Clark Bush and the team at Scott Clark Toyota were attentive and helped us secure the exact vehicle we came in looking for. We never felt pressured to purchase something out of our comfort zone. Friendly and professional at all times.

My husband Rick and I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing our new Toyota truck. From the Accessory Specialist - Colton Parker; to the Sales Person - Dennis Mahone; to the Finance Specialist - Kameron Knox - everyone could not have been nicer and more professional! Thank you all!!

Left my car for a maintenance appointment. They took about two hours and when I picked it up, after telling me that they would wash it, they returned the car dirty and with paper trash inside from their paperwork. After saying something, they quickly washed it but the back window was still dirty and there was still trash inside.

I was purchasing a used Prius for a work project and called ahead to arrange it. I had informed them that I was bringing a check and had two hours to accomplish the sale. They assured me that 2 hours was plenty of time. I arrived and the car wasn't the car I had requested. That car was still in "detail". Finally got to test drive it and the salesman and I worked out a price quickly. At this point I'm an hour in and still under my time line. An hour goes by and nothing happens. I ask what the problem is and was informed that "they are almost ready". BS excuses for another hour. Manager convinces me to stay. For another hour. 1/2 hour after that I signed more paperwork then when I bought my house. None of which helps me, just protects the dealership. They could care less about your time and are incompetent and getting sales done efficiently. Find another Toyota dealer. Theres lots of great ones.

Having bought several cars (4 Hondas) and looking for something to replace my 2010 Honda Accord, I did some research, I Narrowed it down to a few. The 2012 Camry was one of my choices. I then went online described what I was looking to do and Travis Wilson called me back within minutes of pressing enter.

I was running an errand, and gave Travis a call and he arranged to have a test drive with in minutes of my arriving. I let Travis know I was looking at other cars and would like to be able to compare like to like to make sure I was walking away with the best possible solution for my family. We quickly got down to what it would need to get me in the Camry Hybrid. I brought my wife back for a ride and we bought the car within a week.

The Camry has outstanding gas mileage and very quite and just fun to drive. While it is not a sports car, the one thing that surprised me was the power when both motors are delivering power.

My next car purchase will start with Scott Clark.

Came here for unexpected service that was needed on my '05 Scion tC. Unfortunately, a piece of the hatchback handle mechanism failed, and broke off (plastic connectors, bad design).

Came after work without an appointment and spoke with Archie Newton. Let me know that they were booked but he'd take the keys and fit it in if I didn't mind waiting awhile. Since this was admittedly an unscheduled visit, I said no problem.

About an hour later the car was ready. That actually HAD the body color matching part in stock, which is surprising for the color of my car. Archie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He and I spoke a good bit while I waited for the car.

All in all, very impressed with this dealer. Would recommend them, especially their service department. Very pleased.

Don't see what all the hype is about. No food for sale on a Saturday morning while waiting on service. With over 50 people in the waiting area. I've been to way smaller dealerships that offer a lot more conveniences to their customers. I will not visit again!

I had THE BEST experience at Scott Clark yesterday! After having an awful experience at Keffer Hyundai just down the street, I was pretty upset and felt like I wasn't going to find a car. I had never been to Scott Clark before but given that it was right down the road, I wanted to give it a try. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jason Liles and he immediately made me feel comfortable. It was nice that he actually spoke to me like a person and not like a typical "slimy/aggressive sales guy." Jason asked me a few questions and asked if I would be interested in seeing some of the new RAV4's. He took all of my preferences into consideration and pulled out this BEAUTIFUL silver RAV4. It had everything I wanted. Jason kept my budget top of mind as well and worked with his finance team to get within my budget. He and his GM Jim Cline came over to me and were able to break down each line item on the price sheet to make sure I fully understood what I was paying for. I appreciated that they took that extra 10 minutes to make sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Jason and Scott Clark Toyota. They go above and beyond to talk to you like your family and explain to you the breakdown of your payments and what options you have.

