The villas here are very spacious and provide a nice alternative to just another hotel room.

It's SO beautiful place to relax and enjoy a so damn awesome landscape view.

I've been coming to Sawgrass for years and always had some kind of issue. Not Today! Marci Taylor at the American Gator Club went above and beyond to make my stay profound and prestige in every condition. She cares and will do "all" in her power to put a smile on your face. I feel LOVED! Great service, great food and great care. Thank you Marci for one hell of a great stay!

Bad showers, overpriced food, outdated everything. Needs renovations. Only one area with elevator and stairs. Have to walk to other side of hotel to go down to lobby.

The staff was very welcoming and the scenery is amazing. The amenities are definitely worth it though. Food is pricy but you definitely get what you pay for. We stayed in the Villas which is there standard room. The luxury rooms cost a bit more. The room has everything you need nothing more nothing less. Everywhere you go there is something to look at! Plenty of activities as well. It's a good getaway if you are looking for one.

Great hotel. Great course except for the 5.5 HOUR ROUND DUE TO BEING CARPATH ONLY. Also, the room didn't have a microwave.

Elegant, comfortable, upscale and relaxing. Stress-less stay from elegant dining options to superior spa amenities. Nightcap by the fire on the outdoor patio deck watching the colored waterfall under a star-filled sky just cannot be beat for romance.

Overall resort is beautiful with a lot of amenities in the main hotel area - which is the only reason for 3 stars and not 1. We ended up in one of the older villas (1700 building), and it was not worth the money... walls were paper thin - could hear almost every word of our neighbors conversation and every time they mixed a new drink we would hear the ice rattle. Got there late, so waited until the morning for a shower and the shower wouldn't drain. Called around 9 am for someone to fix before the 11:00 check out, and at 10:30, still didnt have a tub that drained. Called to complain and they were very nice, and gave a small credit, but definitely not what i expect from Mariott. #onlyatsawgrass

Amazing stay in the villas, the service is great, the suite is spacious and clean.

Located right near the course. Beautiful resort. We were upgraded to the villas. Wouldn't stay any other way after experiencing the villa.

We had so many problems when staying at the resort. Filled up the bathtub and then the water wouldn't turn off. Plumber in the room until 1230a the first night. Second day the tub wouldn't drain. Had to hold the lever down on the toilet for the duration of the flushing or it wouldn't flush. No breakfast included. Can't use the hot tub unless you pay a $20/person/day spa fee. Door to the room is heavy and slams with great force. $10/day resort fee. $24/day vallet fee. Nothing is included. You can use their pool but beyond a simple pool there wasn't much of anything that came with the expensive and issue filled room. After the resort we went to a Fairfield inn and it was incredible and so much cheaper than this resort. We will not be coming back or recommending this hotel to anyone else. The only reason we stayed at the resort was because we went to the weekend to remember conference.

Beautiful hotel, terrible service. Take it from a Platinum Marriott member, dont stay here.

Conference rooms and lunch we're well prepared for any professional convention

Amenities are nice but the way the hotel is designed is the noise from the lobby is heard in the rooms. I'm here for work, and was woken up every night by people 4 levels below me being too loud. When trying to go to bed early it's impossible because of the bar and restaurants below. LEAST relaxing stay I've had anywhere. Staff should be aware and try to avoid late night loud noise. I had to request that someone ask the group to quiet down so I could go back to sleep at 3am on a Monday. Bad hotel design.

This location is a litter older and dated. I expected much more for the money paid. Somewhat disappointed in the looks . Marriott could have done better. Nevertheless, this location is good for what I needed... client meetings in the area.

Clean place, but had hard time doing volenteer work due to strick rules

Very nice accomodations. Large and spacious lounge and bar areas attached to the lobby. I've been blessed to install graphics for the Players Championship here. Excellent and friendly staff, including the management staff and maintenance employees. No trouble getting on to the course from here, there is a private gate/cart shuttle provided on-site that gets you directly onto the course. Furthering the convenience, driving to the main parking areas for the tournament is less than 5 minutes away. Nice pool area and plenty of large outdoor seating to mingle or relax. Also, enjoy the view of the pond area out back, while chuckling "hopefully not too loud" at the tiny entertainment island green that is in the pond. Who's up for the challenge!?

The main hotel is very nice, elegant, great property surrounding it. We were placed in a Villa room though, which has a much older and mustier feel. There was a large party on the property with loud outdoor music late in the evening, which really took away from the serenity of the property. There was a $50 charge we were not clearly informed of, $25 "resort fee" for two "complimentary" drinks. Our room charge was already over $200/night for a less than a 24 hour stay. I didn't need to pay extra for free drinks, I just wanted a quiet place to sleep and it was all that was available on Valentine's Day weekend. Since they were free, we did get our two drinks, but the bartender wasn't much interested in us, compared to the two younger golfer guys sitting at the bar loudly cussing. Then the other portion of the "resort fee" was $17 plus tax for parking. Really thought that was included in the $200/night stay. We had extremely loud neighbors that we had to call security on after midnight. The room was clean, but again, had a lot older feel than main hotel building. I wouldn't consider staying here again unless it was at the main building. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

TPC Sawgrass Marriot is a perfect resort especially if you like to play Golf. This resort features a top PGA Golf Course in Ponte Verde Beach , which is approximately 35 miles from Jacksonville Airport FL. Also close to St.Augustine. The Players Golf Course TPC Sawgrass

I like working at the gift shop travel Traders a good place to work for so far

This seems to be a great value. The resort is pristine and service wasn't robotic. You expect the front desk to be nice but the staff wandering around often smiled and offered me a hello. The steak at their restaurant was very good.

