The room in the Elation building was a pleasant studio room. The catering for our conference had the best conference food I've ever had. Admittedly a low bar, but it was genuinely decent.

We chose to spend our honeymoon here last year. It was really nice and convenient to dining and shopping outlet.

The hotel is well kept. I did not stay but went to the spa which was amazing! We ordered drinks and food from the hotel everything tasted great.

Serenity by the sea is an incredible spa! Must see and experience the hydrafacial with Wafa!!! 5 stars all the way!!! :)

We had a great family vacation here this past week. Highly recommend. However, I don't recommend the spa. The prices are ridiculous and the staff was rude. There is a 20% fee built into the final bill (which we found out at the end). I am guessing it's for gratuity. This explained why the massage therapist clearly didn't care. The steam room was also broken.

With the exception of the spa, everything else was perfect.

Went there for dinner at one of their restaurants on the beach and the security guard wouldn't let us through the gate to park. We were a guest of Sandestin and he was more than unfriendly. We ended up eating at another restaurant because it was so late and it turned out ok.

Great amenities. My only dissatisfaction was double beds. They really need to upgrade to Queen beds.

Very rude on the phone. I called to ask a couple of questions about booking, the going rate, and what attractions where nearby. The woman was terse and harsh with me. Then she hung up on me after she answered one question.

We stayed here for the first time for my husband's Birthday and kids spring break in March 2019 and loved everything about it. From the view, room, pool, bars and breakfast buffet, we all enjoyed our stay. Barefoot Bar and Grill was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

My favorite place to stay in Destin! Here almost yearly since 2005! Everything is wonderful! Best in Destin and Sandestin... Beautiful beach view rooms, great pool bar and food and excellent staff! Right on the sugar sand beach!

A bit "Pricey" but property quality and location justify it. Be sure to book a water view room. The small extra charge is worth it every morning.

Excellent service. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The view from our room was spectacular. We love the swimming pools. People were really friendly. The location is very convenient. The outlet is two miles from here. An upscale shopping center and restaurants are less than a mile drive. The hotel is on the beach and has umbrellas and chair for rent, it also has several bars and restaurants for all tastes. We really had a good time, and we will be back for sure.

We loved everything about this place! It was extremely clean, and when we needed something it was usually delivered within just a few minutes...We had a perfect stay here!

I have an upcoming stay July 24th, but I have had multiple calls, concerns and questions about our reservation. Hilton customer service also had to call (spoke to Kim) once concerning some of the dates of my reservations. Kim is a wonderful! I ve have talked to her each time and each time it was so warm and welcoming. She by far is one of the best hotel staff I have encountered that I haven t even met! We stay at Hilton very very often. I only have high hopes of my upcoming experience there. I wish more places had people like Kim who care about their guest.-The Logans

I booked a hotel stay with this resort for May 17 thru 21 2020. I called and booked on May 5 2020 and asked if Louisiana residents would be a problem. I was told that the travel ban would be lifted and we should Be ok. I get a call May 15 at 8:00 PM that we have to cancel our reservations to quarantine for 14 more days per Florida's governor order.

Staff did not try to ease the situation or offer compensation. In my opinion I feel we were not communicated in a timely manner!. Also we were in Florida by the time they called.

I understand we are in difficult times but the communication was poor on behalf Hilton!

It's a shame we found out that Louisiana residents were allowed the weekend they cancelled our stay

On top of that we booked a Hilton stay when we go to Orlando! We will be cancelling that vacation with them as well since Louisiana residents are not allowed

Great price, location and room service. Definitely make sure they don't charge for an extra meal... Had it happen. The reviews are correct on that one little annoyance lol but over all good. Yes... Sandestin has a separate charge and tax even though it's not Hilton.

Very clean and safe environment to visit and live.

Great staff, great beach, great food! The one thing that seems to be missing- no late night store or coffee shop.

Way over crowded and nothing to do on the beach other then one parasailing boat and one jet ski

Good Morning America named this Nicest Beach Resort in the US a few years ago. Resort in the Florida Pan handle, extremely high end, has restaurants, 4 pools, shopping across the street, golf. Any question asked, they have it. Be prepared to pay for all of that.

I stayed at the Hilton Sandestin with my husband and daughter and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are accomodating and eager to help. I especially would love to give my thanks to Ms.McClure and the whole staff at the sand castles restaurant from day to night they were great and the food is so good the buffet is worth it. The room and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean and the views are stunning. The pool area was nice and it has a great indoor/outdoor pool and a nice hot tub near the beach. We had a great time and we we will be returning.

