Was greeted quickly. The car required warranty work, which was performed within the mentioned time. The technician was cordial and efficient. The only issue I had was it took about 10 minutes to get my car back due to a backlog of cars...the courtesy shuttles slowed up the line!!

Very disappointed with Scott Clark. Purchased a jeep renegade that was damaged. I called them several times. They just didn't care. Plus they overcharged me. I am so sorry I went there.
We had the best experience at Scott Clark's Toyota. Thank you to Mike Miller and Staci Reid for being so nice and professional. We will definitely be back to purchase again!
I bought a new '16 Tacoma here. Recently it was part of a recall, and they called to notify me and to schedule service. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient and they even offered courtesy shuttle service if I needed it. Very friendly and manage your experience from the call to the appointment. Had it scheduled for service Saturday, dropped it off but didn't think to ask about their hours on the weekend. They finished up and called me around 3:30 but their department closes at 4. I wasn't going to make it by then, but the service rep said no problem we'll leave your keys with the receptionist. Got my keys and had the maintenance summary ready for me at the front desk. They even replaced a blown fuse in my windshield wiper fluid jets!
Thank you! Mike Delanty! you helped me all the way through the process of buying my DREAM CAR! Thank you! it was absolutely worth the trip from Massachusetts and back!
We recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma from Scott Clark. Took possession of the vehicle on a Monday evening with the terms being they could match our credit union rate of 2.5% for 84 months financing. We left thinking it was a done deal... moving on to almost 2 weeks later... I get a notification that our credit report had been checked for the 9th TIME! 9 times! Instead of picking up the phone on the Tuesday after we took possession to tell us they could not match our credit union rate and give us the option to take their offer or get financing through our credit union, they continued to run our credit and had NO intentions of calling us! Needless to say we got 1.70% for 72 months with a full 72 month 100,000 warranty and GAP insurance with our credit union. I do not blame our salesperson as he warned us that they probably could not beat our credit union rate, but the finance guy insisted that they could. We love the truck, but will never recommend any one to purchase anything from Scott Clark. Should have went with our gut and stuck locally with Rock Hill Toyota or Town and Country Toyota. We still have the check and have left several messages for the finance manager to call and he has yet to call.
I have a 1992 Toyota Camry with 355K miles on it. When the transmission finally went out, there was no other car to look at besides a Camry. Saw a 2010 Camry online at Scott Clark. This being my first car buying experience (from a dealer) I was unsure what to expect. Paul Powell was a great guy and a cool sales person. There was no pressure and through comparisons in the area the price was definitely good. Paul definitely made this a good first experience and I would definitely recommend Paul to friends, family, and anyone in search of a car. Thanks a million Paul.
My wife and I came here after a bad experience at Planet Kia and this dealership was a breath of fresh air! We were met by Mike Miller the internet sales manager outside and he was very friendly. We told him we wanted to see their 4runners and he took us over to them. He was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle and the differences of the models and years. I was impressed by his vast knowledge. You could tell he was an experienced salesman. He never tried to pressure us and was very easy going. He answered our questions and took us on a test drive. After we went inside to talk the numbers and he did everything so quickly, not wasting any time like many dealers do. He worked hard to get us a very fair price and to get us every discount he could. He actually got us a better price than I even expected. We ended up buying the 4 runner from him because we couldn t pass on such a good deal. The entire experience was great and I highly recommend mike and Scott Clark Toyota!
My sales associate Nathan Gibson did an outstanding job and went above the level of outstanding customer service. I could not be more pleased with Nathan and the attention he provided to me during my new car purchase.
My rating of a 4 is because of the miscommunication at Scott Clark during my search for a new car. I had over 3 different associates contacting me at the same time. I even had an associate call me on my cell, and while talking to him, another associate was calling my home line. It was frustrating and confusing as to why so many different people were contacting me when I had already established a relationship with Nathan. I would encourage Scott Clark to focus on better communication about customers so that they are not contacted by different people.
