We have emailed Scopely directly from the registered email address, answered all questions and provided screenshots of the account details and live data, to no avail.
Scopely is keeping the account open against our own wishes and despite the written instructions issued to have the account closed.

Scopely cares nothing about their customers. They allow internet bullying to occur and give different responses to the same issues. Do not play their games. All they want is your money. They don't even offer compensation for payment errors. If you buy anything and your game receives an error from it and the payment still goes through but you don't get what's purchased they won't help you. They won't help you if someone is bullying and abusing you in one of their games either. This is the worst gaming company I have ever seen on any platform whether it be console, PC, or mobile. Customer service and doing right by their customers is an alien concept.
STAR TREK FLEET COMMAND is filled with what they describe as "known" bugs which has affected gameplay and when their customers encounter these issues and lose in-game resources due to no fault of their own, you're SOL.
Reaching out to customer support is pointless. They offer no help or compensation for items lost, even when they know the fault lies in the game. They only offer that the issues will be addressed in an upcoming patch. Great business model, you should be proud.

The walking dead road to survival is a great game but has many faults
What Scopely have done badly is that they dont listen to what people say when they send them a message. I personally have sent them many messages about what they can do for my region in the game and all they say is that they will forward this to one of heads of the development team. And I know that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, numerous people in my region have complained to Scopely about the same issue and they continuously refuse to do anything about this. The reason why I gave this review a 3 star rating is because its a great game but lacks so much in the support and care about the costumers.
But this game is always putting up new events frequently and is always improving but their is still a lot of stuff that they could improve on, like answering the questions that people say instead of changing the question around. Another issue is how they say this game is a FREE game but it's really not, its so obvious that it's pay to win. The only way to get a S1++ rated team is by getting 5 stars which you have to either be in the top 3 factions or PAY money which is unfortunately the main way to get 5 stars. This brings up the next issue, is how rigged the Recruits and Rewards section of the game is. Every coin part of this game is pathetic and over the top. Its absurd how much money people pay and all they get is a ton of 3 star characters. The chance of you getting a 5 star is way too slim and needs to be changed unless scopely change the prices of the coin packages significantly. But gotta admit that the tokens part of the game is awesome and was well thought through.
In conclusion, great game, love the characters especially Victor. Just need to improve a lot in support and the prices.

I have been an avid player of The Walking Dead: Road to Survival for quite a while, I liked the game and spent some money to luckily get two 4* characters, some time later Im stucked with 4 star characters while the first faction in the server wins every single tournament by a wide advantage, and this grants them with more and more 5* characters and items to upgrade them.

With regars to the leveling tournaments they would just need to maximize a single 5* character to get 280.000 points, while a 4* would grant 50.000 (more or less).

However scopely seem not to care.

I would recommend to highly avoid this company at all costs. It surprising that this level of disregard for a client base exists in today s business climate.

The games are very misleading to the point of false advertising. Specifically the game advertises items in their Walking dead game, even to the point of suggesting that there is improved chances of getting such items but, in practice, those characters and items have drop rates so low as to be borderline impossible. after a particularily bad experience I raised my concerns with the developers only to be ignored and to not have a favorable result. After over 160 attempts I was given nothing of use. I never asked for a refund but do feel I deserved a top character for my investment. They would not discuss with me and eventually ignored my concern. I cannot recommend their products to anybody who is looking for a fair game or a company who truly values their customers.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. If you have a bug that negatively impacts your game they will not give you support. They basically blame you the customer for playing there game. ie "Sorry to hear you had a problem. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Thanks for playing." I even had a problem that was specifically listed on there faq's page. It said to contact customer support to fix it. They again gave me the same canned answer.

I am not one of there "freebie" customers. I recommend not even playing one there games. If you do, dont support them with money. You will come away feeling ripped off.

I have made purchases and not received complete items So after countless none responses I called my CC company forward all their responses and lack there of.I was just credited $1,000.00 I didn't realized I spent so much in under a year. Inappropriate and unethical customer service. When one relates an issue in game, they reply with patronizing comments and take no action to resolve the issue at hand. The game condones gambling (spending money in hopes of a greater reward) without being explicit about gaming in game. They have technically difficulties that impact purchases and events, and fail to address the loss to a player. They have recently begun publicly posting how much each players spends in-game. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.

Game itself is fun... if they would fix technical issues, respect privacy, remove harassing players, and greatly improve technical support.

The customer service for this company is shocking. For over a month I tried contacting them via the link in game which they didn't respond to. I tried social media, which they blatantly ignored. Eventually found an email address, where they sorted out my game fault, but tell me that I haven't tried contacting them before. Now they keep ignoring the fact that the customer service link in game either doesn't work or they're just ignoring the customers using it. Unreal, unbelievable, disgusting customer services.