Always a beautiful stay at a beautiful place..everyone always friendly and helpful. My view is always amazing!!

Overall great place. The air conditioning in our room (549) would not cool the room very well. It got very hot at night. The couch was old and not comfortable in the sitting area. Everything else was great. The service and location is excellent!!

Hilton sandestin beach resort and spa caters to their customers.

The resort is beautiful, the staff needs improvement, specifically Dollie at the front desk. She created a lot of hassle and wasted so much of our precious family vacation time. As much as we loved the resort I doubt we will return due to the staff, sad because we are Hilton Honors members and like to stay within the Hilton family. There are so many great resorts up and down Miramar Beach/Sandestin we will be trying those.

The hassle I am referring to has nothing to do with anyone checking or asking for an ID. If that is the information that was relayed to you regarding this matter you might want to check with the night supervisor, I believe her name was Wanda. She can explain to you the hassle I am referring to.

I have always enjoyed Hilton and exclusively stay at Hilton's when traveling. Be warned when staying at this Hilton, do not purchase from the restaurant by the pool. I purchased two hamburger meals for 35.85 and included a 10.00 tip for a total of 45.85. However upon returning my card statement indicated multiple additional charges. I still stand by Hilton being a great place to stay, however i discourage anyone from purchasing anything form the restaurant poolside at San Destin!

Had an awesome spa day here from the breakfast in the sandcastles dining room to the lunch in the serenity lounge everyone was so nice food was great I thank you for making our day so special on the warrior beach retreat. Got to say it again thank you had a relaxing day.

Hilton was so good to us I've decided I'd like to come work for them. The staff were so friendly, the pizza and sushi as well as the nachos there are the best ever! Let me add that the ocean view was awesome on the 6th floor and my daughter loved having bunks and her own tv

Great room, loved the bunk beds and sleeper sofa to go with the two double beds. Nearby high(er) rise blocks the view at sunrise, side of building blocks sunset. Great location if you're into golf and laying on the beach, otherwise you're driving to do anything.

Just spent our honeymoon at your resort and it was absolutely perfect! Our room had an incredible view, and the beach was gorgeous! All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a delicious dinner at Segars, and it was amazing! We plan on coming back each year for our anniversary:)

Great ambiance, clean rooms, great view, and good food. But need a bit of remodeling.

The room has water on the floor next to refrigerator and seems to be spreading making the small room feel smaller. The colors and the textures on the walls seem very outdated. The downstairs seems very lovely but the rooms feel like a cheap motel room and not worth the price.

This place was amazing super clean the people were super awesome the food was great it even has its own sushi bar the beaches are beautiful and I would recommend this to anyone

Parking system is atrocious. The noise level was just entirely too much. I understand that in a resort some noise is to be expected but the hallways were especially non-absorbant to noise making for a rough night of sleep. Ugh.

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, views are nice. They're making improvements as you can imagine are necessary with an older hotel. I stayed for over a week while working remotely. The wireless is intermittent as is the room's ethernet connection in my case. Overall there were only a few drops each day, but that doesn't help much in the middle of VoIP calls. It's fairly manageable, just a heads up.

My wife and I went to this hotel for our 20th Anniversary this last week. I was really worried about picking a new hotel since I wanted everything to be perfect for us, and it was! From the moment we pulled up, the staff was very attentive, and quickly got us checked in. We splurged and went with the Ambassador Suite, which was by far one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

I cannot say enough about the Sandestin Beaches, they are absolutely gorgeous! Even with the temperature being a little chilly, the water was still fairly warm, and walking on the soft white powder sand was a dream.

While we were there we partook in many of the hotel's amenities. The spa was amazing, and to my surprise we had free access since I am diamond. We also got the side by side 80 minute aroma therapy and Swedish massage, which was probably the best massage we had ever had! We rented a beach site for the day, and the young man who helped us out was very friendly and got us all setup very quickly.

If, I have one complaint it is that the steakhouse, Seagars, was a huge let down. The meal was priced at what I would expect from fine dinning, but the steaks were awful, and the staff spent the entire time up-selling us and telling us how great they were, that I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. Meanwhile the steaks were so gristly that we couldn't even chew them.

All in all an amazing place to spend a romantic get away! Skip the Seagars restaurant while you are there and spend your money on the other amazing amenities.

Beautiful resort!
Weather was great! Even with hurricane Laura coming ashore west of us.