Honestly was going to quit going to the dealership for service but had an honest and respectful service rep this time. I will return due to Bruce Lee Pr per.
I always enjoy going to Scott Clark's Toyota because they are so nice, professional and there wait time is amazing, meaning, not long. They are honest with you and will do what they can to help you understand why a repair is needed. Thanks Scott Clark, you rock!
2-22-19 As you can see, a year ago I posted a review regarding Scott Clark, but I want to make it clear, this review was in regards to the service department, Especially for Crystal. Her customer service skills are the best, she communicates well and she loves her job, but the finance department, not so friendly. I needed a car title notarized. I was waiting for my car to be service and needed a title notarized for me as my 92 year old mom had given me her car. You would have thought I was trying to get them to do something horrible. I thought notaries were public servants, but I guess not the ones here unless you are spending money with them. I only buy Toyota, but I will never buy a car here as I like to be treated kindly no matter if I am spending money or not.
Made an appointment for an oil change and NC inspection. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I finally got to leave. That is unacceptable when I had an appointment. I will not return.
Great selection of good used Camrys. Had a little problem with my deal but I was very impressed with how it was handled. They went the extra mile to be sure I was a satisfied customer which I didn't expect from such a large dealership. I believe it's true when they say they treat each customer like a member of their big family. That's how I now feel and I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.
They are the reason we don't have a Toyota. The high-pressure sales approach and awkwardness of going from person to sub-manager to manager is anger-provoking. One of their stunts is to borrow your keys to check your car's worth and then,....keeping them! After 45 minutes, it got a bit testy about even being able to leave. I wonder how they sleep at night.
Very unpleasant experience. If you are a female and shopping for a vehicle alone this is not the place for you. Before driving the hour and half to see the vehicle, My daughter who is also new mother told the sales people via message how much we had in addition to a trade in.They called us and seemed very interested and agreed to work with us. After getting to the dealer the story changed. Somehow the price increased by over 2,000. I believe it was the lack of testosterone which makes the sales men feel as though they can rip females off. Jock the sales man was rude. The vehicle was a 2016 but wasn t blue tooth capable also didn t have maps. But Us Women could get this vehicle for 1,660 over the highest price charged for this make model year as per Kelly blue book. Remember that is with a trade in. Yeah! They can keep that I ll find someone who deserves my business. Disappointed
Made an appointment for service and was in and out before I knew it. Greg helped with the intake and outtake of the car and was super friendly and efficient. Thanks guys
Michael Miller and his associates were awesome. We knew which 4 Runner we wanted before we arrived. I had already spoke with him about the vehicle. Every encounter inside Scott Clark was excellent. Ask for Michael Miller and he will definitely take care of you and your family...
Easy process in leasing a new Camry. Amber was great with the delivery of my vehicle. Took her time to make sure my Entune was properly setup and paired with my S10+ correctly.
My wife and I had been in the market for a new car, but hadn't purchased a new one in over 15 years. Reggie and his team did a great job in showing us options and working with us to get the right fit and the right price. I can't say enough about his team. Overall had a great experience. I highly recommend the people at Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC.
Avoid this place like the plague! They do not have your best interest in mind. They will try to put you in the worst loan possible and treat you like crap if your not okay with that. Go to Town and Country Toyota on South Blvd. I just bought my wife and I both new vechicles there and it was the best experience ever!
I had a wonderful experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Paul was very helpful, as he assisted me in purchasing a used vehicle! He answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy when it came to my sale! 10/10 would recommend Paul to someone interested in purchasing a vehicle! I would also like to recommend Mary from the service department! She is very helpful and friendly. She answers all my car care questions!
Went in to start my search for a used car. The salesman was very good and helped me find a few cars in my budget range - I told him that I probably couldn t finance and would rather pay cash but would be interested in seeing financing options anyway. He was very helpful and I picked out two used cars that I felt good about for him to run the numbers on.