Sterling was a great help in making my buying experience of my new 2016 rav4 hybrid a great one. Very professional and easy in accomodating to finding the exact car I wanted and working with me to get a great deal.

The Good: The salesman, Marcos, that helped me was wonderful. He showed me what I was looking for, answered all my questions and followed up enough to be helpful but not too much to be annoying. Excellent from start to finish.

The Bad: I was purchasing this vehicle as part of a business fleet deal. I have a Fleet Number from Toyota which gives a little better deal since it is a business purchase. The price was given to me from the Fleet Department as an Out The Door Price . This was even written on the vehicle spec sheet underlined as OTD . There was a line under the price where I should sign committing to the price if I agreed. I understand this was not the contract, only a commitment to purchase. I signed, shook hands and told them I would be back the next day to do all the official paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Everything from this point was a disaster!! Some manager came out and said the price was wrong and I would have to pay some additional fees. I told him the only price I was willing to pay was the amount they wrote down. It was ridiculous! I understand haggling is still present in normal vehicle purchase but not on Fleet Purchases. Especially once a price is agreed upon. Forty-five minutes later and more BS, the original price was approved! It doesn t get much better the next day when I came to sign the papers. A normal Fleet purchase signing takes thirty minutes...this took two hours! They ran my personal credit without permission. Why do you need a personal credit score for a business purchase. Two different people tried to sell me the extended warranty which I don t buy. I already have a business line of credit set up for vehicle purchases from their main credit companies. It still took multiple phone calls from the Scott Clark Toyota to them to get this done. The whole thing was just a bad experience. I think I will go back to buying my Fleet Vehicles from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. They have a real Fleet Department!

So I recently purchased my 2017 RAV4 from the deal...

So I recently purchased my 2017 RAV4 from the dealership this past Saturday. My sales representative Frank was amazing! The downside is that after having the vehicle for two days I've realized an interior light is out, an interior piece is broken and passenger side speaker blown outside of interior issues that was noticed and they agreed to fix. When test driving you don't have the music to the typical listening volume. I know I was going to get a Rav 4 but definitely regret this particular one with the many issues and already will have to pay for the other things and I haven't even had this vehicle a week. When making such purchases generally you'd believe a vehicle is ready to drive off the lot but this vehicle certainly was not.

Bought a used Toyota Sienna this past weekend from salesman Mike D. I live about 2 and a half hours away so I spoke with Mike over the phone before agreeing to drive to the dealership to buy the van. Mike told me that the tires on the van were new. Much to my surprise when I arrive not only are the tires not new, but the front tires are so close to bald the van should not be considered legal to drive (see photos). Mike tells me he did not say that over the phone, it is a used car so it is to be expected, and that it passed their inspection so there is not a problem with the tires. After bringing a display from the Parts department of what Toyota considers to be the required tread depth before replacement, Mike talks to his manager and they agree to take $365 off the price of the car. I took the deal given the 5 hour total trip to and from the dealer, but there is obviously no concern for my family's safety there. Atleast DJ in finance was straight forward with my paperwork. Looking for new tires now and if there is any way to report them to the NC DMV.

UPDATE: One Star to Four Star: Thanks David for making things right. Have had a good experience with everyone in the Scott Clark back office (DJ, Madison N, and David M). Would shop at Scott Clark again, but avoid the salesman Mike D.

Justin Bustle has been my service adviser for approximately seven years. I go to him each time because I know I can depend on him to advise me correctly and get the service work done well and on time. As always, everything was very satisfactory

Friendly staff. Lacking fifth star because they're perfect if you drop off your car, but if you're waiting in office, I've always had to wait significantly longer than expected.

Great about telling you things will need to be replaced soon and not trying to make you do unnecessary repairs every visit. Another thing I appreciated was that for tire tread they give an actual measurement of what is still on your tires.

