Oil change was done quickly. 5/32 tire tread, so I ll likely need to replace tires at next service interval. My service writer quoted a set of 4 tires. Hope to be able to budget the cost prior to next service. Very satisfied with my service experience.

While in Charlotte on a visit from Maryland, I feared a potential problem with my engine coolant and was reluctant to drive back 500 miles without exploring the problem. I arrived at Scott Clark's Toyota without an appointment, described my problem and my situation to Jeremy, who listened patiently to my concerns and advised me that it would take at least an hour and a half for a technician to look at my 2-year old Venza's cooling system. After a while I was invited by a technician named Brad to look at my vehicle. Brad described in great detail his observations and conclusions. Brad listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly answered my many questions. He had concluded the radiator was leaking and offered to replace it the next day. Since that was not an option for me, we decided to top of the expansion tank and I would drive home the next day. Justin promptly finished the paperwork and I was on my way within about an hour. Could not have asked for more - prompt, courteous, and helpful on the part of everyone at Scott Clark's. There was no charge.

When I was supposed to come in for service I got several soliciting texts from this dealership to consider buying or leasing. I also got a missed call with a voicemail left on the same info.

I wish their dealership had bottled or good filtered water for all. Water should be complimentary as with other places.

I came in without an appointment, and about an hour before class. The person who was helping me Mohamed Dana originally said he will try and have it done in 90 minutes or less. I was a bit worried on the time but Mr. Dana and y'alls other workers went the extra mile and got my cars 5k inspection done a little under 30 minutes. Thanks to them I was able to get to class with 5 minutes to spare.

Recently I had a change in my financeces and had to sell the same truck. Kannon arranged to purchase it back at what I felt was more than resonable amount.
I trust Kannon Baker at Scott Clark Toyota either buying or selling. Next vehicle I purchase will be from him no matter age or value.
And he is much younger than I and understood my old school ways. What a nice young man.

Great service at Scott Clark s, my service rep was Marshall. He always is very nice to talk to and explains everything that is done or needs to be done to my car very thoroughly. He is always helpful in any questions that I have. My wait time is usually very reasonable and the waiting area is comfortable, with WiFi, clean restrooms, a place to get something to eat and look at vehicles, the time that I wait seems to go by quickly. I would recommend using the service team to anyone.

I purchased a used Toyota Camry I have owned Camry's before love that car. Wasn't complete satisfied with the sales person he didn't seem to know what he was doing then they brought out one of the managers and the pressure began. After saying no several times and getting up to go he stopped me at the door and made me "an offer I couldn't refuse" I was not happy with the process but I did feel I was getting a fair deal even though I felt rushed and extremely pressured. Then i was sent into the finance managers office -- watch out talk about pressure and up sale. I DID NOT WANT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!! But he sold it to me under false pretenses and I was so warn down by then that I agreed to what he claimed I was getting I did not look closely at the paperwork after 3+ hours I just wanted to get out of there. Thank goodness I read my P / S the next morning and realized what they had done. He added almost 3k to the cost of my loan for the stupid over priced unwanted extended warranty he never told me it would cost that kind of money or that it would be rolled into the loan.. Love paying interest on stuff I didn't want in the fist place But it gets worse I contact the finance manager and let him know it needed it to be canceled.. he said no problem sent me a text confirming the cancellation I wanted something to prove he had canceled it I do not trust them.. I then checked with the loan company surprise surprise the cancellation was never issued. I contact the finance manager again he was so sorry but no worries and had me sign a document that shows I canceled the extended warranty I have a copy of it... case closed right?? NOPE I see 30 days later no refund. I contact the lender tell them what is going on and they put it under fraud. Guess what I immediately get a call from a different finance manager telling me I need to send in another request of cancellation! When I asked why?? I was told the other manager NEVER SUBMITTED IT! So now I have started the cancellation process all over again so far nothing yet but I didn't want to wait to warn people stay away from Scott Clark I know I will !!

