We always get good service at a reasonable price. Easy to schedule and the work always gets done quickly. Here's what keeps me from giving 5 stars- when you pick up your car, you go inside and pay and then you wait. And wait. And wait. They don't have, or don't use, an area that customers can walk out to to get their car themselves- a service member has to retrieve it and bring it around. I've waited as much as 30 minutes to get my car after paying the bill. I think a lot of that time is waiting for the car wash- well, if they offer a free car wash with service, maybe get it done when they move the car from the service bay to their holding lot rather that waiting until the customer arrives and then running it through before bringing it to them. Just a thought. I've gotten to the point of declining the car wash so I don't waste so much of my time. This is a clear area for improvement in my opinion.

I had a great experience at Scott Clark, and service is extraordinary. I don't always have an appointment, but Chris in the service department always work me in, in a timely manner. They never hammer you do anything, they make recommendations and give you opportunity to decide how the customer wants to proceed having reviewed all the information.

I'll start by saying that I'm giving 3 stars because of the facilities at Scott Clark. They are top notch. Now, for my review of service: I called first thing this morning to see if they had a bulb in stock that I knew my garage did not. I obviously wanted them to go ahead and replace it if they could, since I would already be at the dealership. After speaking to a couple of folks who seemed very nice and knowledgeable, I was given a labor estimate of about $24-$25, with the bulb costing $3. Fine. I was also told that if I go ahead and make an appointment, that something like this wouldn't take very long to complete, and I could be out in a fair amount of time. Well, that's pretty much where it goes downhill. I was there for 2 hours. To replace a light bulb. Not being given an update, as it seemed most were during their wait, I had to go ask how long it would be until completed. It wasn't until then that I was told, "Oh, they're done now." When I got my receipt, the labor charge was $37, for a $2.50 light bulb. What a rip. This isn't a service, it's just a way for you to markup your labor to make a buck. If I could do it myself, I would, but I couldn't - thus, my visit. So, no update for the 2 hours I was there, not accurate on the estimate over the phone, and a very long wait for something with all things considered pretty minuscule. Either you have the staff to run the service department or you don't. But very minor things as my issue shouldn't take 2 full hours at the dealership.

I am not one to write a review but I let a lot of things slide until I reached a breaking point today August 19.



I have since then tried to reach out to Mike about an issue with the brand new car and never heard back from him. I called 5 times and left 2 voicemails. I decided to just show up to the dealer to service a very small issue with my BRAND NEW car. I was later then told that there was a nail in my tire and that it would cost $278 to replace it with no discount after 4 days of purchasing my BRAND NEW CAR. The service manager was far more helpful.

From sales to finance, I was being overcharged and trying to be taken advantage of.

I do not recommend coming and giving your business to Scott Clark because they will try to rip you off. I had the worst experience of purchasing my FIRST BRAND NEW CAR. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Scott Clark.

Great sales person, Craig Rose. We went with a particular car we wanted to look at. Test drive was nice, then they asked us inside to discuss the price, I said we were still in the process of looking, but threw out a number I couldn t walk away from, with some negotiation they made it happen. That part was a five star experience. Then the one to two star part happened where we were waiting around forever to get through the finance people even though I was paying cash for the car. Clearly they need to work on how quick they get the fish in the boat once they have them on the line.

I swore I would never go to Scott Clark s again, but I ended up there again. They had what I wanted on the lot. I m so glad I didn t let my past experience deter me. The experience my husband and I had with Frank was great. He is the best salesman we ve ever had in all the years and dealerships we ve dealt with. Thank you Frank for being so attentive and determined to make our experience wonderful!

The bottom line is that no one likes the car buying experience, but once you have your car it's nice to know that you will be taken care of by the dealership's service department. I've been treated with nothing but respect each time I've brought in my vehicle for service, and I feel like the service reps (like Ricky today) are always honest and up front with me. Plus, I've been pleasantly surprised when they make an effort to find a coupon or discount they can provide to me if they are able.

I take my wife s Camry here as she wants a dealer service department . The entire service department is very professional from making the appointment, to paying the cashier.

My major complaint is that I d like to talk with the actual technician, but that s like every dealership to which I ve been. I realize the technicians time is important, but that s like NOT talking to the surgeon who actually performed the operation.

My car is a Honda Civic that I take to Compact Car Service on Independence. I get to actually talk directly to the mechanic. I found these folks from the Nextdoor message board. I wish they worked on Toyotas.

I had my wife's car serviced which she bought new there, they told me all the service points they preformed as well as show me on the invoice. Well they said they rotated the tires but the passenger side front tire had a very slow leak that requires adjusting every month or sow so I marked that tire to know to check that tire after the service. The day after the service visit I saw that the mark was still on the front passenger side. I waited a few weeks a sure enough that tire needed some air.
I then call the service department to speak with a service manager, which none were available so I left a message to be called. The next day one called defending the service rep that told me the tires were rotated. He said he would look at the video and get back to me which he never did. He said we could bring the car back in for the tires to be rotated not offering to pick the car up and have it done for us.
This makes me wonder what else they don't do and charge you for. Needless to say our family won't be back.