Fred Caspary, the service manager, was extremely customer-oriented and resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. I came with no appointment, and he quickly worked me in for my Prius periodic check. He briefed me fully on the work done.

Totally unrelated to the service department, the Scott Clark website is a disaster. After logging in and setting an appointment time, the website would not accept any input! So I called the 800 phone listed on the website, which hung up on me in mid-sentence. Calling back, I got another person who I asked for a direct maintenance number -- which she did not know but assured me she would make an appointment for me. Next day, when I arrived at appointment time, there was no record of my call! Suggestion: Fix the website, and list local phone numbers.

My experience at Scott Clark Toyota has been one of the greatest ever !! I purchased a same as new Toyota Tacoma that I simply could not be happier. The salesman s demeanor & honesty was what convinced me most~ it is difficult to find this quality outcome elsewhere!
I applaud and highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota of Charlotte Thank you Mr. Mike Miller

Great experience, from James Rutger and Charles Minor who were our sales people, to the management team, finance manager and the delivery team, give yourselves a pat on the back. If your are looking to but a vehicle, this is the place to go. One of the few dealership that are willing to go the extra mile to help you get the best deal on a vehicle. I will recommend this dealership anyone looking for a car or truck.

Leased a car from Scott Clarks Toyota and my sales manager Jose Hernandez was extremely professional. My time was not wasted at all. I called up 3 dealerships told them what i was looking for and what I was looking to pay and Jose shot me straight from the very beginning while the others were playing the same old game of bait and switch.

We got a terrific car, no hassles, and service has been great since.

Thanks Jose and all the folks at Scott Clark Toyota.

Look at the car when you bring it in and look at the car when you pick it up and make sure it is not scratched. I have never had any problem with the service done to the vehicle. But I think it is odd they take a close look at it when you bring it in and then after is repaired they hand you the key and they do not look at the vehicle.

Purchased a used Acura ILX on Saturday from Dennis Mahone. While test driving the vehicle we heard a knocking in the back rear of the car. Was told they would gladly fix it, no worries it was still under warranty from Acura ect. Was also told to secure pricing we had to take ownership of the vehicle that day. We were trading a car in and if we left the car we would not have a ride home. We were told by our sales person Dennis Mahone that they had a shuttle- should we decide to leave the vehicle. We choose not to leave it but instead to bring it back Sunday evening.

It is now thursday and the car has been back from Acura since Tuesday and I had no way of getting to the dealer to pick it up due to my husbands work hours. I have been asking for 2 days about this shuttle that was so readily available to take us home Saturday- No response until today. This is the response I recieved from Dennis Mahone a few minutes ago and I Quote: "I'm sorry Susan. I took my scheduled day off yesterday. I haven't had a day off in two weeks. I am sorry you are upset but I forgot that you lived in Concord. The shuttle service would nt be able to go that far out." That's it!! That is his response- Well Dennis it is not my problem that you have not had a day off in 2 weeks- you choose your job, you are aware of the hours you must work. Perhaps in the future it may be a good idea to have a back up when are out to handle issue's such as mine. I can not believe a dealership that big has no coverage when an employee schedules a day off.

I am beside myself right now- have been without a vehicle since Tuesday and no one seems to care. I can not believe that this dealship does not offer shuttles to all of their customers no matter where they reside. I have never heard anything like this before. As much as I love this car the 6 hours I had access to it- I would give it back in a heartbeat and purchase a car from another dealer that cares about their customers. I have read the other reviews and left a voice mail for the General Manger Jimmy Cline as I do not know what else to do at this point.

Pete Acree and the staff at Scott Clarks Toyota took excellent care of the service needed on my 2005 Toyota Sienna. The stubborn problem I was facing was a rattle in the front end that would not go away. Concerned that the vehicle may not be safe I left it with Pete Acree and the staff. At my request a service technician agreed to take a brief test drive and was able to hear the same thing I did. For the next two service days the service department worked to identify the cause of the noise and had to disassemble and reassemble multiple components to diagnose it. Despite a number of hours searching for the cause (which was found and fixed) the charges were reasonable and fair. Thanks to Pete and the skill of the tech's my van is fixed and most importantly safe.