I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle and the waiting room was very comfortable. I was using another Toyota Service center and the service was unbearable. I've purchased a 2008 Camry and I've only had the car for 19 days. I had taken it to get serviced about 5 times and the problem is finally corrected. The service department assured me it was taken car of and I should not have anymore problems. I traveled to Scott Clark to see what I could do about switching out the vehicle. Remember I only had it for 19 days, and RG Gunderson proceeded to belittle myself and my family. Almost as if we should be lucky and thankful that we were able to get a car from Scott Clark. He tried to break our spirits and create an unpleasant situation, however I've contacted the proper individuals and hopefully this situation will get resolved quickly. He has officially ruined this experience for myself and family.

In August, Scott Clark Honda sold me a pre-owned Honda Odyssey elite touring for our children s caregiver, for which i paid cash. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the rear entertainment remote was missing from its ceiling mount. After texting with the salesperson numerous times, I was told they were ordering a new one for me. Now, I am told they will not be ordering one at this time ; however, they refuse to provide an explanation. My husband and I have called and emailed the dealership, but we cannot get a call back, nor have we been emailed back. I have all of this In Writing. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Apparently, one cannot expect all the pieces of a vehicle when purchasing one from Scott Clark and paying CASH.

I will not be returning to this dealership for my new (personal) vehicle next year.

ETA again - I did reach out to management prior to reviewing Scott Clark dealerships. I'm not sure why they told me they wouldn't order the part either, but they did not order it for months. It took a negative Google review to rectify the issue. Then - amazingly enough, the part was delivered within 24 hours!!! I maintain that I will not car shop @ Scott Clark.

(It is worth noting, we even went to Scott Clark Honda IN PERSON to request the replacement. We had no luck, however. ONLY the Google review seemed to have any sort of impact.)

Was on my way to work and my service engine light and some other messages appeared on my dashboard screen. Fortunately, I w as near the dealership. I entered the service department and shared with the attendant what the problem was. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was told what to expect and promptly got a ride to work. I was kept abreast of what the problem was, how much it would cost, etc. throughout the day. I took the shuttle back to pick up my vehicle after work. While it was not how I planned to spend my day or money, everything happened in an orderly manner and I was pleased with the service from the time I first went in to my experience with the service staff and shuttle driver.

My salesman was Desmond Campbell and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and knowledgeable in his job. I had a hard time in deciding on which car I wanted to purchase. I can not express how much I appreciated not only the service but the ability of both Johnnie Fluker and George Francis Hatze to make my wife, myself, and my kids feel comfortable, at ease, and more importantly special as we made not just one but two vehicle purchases in a one week span at your site. These two exhibited the epitome of customer service. I have been a Toyota customer for a long time and these two gentlemen are the best we have experienced in any state we have lived in or purchased a Toyota vehicle from. In all honestly you lose these two and you may lose us. It was that great of service - not just once but twice. Matthew was friendly, quick and most importantly very relaxed and non-pushy when presenting the service items I should consider performing on my vehicle. I had a fantastic experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Ken and Christy with the exchange department were excellent and made this experience as easy and painless as possible. Even making sure the additional accessories I wanted were added before taking delivery.

I recommend seeing them when your ready to get a vehicle. As a first time Toyota owner my relationship with them is off to a great start.

Complete follow through with making sure everything is going well with my vehicle since bringing it home and making sure I had no pending questions or concerns.

Already had the 2019 Limited Nightshade 4 runner picked out, drove up to check the 4 runner out EXPECTING some pushy salesman, however quite the opposite! I made appointment online for same day it was very busy but I spoke to service advisor as soon as I pulled up.
very upfront and said it would take 90 min as they were very busy (10k service, inspection).
I waited in lobby which they have comfy sitting area, free WiFi, coffee (machine makes lattes, cappuccinos, varying strength coffees). honestly the time flew by and 70 min later I was driving away in my clean washed car.

