My first experience wasn't good but this time around they were awesome. Thank you Steve for your great customer service.
My first experience wasn't good but this time around they were awesome. Thank you Steve for your great customer service.
I cant describe how professional, courteous, respectful, and just plain nice my first time experience was. Crystal Kush treated me not as a customer, but as a friend. Not like any other dealership i've been to. They"ve got my business. Go see for yourself. I'm telling everyone! Randy McCollum
Unpleasant experience. Found a great car at a great price, but then couldn't get a salesman (or 2) to call me back. I then drove 2.5 hours to the dealership on a good feeling. Was then offered less than half of blue book value for a trade, and would not budge even with competing offers. So I left without a new car. Salesman Bobby was great though.
This car dealer will go above and beyond to make the best deal possible for there customers, very professional, thank you Julie in financing for making this happen. I Highly recommend this dealership, you can't go wrong. A+++++
Just purchased a 2013 Scion FR-S from the Internet Sales Manager, Robert Van Alstyne. The service provided was outstanding and very professional. Not only did Robert to go to great lengths to ensure a seamless process (such as acquiring the vehicle ahead of schedule), his knowledge of this new product was extensive. This was refreshing after discussing the potential purchase with other dealerships.
I would heartily recommend contacting Robert for your automotive needs!
Always great service! Bruce Lee made everything go smoothly, and informative. Great job Bruce!
Scott Clark Toyota is a wonderful place to purchase a car, SUV, van,. They have a great staff and really want your experience to be satisfying. They will do whatever it takes to get you into the car of your dreams.
One star because it doesn't give me the option of no star. They are crooks. They lie on their paperwork.... And thank goodness my bank caught them. Don't go there!!!
Wesley Rasmussen's attention to detail/customer service as well as my entire experience at the service department was outstanding!
Thank you for your service, customer service was great.
bought a second hand jeep commander from them and since then i've spent more fixing the car than the car cost itself. They failed to tell me the cars past issues & that the wiring was faulty from the get go.
Easy to schedule. Excellent waiting area. Quick check in and check out.
I traveled approximately two and one half hours to Scott Clark's Toyota to meet with Timothy Wright who picked out the perfect car for me and my needs. I bought a 2015 RAV4 Limited and I am so happy I did. Tim was a genuine friend to us during our buying experience and I will definitely recommend him personally as well as the Scott Clark Toyota dealership to anyone in the market for a new car in the future.
Got a used car which is like new! My salesman Mark and financial officer Loudey practically jumped thru hoops to get me the car I wanted. Thank you so much!
Great service from the sales dept. Made buying a car not stressful.
We went into Scott Clark Toyota today to buy a new car, and we were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Our salesman, Harold Cruz, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional- he was able to answer all questions and easily helped us through the entire process. The staff here are highly personable, and they have a really nice facility with quite an extensive selection of cars on the lot for your consideration. I highly recommend Scott Clark to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience.
Honestly the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Paul Moore was awesome and keep me informed throughout the car buying process. We drove 2hrs from Greenville SC to buy from Scott Clark because they are that good. I would recommend anyone shopping for a Toyota to start with Scott Clark Toyota.
Joseph Carroll our service manager did an excellent job at keeping us updated on the progress of the servicing of our vehicle.
Extremely polite staff and Archie kept me well informed on my vehicle. Excellent customer service skills Archie, thank you!
Great dealership and sales person to work with.
Thanks Travis Wilson for helping with purchase of my tundra truck!
I love this they helped me get a brand new car for almost nothing I named my car God's Gift thanks DJ and Mallory
Bruce Lee was right on it! Very professional and friendly. Got my car fixed with care and efficiency! Definitely a five star review!
Excellent service. Attentive to customers needs. Advisors are the best.