I visited your dealership this afternoon to purcha...

I visited your dealership this afternoon to purchase a new Prius with Mr. Crump. My experience was less than enjoyable, to say the least. The following is an account of the catastrophe that wasted not only our time, but your dealerships time.

I spent over 5 hours in your dealership trying to explain a deal that had already been worked out via email days prior to MULTIPLE "sales associates. We were forced to speak with "person" after "person" who would condescendingly try to convince us that YOUR company was losing business if we MADE the deal that was already agreed upon via email. Why this deal was agreed upon via email but yet could not be executed in person is beyond my understanding. We were told there was a misunderstanding with the email, yet NO ONE could explain this said misunderstanding to us in person, or entertain what they thought was going to occur upon my and Mr. Crump s arrival this afternoon. Therefore, I surmise the email was simply a ploy to get Mr. Crump and I to return to your dealership today in person. Knowing that YOU COULD NOT execute the deal we had agreed upon.

Each sales associate continued to scratch numbers on a piece of paper and attempted to do math to show said deal. NONE of it made sense and I queried every single sales associate, used car manager, manager on what their calculations meant/where they came from, yet STILL no one could explain the science to me. Mind you, everyone was STILL talking circle around the email stating us a deal.

The nice sales man (James Rutcher) who took us for a test drive explained to us INITIALLY that he does not like the back and forth, yet we spent 5 hours doing just that and it was embarrassing. He clearly did not want to partake down this path either.

Upon exit of the dealership (since a deal could not be struck) the keys to Mr. Crumps existing car were suddenly lost. We were then approached again saying that ANOTHER sale associate, general manger, used car sales manager was going to take ANOTHER look at Mr. Crumps existing Infiniti for another assessment. This man (Stephen Pecha, Used Car Sales Manager), apparently re-accessed the car and SUDDENLY, within 5 minutes, a deal was made. Why this man did not initially assess Mr. Crump s car is beyond me. Trust clearly was never a main stake in this transaction.

After we FINALLY had a deal (that was still NOT what we had come into the dealership for) was made, we were approached by countless associates, including yourself, trying to smooth things over. You indicated, and I quote, "Mr. Crump if you can't fill out all 10s on your survey, don't fill it out at all." I can assure you Mr. Cline that we cannot fill out your survey in hard, with all 10s. But what we can do is thoroughly explain our poor experience. The two woman we worked with Britney and Mallory, we simply splendid. You were forthright in explaining to us that we should not rate the survey based on experiences with folks at the beginning of our visit as it would reflect poorly upon folks at the end of the visit such as Britney and Mallory, but I will NOT fill out the survey that way simply to make your dealership look good as a whole.
I have expressed my distaste and frustration about my visit today via Twitter and Facebook in an effort to stop any of my contacts from coming to your dealership thinking they will receive solid customer service and the best of the best deals.

I myself own a Toyota Camry and have been getting my required services done at your dealership. While I may have waited a long time for each service, I continued to return. I can assure after today s events I will NOT be having my service performed at your dealership.

Please also rest assured I have reached out to Chris Cady, your Managing Partner as well as the Toyota Experience Customer Center and detailed my experience. I plan to escalate this issue further as well.

Very happy with this purchasing experience. We re returning customers so it helped that we came back to a dealership we ve worked with in the past.

State of the art car dealership and service department. I can't imagine a much better experience. The day I was there, they had a free food truck with hot dogs, popcorn, chips, drinks etc. Wifi, couches and chairs all over.
Nice place

My Camry's water pump went out, so I took it in to...

My Camry's water pump went out, so I took it in to be serviced and the mechanic quoted me twice what the job costs to replace it. When I questioned him about it, he told me that paying more to get it done there is worth it because the part would be guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. I told him It'd be cheaper for me to replace the water pump twice than to pay you twice what it costs. He didn't really respond and left me with his card.

