mike Miller even called me when my car was getting serviced the same day he got him from his vacation from home to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. While he was on vacation, he had put me in good hands with a trust employee Rashid to take care of my concerns too. This is very rare when buying a car ( to get a saleman to reply. Or call u back once the papers are signed and car driven off the lot). I am so glade to have met Miller Miller and his team. Look for Miller when u need a car, you won't be disappointed. I wasnt.

Worked with Scott Clark multi times. Every time my car is fixed and beyond. Recently Wesley helped to repair an mechanic impact from highway accident. He found it was simple wheel damage and finished with right jobs. Am I trust Scott Toyota and Wesley! You definitely can count on them.

I absolutely love Scott Clark Toyota! Not only do I work at an amazing place but I work with amazing people. Jimmy Cline and Shane Gunn were so helpful to me yesterday helping me get an amazing car for myself! My first car in fact! A highlander! They did anything and everything they could to make sure I got my car. And of course my car salesmen Colton Parker and Michael Miller. They truly worked with me and everyone the best they all could. And it worked! I love everyone there. And I'm so thankful to for everything they were able to do for me! Thank you so much Scott Clark Toyota! I love my car!!!!!

I had a 930 appointment, got there 20 minutes early. Didn t get out of there until almost 1130. You should really dedicated to oil changes. It shouldn t take no longer than 30 minutes when you have an appointment. To change your oil. Oh well this is my first time ever taking it to a car dealership. So I could be wrong. Customer service is great. At the point to check in.

Horrible service!!! I brought my vehicle in for se...

Horrible service!!! I brought my vehicle in for servicing on Saturday. I understand Saturday is a busy day, but not even a simple greeting was given. It was 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and that was after I made a face because the service person went to a vehicle that arrived well after me and immediately greeted that person. Finally, when they did acknowledge the guy asked if I was being assisted and when I told him no, he told me to hold on. I waited another 7 mins before Mary came to assist me. She did apologize to me and told me that they were short staffed. I left my vehicle to be serviced and Mary called me to advise me that my car was ready at 12:09 PM. I didn't arrive back to the location until over an hour later to pick up my car around 1:45 PM. I paid the cashier, who by the way was the most polite and gave excellent customer service she needs to train the service department about customer service, then I was told to provide my paper to the Key desk so that they can get my vehicle which was ready since 12:09 PM. My receipt from the cashier stated that I paid at 1:59 PM and I didn't get my vehicle from this establishment until 2:33 PM only after the person who accompanied me to the location address their poor customer service. I have been dealing with Toyota since 2006 because of their excellent customer service. This is the first time I have ever experience such horrible service. The young guy at the key desk was having a casual conversation with the another person who I am not sure whether he was an employee or not. The guy moved after he realized that I need to provide my paperwork to get my keys. There were several people waiting before me about 7/8 persons. After I began waiting two more individuals came after me. Everyone else received their vehicles, even the two people who arrived after me. The guy behind the key desk waved me over and apologized and told my that my vehicle will be right out. Another 10 mins passed and other people arrived and their vehicles were being brought out. The person who accompanied me to the location was also waiting and became frustrated due to the lack of service I was receiving and came outside to address why it had been over 20 mins and I still had not received my vehicle that was ready over an hour ago. The guy behind the desk claimed that there was 9 customers ahead of me, but never mentioned the customers that came after me that received the vehicles and were gone well on their way. The inadequate service manager Pete Acree was too busy addressing how my friend spoke than to address my issue at hand, where is my car and can I get my car please?! A manager manages the situation and not exacerbate the situation which Pete Acree does not have the skill. He was more concerned that my friend raised his voice to express his discontent about the lacking service than to address the issue at hand, where is our customer's vehicle and wanted to agrue about how he feels a complaint should be voice. If he used his brain, the person's reaction was due to the service that was provided, not once it happened, but twice it happened on my initial arrival and when I was attempting to leave their establishment I received horrible service, but my car was held in their possession. To further exacerbate the situation after I filed a complaint another person from the dealership, Stuart, called and also wanted to address how my friend voiced his concern about how they treated me. Stating that "the company I keep" caused the situation. The "company" I keep reacted out of frustration to the horrible service that I received TWICE in ONE day from his business and their lack of concern of how they treated me. They only had one encounter with "the company I keep" and I had two encounters with the "company he keeps" and on BOTH occasions they were horrible. If he and Pete focused on the issues that caused the event they would actually be doing their jobs and would help prevent this issue from happening in the future. I'm the customer address MY issue, please?