Worst experience. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Seems like you are a bother when you call to speak to a manager. They will never return calls. I have been calling Scott Ascough and Daniel Durst every day since i requested to have my trade-in returned to my house. Daniel (DJ) avoided my calls for over a week until I called back to back 25 times then blocked me. Scott has never answered the phone. I was trying something new and trying a Toyota Dealership closer to my home....NEVER AGAIN!!!! this is the worst experience ever. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and never experience such rude and disrespectful people ever. I never received my original keys to my home its been 2 weeks since I returned their vehicle.

We had a great experience buying our car from Scott Clark Toyota. Paul Moore was more than helpful in making sure my mother received the car she wanted for the price she wanted. He paid close attention to details to make sure she was satisfied. He went out of his way to answer all questions in a timely manner during our first interactions online and by phone. I had a very good sales experience at this dealership and am very happy with my car. I am disgusted at how management allow the sales men to treat the customer. So long story short, I had purchased my car on a Saturday and as we were leaving the sales man told me to make sure i fill out the survey that will be emailed and I ensured him that I would. Well comes Tuesday and i am back at the dealership and again tells me to fill out the survey. By the end of the week the sales man had hounded me 3 more times between text messages and calls to complete this survey. I finally had time and was able to fill out the survey. Two days later I received a text message from the sales man stating " You are a very mean person, you penalized me for doing my job you should have never filled out the survey you smiled in my face like you were happy God Bless You!!". Just so you know the only thing remotely close to bad i said was the sales men should not be hounding the customer to fill out the survey. I have reached out the management with no response but sorry. Do not expect to be treated with respect at this dealership!

As dealerships go, Scott Clark is among the best. Buying a car is exciting but often frustrating. The process at Scott Clark is always smooth. While there is always some pressure from sales staff, they genuinely listen to your concerns and know when to give you space. The service center is excellent and accommodating. All around great experience buying and owning a car from Scott Clark.

In June 2013 we leased a 2013 Camry for my wife form Scott Clark Toyota. Loved the car, our sales person was patient with us (could not choices a color or options) The monthly payments were what we wanted, but the lies the finance department told us was the beginning of our nightmare. We were told SCT would pay off our remaining amount on the lease we returned (2011 sienna , we loved this one also) but after two months of phone call with promises to pay it and collection notices from the finance company I finally went up to SCT and waited to speak to the person that told us it would be paid, after waiting for over an hour I was told by someone else ( he was not willing to do it himself) that I was lying and that was not the deal (even tho we had it in writing) my wife left work, drove to SCT and we waited for yet another hour or so to speak to someone who finally took care of this mess.

But it's not over yet......we have traded in the Camry well over 8 mths ago, and for the past three months almost every week my wife has been receiving phone calls from someone (same person every time) about trading in the Camry, every time my wife has told him that we no longer own the Camry nor a Toyota at all. The past four calls she had ask him to stop calling and take her number off his list. And yet he still calls. On 6/6/16 at 12:08 pm when he called she told him this was harassment and if he called back she would call B.B.B. well that did not work because he called her again today 6/20/16 at 11:41am and she (not so very nicely) told him the same thing. So I just spent this time to post a bad review that I had not plan to post to point out the fact that we have dates and times that we are getting harassing phone calls that better stop as of now. QUIT CALLING WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN hopefully someone at SCT will read this and actually make the calls stop

Sleazy like other used car dealers. Don't get fooled by the nice dealership. They were supposed to get me rates through my pre-approved Capital One reference. They went back and ran my credit 3 times. When I yelled at them about it they said acted like they didn't know what was going on. When I pressed them they said "hey you signed a credit app". Stay away from their used cars sales people.

I have been servicing my 2009 Tacoma for almost 7 years at Scott Clark's Toyota. I have always been pleased with the work that they do, but the one thing that stands out above all is Archie Newton. When I call I ask for Archie and I know that my truck will be taken cared of. I never have to worry that he is trying to do more than needs to be done. He is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all reliable which I value a great deal. Scott Clark, you have a great asset in Archie Newton please keep him happy so I can continue to be happy.

