It was the hottest coolest time in Texas without a doubt, and that was only with one of the sections of the park open!!! Great place for adults as well as families; the rides vary in intensity in a way that makes it a fun and safe experience for everyone. 10/10 even though I got a dreadful sunburn

Too many people. Waited in line over an hour for a 10 minute ride. Impossible to get a float for the lazy river. Waited an hour and still could not get one. They need it floats with bottoms for handicapped adults. My son cannot relax without a bottom and falls out. He also has trouble with all the stairs. We will go during the week next time and hopefully it's not as bad.

Its always fun to come here! Im not a roller coaster person so this place is definitely for me. Im never disappointed here. The amusement park food is actually really good, seriously though i was suprised. Plenty of shade so your rarely standing in the sun, great for family picnics. The water is always cold, really cold, but you get used it and welcome it in this texas heat really. Its my favorite place!

Fun for the entire family. Come early to ride rides then relax in the rivers for the rest of the day.

I always have an amazing time at Schlitterbahn! The lines weren't too bad and it was a lot of fun!

I took my 8 year old daughter and we had a terrific day. We started at 10am when they opened and we had a fantastic final hour of fun before they closed. There were no lines for the rides after 7pm or before 11 am. We had 10 hours of terrific fun in the water from the cool Comal springs. My daughter was happily exhausted.

Worst Waterpark I've ever been to. It's dirty and the staff if rude. The lines are way to long for stupid rides. Barley any tunes and places to sit. The whole place smells awful and if you lose something they won't care or try to help you. I had to duck to walk under a slide just to get to my table. Plus the whole Waterpark in general just isn't worth it. I think we had more fun at the hotel pool. The tunes yiu can get it turn your bathing suit and whole body black and it doesn't come off. Then the rides flips u around and drag ur butt on the ground making you stop and not be able to move. Worst place I've ever visited.

Clean bathrooms. They allow outside food and drinks . The month of June was $5 1700-2000 for families with exceptional family members. This was very nice and rewarding my daughter had a nice time in the water. They also don't allow horse playing.

I went to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfuls last summer with my friends and stayed at the resort across the street from the park. When I walked in for the first time I was amazed it was beautiful. It was worth the drive and the money. We had so much fun it has everything from games to food and thrilling rides to a relaxing lazy river. They're staff was helpful when we were trying to get to a specific ride but got distracted by another. I would also recommend checking out their gift shop they have a lot of cool things to bring home for your friends or family.

They screwed up our entry to a cabana. Accused us of not paying for the correct wrist bands. Instead of saying they were sorry and would remedy their mistake we spent 1 1/2 hr dealing with their 16 manager who identified himself as the highest official we would get to talk to. He said they would not refund our money . Our server at our table said this happens all the time and they never admit their mistake screwing people of their money.

If you don't get the fast pass, it won't be woth it! If you plan on getting on any of the big rides you need to get the fast pass. Otherwise people with it will just keep on getting infront of you as they come. If they dont stop coming you will be there all day waiting. If you cant afford the fast pass just dont go it will be a waste of time.

Overall good experience rented a cabana but was given wrong one but then was fixed 0retty quick but was a little odd since had reserved it awhile ago. Service staff was outstanding consistently checking on us to see if we needed anything.

We loved Schlitterbahn. This is a really cool water park that uses the river as its water source. Staff is always very friendly. Marcus like to parks, one is on the hillside beautiful tree covered the other one is more open. Park is clean and water temperature is nice and cool and there is plenty of shade throughout the park to get out of the Sun. Definite must see if you're in town. If you want to get out of the Heat check it out.

Coolest time in Texas. Love the free parking and ability to bring in your own food. Rides for all levels of thrill seekers. Areas for the young and old. Great way to cool off.

What a mess, I have been season pass holders for awhile now. I get things have changed but no one answering phones to help in all of this mess is crazy. The ID pass numbers from last year don't work, I requested to have my new ones sent and those do not work either.

Crowded but a lot of fun. A lot of good rides, long wait time.

It s ok. I think kids would love this place but for adults might not be good choice. The only concern ghat I had was about some games s structures and safeties. Didn t mention that you can t find a good restaurant there all of them are fast food, no healthy food or many options.

