Awesome place family environment. Lots to do. Beaches are perfect

It's not bad, some cleanliness issues and mediocre food, but fine otherwise.

Excellent hotel choice to consider if you are looking to visit Miramar beach, have a more resort-style type experience, and don't mind spending a little more. In general, this is probably my favorite beach area I have been to so far in Florida, and it is nice and relaxing, especially if you visit during the off-season.

Definitely worth it! From the beach to the pool, to the spa to the restaurants and golf, it was amazing!

So many wonderful options for housing, shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, tennis, Beach.

I always love coming to this place. Part of its charm is that it stays the same but doesn't feel outdated. It's a very comfortable setting.

Wonderful rooms, wonderful staff, this hotel was incredible all around. The sushi joint inside is priced fairly, and I was surprised the prices weren't through the roof. Excellent bar, the pools were fantastic, our ocean view was a dream. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and our visit. I absolutely loved every part of it.

Have been at this hotel for the 3rd time and it has always been clean and neat, rooms are spacious and comfortable, have tried breakfast there but it was not this great, so we got out of the hotel for breakfast, the bar/restaurant around the pool is ok in case you need a bite for lunch.
I have tried the spa today for a Scalp/foot/hand massage and it was a bad experience, this guy has no knowledge of massage whatsoever, I could not wait until he was done, it was the 30 longest minutes I remember going trough, I was thinking of trying other massage services there but never mind.

Subpar compared to other beach resorts we've stayed. We stayed at the junior suites and the room was very nice and spacious for our family of four with an amazing view. Amenities were good although the hotel felt cramped at times. Areas of improvement for this hotel to get my business. During the 7 days we stayed here, there was always scarcity of towels for the pool/beach area. Cocktails/drinks were juices with minimum level of alcohol which would be fine for an "all inclusive resort" but this is not the case for this hotel where cocktail prices started at $9/drink. Housekeeping services were awful. We had to call everyday to remind them to do our room and when they did, they didn't remove/clean cups and/or replace towels.

Amazing resort, great vibe, lots of things to do, great Beach area, a bit crowded but it's chill.

This is a truly amazing resort. The exterior of the building and the grounds are great. The interior and each room are fantastic. The staff are beyond fantastic. I can say enough great things about this resort. So, I will not try to say it all. Stated simply, this is just a great place to stay when in Sandestin. I would suggest it to anyone.

This place goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I would definitely recommend this place 100%.
We also had bikes on the back of our vehicle and had no issues at all. The security is no joke.

I am rating a low score because my family and I come once a year for the last 4 years. My husband has his conference there. We requested the same room we get each year with the wrap around balcony. We reserved this in March. We had the confirmation with the room number on it. When we arrived in July, they showed us to a different room with a queen bed instead of the king and a tiny balcony with a brick wall so we could not even see the beach when seated. When my husband complained, we were told, there is nothing we can do for you. It is the luck of the draw to get that room. What? Nothing you can do? Really? So we are staying in this room with a smaller bed and balcony AND we reserved our room on March AND had the reservation printed out with our room. They gave it to someone else.
We are VERY disappointed in this hotel! We spend around a thousand dollars here and we were treated terribly! NEVER say there is nothing we can do. You could comp our small hotel room we did not ask for or give a free spa treatment.. SOMETHING could have been done!! We will not be returning and I will share this experience on social media! Thanks for NOTHING!

Great restaurants, pool, and easy access to the beach.

Everything is great except sun block is $22 great pool and beach area!!!

We are headed here in a few weeks and CANNOT WAIT! This will be our third time going for Spring Break- man is it amazing here! So much to do. I love SanDestin because it is a family friendly area - about 10-20 minutes Destin. We found this resort as my husband is a Hilton Member years ago and we don t want to go anywhere else!! There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, coffee shops, pool restaurant as well as a quick snack restaurant. No need to bring towels- they have it all! My child loves the bunk bed and this year is bringing a friend woohoo! The beaches are usually crystal clear with the best sand EVER (obviously if storms have rolled through it can be different). The golf course looks great- although we haven t been- we may try it out while the kids are in the kid program to take a break! Breakfast on site helps to bring on the day earlier for the kids without having to leave! We love the sushi/ sports bar in the evenings- and may try the fine dining restaurant this time as we haven t had a chance yet! This place is truly unforgettable with kids! It has definitely spoiled us! This is our spot haha! One day we will have to try a suite... can t wait to be there already!

Across from the entrance on the main road is a cool area called Baytowne Warf that we love going to walk and dine around- and they have plenty of kids activities! Surf Hut is a fun restaurant to hit up for an early lunch... it sits on the beach and is kid friendly with fun games to play on the beach- we found it nice to go out for early lunch and break up the beach day and stay in for dinner to avoid the crowds also not too far is a Whole Foods if you want to pick up your own dinner!! About 5 minutes away is a movie theatre in case it rains and more shopping!

Beautiful and expansive. Great service. Here for a conference and the facilities and crew have been great. The actual hotel rooms are large and modern. Hope to return again soon! Great job by all.

Perfect Spring Break destination for the family. Spectacular Beach, Super Friendly staff especially Chris and his crew setting up chairs and umbrellas. 2 Heated Outdoor Pools great for the kids.