As soon as his manager got involved, things went downhill. The manager tried to heavily push me into financing a totally different car that I had already said was way out of my monthly budget range. When I told him I wanted to instead pay cash for a different car and could come back in a few days with my husband to check the car out, he chastised me for wanting to check out the engine and make sure it was in good running condition, basically questioning why I wouldn t just trust that the Scott Clark mechanics would have done a thorough job. Dude I just want to make sure I look thoroughly at the car I m buying! He heavily pressured me against paying cash I m convinced because he would make more money suckering me into a more expensive car with a financing plan, but his reasoning was that he wanted to help build my credit. By pushing a car that I can t afford payments on? Not buying that, sorry.
The even shadier thing? As soon as the manager found out I wanted to pay cash for the car of choice instead of finance, that car miraculously disappeared from the available online listings.
Bruce and the team at Scott Clark where fast, efficient and provided explanation on the status of my vehicle in a friendly manner. Great experience with a personal touch.
My Scott Clark salesman, Johnnie Flucker, went out of his way to find the color RAV4 with the exact equipment I wanted. I was also comfortable with the price I was able to negotiate. All-in-all, I was quite pleased with the treatment I received at Scott Clark Toyota. For anyone who is shopping for a Toyota in the Charlotte- Union County area of North Carolina, Scott Clark Toyota should be your first stop!
DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I won't deal with this company again as I've experienced some of the worst customer service. The warranty they provide is a scam and does not comply with FTC. Do not buy your car at Scott Clark Toyota or any Scott Clark dealership. Goto Hendrick or Toyota of North Charlotte.
We went there to take a test drive. The guy sitting at the reception looked at us and started lookin at his computer. We went & said hello, we are here to take a test drive of Rav 4. He said wait. No greetings nothing. After 2mins of browsing on the computer,he said sorry the one you are asking its not available. And thats it. Started lookin at his computer again. Pathetic customer service. We drove all the way from so far. And get such rude response. He did not ask us to check back later or give us your contact info,we would call u if its available, nothing. Totally uninterested. I would never visit this branch ever ever again
Service folks very professional. Scott was very helpful and informative. GREAT SERVICES. ELLA was very hospital and professional. Will do business with Scott Clark Toyota. Again thanks for making a loyal Toyota customer feel welcomed.
First of all, we purchased the 2011 Toyota Venza for 5 days ago and really enjoy it. We are having fun, now that we have a different vehicle at our home. Now, to provide an overview of our experience with Scott Clark Toyota. Please understand we decided to make this deal after several days of negotiation and research. After deciding to purchase, we drove from our home (in Winston-Salem, NC), to the Scott Clark facility in Matthews, NC. We were exhausted, and ready to drive back to Winston-Salem, if the deal did not seem to be what we wanted. Then we met Paul Powell in person. I WISH TO RECOGNIZED AND THANK PAUL POWELL FOR ALL OF HIS HARD WORK. It took us a little time to figure out how we could effectively meet each others needs, but once we started formulating the deal, everything went well. I will try to provide an explanation of how my wife and I felt after interacting with Paul...I have spent a portion of my lifetime meeting various people when I served in various professions, such as a military office stationed at the White House and Nation's Capital, a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, then changing careers to become a professional mental-health counselor and ordained seminary graduate, I have encountered a LOT of different nice, and not so nice, personalities over the years. Paul is not only a great Salesperson, but he is a genuinely sincere and nice guy. My spouse and I truly believe your company would be served well if you kept him in your employ, promoted him and made him happy! He represents your organization very well. I generally do not give such endorsements easily; however, when anyone experiences the patience, perseverance, and professionalism of Paul, they know they are fortunate to have a great sales associate. Thank you for the wonder service, and we hope and pray the car gives us reliable service for years to come.