Then I was approached by a woman who asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. I told her I already pay too much for what I have. She insisted they could help and hands me over to a salesman that tries to then sign me up for a predatory loan to "get me out of the bad loan I'm in" and wanted to put me in a NEW car, which I never asked for.

He was pushy about putting me into a new vehicle that I didn't need. He even called me the next day, after my husband and I had already gotten another car to try one last time to get me to buy a new Corolla.

So I wrote this all in a review on Google. I was contacted by Stewart at customer service relations after posting it and he asked me to explain what happened. I did, and he apologized, and that was that.

Turns out he GM read my review and took advantage of his access to my personal phone number, called me and attacked and threatened me over the phone.

He introduced himself as Jimmy the GM and he wanted to discuss my google review. I asked him if he thought it was appropriate to be calling my personal phone number about this, since I had already spoken with customer relations earlier today.

He emotionally responds by calling me a liar and an awful person for writing so many lies on google about his dealership. I tried to get him to explain what I was lying about. I asked him several times what the point of this phone call was, why is he calling and harassing me over a bad review, what did he expect me to do and he didn't address any of those questions.

Then he began to attack me personally "you clearly don't know how car sales works". "Of course dealership maintenance will cost more because they're certified", "how dare you write such horrible things" "you're a nasty woman and you have a nasty mouth for a woman".

I tried explaining my review in detail when he asked me to, and he kept talking over me and had no intention of hearing or addressing my complaints.

That's when things got out of control and began to threaten me. Some of his threats included "You don't even know what will happen to you if you ever set foot on this property" "I have all your info right here in front of me, address and all, you just wait and see what I'm gonna do" "I'm gonna sue you for slander" (I think he meant libel). He ended the conversation with "you just wait and see what happens to you because of this, you'll regret writing that review" and hung up on me.

So, I called the Union County Sheriff's Office to file a complaint that I was being threatened and harassed by the GM of Scott Clark Toyota over a poor review I wrote about the dealership. I met an officer at the dealership. We filed the report and then he escorted me to the front desk where I asked the receptionist to remove all my personal info from their files. I briefly explained to her that the GM was taking advantage of my file to call and harass me. She ASSURED me that there was no way it was him. So I showed her the extension I got the call from, and she said "Well that's his desk. I really can't believe it."

I asked her to inform the GM and anyone else who was involved that I wish to never be contacted by anyone at this establishment again, and to let the GM know that I have filed a police report against him. Now, since I've been posting this story, others have come forward about the GM harassing and threatening them as well.

After car shopping for about 2 months, we had a wonderful experience at Scott Clark's Toyota! Travis Wilson went out of his way to help us and did a super job! We are loving our Prius C and are so thankful for the whole team's wonderful service and help! Thank you Travis, Chris & Don for your help and guidance! We will absolutely recommend Scott Clark's Toyota to our family & friends next they're shopping for a car. :)

I bought my first vehicle from Scott Clark, and overall the experience was good. We chose this dealership because of the competitive prices we saw online, but we had to work hard with our sales rep to get the price posted online for the Tacoma off-road because he initially came in way higher than the published price. Because if that, we spent way longer at the dealership price negotiating than we anticipated. Less than 3 weeks after purchasing our new vehicle, we had a problem with the rear window tabs breaking and falling into the door and becoming inoperable. Scott Clark quickly fixed our window, but it was still frustrating with a new vehicle to have a problem so soon and this occurred as we were traveling which made it an even larger inconvenience.

It was a great experience working with DJ at Scott Clark Toyota to buy our car. Many salespeople rush customers to make a decision so they can move on to the next deal but DJ made us feel like we are the only customers in the entire dealership. He took his time to explain all the features and options with each trim and even when it came to talking numbers he was very patient and allowed us to make an informed decision. He even followed up with us multiple times after we made the purchase to make sure we are happy with the vehicle and we have everything we need. Thank you DJ for being an example of what true salesmanship looks like and for representing Scott Clark Toyota very well. Looking forward to sending our family and friends your way when they need their next car!

