Inappropriate and unethical customer service. When one relates an issue in game, they reply with patronizing comments and take no action to resolve the issue at hand. The game condones gambling (spending money in hopes of a greater reward) without being explicit about gaming in game. They have technically difficulties that impact purchases and events, and fail to address the loss to a player. They have recently begun publicly posting how much each players spends in-game. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.

Game itself is fun... if they would fix technical issues, respect privacy, remove harassing players, and greatly improve technical support.