3-26-19 My form of contact was email, text, and phone calls. I was interested in a truck at a certain price posted on cargurus. I spoke to salesman jose, lizzy, after my credit and all info was ran i was approved for the loan and come to my surprise the dealer raised the price $2,048 more on the loan without notifing me and when i asked what was going on they replied thats what the original price has always been even though i had a print out of the posted price. Not to mention jose English is no good and he himself real unprofessional, in one phone call he literally hung up on me saying he really needed to take some incoming call he was receiving and in another situation texted me he was sorry he hadnt got back to me becuasr he was busy, so seems that online customers are not priority over others or locals. They are pushy to get to run yur cewdit application and when you dont qualify right away they just ignore you instead of letting you know. For a big business i think this was real shady of them to try and sneak by. Will be reviewing with BBB aswell.
I had a great experience at scott Clark Toyota. Kenneth Trewin was my Sales person and he was great. He was able to address my needs and was very friendly. I am happy to say I Love my new car!! Kenneth you rock!! Thank you!!
l took my car in for a simple routine oil change today. Except we ran into a hiccup. Being wrapped up in my work, l didn t realize 1.5hrs had passed. Checking to see if my car was done... now became the issue of my car wasn t anywhere to be found in the system. Nor did anyone have any idea where my car might be. The gentleman that greeted and checked me in had left for the evening. Handling the situation quickly, Kelly located my car! Very apologetic about the situation, they comped my oil change and checked in on me a couple times. Mistakes happen - but they handled it very professionally and sincerely. Can t ask for better customer service. Thank you Kelly and Wesley!
Purchased a 2016 pearl Avalon Limited hybrid for my girlfriend on a Monday and returned Sunday to buy a 2016 blue Avalon Limited hybrid for myself. Both were previous rentals but in like-new shape. All went well from the moment we walked through the door. Dustin was our internet sales rep and others worked hand-in-hand with him to get us out the door. Only hiccup came upon closer inspection of both vehicles once we returned home 2.5 hours later. We discovered filthy seatbelts in the front and rear seats and both ceilings had obvious dirt markings. We cleaned outselves. However, I also noticed a chip in my front window five minutes down the road and called Dustin immediately. He assured me he would take care of it. The Scott Clark re-conditioning department needs to step it up on par with other departments. A dealership is only as strong as its weakest link.
So far, the worst experience that I have had in my entire life buying a car. I will never comeback here. They were supposed to pay infiniti for my turn in car. Today, I get a call from infiniti saying that I have to put pressure on them to make the payment... WHAT ?????... guys this dealership is super shady. Don t come here
He was a great salesperson. Explained everything, very nice, smiled all the time. Would definitely recommend! And if in need of a new car would buy again!!!
If you re looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota. My dad needed another car and I was able to locate a fantastic deal online. As soon as I arrived I was warmly welcomed by a Mr. Clark Bush. He exceeded all expectations by allowing me a test drive to my dad s job so he could look the car over. The buying process was smooth and Clark explained the included warranty the dealership provides. I wish I could rate them in diamonds instead of stars. Ask for Clark and I promise he will take great care if you.
Scott Clark Toyota and their service department has always provided the best customer service when it comes to maintaining the life of mine and my husband's vehicle. Also, our service representative, Crystal Kush is absolutely fabulous; she always provides the best customer service every time we go in. Thank you for making our experience wonderful every time.