Had routine maintenance done on one of my vehicles. Crystal Kush was the service manager that assisted us. I usually make my appointments with her because she's very helpful, does a great job of explaining things, and always gets us in and out in an efficient manner.

Stay away! I took my 2007 4Runner in to be looked at because the back hatch wouldn t open and had an obvious electrical problem. David was my service rep. David called later that afternoon to tell me it needed a new rear hatch opener at the price of $900. I had replaced that part already and knew that wasn t the case. I told him that it was electrical and he said for them to trace it down I would need to pay for the labor at $250. I told him that was fine and to proceed. He called me again and told me they found the problem. He said the rear hatch wire harness had been water damaged and needed to be replaced at a cost of $2700.
I wanted to get a second opinion before shelling out that kind of money so I asked him to put it back together and paid the $309 they charged for the testing. I took the vehicle to a Toyota place in Knoxville and dropped it off. First off the guy told me the wire harness looked fine and looked like no one had even checked it. He said usually there would be marks where it was checked. I asked the new place to check the electrical and they found the problem immediately. There are two power wires going to the rear hatch and one was chewed through. It was one of the first places they looked!!
SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA completely ripped me off. I even told David that I thought a mouse might have chewed through a wire since we live out in the country. I don t know what their plan was when the wire harness didn t fix the problem but I m sure it would have cost a fortune. By the way, the cost to replace a rear wire harness at the place in Knoxville is only $600 not $2700. My only guess is SCOTT CLARK wanted me to buy a new car. I called to talk to a service manager twice today to try and resolve the issue but was told they were busy and they would call back. Of course I haven t received a call back.

When I submitted the online request to get a trade amount for my vehicle; I had no idea that the following day I would be driving off the lot with a new car. Paul called me upon seeing my inquiry, I explained to him what I was looking for and my apprehensions with making a purchase at this time. He completely understood and suggested I come in the next day to take a look at their inventory. Paul was not what I was used to when it came to car salesman. What was key with Paul, was his honesty and making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase rather than just getting another sale under his belt. Before I knew I was approved for financing or had went on a test drive, I told him "whether I purchase a car today or not, I want to thank you for your great customer service". I can't recall having said that to anyone when making any purchases. I also was expecting to have to haggle with the price and be there for hours dealing with finance; that was not the case. I was in and out with a 2015 Toyota Corolla that I just love. My mom lives in Maryland and was looking to by a 2017; I told her about Paul because I felt that he was the trip! Needless to say, I plan on coming back in the future when it's time for another purchase and will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to everyone I know.

Brought vehicle in for basic 50,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation) day after Thanksgiving. That was the first mistake. Although I made an appointment in advance, the dealership service area was swamped with cars. Very busy day to have service on a vehicle. In the technician s haste in getting cars done he backed my vehicle into another vehicle backing out of its bay. Although the dealership owned up to the mistake, it is a hassle to go through the process to have a car repaired at the body shop. It will be interesting to see if they still want to charge me for the oil change when I get my vehicle back next week. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star review is that the dealership did provide a comparable loaner for the week.