Fast service, easily accessible location. Kind, courteous, uniformed personnel. Clean, modern, spacious facility. Completely computerized intake. Amenities abound. Free Wifi, manicures and coffee. There is a nice Bistro/cafe to purchase bagels, sandwiches, wraps, fruit, beverages and snacks. Lounges and quiet room for adults. And a playroom for the kiddies. Just wished I'd taken photos.
Service done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the quality of work. Archie Newton kept me informed throughout the process and was very professional. My visit was Truly Exceptional.
Great Service we dropped off our 2018 highlander for the 10k mile check up and everything was fine it was clean and washed when we came back and they let us know everything we had left on our new purchase warranty. Our service rep was fantastic and we just grabbed lunch came back and got out of there. First class operation.
Very great experience. I wish I got my car at Scott Clark Toyota
We bought a 2011 Toyota Venza at Scott Clark Toyota. The buying experience was fine, however, Phillip Stroup, the financial advisor, used a scare tactic in order to sell us an extended warranty. He was also deceitful when detailing the terms of the warranty. Buyer beware! The Financial Director was not helpful at all and thought it was fine that her employee of ten years was not forthright with important information and that he used scare tactics to make himself more money. I will not be going back to Scott Clark Toyota. Buy elsewhere!!
Nothing but great customer service is what I experienced. Thank you Jeff Lusk for putting me in the truck that I really wanted. In and out faster than I thought possible.
You have a great team there.
Continuing Confidence with Marshall Moore
Had my 2004 Highlander in for some maintenance before a long trip this past July 4th Holiday. The mechanic found a few other issues, including a leaking water pump, that were not anticipated; however, I was completely confident in having this work done as Marshall took the time to explain the recommended work and show me the associated parts. Marshall also identified two issues that warrant keeping an eye on, but did not need to be serviced that day. This attention to vehicle maintenance is what keeps me coming back to this dealership and having Marshall "manage" my Highlander while there. While I am always hoping to spend a little less money on servicing, it is an easier decision to spend the extra money when you know that Marshall is managing your vehicle's servicing and future maintenance so completely.
My wife and I bought our Highlander from Paul Moore at Scott Clark several months back. Tragically, less than 2 weeks after we purchased the car, a recycling truck hit the car while my wife (who is fine!) was driving it.
We called Paul back once we found out it was totalled and on his day off, he found us the exact same car for the exact same price. I couldn't be happier with the service and support of the staff at Scott Clark including Cindy, Paul, and Emily.
I have had 3 cars serviced at Scott Clark's and have always had a wonderful experience. I always bring my car to Justin Bustle, one of the service tech's, and he does a wonderful job letting me know what my car truly needs and what can wait. Always have a great experience, will never take my Toyota anywhere else!
Always had a very good experience at service. Archie helps alot with all my service requirements for the last 5 years and I'm sure I will be counting....
Went in for a used jeep (2 years old 50k miles) over the weekend. After receiving a terrible trade allowance for my car and an asking price $7000 above what they were asking for online, it was difficult just to get them to honor the online price! The high pressure from the salesman didn't help a lot either.
The whole experience felt VERY untrustworthy and trying to talk me into something that would have not been in my best interest. For people who claim to care about customers is was very evident that they only care about how much they can make off of people.
For the "deal" they gave me I ended up buying a brand new Jeep for 20 more per month.
It's people like the ones I dealt with at Scott Clarks that give auto dealers a VERY bad name.
My service guy, Matt, is always very respectful of my time when I bring my car in for service.
Very nice service department so this review is more towards the sales end of things. I don't like saying negative things but my potential purchase was quickly stopped when the 1950's sales tactics came into play.
"what can you afford monthly" "what do you want to pay" "let me take it to my manager" yada yada... it's a broken record and honestly, buyers are much more educated today than they were when the manager started.
Add-on's like the pin striping and clear coat protectant... really? It's such a shame that people actually spend more for these profit items.
I was treaded poorly by the sales manager and quite frankly, he was rude. I've purchased 27 (yes) vehicles in my time and was insulted when he tried to use his tactics that stuck out like a sore thumb. I would never buy a car from then, EVER, if that manager is still around.