Good experience! Salesman very nice and helpful. Bought a used car and during purchase asked for a few exterior repairs that where taken care of with no hassle. Transaction went smoothly. This is the second car I ve purchased at Scott Clark s Toyota and even though it s a bit of a drive from my home, I like the selection they have along with the great customer service.

We are longtime customers of Scott Clark Toyota with respect to sales and service. We have dealt with Billy Carroll 75% of the time that we have come in for service. He's always pleasant, professional and thorough. I often wait for service to be completed and he's always considerate of my time, checking with me often with updates. Whenever additional service needs are discovered, he informs us of such without being overbearing or pushy; letting me make the decision without pressure; simply providing me with the information I need. That's why we keep coming back!

Ms. Taft is always pleasant, friendly, courteous and works with a smile.

I spoke with Robert Van Alstyne over the phone for several weeks while making up my mind about purchasing a new car, He did not try to pressure me to make a fast sale which was very important.I finally went in to the dealership to look over the inventory and at my request, he provided buying and leasing information, answered all questions in a friendly and courteous manner and was conscious of my time. The result - I have a new Corolla.

I worked with Julio Hidalgo at scott clark toyota. He has made my buying experience with Scott Clark's Toyota, a very special one. Julio Hidalgo, really cares for his customers and represents himself and the Scott Clark's Toyota team extremely well. He is very helpful and energetic sales person. He helped me a lot to sort out my own car. Price negotiation was very cool. He was keep following me after my purchase to get my experience with RAV4 and best part is that we were too late while finishing our paper work but he delivered car at home in night. I would highly recommend him.

I walked into Scott Clark Toyota with my son, because we saw a car on line. We did not know where to start or what we were looking for, but his car was in bad shape and I had no choice. Robert, my initial contact was busy, so rather than have me wait for him, I was greeted by Nathan M (Nate). Nate was very gracious and took us for a test drive in vehicle I saw on line, not something else he thought would be better for us. Nate worked very hard to get us the car that was right for us at the price I can afford. Two days later I drove my sons new car out off the lot. In addition, our 1995 Corolla was not worth the $500 credit I received as my trade in. I visited 3 other dealers in the dealers in a 2 day span. I first stop was Scott Clark and my last stop was Scott Clark. Nate and Brian and the Finance team were so helpful and in no way pressured or tried to intimidate me into makeing a decision I was not comfortable with, unlike MH. Thanks Nate for taking the fear of buying a new car away and making this process an easy and affordable one. My son thanks you as well. :) If I need to purchase a vehicle again, my first stop will be Scott Clark Toyota.

I had a great experience with Scott Clark Toyota (independence rd. location). I normally go to another Toyota dealership but they do not have rental cars. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. From start to finish. I was able to get a rental and drop my car off all in the middle of my work day. Once I left, my service advisor Pete A. Called and kept me posted every step of the way. He is such a pleasant and knowledgeable person. He worked with my extended warranty company and gave me a timeline of when my car would be finished. My car was ready on time and clean. I also wanted to look around for a new car while there. From there I worked with Misty in the exchange department she was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I then worked with an awesome salesman and I hate that I can t remember his name. I will edit this post once I find out. Anyway he was so awesome and patient. Not pushy at all! When I decide to trade in I will definitely work this team again. It was such a seamless display of great communication and customer service.

I would highly recommend Scott Clark for all your car service needs. My check engine light came on this morning and I live closer to another Toyota Service Center (Town & Country) in Charlotte. They wanted to charge $89 just to take look at my vehicle. Having received a customer service call the night before from Scott Clark Rep, I called back and Misty said their diagnostic test is complementary to determine problem. Upon arrival Seth greeted me and quickly resolved the problem at no charge. I will be traveling the extra distance for my car service needs in the future.