This is the first time I have ever written a review about any business. Scott Clark s Toyota Dealership off of Independence Blvd. in Matthews, NC is the worst dealership in the Charlotte area. If you don t read any further the key points are that this dealer is sly and crooked. They tried to charge me $700 dealer admin fee on a USED vehicle $200 for title and registration fees (which they later knocked down to $39 ) and $1300 in taxes (when they knew I lived in SC and there is a $300 cap). I had been in the dealership 3 times over the past 2 months inquiring about a used vehicle they had just acquired out of a lease. After 2 attempts to negotiate (a month and a half apart) I gave them one last offer via phone call. I clearly stated my price and that I wasn t paying a $700 admin fee and that I wanted $200 more on my trade-in then they offered me the first time. I received a call back about 45 minutes later from the salesman who said they just wanted to see the vehicle again to make sure nothing changed since it had been about 2 months, but that the couple hundred dollars wouldn t be a problem. I asked him about the vehicle price and admin fee and he said yea the manager said to come on in. He all but signed the paperwork over the phone. After my wife and I worked out arrangements for a babysitter since my wife was working late, I came into the dealership after work. The salesman took my vehicle to get a new appraisal and about 20 minutes later came back in with the biggest grin on his face. He proceeded to lay the paper down with the deal. The paper had the FULL list price, an $800 lower quote for my trade-in, AND the $700 DEALER ADMIN FEE (again on a used vehicle). THEY CLEARLY PLAYED ME FOR A FOOL AND I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM SCOTT CLARK S TOYOTA. If you do, I am 100% convinced you are getting screwed somehow. I would like to note that last 2 times I went in to the dealership I saw managers being completely disrespectful to the customers, loudly arguing in the middle of the dealership floor and walking away making joking comments to other customers about the issue. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. (P.S. THERE NEEDS TO BE A WAY TO LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW)
Although I told myself to never go to anything Scott Clark after a horrible first experience in buying a car from another Scott Clark business (Nissan) I was convinced to give Toyota a second chance. Went for an oil change on July 2, 2019 and ended up getting the 40k service. I was a few thousand over and decided to do it. The people who "greet" you as pull up are not enthused at all about helping customers. Was told to ask for Marshall, in which I did, and he did not crack a smile. He walked around car with his iPad and then guided me to his desk. He gives me a quote and again guide me to the waiting area all while telling me about amenities. Now after a 2 hour wait (as I was already told it was be a long wait despite me having an appointment) he call my name and states " WELL IT WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED," in a matter of fact way. So I think what in the hell was he talking about when I have a 2016 Toyota Camry with only a little over 43 thousand miles. Now he made me rethink the toyota brand all together! He never went over the multipoint inspection so I thought that was strange. The only time he showed any real interest was when he spoke of the survey (in which I have yet to recieve). Was told how to get my car and proceeded to follow those directions. Get to car, gets in and their is a white foot print on my black carpet! Being that he never went over multipoint inspection and what he believed to be "BETTER THAN WHAT HE THOUGHT" on a fairly new Toyota, I had to take it to my fiancee to tell me what it meant and to understand why the sheet did not match sticker in window as well as a not completed form! Isn't this a legal document?
Nice people at Scott Clark Toyota they will bend over backwards to take care of you and make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The parts department is excellent and helped me order several accesories to upgrade my truck at a good price. The service department welcomes you right away with a friendly atmosphere to make your service experience a pleasant one. Fast service with a complimentary car wash as a bonus. Also free coffee in the waiting area where you can also purchase food. Myself, family, and friends all go to Scott Clark Toyota and I highly recommend them and you will be very pleased you went there too!
Just a shout out for Pete Acree in the Service Department. I have been a customer of his for many years and he never fails to make sure my vehicle and I are both taken care of, and does it all with a smile. Overall, I am a big fan and loyal customer of Scott Clark's Toyota service department. The guys and gals there have been there for many years and that speaks volumes. Thanks!
Awesome as always. Billy Carroll continues to exhibit a caring attitude each and every time we take our cars in for routine service or repairs. I'm happy to know I can trust him to give me solid advice. Thank you Billy Carroll.
Disclaimer: This is a review of the service department not sales.
My dad's truck is a 2005 Toyota Tundra. The specific problem that needed fixing isn't important. The point is we've been up there three times since dropping it off, and two of those time we got in the truck (after they supposedly had fixed it) and the engine light was on AND it wasn't fixed. The engine light wasn't even on to start with. Not only is the truck still not fixed, now the engine light is on? Allow me to throw in the fact that we paid $400 and it's still not fixed. The valet didn't pull the truck through the bay when it was time to leave, she parked it outside in the 40 degree rain, so that was nice. At the end of the day it just seems like they are more interested in getting your money than with taking care of the customers.