I was given Justin's name to talk to and he was great! We have a 2008 Sienna that was having an issue with the VSC system which can be hard to troubleshoot. After doing some research online I was concerned about how much it would cost to fix the issue. Justin listened to my concerns and took great care of us. Ultimately we had a steering rack that was leaking and thus throwing off the steering sensor in the steering column. Not a cheep fix but our van is much easier to control on the highway and no more VSC system going off every time we go around a curve. Thank you Justin!
Came in to get a key cut for my 99 4runner. Jeff at the retail parts counter was extremely helpful and courteous. Ive worked in the dealership business for years now and jeff is top notch. Excellent customer service. Went beyond expectations.
Our sales experience was a good one. Christopher Powe was helpful and no nonsense in helping us for the right truck for our son. Love the vehicle we purchased. However, because we did not finance, we were left waiting for an hour and half to pay for the vehicle. To simply process the paperwork without financing the vehicle took a tremendously long time and ruined our positive experience. It was only after we threatened to leave without the vehicle that the sales paperwork was finally completed. Would not drive back for this kind of experience.
I was very pleased with the willingness to negotiate on the trade. Also working with me to get cruise added on the truck. John was also very attentive to call and check after the sale.
I never thought I d say this, but I actually enjoy going to get my vehicle serviced because the service staff are above the standard. Thanks guys!
Why does car buying have to always be so painful? We purchased with the Costco Auto-Buying program and were so excited to work with Travis and DJ. Both were intelligent and efficient individuals who never tried to upsell us or convince us we needed something we didn't want. We were given no hassle with the price or what we wanted. UNTIL... we went to finance. What an incredible disappointment. We had our toddler with us, so I let the finance person, Ben, know that we would appreciate if we could get this done quickly. Travis had already passed him all the paperwork for everything while we were doing our test drive, so we expected everything to be ready to sign. Not so. Ben didn't even know what car we had purchased. We were asked multiple questions that #1) were not relevant to financing and #2) we had already covered with the sales people. Why?? because it is apparently finance's job to do the upselling... So he tried to sell us an extended warranty, which we politely declined. However he would not take no for an answer! I was basically berated for turning down "such a great deal". So finally he accepts that we don't want it, and he moves on to trying to convince us to purchase a maintenance package. Again, no thanks... and again, he wouldn't take no for an answer. Meanwhile, my toddler is really starting to melt down because we've been in the finance office for over an hour. At some point, Ben leaves the office without saying anything, was gone for about 10 minutes, and comes back with a Dr. Pepper. WHAT?? Anyways, we proceed to ask about the financing % and Ben tells us "well the longer you finance for, the higher your % will be". Really?? How stupid do you think I am? How about some numbers?? Never were we shown our options, written down. He spouts off a few numbers and we tell him our decision. So then... his manager comes in, to review everything. And try one last time to upsell us! At this point, my toddler has completely lost it, we've been in the finance office for 1.5 hours, so I let the manager know we really need to just wrap this up. But he continues with his upsell, explaining that "well, usually people spend between 1-1.5hrs in finance". Not, "I'm sorry Ma'am, let's get you on your way". And WHY on earth should finance take so long??? I was told all our paperwork was put together while we were taking a test drive and it doesn't take long to scribble out our signatures... this should have been a 15-20 min process. We spent a total of almost 2 hours in finance with Ben and his manager trying to upsell us, time-share style. When we finally left I was frustrated, furious, and exhausted... not one bit excited about the perfectly beautiful new car we were driving away in. I am so disappointed in how we were treated at finance (the end of the car buying process) that it has completely overshadowed how wonderful Travis and DJ were (sorry guys!). I would not recommend purchasing a car here. :(
I was loyal Ford guy for 20+yrs. Until Town & Country did me wrong an refused to fix a problem they caused with my truck. The owner refused to talk to me. So that is what pushed me to buy a Toyota. I bought 2013 Tundra Crew max xspx. This truck wasn't cheap. I bought the auto buttler detailer for my nice black truck. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I had it serviced every 6 months. Each time to return my truck with the black faded on my plastic that hold the led lights. I would tell the service department each time this is what happens. So there service department always gave it back to me messed up. Well, my last trip there I spoke with Jim Dalo manager. I expressed my concern. Well, He personally said he would make it right. He gave me his cell phone. I just took my truck in for the forth time. WOW, JIM DALO understands customer service. He and the Dealership have come through with making things right. UNLIKE TOWN & COUNTRY FORD. This is how you retain and grow your customers. THANK YOU JIM DALO!!!!!
