I just had the best experience this week at Scott Clark. I haven't bought a new car in 14 years because my Toyota Camry is such a reliable car. Chris Powe and Paul Moore were terrific. I am a "senior" and they didnt try to get over on me. They we're patient, gave me a good deal and I felt very comfortable. We laughed and enjoyed ouraeours. Chad, the finance guy was hilarious and the deluvdel coordinator was a sweet young lady who programmed my phone into the car and showed me how to work all the gadgets. I highly recommend Scott Clark for the young and old.im now styling and profiling in a 2018 Toyota Camry.

I usually deal with Billy Carroll and since he was off this day Jimmy filled in nicely. The service was completed quickly as usual and your facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. Reginald Johnson and Tyler provided a great buying experience for me! Reginald was completely professional, honest and informative. He was not pushy at all and allowed me to make my own decisions regarding the purchase of my 2012 Camry. He allowed me time, a few days to be exact, to find the car that fit me and my income. Cameron in Finance was also really helpful in explaining the details and just fun to chat with. I will definitely recommend Scott Clark Toyota. See Reginald Johnson, he is the best!!!

Scott Clark Toyota has a great service department. All my service experiences with them have been excellent. This six month service included complementary pickup and return as well. This is helpful during the pandemic as my wife and I are trying to avoid all contact with people.

Disappointed with the dealership and finalized this is my last attempt to do business with them. Initial engagement ended poorly about a year ago when they refused to finance me.. I walked away thinking maybe I was racially profiled not to certain. I engaged my credit union the next day and ended up purchasing my Avalon with Lexus..Today my husband located the Lexus RX there and wanted to test drive it. Long story short- the internet rep made a mistake on the price advertised so the same cocky managers decided they didnt even want to sell it. We were told that if we countered the offer we were through. The nerve of them making the customer suffer due to their pride, mistake. I am saddened by the experience overall. Last time visiting!

8/23- Way to go...Big ups to Steven (Sales Manager ) and Mr Powe (Finance) for turning the entire experience around for my husband and I. Both were HUMAN to us- they told the truth while being polite and couteous. They also offered a sincere apology to my husband and I for our previous bad experiences...After swapping personal experiences and us sharing our needs they were able to secure the deal for us. My husband is the proud owner of an RX350 and may I add for a awesome price!!! From the bottom of my heart we would like to thank the both of those guys for really going the extra mile. Your integrity and customer service speaks volumes!

When it comes to buying a vehicle the salesman was kind and was as helpful as possible but when they show you the prices the first time they are unwilling to negotiate on the price. I went to them twice and both time they told me that they were as low as they could go but when you ask for invoice there was 4K difference. The salesman are great but the management plays games and you never really get a straight answer. I was told online price was there only to show they could compete but they don't offer it you have to tell them to give it to you. Not a place I would do business.

I have bought Toyotas from Scott Clark for 15 years. As you know, buying a new vehicle can be a long process, but at Scott Clark it was also a pleasurable one. My salesperson, Rex Hastings, was incredible. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was a bother. This experience was the best i have ever had purchasing a new car. Scott Clark should hire more people like him!!

Fred Caspary has thoughtfully assisted me in the (recall) process of replacing the inflator in my passenger's air bag. He personally called to tell me that the part had come in and I was so glad to have it installed before my trip to Pennsylvania. I had made an earlier appointment before knowing that the inflator would go on back order, but that turned out to be just great because I needed a 5,000 mile check-up and went ahead and scheduled them at the same time, making my trip to Pa. more comforting! Thanks for the professional service, as usual, and please thank Fred for his efforts to see me through the process smoothly.

Well since Google won't seem to let me add another review, let me just pile on the praise for the second visit. This time I was in the more than capable hands of Crystal Terry. What can I say more than I almost didn't mind paying the bill! Now I'm not that loony, but in reality what a great episode. I feel comfortable having to take my car in, finally root canal has assumed it's expected position. Cheers and congratulations to Scott Clark on having such a great team!

I always go to Scott Clark to get my Toyota serviced. Specifically, I always ask for Crystal Kush - she is great every time. In fact, she is the main reason I keep my business at Scott Clark.....I would probably still be a Honda owner if it weren't for Crystal and her service...

Update: Still going to Scott Clark and they are as dependable as a stopwatch. Will probably consider them in the near future for an additional vehicle. Again, Crystal Kush is the best!

The customer service here is horrible. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting to at least be told someone would be right with me. Numerous service advisors walked past and didn't even acknowledge me, including crystal, the assistant service advisor manager. I can understand being busy, however, a simple hello makes a big difference. Sad part about it all, i had an appointment and arrived before time. I will not be returning and would advise others not to as well. Hendrick Toyota- Concord has earned my business.