Excellent Service, Awesome Customer Relations every time I reach out to my salesman Mike Miller he is always super responsive whether he s at work or not. Nice clean environment provides so many things to the customer complimentary while you wait for your vehicle! I m happy at my decision & I love my Camry
Pete always gives us excellent service. We know we're in good hands every time we go to Scott Clark Toyota we love Pete acree and Trust him implicitly. He is an awesome service advisor and truly helps give Scott Clark Toyota the reputation it deserves.
Self employed always makes buying something a little harder. Scott Clark Toyota was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ella was my sales and she also was sales for my brother that purchased for 4th time from Scott Clark couple weeks prior. He as well is self employed and this company turns everyone with every situation into something positive! This was the ONLY car dealer that made a positive effort and has won my business over and over to come! They staff is absolutely the best. The entire environment was comfortable and not that ...what now...feeling like most. Ella returned calls and emails like you were best friends. WOUNDERFUL to work with. very pleased and have suggested already to several friends looking. Thank you all for such a great car buying experience and I will be back...
The service was impeccable done a great job with everything would recommend everone to go buy a vehicle at Scott Clark Toyota was a wonderful experience and I thank them for it Bobby jessaup is a great person Would definitely go back and buy a vehicle
Thank you so much DJ for everything you did to help us with the car for our daughter. The first car didn't past the inspection because all the stuff that was wrong with it and ya'll were honest about it and wouldn't sale us the car I thank you for that. Then you called and said that you had another car for us to look at and you put 4 new tries ,water pump and a timingbelt on it before we got it at no change I can't belive that you did all of that for us.. I will tell everyone that I know that if they are looking for a new or used car that they need to go to SCOTT CLARKS TOYOTA in Matthews..I was really impressed that you were so HONEST !!!!! Thank you so much we will be back !!!!
My wife and I were taken care of well when it came to our vehicles. Service was great and everything was done in a timely manner in conjunction with our schedules.
I am very pleased with my recent purchase of a new Toyota Avalon Limited and the Sales & Finance staff at Scott Clark. Reggie and Jason especially, they were both great. I have been a Lexus owner for several years, but now I am looking forward to this recent switch to the Avalon. So far I am very pleased with all of the standard options that you have to pay extra for at Lexus.
I had a very positive experience with Kannon, Jacques, James, and Amber when making a decision on which vehicle to buy. I could have negotiated a little bit more skillfully but felt I found an excellent car to buy when all is considered. Overall, the car is working out well. Thanks for a pleasant journey through the purchasing process.
Showed up a little early for a slightly overdue 15k mile checkup, and the car has a slight rattle when accelerating. I couldn't explain it any better than that, but Casey had us fixed up regardless. There was even a shuttle service so we could do some Christmas shopping while we waited.
Great experience buying our Sequoia. The sales team were not pushy at all, very friendly and entertained the kids while we finished up our paperwork. I would definitely buy another vehicle from there. It's just a shame that my Toyota is going to last forever!!!
All around exceptional service by Sales- Travis, Daniel and Jimmy. Parts- Barry, and Service Justin Bustle. I have a 99 4Runner with 310,000 miles getting 4wd Acuator replaced and belts, pulleys and water pump. Best price, Excellent guidance and assessment to repair and troubleshoot the issue. Justin has never recommended anything that was not required. Since my service required more than a day to fix they provided me a loaner car. All parts have lifetime warranty. 5Stars for Service.
Sales, I traded in my GMC Yukon for a 2018 4Runner. Smooth transition, great price, lifetime warranty included on the power train and axles. Team had a great process flow from purchase to finance to handoff to customer by programming my phone to the car . Overall 5Stars.
Ok, so now I have this great ride and I want to make it better. I searched the local 4wd shops to add lift, tires bars etc. Prices were higher than Scott Clark and impacts with the warranty could have been impacted so I had the Scott Clark Team support my vision.