Awesome customer service. Quick car return time. Accurate work.
I've bought 2 cars from Scott Clark Toyota. My first experience was good, nothing exceptional, but not bad.
My second experience... I returned to Scott Clark Toyota because I was happy with my previous experience and they had a used car that I was interested in. After buying the car, I find out that Scott Clark Toyota had sold me a car with four open recalls that they had not informed me of. Recalls that made the vehicle unsafe for me to drive with my two kids in it.
I tried to contact my salesman to get a rental covered for the time it would take for the car to be repaired since I would have never bought a car knowing it needed extensive repair.
He ignored several emails and phone calls and even hung up on me on two occasions where I managed to get him on the phone.
I brought my car in for a load clicking noise while still under warranty. They assured me that it was nothing mechanical and just a nuisance to my ears. I drove the car for MANY years just thinking it was a noise that couldn't be prevented. Fast forward to this week, i took my car to a local shop for a routine oil change and brakes, and the mechanic called me with the news that the loud clicking was a broken transmission crossmember that needed to be fixed. I have driven the car for a couple days and no clicking. Not sure I would trust the service center to cheat me out of my warranty again.
Reply after response: Understandable if a transmission crossmember isn't covered under an extended warranty. The true point to the story is that it still wasn't discovered by your service department and was labeled as "not mechanic".
Bruce was very helpful from getting the appointment set through the completion of the service and discussing the follow-up. All work was done in a timely and professional manner.
A COMPLETE TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP ALL THE WAY, FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS AT THE TOWER. JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO EVEN INVEST IN THEM!!!
Great place to shop for a vehicle good service and great staff.
Excellent service, very kind people served me, nice car and finished all process less hours I expected.
Thank you!
They royally screwed my grandmother out of a 2013 or 2014 Prius she paid off in exchange for a upside down lease on a newer one. I'm sure the salesman bragged about turning a old lady upside down financially. Scumbag, sleazy salesman. They even threatened to sue my grandmother for writing a review of her experience. A 75 year old woman had 3 or 4 salesman on her like a vulture. Grandma just went in there to get an oil change.
Always professional and prioritize keeping their customers.
Tate was amazing! She is a very skilled and professional saleswoman. I couldn t be happier with my brand new car!!!!
My sales consultant was Henry Hill. I found the vehicle i've been looking for. Its a used 2018 camry xse with red seats. He failed to provide a car fax. Typically thats something a sales person would bring up right away. Not once, did he mention it. Which, i understand part of the buyer has to ask for the carfax. However, to be a excellent, genuine sales men i would expect the carfax to be provided at the first contact. Which makes me believe that he was aware of the recall of the vehicle. The recall has to deal with the engine stalling when driving up to a higher speed limits. Its a major safety issue. NOTHING should be more important to anyone in the car business than SAFETY. This tell me he was just looking to meet his car quote. Now, i'm paying for a car thats sitting at the dealership while i wait for the recall to be taken care of. Toyota does not know when the parts will be available. It can be anywhere between the end of this month or longer. If there is anyone in higher management that reads this. I would love to be contacted because i feel as i've been miss treated as i had to go back and forth in order just to get the monthly payment i would like of seen which wasn't even that. I wanted to get to $350 but two of the sales managers kept saying it wasn't dobale. They gave me $375... It makes me disgusted because in my eyes customer service should be what you can do for the customer to make them satisfied. I am not satisfied in this transaction or the way i was treated. I had to beg for every part of my hard earn money.