I have spent many countless hours playing your yahtzee with buddies game and when dice duel came along I was gun ho moving up through the ranks and spending money trying to get to the top then I relized that your game had a flaw and I wasn't receiving the awards I was earning so I sent a message to the help Center and all they wanted to talk about was dimonds that's not what I wasn't receiving it was bonus rolls and xp so I sent a couple of emails witch weren't answered and then I called and left a message witch I never was called back you took a game that I so enjoyed and made it horrible by not fixing your mistake and just dismissing me I still play on the game cause I have made friends there but not with the same vigor and enjoyment I used to have

Their answers on actually simple problems with Bugs (which to my opinion + experience on other games could be fixed easily by comensation of the claimant(s)) are beeing answered by using standard phrases
That raises up an impression like dealing with monkey`s
Spent a lot of money to get ahead of "freebies", which was gone due to simple glitches/bugs (used now intentional or not by players), which got never compensated

It's an incredibly unfavorable company. Their in-game currency is outrageously expensive, customer support is vague and can range from responds times from days to even a few motnhs in some rare cases!

I'll strongly recommend them to really shape up to be an enjoyable company for any age. In-game currency like in The Walking Dead: Road to Survival. I wouldn't say $4 for an ingame virtual character is fair in any way. Do like a lot of other companies. Make ingame currency way less expensive to encourage people to throw a dollar or two now and then without much thought.

I would like to reach out to customer support via phone number. Why would you not have a direct phone number? It is amazing, they explain that the fastest way to contact them is through email. Three days later and no support, two of those days were business days. This is what they do. You let them get big enough to ignore the small people. They could care less. It is only through bad publicity that you can get them to do anything. If you are reading this, blast every outlet you can and complain. The brand damage scopelys customer service vendor is doing to their company is massive. Everywhere you look people are upset. And honestly its understandable. Im not much of a gamer, but have invested over a year and thousands of dollars into a product (rona). When things went wrong, i believe sabotage took place. Incompetence absolutly, but coincidence is not this common. Lol. Hire a new vendor, take it in house, make it an automated phone tree if you have to... Anything would be better than the people who hate their job as much as the folks at scopelys customer support. My reccomendation... Any money you spend could go up in smoke assuming you have an issue. Free play only until fixed. And i doubt they can. Wish i would have kept all that hard earned money! Hindsight eh. (30 emails from me, 3-4 back from them over a 17 day period, all information requested provided including screenshots showing the issue... With not even a detail about the problem discussed, only canned response you wouldnt use on your dog). Good business that offers value lasts. Businesses that take their customers money and run, miss out on the profits their more moral competitors scoop up. I wish I could give less. They are all about the money and are uninterested in customer service. There is nothing quite like putting down some hard earned cash to play a game, and then I asked for help for glitches in the game that they will acknowledge but offered no help for. I guess I haven t played enough games through the phone to realize that this is common practice for many companies, but I was really surprised. I have played quite a few other games that even if there is a minor glitch they give you some type of a reward to keep the customer satisfied. Scopely simply does not care about the customer. Even a paying customer like myself, Who had spent a couple hundred dollars, garnered no help whatsoever. Now don t get me wrong, customer service or respond to you, over and over again with the same platitudes and blather. They just refuse to help you.

Well here I am 3 months later and I see in my subscriptions I'm the Google play store that I'm being charged $4.99/month on the first of every month and $9.99/month on the second of every month for the SAME EXACT SUBSCRIPTION! And I had no issues, I have what j bought with in seconds of me hitting the purchase button. Now it's been about a week still never got my pack and 3 emails later they say there is nothing we can do unless we see you bank statement and information. I'm sorry, I sent you screen shots of my order and confirmation showing I was bought. Seems a little fishy to me, And seeing all the other reviews it seem to be a recurring action that's happening. Your customer service is extremely bad. Yes a representative awknowledged my complaint but solved NOTHING. This is worse than being ignored because you know somethings wrong but made no attempt to fix it. Fix my issues or give me a refund.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The WWE champion game crashed on me. Had to delete and reinstall and had to contact customer support in the app to get my old user profile re activated. I put in a ticket for it, someone started to help me, then they stopped replying. Emailed customer support about it and have been getting the run around for a week now and still do not have my game restored. This is the biggest joke of "support" I have ever encountered. They clearly don't care about making their customers happy. Will be disputing in game purchases I have made with my credit card company since I can't use any of them since no one will restore my game. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