I was very disappointed in my experience on Saturday, February 20, 2021. My appointment was at 10:45 for a 60k mile maintenance and an alignment. I did not leave until 3:15. I have routinely taken my car to this dealership since I purchased it and have never had to wait as long as I did. I was never informed that it would even take as long as it did otherwise I could ve made other arrangements. At one point I checked in to see what was happening and the comment was made that well when you have toyota care, we have to get you out in a certain time . So now I feel like since my maintenance pkg has run out, I m no longer going to be a priority.

I worked with Michael Black (Internet Manger) Nasir, his manager and George in Finance. I didn't think it would be possible to have an amazing experience! Michael went above and beyond, we ended up going to another Scott Clark Dealership to look at two more vehicles, taking and hour out of his day.
The best part of the deal is that I got an amazing deal, gave me a great value for my trade, and got out of there in 2 hours. I highly highly highly recommend this dealership, and Michael as your ticket to a great deal.

Sales plays by the typical sales book. Not impressed.
I submitted for the "e-price" on a used vehicle which is the typical way they first get your information. Not to give you an e-price, but to tell you that the price online is the best they can do. Before they contacted me I wanted to ask a question so it was nice to see chat was still available at 6:30pm. The chat rep did not help and basically took 15 minutes of my time to tell me that I should give him my phone and email so someone can give me a call. I had a basic question. Then, 5 minutes later I get a call with the typical sales playbook script of "when can you come see it?". I tell them I am 4 hrs away and just wanted to ask a few questions and he didn't seem happy to help answer my questions and then proceeds to try to get me to come in and see it again. I said I am taking my time and he said it will sell soon. They sell 700 cars a month and this car is at the front line with all the 'showy' cars. They typically sell cars in 3 days.
Sad to see such a great car be held at a bad dealership. At least these 2 interactions were a bad representation of this dealer.

Absolutely the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I worked with Frank to get my new car and he couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. He made sure that we were completely happy with the vehicle and even checked in a few times after we bought the car to make sure that everything was great with it.

Friendly staff, clean space. Word of caution, math is not their (salesperson, Sales Manager) strong suit. Use a calculator when talking to them and an auto payment calculator/app when they quote you an interest rate. Their payment quotes will be wrong!

I'm not getting another car anytime soon, but I will definitely go back when I do and I will recommend anybody to go that I can. My husband and I visited this dealership hoping to buy a 1 or 2 year old Tacoma within the week. We were met with the most stereotypical "hard sell" sales team you can imagine - they even brought in the "sales manager" to try and convince us to buy something we didn't want! It was like an Saturday Night Live sketch!... but real, so not funny.

Not the first time I had an issue with her she was insulted because the survey discussed my unhappiness with previous services and recommendations which were made ficticiously and corruptly by individuals who receive financial compensation based on commission for each part labor and service that the customer receives or agrees to. she got five stars across the board but when I came in the next time and one of her co-workers took me and both of them confronted me at the cashier and attacked me because somehow that negatively reflected on her and I don't really see how but regardless that's very immature behavior for an assistant manager it's not professional whatsoever. Well this will be reflected in the next visit that I made where she took me in she did not follow procedure or policy and she knows that she has a very smug attitude because I ran into her at the car wash two days after I called in a favor with a friend who works in a different division. Apparently she was tipped off the managers did not contact me like I was told they would and I'm deciding with the service after paying almost $800 I can't be sure that what they say they do is done I think that they're overpriced in their charges I know their parts are triple the amount that you can actually purchase them yourself because of previous experience. I was told by the other intake worker in front of the assistant manager that if I felt they were corrupt I shouldn't want to do business with them. But I don't know how the corporate office will feel about that because I'm sure that I would want to replace those employees for once that didn't have that attitude or dealt that they could attempt to confront an intimidate a customer for giving honest feedback about their experiences with that company and location. I was charging early $500 my brakes are still squeaking they wanted to charge me $128 more to flush my brake fluid and add new I don't necessarily they replace the rotors on my vehicle which is what I paid for and I know they didn't replace the lining because that's why the vehicle is still squeaking And it actually was checked off on the list which she never went over and she supposed to in order to recommend other services or discuss what they came back with after doing a diagnostic so after the brakes were done and I spent $500 the lining wasn't replaced there wasn't any new fluid there was additional charges for that I didn't know about the lining because she didn't discuss it with me and I had asked about a popping in my gear shifter and I was told that they would look into it but she never discussed it at the cashier she handed me the paperwork with the check off and told me that the list is there and did not even go over it with me that is against policy and procedure. That's from my inside track with that part. when I contacted my inside connection she was supposed to have talked to managers and they were supposed to get back to me it is now Thursday it is 7 days later and I haven't heard anything from anyone. But I did met running to Mary at a car wash and she said well well well what are the chances I would see you here of all people. Now of course she wasn't wearing her uniform and she wasn't at work but Chad a very smart attitude I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this location it turns out that my CV/drive was checked off as not being good. to my knowledge is a very important part of the vehicle and if anything happens to me or my vehicle I will be suing this company. I have had several incidents where services were recommended parts for recommended at $1,000 that were not needed for my vehicle because I took it for a second opinion so I was lied to. I personally don't want to do business with a corporation who treats people in this way. On top of it all I had 11:00 appointment and I didn't leave till after 3:00 that was done intentionally as well. After all that my brakes still squeak $723 later they suck