Who knew you can pinstripe a rim, add protection film to a car, and gel coat the car all on site. The team also upgraded the tires, wheels, rack cross bars, skid plate and more. Less than 24hrs vehicle was completed. Wow, what a difference! Vehicle is still under warranty, alignment is perfect and minimal customization mods required for the 33inch tire . Toyo tires added were quiet and fierce looking on the TRD rims. 3inch lift was perfect. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. 5 Stars.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME 10 STARS!!! CJ IN SERVICE AWESOME TO THE COMPANY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AWESOME JOB!!!!! SCOTT CLARK TOTOYA!!!!!! AWESOME JOB BOTH SALES & SERVICE & CAR RENTAL AWESOME JOB GUYS & GIRLS!
I have never in my life had such a great experience at a car dealership. Cruz and Glenn were so helpful and so genuine! They didn t care about getting me in the most expensive car, they genuinely cared about my concerns and what I really wanted. I will recommend them over and over to anyone that ask!
Mallory made the final portion of my purchase experience great. She more knowledgeable now than two years ago when I purchased my first RAV4. Leo Rojas was friendly and helpful during the sale and Jose' Batista made the paperwork go smooth. Service has been great the last two years, with guys like George, Billy Carroll, Luke Tucker, and Shaun, they make the experience in service enjoyable. While Luke is no longer in service, he is always helpful
I had a great experience with Christian Carney. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. The experience was amazing. Thanks Scott Clark and thanks to Chris!!
My tec Bill was excellent. His advice and helpfulness was awesome. I don t like to have to have my car serviced at the dealership but I went in because of a factory recall. Unfortunately as I drove in I ran over a razor blade and my tire flattened in the bay. Thankfully Bill advised me on a sale that Toyota was running on tires and was very fair pricing on the other options I choose to do on my car. So in the end I was completely satisfied with my visit.
Great experience and really nice staff. Thanks Travis Wilson for everything you ve done for us with the purchase of my new Camry and thank you too Rob Fallowes
Crystal was excellent overall. Timely discussion with me within 2 hours of coming in explaining in detail the various items that could use a fix and what can wait for next time. Was offered a rental car for a few hours after I agreed to some additional work which I found very thoughtful and helpful. Very positive experience overall for my first time to this dealer!
Always come here to get all my cars serviced. They always do a great job, may take some time but that's why you call and make an appointment. They always tell you if you if there's a issue with your car before doing anything else
I was greeted upon arrival by my advisor while he introduced himself. He proceeded to explain what services was going to performed on my car and ask if there was any concerns I had. Everything went well going forward. The only complaint I have is the wait time when you have an appointment. I only had some fluid checks no oil changes or tire rotations and I was there for 2 hours.m with an appointment, other than that it was all good. The advisor was great.
Worst buying experience ever!!! James Rucker is the worst salesman and human being on the face of this earth and Jimmy Cline would be the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Overall none of the employees were professionals and once I bought my car, my questions weren't answered and the dealership conned me when I went to service my car. Take your business somewhere else. Scott Clark Toyota is the worst dealership filled with heartless employees!!!
Our experience at Scott Clark's Toyota was extremely good. the staff was great, at one point I had two ladies from the front desk, and Travis Wilson sitting in my new Prius showing me how to work the navigation system. Travis Wilson made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We just attended the dinner this past week for new Toyota owners, it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. I brought my Prius in last week for my first check up, already 5000 miles, my service representative Theresa was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you Travis, Theresa, and everyone at Scott Clark Toyota. What a great experience.
The service staff, especially Rob, were patient and respectful in working with me. Thete was a distinctive and difficult noise to diagnose. I did persist and they ultimately found the problem. It is now documented should the house return.
Additionally, my salesperson, Paul Moore, was a supportive listener regarding my concerns.
Christopher in service was very helpful and so was Meredith in car rentals. Christopher made great recommendations as well. Total cost of care was low considering what all I had done.