Stay away if you are a female looking for a vehicl...

Stay away if you are a female looking for a vehicle! My husband and I went this past weekend to look at a 2014 toyota highlander. After making our first offer to our original salesperson, the new salesman aka the financial person came over to wheel and deal us. The car was priced at 21715, they listed it is good condition. This suv has scratches and body damage 360 and a tear in the seat. They would not budge on price, and the second tier sales person would not make eye contact with me, and only spoke to my husband. The following Tuesday the vehicle was still listed but now $600 less than Sunday. I contacted them again about our offer, only to be told now there is computer issues and it will no longer be sold. So if we had bought it, we would have bought a known lemon from the dealership, and they were fine with this. I will not recommended, or shop at this dealership. If I could give a zero I will.

Marshall Moore was the service person who took care of me recently at Scott Clark Toyota. He made sure everything I had a question about was taken care of quickly and easily, and he got me in and out of the dealership quickly.

Over the course of my (short) life, I have purchased 6 new cars prior to this purchase at Scott Clark Toyota.

I worked with Nate Moskowitz, and I can't recommend him enough. Nate helped me in finding the Toyota Tundra that I wanted with all of the options and colors that I was looking for, after I had been given the run-around by another dealership for several days (a story for another time).

Nate not only found my truck, but also drove me to another dealership (in another state) to pick up my trade-in that I had left there. After getting my trade-in back to Scott Clark, Nate even gave me a ride home since I didn't want to put any extra miles on the truck or risk something happening to it before taking delivery of my new Tundra.

The paperwork took all of 30 minutes and was the least painful experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. As if all of that wasn't enough, Nate even delivered the Truck to my driveway a couple of days later (since there was some extras that we added last minute).

Overall, my experience with Nate and Scott Clark has been great. My wife and I have been getting our Toyotas serviced here for over 2 years (since we moved down to Charlotte) and based on the level of service we have received, we will continue to work exclusively with Scott Clark for any future purchases. My wife is due to trade in her '08 Highlander within the next 6-12 months and she said that she wanted to make sure she worked with Nate also.

I would like to say thank you to Nate Moskowitz, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Toyota or Scion in the Charlotte area head into Scott Clark Toyota and ask to work with Nate.

I recently purchased a new RAV 4 at Scott Clark Toyota. It was a great experience from the moment I met the salesman DJ Gbemiro. Very smooth process from the test drive of the vehicle to the purchase. Many thanks to Phillip Troup, Finance Manager.

I recently purchased a RAV4 from Scott Clark Toyota and I had a phenomenal experience. My contact information was shared with Travis Wilson, who started by giving me a call to discuss what I was looking for, went well out of his way to ensure that the vehicle had the additional features I was looking for, gave me more than fair pricing, and was very communicative throughout the entire process. He was mindful of my time and made my purchasing experience a pleasant one.

Apparently their sales rep named Henry does not know the meaning of the phrase I do not want to purchase . He continues to call, text me. Non stop. My last conversation with him via the phone I explained to him AGAIN that I didn t want to purchase as I had told him via text message. And I told him to stop contacting me. He became rude and said you are the one that inquired about vehicles . Yes I did inquire. But after that I said I was not going to purchase so why keep calling and texting me? One more phone call and I ll will bring charges up for harassment. Pushy sales people get no where fast

I called about a truck on a Monday listed on their site and spoke to a salesman. He sent me requested info and I told him I would be there Saturday. We spoke several times throughout the week. As planned, I drive an hour and a half to pick up the truck, check in hand only to be told the truck that was supposedly pulled aside and ready for me had been sold 20 minutes before I arrived. Either this was gross manipulation to just get me to their car lot or a complete lack of caring about taking care of a customer just to make a quick sell. Wasted 3 hours of my Saturday. Only response I got was we can sell you something else. I will never buy anything from Scott Clark Toyota and will make sure to tell everyone I can what poor customer service I received

Bought a used Hyundai Elentra from them about 2 years ago with an extended warranty. The engine let go at 101600 miles and they replaced the engine under warranty and all I paid was the deductible and so far no problems. I also had a rental car st no cost to me. It took 5 days for the engine change out. The engine came with a 12 month or 12000 mile warranty.