My first experience began on the phone with Russ who was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I could not have been more pleased. When I came in, Russ made his colleague Anthony aware of my needs because he was unable to be there and Anthony was also informative and helped tremendously. During my next visit, I was able to meet Russ in person and again, very helpful, explaining the needs of my vehicle, focused timeline and expectations moving forward. This customer service along with an amazing facility has made me a Scott Clark Toyota lifer .
When this Toyota s time is up, I will absolutely come to Scott Clark s and know that my interactions will be professional and any wait times will be comfortable and allow me to remain productive in the small amount of time the team takes to complete any servicing of my vehicle.

All is taken care of in a timely matter and cost quoted before service, that is unless something is wrong and needs to be taken care of then we were advised of the problem . Marshall is great and I know all will be taken care of. Oh and the car wash is great. Thanks for such good service .

My daughter purchased a 2016 nissan altima on dec. 26 2019. After driving the car less than 48 hours (dec.28) the car started to skip, the rpm hand started to jump & the car would not accelerate, we literally coasted to get it to a safe point. Call SCT and they sent a tow truck to get it. Fast forward to dec 30 2019, called to check on the status of the car, the service man sarcastically "stated" to my daughter after only putting on the machine and stating that it didnt throw any codes, and also stated that the tow driver said that it drove fine when he put it on tow, (keep in mind he only drove the car approximately 5ft to put it in tow). He then told her that nothing was wrong the car she could to come and get it. Since other peoples opinion matter to this individual,the tow truck is not the one who paid for the car so his opinion is invalid. This attitude is highly disrespectful and very unprofessional towards a patron of your business for something that could possibly be a simple fix. If there is any member of management their who knows how to respectfully talk to customers and care to enough to rectify a problem. Could you please contact me or her. We are in the sysytem. I currently own a Volkswagen Jetta (my first car) and I have been looking for a new one. I am very new to car shopping because I am straight out of college and I have my car from when I was in high school. I knew it was time to start looking when my maintenance issues were increasing with the Jetta, so I came to Scott Clark Toyota to find something. Emily Yellin has been my savior during my car search. She's taken all of the stress out of car shopping and has made me really excited to purchase a new vehicle. I can't stress enough how much she has helped me and I'm really excited to continue working with her and Scott Clark Toyota.

My family and I went to multiple Toyota locations in the area and happened to go to Scott Clark in Matthews for our third and last stop of the day to look for a new RAV4 XLE. We worked with sales rep Steve and Ace the financial manager during this process. After a really long and frustrating day car shopping, we really felt that our needs were listened to here and found the perfect car in a fairly smooth process at this location. We really appreciate their help and the experience and would definitely recommend car shopping here!

We bought my daughter's highlander at Scott Clark. Great car, but she learned a good lesson about taking cars back to the dealer to have anything repaired, Last week, her driver door wouldn't unlock remotely. This is a well known and common problem with Toyota.

She brought it by Scott Clark and they told her if she made an appt and brought it back, they could fix it for $90. She is a college student and leaving next week, so she wanted to get it fixed before she left. After waiting for the car for an hour, they told her it would be $500 to fix it plus the $90 diagnostic fee. She had to pay $90 to get the car back and she still has a bad actuator in her door.

So, she is a little poorer and a lot wiser about car dealerships. Good thing we don;t do this kind of thing at the bike shop!!

This place was ridiculous. Drove more than 4 hours to look at a used truck that I was told was available and had been negotiating the deal for 3 days. When I showed up they informed me that the truck was never for sale, and the truck had been sold before I had even acquired about it. So then they pressured me to look at new trucks which I did. Prices were terrible, and the finance manager (no longer there) was an absolute slime ball. I figured since they made me drive so far on their mistake maybe I could get a decent deal on a new truck. Nope! Long story short I drove across town to Town and Country Toyota and bought a NEW truck for the price of the used one I had negotiated with Scott Clark. Unbelievable. If you just want to be another number go visit Scott Clark, if you want to actually buy something and talk to people with manners, go to Town and Country Toyota right down the road.

Johnnie, George, and Leudy were amazing! Everyone was friendly, accommodating, professional, and transparent, start to finish. Beautiful dealership, too! Clean with great amenities. And the GM, George, talked to me about a car that I have at home and gave me some great insights about how to handle a situation I had at a different dealership. Awesome experience with really personable and knowledgeable staff, start to finish.