I had a great experience at Scott Clark Toyota...Johnnie Fluker was a pleasure to deal with and im very Happy with my purchase.
Greg was terrific. TOTALLY professional and did more for us than he needed to...
I have an appointment for six months maintenance for my car I was taken as soon as I got there, I was greeted they were courteous, polite they took care of everything in less than an hour and I was very happy
Pete was the service manager that helped me. He went way out of his way to see that I got excellent service! They had put in a faulty part and when I came back I had a medical emergency. Pete put me in a rental and put my car in as priority. I really appreciate all he did for me
We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a new minivan here. Travis genuinely cared about our needs and wasn't just trying to make a sale. There was no pressure and we were given plenty of space to think things over. We even brought our four young boys with us, and they were nothing but kind to them. Overall great experience, and I highly recommend.
Purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander with the platinum warranty and during the initial walk through on the vehicle I pointed out that the rubber moulding around the back door was loose. They indicated that it was fixed on the initial service call. It was not fixed and the weather stripping became loose again and needed to be replaced. When I took it to Scott Clark they knew that this was an issue that they had not repaired properly but indicated that it was not covered by my warranty. The original sales person finally agreed to pay for the part ($29) if I paid for the labor ($50). Not exactly what you would expect from a reputable dealership. They should not be considered one.
I've been going there for a few years now and always have a great experience. They always go above and beyond to provide awesome customer service. Jack in the service dept was amazing. He was friendly, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.
WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. My car is having electrical issues and randomly will not allow me to put the car into gear. I initially had my car towed here as I couldn't get it into gear. Long story short I've had to bring my car back four times. They charged me about $1000 Archie (Toyota employee) said it had to do with a switch in my steering wheel and gave me 3 new keys all of which don't seem to open the door (I have to use my old keys for that) and that same day I had the same issue. Took the car in the next morning and they greased the shifter. It's an electrical problem what will greasing the shifter do. So frustrated with this whole situation and the poor service I received.
Update: Stuart and Justin have since resolved my issue. Thank you very much for your help in getting this situation handled. If I were going to give a review on just Stuart's service alone it'd be 5 stars.
This wasn't my first time going there for work but once again very pleased.
Very smooth process from beginning until end for my warranty work. The service manager explained the whole process , came out in between to give me an update and kept me in the loop throughout .He also noticed my registration is due this month which pleased me. Toyota's service lounge was so comfortable for the duration of my stay.
We are from the Wilmington NC area and have been looking at Toyota's for approximately 8 months. Through all of our research, test drives, and sitdowns at Toyota dealerships during that time, we got a feel for not only the car market, but also for the dealerships themselves. Scott Clark Toyota was honestly and truly the first and only dealer we went to where we felt we were valued and cared for, not only as customers, but as humans.
We first made contact with Scott Clark Toyota via telephone (we live 3.5 hours away from this dealership) and were given some verbal "promises" over the phone. I was heading to Charlotte on some unrelated business anyways, but in the back of my mind just knew the offer and promises made over the phone would change once I got to the lot. When i arrived and spoke with the sales person i had originally made contact with over the phone, he threw me for a loop. The offer was EXACTLY what was told to me over the phone (which happend to be the best deal i had been given in a 100 mile radius), and he even threw in an additional perk, free of charge of course, for making the drive to see him.
There was only one issue we encounter during our trip. Once the vehicle was bought, paid for, and driven off of the lot, I discovered we were missing an item inside of the vehicle which I thought was supposed to be included with our vehicle. It wasn't an expensive item or necessary for the function or enjoyment of the vehicle, but it gave me the "ah, they finally got me!" moment. They are salesmen after all and they are expected to sneak something by you eventually..... WRONG!!!!!