Great dealership, much better than the toyota dealership on south blvd in charlotte. I worked with Robert Van Alstyne who got me the car I wanted. I wanted a prius c but without all the extras that I didn't need. He told me the only way he could get it was to find one on the ship as it was coming over. The one I wanted was slated to another dealership, but Robert was able to trade for the vehicle the same day, and had it for me in less than a week. Whatever car you want, Robert can find it for you.

We went to Scott Clark Toyota around 6:30 pm just to get an idea of some vehicles that were available and pricing, as we were considering trading in our 8 year old Mazda in the near future. Donald Evans sat down with us and got a feel for what our needs would be and took us all around the lot to show us a few vehicles that matched what we were interested in. We had absolutely no intention of purchasing a car that night, but thanks to Don's experience and perseverance with the finance department, we were able to drive away in a 2014 Scion XB after getting a tremendous deal on our trade-in and financing that was well within our budget. Don was an excellent representative of the company, and the entire experience at Scott Clark Toyota was incredibly satisfying. Every person that we were involved with during the purchase was very friendly and helpful, and we absolutely did not feel pressured or rushed in any way; quite the opposite, in fact. The dealership closed at 9pm, but although we did not end up leaving until after 11pm when everything was finalized, the several people who stayed to see it through (including Don) were cheerful and positive. Don took the time to explain all the features and functions of the car to my wife while I removed all the things from our old Mazda before leaving it.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle; you will not be disappointed with the quality of service or integrity of the sales group. We will definitely be returning here for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks Don!

Good Afternoon,

Great Service! Marshall Moore helped me get the best deal for my tires! I had to get them before the next service due to a slow leak. He was able to get me in and out pretty quick considering I thought I was only getting a tire patched.

Marshall Moore at Toyota is the BEST!! I always know that I can count on him to take care of me and my 15 year old car honestly! My air conditioner was smelling of vinegar and I was likely inhaling mildew. Marshall guises me to a sanitation treatment and then told me how to circulate fresh air through my car. I had never been told this and now I am inhaling fresh and clean air :). I also did a fluid flush and my car is definitely running better. Thank you, Marshall and Toyota, for your honesty and for always making me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe!!

Great parts and service guys. Had a serious engine problem, a blown head gasket that was beyond my skills and they guys fixed it. They have a special engine team that does all the internal engine repairs. Parts guys are very helpful as well and can usually get parts the next day. Thanks guys!

I've been waiting here for more than 3 hours now. This is a total waste of my time. If the service is going to take this long, you should have told me! I am basically spending my weekend here. This is very upsetting... and they couldn't find the technician!

I always get my service done here! They are mechanics are friendly, knowledeagable, informative, and transparent. They are usually pretty quick. If they foresee a long hold time you have the option to take use a shuttle to the local shopping areas or restaurants and they even provided me with a rental one time. This place even has a mini nail salon, along with food and variations of coffees.

One of the better dealers around in the area. They treat you with respect. And even though they may be busy they have enough staff to get you in and out promptly. Buying a car can take some time but the staff are knowledgeable, there is a wide selection and financing options are many. Only dealer I know of in greater Charlotte with a multi-story parking deck to store new cars.

We recently visited the service department at Scott Clarks Toyota at 13000 E Independence. After experiencing a recurring issue with our keys we were referred to the new service manager Eric Tippett. After listening to the history of the issue we were having he was quick to identify a solution to our problem and took care of it immediately. It is safe to say that he had to go above and beyond his own desk to make us happy and for that we are thankful.
