Not sure about the room yet, but if booking a reservation is a beginning indicator I may be checking out early. They could not find my reservation, spelled my name wrong, had the wrong email address, have horrible phone reception, and were rude to the point where they told me to hang up and call back. It took 3 hours over the course of 2 days to find my reservation, get them emailed to me, and THEN have the "block" confirmation numbers converted to "Marriott" confirmation numbers. Unexpectedly appalling service from a quality hotel chain. What is going on?