This was my first experience with Scott Clark's toyota. I went to test drive a BMW Mini cooper that was on the site. I spoke with a few people and asked for a test drive. Dominic came and was very helpful with getting my information to take the car for a drive. i loved it of coarse , you always do when you are driving someone else's car... Anyway, after a few minutes with Dominic he asked to look at our older model mini for a trade in. I was OK with the time so I did. After we looked at price and trade another sales person DJ came to help out. Dominic was still fairly new in his role. Not that you would have known if he had not told me. Anyway, DJ was able to help with prices and trade in value enough to get me to a price I really did not want to just leave on the table. I was more than willing to wait and look at more options but I knew it was the car we wanted and the price was fair and they were so nice and helpful I went ahead with the trade in. My wife of coarse loved it and we would gladly buy from them again. i drove 45 min to even look at the car but I was in no way disappointed at the car or the service at Scott Clark's,.

Jacques Deadwiley was great to work with. He listened well to my needs without trying to push me into anything I was uncomfortable with, while helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend Scott Clark's Toyota as my overall experience and people I came in contact with very helpful and responsive. I also had a great experience going through their finance department. The process was effortless. I will most likely take my car to be services there just based on the service I had during the purchase.

I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I bring my car in for oil changes and tire rotation the maintenance sticker says every 5000 miles So I bring my car in. They didn't not tell me that the oil doesn't need to be changed, that its just the tires. At every 5k. They take my car and do both. They are ripping me off. They have my record and what they have done. So they know it's not needed. Not one Service advisor ever said anything. Thanks so much Scott Clark

Had a 10:15am appointment. Was told I would be waiting a MINIMUM of two hours. Only work that was completed was new back brakes. Ended up waiting 3 hours and 20 minutes. This is crazy! I asked a guy that was helping check people in what the reason was for this, he said 15 of their techs didn t come to work . I ve had another experience when I went in for a tire light being on, the service writer told me to come back another day because the wait would be 4+ hours because so many of their techs called out. My experience with this visit was very positive. My service advisor was Crystal Kush and she explained the details of my service work needed. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the service work. She actually took me to my vehicle while in the shop to look at the repairs needed. This was the first time I have ever been able to do this at a dealership. I feel that this allowed me to understand better the work needed and be able to make a decision based on the information provided.

I had a wonderful experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Everyone that I worked with seemed very sincere and eager to help. I normally get that cheesy weird typical car salesman at most dealerships that I've been to. I didn't get that at all here. The only thing that I thought was lacking was a follow up and maybe a congratulations call for buying my new vehicle from them. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I'm extremely pleased. I'd like to mention two gentlemen that were a lot of help to us, Reginald Johnson and Tyler Flack. These guys did a tremendous job! Look them up when you get there.

I've visited many dealerships, and looked at many models similar to the Toyota Tacoma. On my visit to Scott Clarks Toyota, I was pleasantly surprised at thier selection. Robert VanAlstyne was very helpful without being pushy. I wound up purchasing a 2011 Toyota Tacoma and am very happy with my purchase and the great people at Scott Clarks who stand behind my Toyota. SHOCKED!! - I heard great things about Scott Clark so I decided to give them a shot. I traded in my lease last month for a new Camry. The experience was overall pretty decent. I was glad I had given them a shot until last week when another bill showed up for my previous car which was supposed to have been paid off.

I called, left a voicemail, no call back, left a review here, and less than 24 hours later I had a gentleman call me and within a few hours he had everything sorted out. He found where we slipped through the cracks and didn't make me beg for them to take care of me. I am very happy with this level of service.

Scott Clark has taken a chance given by a customer and not only capitalized on it, but ensured I will remain a customer in the future.

