I would like to reach out to customer support via phone number. Why would you not have a direct phone number? It is amazing, they explain that the fastest way to contact them is through email. Three days later and no support, two of those days were business days. This is what they do. You let them get big enough to ignore the small people. They could care less. It is only through bad publicity that you can get them to do anything. If you are reading this, blast every outlet you can and complain.
