The toilet paper on this entire property, coffee shop, bar, restaurant, private rooms, everywhere is bad 1 ply TP... Like prison 1 ply TP bad. In fact, prison TP is better than the garbage TP at this place. So bring your own. Or, you could elect not to stay at this overpriced hotel that doesn't consider the details when considering the comfort of their guests.

We're locals so just stopped in for drinks and to shoot some pool. Had beers, so can't really speak to their drink making ability, but I'm sure the cocktails are good. Only had two pool sticks, both of which were damaged and hard to play with. Otherwise, had a good time and definitely will go back.

Location is absolutely gorgeous and right in the middle of historic golf courses. The rooms are nice with large bathrooms. The inside of the hotel is very open and large with lots of food options including a Starbucks.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villas at the Sawgrass Marriott. The room was well decorated, spacious, and clean. We loved the huge balcony. The resort itself kept us busy, with long paths to walk, free putt putt, pools, and (the best part) free shuttle to the beach.

Pretty good place. Our service was OK, the dining was also just OK, but the resort itself was beautiful. Our room was great dishes were mostly clean, and the amenities were pretty awesome. A lot of pictures of golf balls.

Nice scenery in the main resort, unfortunately it stops there. Our room was mediocre with 2 full size uncomfortable beds. We ran out of hot water and house keeping was knocking on our door and woke us up 2.5 hours before check-out. I really wanted to like this resort but I felt unwelcomed from the time we pulled up to the valet.

Stay here when I'm in town for work -- great service at the hotel but does need a few updates. Would ask - what's up with the mini golf course? More specifically, why have they completely neglected up-keep here? Thought it was a cool addition but it's been abandoned and run down when I've been x3

My only complaint is that there isn't a hot tub/spa for general public use. We went to the spa but no kids were allowed and it closed early. I would have liked to have a nice soak at sundown with my family.

I love this place. I live in Florida about an hr north and frequently take my wife and kids down here just for a night or two to relax and hang out by the pools. The hotel is nice and I love the on-site Starbucks, miniature golf, and usually if they re not too full or busy they can accommodate a late check out so you don t have to rush out. I also recommend the beach diner for breakfast which is about 2 min down the road south of the hotel.

We spent a day at the spa and the service was great, the facilities were located a good distance from the main hotel which was nice and the place had everything you would want in a spa. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, pool, etc.

Very nice property, with plenty to do and eat on site. Had wonderful service several times from Shawn at the bell captain's stand up front, including running us to and from our dinner reservation when our rental car had broken down unexpectedly. Our major complaint was our very noisy neighbors upstairs and next door in the villas, but that was inconsiderate people, not a fault of the property. Villas were set up nicely, but could have used a bit more in the way of coffee mugs, glasses, and utensils. Golf fans, definitely take a trip over to TPC Sawgrass clubhouse and inquire about the free "storyteller" tours (another tip from our guy Shawn).

I attended a conference here and rather enjoyed my stay. It is a resort and you may be houses in one of the many separate villas. Bring your umbrellas as the walkways are uncovered and the winter and spring months are rainy. The lobby bar is well stocked and the views are quite relaxing. My room was clean but noisy due to the A/C. I found the mattress to be quite good. The wifi was spotty in my room, though. Thankfully I didn't spend much time there.

The resort is lovely. We stayed in an executive suite that had a separate sitting area with panoramic window views of the pool and resort area. Check-in was a breeze. Later attended a function in one of the ballrooms and had a great time. Staff was pleasant. The pub seemed understaffed.

It s a little bit dated, but still a good resort. The area is nice. Included in the resort fee is a one hour rental of bicycles. Overall it could have been a little bit more service-oriented. Valet parking for example doesn t work via an app but you need to call them with no guarantee that somebody will pick up. They give you less late check out time then according to your Bonvoy status.

We only stayed for one night and had 6 multiple charges to our account to a s& m something so watch out cause someone is stealing money from old women, families, and drunk people and security isn t doing anything to investigate!

Our room was on the third floor, facing the pools and unfortunately just above the playground. While children can be louder outside there is no need for incessant screaming which we encountered every day of our four day stay. It was impossible to take a nap or sleep in. The playground shouldn't be under guests rooms although attentive parents and hotel staff should address excessively loud children.

The room was clean but the decor is bland. The pool deck at the spa needed sweeping and the flower beds there needed weeding
.
Besides the children's noise, what bothered me was the employee at the beach club who questioned my access because I hadn't arrived on the shuttle. He said my hotel key wasn't a beach club card and waited to enter himself so I didn't sneak in when he opened the gate. Then he acknowledged that my hotel key would grant me access. No apology from him for questioning me. I doubt you have many people trying to sneak in with employees.

I was there for work so unfortunately I was unable to utilize the resort. But the service was good and food, although over priced, was good... I was given 2 free drinks with my booking and enjoyed my time with the people i was there working alongside.

I stayed at the Marriott for a business meeting. While I was unable to get a room in the main tower, they were able to accommodate me with a sweet in the Villas not too far of a walk from the main building. The room is delightful, a great View, and certainly made this stay very comfortable. The staff did a great job of ensuring that all of my needs were met and the facilities were very conducive to an easy weekend of work. I highly recommend this Marriott.