Completely amazed at the level of service and customer experience at Scott Clark s Toyota. While searching for a used vehicle online, my wife and I found that Scott Clark s Toyota had a vehicle that we were looking for that fit out criteria. Living in Georgia we were skeptical about traveling the long distance to go see the vehicle but after talking to Cameron Curry (our sales person) and seeing more photos and video that he took with his personal phone, we were more positive about traveling the distance of 300 miles (4 hours drive time). Cameron held the vehicle for us no questions asked and took amazing care of us as soon as we got there until we pulled out in the vehicle we went to see. Cameron was not pushy and trying to just make a sell. He wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase and experience. The facilities at Scott Clark Toyota are phenomenal! I have never stepped foot into a dealership of that magnitude before. When they say they are the mega store (and basically headquarters) for their three different stores; they mean it. Scott Clark s Toyota has their game and procedures on point. They treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. In the finance managers office, they closed the door and only managers could open the door with an access card. Reason...., they said it is a secure document area containing our personal information such as credit information, social security numbers, and addresses. I have not witnessed another dealership conduct business this way and honestly I am impressed that they do this. Scott Clark s Toyota truly cares about the customer. In addition, they have a station setup so you can charge your device ;but instead of having to leave the device unsecured or having to stay with it while it charges, they have both USB C and Lightning charge cables in each of eight to ten safe boxes similar to that in a hotel so your device is locked and secure while it charges. Did i mention that the safe boxes are FREE to use?! Yes free of charge for their customers. Also, they have a station setup for the ladies to get a manicure while their car is being serviced or waiting through the process of purchasing a vehicle. Is there a cost for the manicure service? NOPE! It is completely free. My wife would have taken advantage of the free manicure if we had seen the service earlier but it was around 5:30pm when we found out about and the station was closed for the day. Bottom line is that Scott Clark s Toyota has thoroughly impressed us with the level of customer care, vehicle quality, and amenities of their facility. I bought brand new 0 miles Toyota tacoma 2020 from Scott Clark Toyota on 5/21/20. I have issue with my right hand side windows every single time when i pulling down the window make a noise sometime was too loud, i try to contact my saler Hakim, when we're doing papper work he told me that before 30 days if anythings happen i have to contact him, when i call him he said that i have to call servic center for make a servic appointment .First servic with David Cintron he told me something went wrong with my windows he'll order for me new one and replace it. Few days later i'm waiting on his call but he never give me a call and then i call servic center to make appointment again. Second servic with Mary which took more than 4 hours servic to fix my windows, after that she said my windows was fix and i good to go. When i get home couple days later i try to pull down my windows and start making noise again and i call servic center to make appiontment. Third time servic with David Cintron again he try to get his manager and his manager checking on my windows he said that was fine. I show him my record video clip he said that nothing he can do with video. Later on i try to ask him question about my windows seem like he doesn't care he just eat his foods while talking to me. I try so hard to gey this fix but i can't get it. Let say if i buy used car like 2014 and have issue like this i won't say anything. Now i have to drive my 0 mile 2020 toyota tocoma with this noise until broke down. First servic took more than 3 hours, second servic took more than 4 hours and third servic took more than 3 hours. Maybe just not a good time for me. Believe me or not just check on my video clip.

I just had a great experience with Michelle Gustafson, Kameron Knox, Mike Black and Pete Acree. I bought a Prius V in April 2012, and realized about a month ago that while i love the hybrid, it was not the car for me or my profession, which happens to be college sports. I went in for service last Satuday (21st), and Pete asked me how I liked the Prius. I told him that I really liked the car, but it didn't work for my job. He had just recently bought a 2012 Camry himself,and told me that he would connect me with his sales person, Mike Black. WHILE i was waiting for my car to be serviced, Kameron came over, and we walked the lot. I told him what I needed, and that my credit was not stellar. I was traveling, and didn't have time to stay. Kameron stayed in touch with me all weekend, and called me on Monday to say that Mike had worked up a deal that i would be happy with. He even gave me his personal cell in case I had questions! I arrived at 7:30 Monday night, and left at 9:15. That included finance! Michelle was AWESOME and even gave me tips on how to improve my credit score. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Pete, Kameron, Mike and Michelle! I am a Scott Clark customer for life now!

I have been looking for a new car for the past two years, and have been to many other dealerships in the Charlotte area; and was not sold on buying a new car until I met Tyler Flack. Tyler made me feel at ease with his no pressure approach. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and was pleasant to work with. At one point during our talks, it was well past closing, and he never made me feel rushed, or became frustrated, and did not pressure me to close the deal. I would recommend Tyler to my freinds and family when they are in the market to buy a new car, and I look forward to working with Tyler again when I purchase my next car.

Staff is rude. Service is said to take no more than 70 minutes and I m typically there 2 hours. They fail to keep warranty information in their system so that s more time added to my visit trying to correct something they should have saved. Won t be returning here