I like the place this is the best waterpark, it needs alittle renovation, some areas have a bad smell, also the lines are crazy so you don't get to enjoy all the rides.

We got a groupon and went on the off season. They gave us a gift card for the cost difference, which I thought was pretty cool. The rides were fun, though Schlitterbahn lite is pretty limited. We loved the lazy river. It was probably the best part of the whole visit.

We went on a Friday in late June. If you get there early there a plenty of shady tables to park at. Don't waste money on a cabana. Ride lines were short for a couple of hours and then started to grow. We avoided the really popular rides and were able to find plenty of rides without crazy long lines. Lots of rides available for my 4 and 6 year olds. Kids had a blast from 4 to 15.

I would usually give it 5 stars or 6 if I could, but thus time was disappointing. They had several of our favorite attractions closed or not working

Me and the boys got so drunk here make sure to save money by hiding your liquor in a bag of leftover brisket. Real simple

i recently bought a season pass for my sister and she has loved the 5 times she has gone there. she probably will be back a few times this summer. the only bad this is that is long lines you have to wait for quiet a while.

Great place! 3 wate lr parks in one! Longest lazy river ever! Kids had so much fun we went four days straight!

Have been going here for years. Very nice water park. Very well shaded and nice outdoor carpet covered walkways makes it very nice on the feet! There are 2 parks and a tram takes you to both. Overall nice place for the family.

The waitress for the Cabana Lagoon was very nice and helpful since it was our first time. The line for the rides are pretty long wait time is at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Awesome rides all worth the wait.

We brought our 9 year old for the day. We had fun. It was a little over priced for the options, so not something we will do again anytime soon. Our son got separated from us getting off a ride. He did exactly what we had told him to do and found a guest relations booth. Different security guards stayed with him until we were reunited. Kudos to their awesome staff!

The truth is that to enjoy Schlitterbahn now you need one of the Blast Passes. The rides really are great and unique, but we gave up on two lines because they just weren't moving, partly because so many people were jumping the line with their passes. It's a shame because as a result if you really want to enjoy the park, you have to pay a lot more than the general admission price.

Expensive admission but the ability to bring in coolers makes up for it.

Bring our JH band students every year. Great trip, our students love it! Friendly and well trained park employees. Would recommend for large groups.

Long lines. Rides are a forgettable experience. Some rides are painful. Very over priced, you basically pay to be in the wave pool all day. You can bring I. Your own cooler so that is a plus

We love the bahn! But every year the employees dont seem as friendly. Weve been season pass holders for quite some time. There really needs to be a quicker way for season passers to get their wristbands and get into the park without having to wait behind guests who dont know what to purchase and wait until they are at the window. We seem to waste quite a bit of time just getting our wristbands.

Lots of lazy rivers and I do love those lazy rivers. I ended up having a seizure while in the wave pool and the employees swarmed around me to make sure I was ok and jetted me off to first aid immediately. I appreciate their concern very much and it was a relief to my husband, sisters and 2 nephews that there was such a quick response. Even the other park goers jumped in to help and make sure I was ok. I was very embarrassing for me but the staff made it a bit better, well as better as possible. One comment that I would like to make is that the prices to state onsite was very steep for the room we were in. I seemed a bit run down and needed a bit of updating. Other than the price to stay onsite this is a great water park with great customer service and life guard duties.

Great waterpark for all ages. The hotels on property are absolutely amazing but expensive and book up far in advance. There are other hotels in the area which is a good option since you can park for free and bring in a cooler. They have multiple parks that have trolleys to take you to each one so I would get a 3 day pass if this is your first time.

Love this park! Come every year for two days! Such great rides. The only complaint is there are not enough slide rides.

Nice water park but the lines get pretty long. Our family goes here every summer. It's a little expensive but all in all, a fun time for sure.

Schlitterbaun is way more fun when you're young than old. But its a great way to make your kids happy.

I love the original park tube chutes, they are really fun and so original compared to any normal water park. This is the best way to beat the Texas heat. It can get crowded here but the last 2 hours before closeing a lot of rides can be walked on