The Sawgrass Marriott was a refined and relaxing experience in the heart of Ponte Vedra. I would recommend staying to anyone who is interested in a classy and pleasant golf related vacation in Jacksonville.

Nice pool setup. Great property. Valet seemed a bit disorganized at times. Will definitely return in the near future.

Went for the Starbucks, 10/10 Starbucks, they made my grande black Pike Place perfectly... Would highly recommend

What an amazing experience! We came for a bachelorette party and had the best time! It's relaxing without being stuffy and fussy. The staff was so accommodating, kind, and by far one of the easiest experience I had while trying to book 10+ people.
My sport massage by ***Mariel*** was one of the best I have ever received in my life! She was so talented and informative, and I am dying to go back!
The bartender Steven knew exactly the right time we would need beverage refills, and even brought over chocolate covered strawberries for the bride.

Met the family here amd as always it was fantastic. Had lunch in the Pub with our party of 9 and enjoyed every fork full. I had the Cheese BLT with Pork Belly and almost ordered a second one. Burgers we super as were all the salads amd things we ordered. Rooms are very good as was the pool. Want a get away weekend...this is the place.

Sawgrass Resort was great. Check-in was very quick, the staff was very friendly, and the resort follows social distancing guidelines. The room was up-to-date, clean, and very comfortable. (Fyi, the courtesy drink vouchers have nothing to do with my rating.) Great first experience. Nonetheless, 5stars!

Excellent customer service. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so they have us access to the Cabana Club until our room was ready. And there got it ready for us 4 hours before the normal check in time.

Accommodations were wonderful. Staff was polite and helpful. Only complaint is that I was not able to get into my room until 6 pm when check-in was by 4.

Beautiful place with very nice staff, had our anniversary here and out the blue they gave us chocolate covered pineapples beautifully decorated with the words happy anniversary, it was great, totally recommend this place

Beware of the Vallett crew. $110 charged to go to airport!!!! When asked why so much for a ride that is
Only $80 on Uber. He said the Vallett charges him $20/ customer per trip to airport. So , the customer , unknowingly pays the $20 charged by the Vallett. Added, Vallett crew will not allow drivers to turn their Uber phone on. This way potential Uber clients will not be able to get an Uber. The only other viable alternative, is walking up to Vallett , and asking for a cab. Vallett gets handed a$20 by driver, and unsuspecting people gets to pay for it all. What a set up. According to driver, even the Managers know about this. The don't care.

Not sure about the room yet, but if booking a reservation is a beginning indicator I may be checking out early. They could not find my reservation, spelled my name wrong, had the wrong email address, have horrible phone reception, and were rude to the point where they told me to hang up and call back. It took 3 hours over the course of 2 days to find my reservation, get them emailed to me, and THEN have the "block" confirmation numbers converted to "Marriott" confirmation numbers. Unexpectedly appalling service from a quality hotel chain. What is going on?

Good friendly service. Convenient shuttle service to Cabana club and the beach. Nice location close to a lot of great places to eat.

I went to my aunt's 7th B-day party at the Marriott and it was wonderful. The staff was awesome and so friendly. Every thing was organized to a tee. I would recommend them all day long. Thanks Marriott.

You will never be disappointed at Sawgrass! Vibrant bar buzz, several themed dining choices from casual to upscale in a beautiful setting. Stayed 3/days for a destination wedding, but I could have stayed 3 weeks!

Great Hotel great venue for conference friendly efficiencies staff! And, great food at both the restaurant and pub.

It started at the concierge desk and extended through out the hotel. The folks at the valet had us smiling and laughing and the bar staff phenomenal. Other than the great staff, the grounds are immaculate and great for enjoying a full moon with a bourbon and a cigar. Close proximity to golf and the beach. Never did use the shuttle service. I have stayed in a lot of Marriott properties but this was top notch.

Lovely views, truly a memorable place to have a wedding! The only disappointment (pretty small) was the construction going on in the lower are of the main lobby right in the middle of the day on a rather busy day.

Shower handle was broken, outlet was out, there should he a shuttle from the parking lot, it's quite the hike. Speaking of the shuttle, he drives like it's the Daytona 500, use seat belts.

This place is huge!. It's about a 35 minute Uber from the JAX. Hotel is not located in a hip hop area but more of a getaway and relax civilization type.

Staff here is friendly and very helpful. Their restaurant (and room service) close shop at midnight, and the on sight Starbuck closes pretty early. I think I walked by around 1800 hours and it was closed.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. My only recommendation is their bathroom should have some clothes hook and their shower stall could use a refresh. The shower head works but I like the ones with high pressure.

I don't necessarily feel that this place is up to a typical Marriott. I was first placed out in the Villas which remind me of a slightly upscale Motel 6 with exterior entrances. They then did move me into the main building which is better. The internet is not great. Everything is not in one building. There is a nice open area with a bar that opens out onto the water. However this is not on the beach, I think only people who really want to play golf should probably consider this place
