Worst customer support I`ve ever been in contact
Their answers on actually simple problems with Bugs (which to my opinion + experience on other games could be fixed easily by comensation of the claimant(s)) are beeing answered by using standard phrases
That raises up an impression like dealing with monkey`s
Spent a lot of money to get ahead of "freebies", which was gone due to simple glitches/bugs (used now intentional or not by players), which got never compensated

my recommendation would be not to spend any money to these "money - sucking" vampires!!