Took in my older (2007) Sequoia for a broken latch on my back hatch. Also had a thorough review for any issues needed. Service tech Matt was great! They thoroughly reviewed my car, found a few minor service issues to handle and presented them so that I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do and how much it would cost. They fixed my broken latch as well as a recall issue I was not aware of and had me back in my car in no time. My goal has been to keep this vehicle as long as it provides me with great service which it has! Thank you to Scott Clark Toyota for keeping my Sequoia in great condition!

Thanks for providing such a pleasant waiting area and for having such a wonderful service manager Archie Newton. I've been a happy Toyota Camry owner for years and being able to come see Archie for my service will keep me a loyal customer.

The worst experience I had in a toyota dealer. They refused to fix a battery under warranty because I bought it from another toyota dealer. They were rude and racist against me. Be careful if you are Hispanic!

I must highlight that this review is about Service department only, i am not sure about their Sales services. My maybe warning to those considering taking their car in for service is brace yourself for a long wait. Even if you make an appointment, that doesn't guarantee anything. The shuttle is a great feature, but it can take them all day (literary) to drop you off or come get you. You can now rent a car from the dealership and that could be a good option.
Secondly, the actual customer service can be dismal, but the agents are quick to apologize at the end, when it dawns on them that bad review is coming. Also, be careful, i took my car in for an oil change for basic oil. The agent told me i HAD to get synthetic, and of course charged me more for it. Come to find out, i do not have to have the upgrade in oil, it should have just been recommended.

The service department is really great! Always wash my car when they finish with it! And never try to sell me the moon to fix my car. There waiting areas are very nice and snacks are available.

As he normally does, Marshall Moore took very good care of me and my Toyota Avalon last Thursday. I had three minor issues that needed service attention and his team successfully took care of them all--on fairly quick timing. A very pleasant service experience!

I called about a secondary warranty for a dash after remembering a notice a few years back. Made an appointment to verify and order the part. Arrived on time and was told that the tech would "measure" and check color to order the part. Strange since I purchased the car there, but OK. Over an hour later, I'm told that the car is out of warranty for mileage at EXACTLY the same time a salesman is calling me to give me a FREE test drive of a brand new car. Left after being told that pictures were taken to send to Toyota to see what they would do. Fortunately, I found the original Warranty paperwork, called Toyota to find out the dash IS COVERED UNDER Warranty, and can be replaced free of charge. So, back to Scott Clark to get the part and schedule the repair, just to be told that the part "used to take 8-10 months" to arrive. We'll see exactly how long it does take. After this repair, I hope to never deal with Scott Clark again.

Parts Department pricing is 45% higher than any other dealer in the area. Once this was pointed out to Jeff in the parts department he immediately became standoffish and the feeling your no longer welcomed in the establishment is immediately obvious. Sadly since I believe in supporting neighborhood businesses. In addition they also have a High Pressure Sales Environment, Salesmen stand around outside the front door ready to pounce on you like wolves.

The salesperson was informative and respectful.

The salesperson was informative and respectful.
Affordable options were available.
Their sales pitch was not overwhelming.
There was a ton of paperwork, but overall I was satisfied with my purchase.
Salesperson Donovan Gabriel was very helpful.

Place is ok. Hit or miss. You almost have to know your vehicle s tech specs as well if not better than the service department because they are not very much help. This recall service also took a lot of extra effort to get scheduled. One service rep said he would take care of ordering parts and scheduling the next visit; but he never did. A follow up call was ignored. By the 3rd call I was able to get parts ordered and a confirmed appointment. Guy was ignoring my displeasure about getting the run around from the prior service rep but I was glad to get it done and not argue with him. Had another issue that I raised regarding a broken part while I was in for my recall. The tech didn t think the item I was speaking about was broken until I physically walked out and showed the service manager the problem. He said he saw it and would have the tech call me with an estimate to repair for parts and labor. Surprise surprise I have yet to receive that call. Well we have decided to keep our Land Cruiser and are buying a Camry for our twin teens who are needing a vehicle, but this purchase will be made at Hendricks or Town & Country Toyota. Just too many headaches with Scott Clark. I totally get that good employees can be hard to find but jeez it s really not great in this service department. Vehicle service just shouldn t be something I should have to think about or a process I should have to manage. That s what they get paid to do and believe me that they get plenty of money out of me and others I m sure. The follow up and follow through is just repeatedly poor.

