The brand damage scopelys customer service vendor is doing to their company is massive. Everywhere you look people are upset. And honestly its understandable. Im not much of a gamer, but have invested over a year and thousands of dollars into a product (rona). When things went wrong, i believe sabotage took place. Incompetence absolutly, but coincidence is not this common. Lol. Hire a new vendor, take it in house, make it an automated phone tree if you have to... Anything would be better than the people who hate their job as much as the folks at scopelys customer support. My reccomendation... Any money you spend could go up in smoke assuming you have an issue. Free play only until fixed. And i doubt they can. Wish i would have kept all that hard earned money! Hindsight eh. (30 emails from me, 3-4 back from them over a 17 day period, all information requested provided including screenshots showing the issue... With not even a detail about the problem discussed, only canned response you wouldnt use on your dog). Good business that offers value lasts. Businesses that take their customers money and run, miss out on the profits their more moral competitors scoop up. Wish someone would copy the code and hand it to someone who cared about their client base.
