Your customer service is extremely bad. Yes a representative awknowledged my complaint but solved NOTHING. This is worse than being ignored because you know somethings wrong but made no attempt to fix it. Fix my issues or give me a refund.

Just an FYI for people reading this. Don t pay for anything with Scopley. If something happens and their product messes up, they won t help you or reimburse you.