I am appalled with what just happened. I went here last week to look at a rav4. the third sales rep called me today and was the rudest sales rep out of the three. He told me he wanted me to give him a higher offer since he KNEW i have been shopping around and cannot get a rav4 for what i offered at other places. i told him this was not so since i have had some personal stuff come up. he continues to try and force me to admit that i did go shopping and have lost all my deals while interrupting me and totally ignoring what i am saying. My dad just had an emergency open heart surgery yesterday so how can you say you know exactly what i have been doing with my time? He then continues to instruct me to discontinue car shopping if i'm not willing to take the price they have offered while implyng their price is the lowest and best price. Well MIGHTY SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA who are fortunate enough to employ clairvoyants, I will never come back even if you are the lowest price on the market. Respect is priceless.

As always, Justin Bustle gives me the appointment that is convenient for me, is ready when I get there, and expedites my service. He makes sure all service is done quickly and accurately and that all coupons or cost allowances are taken into account.

He is definitely the reason I am confident in going to Scott Clark Toyota for all my service needs. This is the third vehicle I have brought to this dealership and the ONLY reason for my repeat business is my confidence in Justin Bustle. I always know he has my best interests at heart.

Crystal Kush was (as always) very helpful and professional. She makes us feel special! I would recommend asking for Crystal. She will not steer you wrong!

Great work by the Toyota staff. It is always a pleasure to get our cars serviced at Scott Clark's Toyota.

Our experience at Scott Clark Toyota was exceptional. Sales rep, Jimmy Nguyen, was very friendly, patient and informative in showing us Toyota's SUV models and options. Amael Penwhar, in Finance was very informative, including info on service/maintenance plans. We felt good about buying a Toyota and very pleased with the staff and service at this dealership.

They do not give rental cars for free while replacing defective parts. This is a recall and not my fault you sold me a vehicle with defective parts. The least they can do would to give me a car so I am not stuck for 6 hours or more. The bad part is they gave my brother a car for free when he had his recall. NOT COOL

As a first time car buyer, I was totally dissapointed and very frustrated by my buying experience at Scott Clark Toyota.
I felt like I was being pressured and rushed into purchasing something I didn't really want.
They gave the feeling like I was asking for the moon and weren't really considerate of my wants/budget.
After several hours later, tired and ready to leave they became much more aggressive to finalize the deal. One of the sale person actually had the audacity to explain that he "wasted" his whole sunday with me. Very rude and unproffessional.
To top everything off, upon closer inspection of my contract I discovered an extra charge was added on for something that was supposed be inclusive.
I really feel like I was lied to and and taken advange of.
I cannot recommend Scott Clark to anybody...stay away.

I purchased Toyota Camry from Scott Clark last month. When i got home I found out that they actually sold me 2014 model instead of 2014.5 model. They put too much pressure while you are shopping your new car ( we are not buying a candy from Walmart. This is a vary big decision). When sales person called me after three days to ask about new car experience, I told him about selling me old model. He literally hung up after two minutes and never called me back. This is completely bogus place to buy new car. I don't know how they get so many good reviews. I highly suggest my friends and relatives to stay away from this place. It has been one month now and still haven't received my registration or any other documents. Trying to call them since last week and left three voice mails to accounting department. Still no response from them. I thing you guys only interested in buttering people while they first time enter in to your shop.

My experience at Scott Clark Toyota on East Independence was great. I had Chris O' Mahon Assistant Service manager. My experience with him was awesome, he answered all of my questions And gave me great feedback On my car and what I should do. He Also informed me about the offers Scott Clark Toyota are running for this month. Out of all of this it was a very quick process I would recommend my friends and family to come to Scott Clark Toyota on 13000 E. Independence.