We made contact with the same salesman we had been doing business with all day (not a manager) and told him we were missing an item we believed we should have received. He informed us there must have been a miscommunication but the time we were looking for had not been included in the deal. He says "let me talk to my boss and see what I can do about it."
Now remember the vehicle is already bought, payed for, and in our possession. The dealership has no ties to us or the vehicle and we are on the way back to our home which is 3.5 hours away. I knew in my head we were not gonna win this battle. EXCEPT, the sales person actually called me back. Not a couple days or even hours later, but about 10-15 minutes later. Said the problem would be solved and the item would be shipped to our home free of charge. I had to ask why in the world they were being so generous and helpful the salesman replies "we really just wanted to make sure you enjoyed your experience and can feel good driving your new car home."
Ladies and gentlemen, that last statement he made really drilled it home for me. We were no longer his customer, but we were humans. In his eyes we were no different than his own family member. He honestly care what we were feeling and wanted to help make sure the vehicle we purchased was EXACTLY what we wanted.
You undoubtedly are wondering why I have not mentioned this person's name. The answer is because I assure you all of the associates are like this. I truly believe this type of behavior is their culture and what the dealership srives for. I urge anyone reading this, do your research, find the vehicle you want, get some quotes, then call Scott Clark Toyota. I can't promise they will be the best deal in your area (they were the best deal in mine!), but I can promise they will work with you and ENSURE YOU LEAVE HAPPY!
Happy Holidays!
-Graham
Very Professional staff. Price matched coupon from competing toyota dealership. Got me in and out quick.
Jeremy Holt helped us with our service and we had a wonderful experience. He was friendly and gave us an estimated wait time of about an hour. He was able to get our car serviced within the estimated time. We will be back to let him service our prius v!
I had a great experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Paul Moore was very patient and helped me find the right car for a fair price! I highly recommend Paul at Scott Clark!!
I had the absolute BEST car- buying experience of all time, here!! Clark Bush was a fabulous salesman, he wasn't pushy, he was direct and understanding through the entire process. I would absolutely purchase another car from him!! George Hatsel was also a HUGE help and took his time to explain everything to me in regards to financing! The guys were so wonderful, likable and made the process one to remember in a positive way!
Sales staff is awesome. Long story short, we had a bit of an issue with a purchase. Scott Clark Toyota made everything right. Couldn t be happier with the outcome. Shout out to Dennis, Jim, and Leo
Scott Clark Toyota has a superb service department and Crystal Kush is one reason why. My family has been customers of Scott Clark Toyota for many years & beside the great product, the service is quick, reliable and Crystal makes it a pleasure to do business there.
Don't trust these guys. I show up to look at a used truck that was priced at $31k for 100k miles. So, first thing when I walked up to the truck I noticed some paint rippled in the front passenger side fender well where it looked like there had been an accident. I said, what happened here? "Uhh, I don't know, I can pull the Carfax" says Dennis, our salesman. I go over and open the driver's door and noticed it was catching on the fender. The truck took a hard enough lick at some point that the entire front end was pushed back so far that the fender on the driver's side was catching on the door. This wouldn't have been such an issue if it had been fixed properly but they've been driving it for no telling how long with everything jacked up.
Then I get up under the truck and look and it was all rusted out (BAD) so I knew it came from somewhere up north and that whoever had it never washed it. When we approached our less than helpful sales associate with these obviously more than normal wear and tear issues, all he could do was talk loudly over us and say "well you know, it's a 5 year old car." We finally get the Carfax and come to find out the truck was wrecked in 2012 and was OBVIOUSLY never fixed properly.
You would think these guys would've been able to see this before they purchased this truck off the auction line. Oh yea, have I mentioned that they went to the auction and purchased this for their used inventory? Yea. This poor choice made me question Scott Clark's ability to properly inspect a vehicle but apparently the manager (short/bald/extremely rude guy) Jim, handpicked it himself, as he so brazenly informed us.