She greeted me when I arrived, addressed my issues, made the 10,000-mile check-up smooth, and promised to follow up on the one issue I have had (hands-free phone). She also checked to make sure my vehicle was not on the air bag recall list. Thank you for the wonderful service, comfortable waiting facilities with free premium coffee, and all the courtesies! Also, I cannot say enough about our salesman, Jose Batista. He was wonderful, courteous, professional, and represented your dealership very well, making sure we got a great vehicle at a great price. I continue to refer people to him, and to Crystal for service. Crystal is very personable and REAL, and I appreciate that. I would like to compliment one of your mechanics who went above and beyond the call of duty in making a repair of my heater box in October or so, but I don't have his name. Crystal can tell you. This was our second time visiting Scott Clark Toyota. We should have came here first. We visited numerous other dealerships, and got nowhere. My wife contact the dealership via email and RB put her in contact with Logan. Logan was great and ran all of the numbers by email to save us from a wasted visit (over an hour drive). They gave us more for our trade than anywhere else has offered, before seeing it. We made the visit on Saturday and everything was very smooth. Logan brought the first vehicle ('17) silver Corolla for my wife to see. She noticed a blue one she liked a little more and Logan was quick to let her pick out the one she wanted with the options that worked best for our family. I took a test drive with him and he was very knowledgeable about all the features the vehicle had to offer. While waiting to visit the finance manager's office to sign paperwork, we asked Logan if we could run to the nearest McDonalds to pick up some food for our hungry kids. Logan immediately volunteered to go and bought our kids lunch. We were extremely impressed with him. Big thank you to Scott Clark Toyota. If you're in the market, visit them first and save yourself a huge headache from other dealerships.

The staff here at Scott clark Toyota are pathetic, as they call every day until you answer the phone if someone doesn't answer there phone or don't reply back to emails they bug you every day pisses me off. My husband use to be a continued customer there and every time we would go and buy a vehicle they would always argue and get really rude about the price my husband is a very smart man he knows I know a scam and overpriced dealer when we see one.
TOWN AND COUNTRY TOYOTA is a very good dealership just in Charlotte on south blvd. great people to work with they don't argue about the prices there they are really understandable and work there best price on a vehicle that you want. :))))

First of all, it's almost impossible to get sales people to text straight, transparent information and answer questions directly without trying to get you in the door of the dealership first. I did not have that experience here. Via emails, phone calls, and text messages, Johnnie and George answered my questions openly and honestly. This happened while I had a bunch of other sales people from dealerships in three states refusing to answer the most basic question ("What's your best price on the vehicle?") When I made the decision to buy my first NEW car, Johnnie, George, and Leudy took the time to answer every question and provided additional information that I hadn't considered (and I KNOW Toyotas - I have bought five now). They gave me a great deal and took a lot of time with me at the dealership. Even though it was busy, they made sure to keep my husband and me updated as we waited. I never felt pressured to buy the car (I did), take their financing (I did not), or purchase a warranty (I wasn't going to, but with a guaranteed refund if I don't use it, my husband convinced me it would be stupid not to). I have had experiences at other dealerships where sales and finance staff get very cold and impersonal when they find out you're not financing through them or purchasing a warranty. At the last dealership where I purchased a car, the finance guy would barely look at me as he finished my paperwork. This was not the case at Scott Clark - everyone was courteous professional, start to finish, and I could tell they take a lot of pride in what they do!

I d give 0 stars if that option was available. I just had my worst attempted buying experience in more than 40 years. I went to Scott Clark Toyota today to purchase a Toyota Tundra that they had advertised for sale on both their website & FB page. Upon arrival at the dealership I was told the advertised price was incorrect. The brand new salesperson quickly got replaced by the sales manager & finally their boss in just a matter of 10 minutes. All I asked for was their best price on a truck that I was fully prepared to purchase today. However, the used car manager named North resorted to name calling & bullying tactics when he insisted the truck would cost me $4k more than the advertised price to purchase. I can t emphasize enough how awful of an experience this was as North followed my wife & I out to our car berating us as though we had somehow done something wrong.

Friendly service that is both quick and competitively priced. They have a lovely lounge / waiting area that is spaceous and equipped with a charging locker should your mobile device run out of juice while you wait. They also offer a shuttle service which I find to be particularly convenient if you're having a lot of maintenance preformed.

Sales department is good but the service department is completely incompetent. I regret my decision to buy a car from this place. It has been nothing but frustration since driving off the lot.

Update on my review:
The locks on my car have stopped working and the battery died. Scott clark also does bot honor their warranty. Reached out to my sales rep and he has gone dark as well.

Sales person is the worst I have ever seen. When we asked that we need RAV4 he showed us with so much pain(he don't want to work) . When we mentioned we just saw other type of car at Honda he immediately said go and take it. .. We were shocked . After we have seen the RAV4 car we came to downstairs to discuss about invoice . He didn't even enter us into system. And for our every word of conversation he started to debate with us. We went to front desk and said we are facing issue with him. Another person came and said he would get car price details and came after 20 min and started to discuss about the previous sales person conversation.
No respect for their customers.
And yes thanks for the suggestion in asking us to take Honda we are going to get it...

They sent it once, we get the car back and the sensor goes off. Take it back to them, they say oh they probably forgot to reset the sensor, we ll send it to them and get it back to you. We call the Ford dealer they said they haven t seen that car in months. So we re being lied to in this whole ordeal. So not cool don t think I d ever suggest anyone buying a car from them ever.

When you do get your vehicle services, the wait area is comfortable. I was able to rent a car while mine was being worked on. The sales staff works well with buyers as well. Ask for Hakeem!!