When we returned to the sales floor Dennis says to us "hold right here one minute, I'll be right back." We waited for 15 minutes but he never returned. We were there at Scott Clark for over an hour and barely got 15 minutes of face time with their sales team. Needless to say we walked out and some poor fool who doesn't know any better is going to buy that hunk of junk for $31,000 because that's how Scott Clark does business.
Making an appointment for service was a breeze! Service was great and personnel are friendly and courteous. The waiting area is clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!!
Pete the service manager was amazing he was able to resolve an issue for us that we have been dealing with practically overnight kudos to him really loved his friendly and professional customer service. Best service department we have experienced!!!!
Top notch for buying and serving a car
Jim Cline's team is top notch and honest.
Travis Wilson worked hard finding the perfect car that fit my needs and gave best deal.
Very professional staff and away friendly and hopeful with my needs
Frank Bertuglia was great to work with. He was patient and diligent in helping me find the Highlander that fit my personal and financial needs.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Their prices are reasonable. They kept me advsed of the status of my car service. They offer free WiFi, tv, manicures, coffee, hot chocolate and have a free food truck with hot dogs and popcorn.
Be careful and buyers beware!!! Warranty means absolutely nothing to them! If you haven't had every single oil change or any other services done here they won't honor your warranty. No one ever said anything about this in the beginning or the other numerous times I've had my car serviced here. Not until I need something done that should be covered by the "LIFETIME " warranty. My car has been well maintained! Scott Clark Toyota will NOT get anymore of business! Not for service and I damn sure will NEVER purchase another vehicle here again!
Every visit and follow up, whether it's sales or service, are excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I recently bought my new Scion FR-S from Scott Clark's Toyota Scion. Robert Van Alstyne pulled a lot of strings to get my car only 4 days after I put the deposit on it. The only Hot Lava 6-speed manual FR-S in NC or the 4 neighboring states was located in Wilmington and he was able to secure a trade for it. My overall experience was very positive dealing with Robert and the rest of the personnel at Scott Clark's. I would definitely buy from them again.
I just bought a new Toyota from here and the guys were amazing, during the process I was assisted by Ryan and Julian they both are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. :-)
I dealt with Jimmy Winn. We went in just entertaining the idea of possibly trading in our vehicle. We ultimately found a great deal on a car. And Scott Clark Toyota made it work for us. If a nice FJ comes along, I asked Jimmy to let me know.
These guys do an excellent job maintaining my vehicles. I'm very glad they have a friendly shuttle service since I can't always get a ride when I don't have time to wait for my vehicle to be serviced.
I am only giving a 1 star because I can't give a 0. The sales person was a scam artist and didn't want to show me the car fax and when he finally got it the vin numbers did not match and he wanted to run my credit mutiple times when I got the car fax from another dealership CARMAX the vehicle I wanted was in 2 wrecks and had no original parts I warn you please dont go to this place
Steve Vadala quickly checked me in, explained the 45K maintenance and noted the $5.00 discount on the final in voice. Totally professional. Knew what he was doing and instilled confidence.
I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Travis Wilson and Jimmy Cline are the best! AWESOME!!
Justin is always friendly and very efficient. Great service! Thank you.
Went in for a 25K service, easy in and out, very nice dealership.
Clark was great, he stayed after closing to save the deal. Only bad thing is we had to wait a while for service. it was a Friday night though.
Because the service was great, I was seen the same day and after hours. Matt Zajac was really nice and polite to me, I wish that next I'll go there to be serve by him.
Excellent service department. I brought in my car for 5000 mile service and for sound under the hood. They researched and found my problem was a powertrain covered issue and had a shuttle available to bring me back so I could work. Pete explained that synthetic oil only needs to be changed at 10000 miles but all other things need to be checked/serviced (like tire rotation, fluids, belts etc). Thanks Pete (service dept) and Gary (shuttle driver).