Staff was extremely nice. View was great, very clean and easy access beach. Most things you need are within the vecinity. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay there very much. There are things to do close to the hotel like bowling, arcade, hydrojet ride etc. Lots of restaurants closely and even in hotel. The security was good also. We recommend it and we would visit again.

We will be going back. It is a beautiful property. Great staff, extremely clean, one of the best vacations we have taken.

The amenities are nice. Enjoy it because you want to enjoy and not because you think they will encourage you to enjoy. Come down annually with fam and glad I do. The options for fun are limitless. The staff s professionalism is good but their hospitality is a hit or miss . Have you credit card ready to be used..no budgeting here

A great location to visit and enjoy a meal. The Sandestin Resort next door is paradise. This area is a must visit!

Wonderful stay. It is in a gated community of sorts. Feels pretty secluded on the beach from society. Cool stuff.

We love the Hilton Sandestin. I've been in several of the resorts in the area and this is by far my favorite. The views are amazing, the food is great, the staff is awesome, can't say enough good things.

Stellar hotel at a great value! Best beaches in the world.

I came here July 15-17,2020 and the resort was very nice and everything I expected it to be. The food was great and even though it was overpriced you did get large portions so children can split one meal. The umbrellas and chairs on the beach could have been a little further away for social distancing but it wasn't too bad. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbor's whole conversation too. I'm only taking a star away because on my last day Housekeeping came in my suite around 7:00am and again at around 8:30am unannounced and woke me up by opening the door. It was scary especially since children were asleep in the bunk beds and I thought it was an intruder. Please don't have your staff do that especially since COVID-19 is still prevalent. I'm still upset about them doing that especially since it was extremely early.

Beautiful beach view from a spacious, updated room in the Spa tower. My only issue is with the hot water. I ended up taking a lukewarm shower because I had to get to a meeting. A co-worker said she inquired about the same issue in her room and was told to let the water warm up for 10 minutes!!!! That's a difficult thing for those of us that live in a drought region of the country!!!!

We're have been here so many times. My family love staying here. It's beautiful and the beach and location are ideal.

My family and I have stayed at this resort for 10 years +! By far the best resort we have stayed at. They do anything and everything to make sure every guest has a perfect stay. Very clean! Very safe! It is close to nearby shopping centers and has complimentary shuttles for transportation. I look forward to staying here each year- just beautiful!

We were only there for a pickup, but we're giving directions to where we needed to go.

Love this place but too expensive when you can rent a house for less across the street which would have been better for my family of 6

Great vacation spot. Staff and accommodations are first class. Rooms new and beds so comfortable.

Great view from the balcony! Room was clean every day and fresh towels / extra toiletries were readily available. Ordered room service with my boyfriend one night which took around an hour, and the room decor was a bit dated. Otherwise, lovely hotel and nice beach access!

The master bedroom closet was used as a broom closet, urine on the toilet seat, trash was left in the garbage can from the last guests, the shower was ice cold on the first night of our stay, the sink was clogged (day 2). Upon addressing concerns we were told to wait until the am to call when management would be available. When the call was placed management sent out staff that did not have the courtesy to knock on the door prior to clean the toilet (same day). The resolve was 40% off next stay. That is unsatisfactory. After an experience like that in a place like the "Hilton" is not worth circulating another investment at this location. In the future staff should not tell guest the water is hot due to small water heater. Just fix and keep the explanations.

Loved entire experience, unit was very clean and exceeded our expectations

Me and my family stay at Hilton Resorts on all of our vacations around the world. Today the Hilton was having an event by the beach where they were doing face painting and giving out balloons for all kids, my kids waited in line like everyone else to get their face painted. When it was finally their turn the lady doing the face painting rudely told them you are not part of the event and asked them to leave because it is a private event!!! This event was on the pool deck below our room, we could see and hear everything from our room. The event was open and accessible to all with no signs or barricades (that we could see) what so ever indicating that this is a private event. My 3 and year 4 years when they heard the music and saw balloons/face painting they got very excited and wanted to do it too. Kids at this age don't understand what a private event means and honestly we are on vacation so if we can see celebrations and festivities from our room then it should be shared for all. we are extremely disappointed in the Hilton management for treating us this way, my kids were extremely sad all night. I spoke to management at the front desk but no one seemed to care or did anything about it.

Awesome location and beach with a very very poor management and customer service, starting with the front desk agents. I'll never compromise my vacation again booking with this Hilton location. I would recommend looking for a beach front condo or house, since they run around the same price range as this hotel, plus, condos and houses usually come with a kitchen, washer/dryer and more privacy.

Nice grounds, room 6871 Bayside needs an update in the worst way..the beds are extremely old and lumpy, the springs are popping out. They need more towel racks in the bathroom as we're not using maid service during pandemic ...there was enough towels which was nice and the view is pretty.

This place is very clean, the service is good, everything here is amazing.

The beach is fantastic! Walk either way. Lots of wildlife washed up on the beach. Sea cucumbers were very interesting. Food was yummy too.

This place is for the novice traveler. Staff inattentive and almost invisible. Parking is a joke...if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you. I paid a premium for beachfront with view. The beach was 10 minutes on foot, the view was a parking lot and my car I had to take an Uber to 15 minutes away. When I tried to speak to manager none was available FOR THEEE DAYS. We left early and ate the $2500. Do not stay here unless you don't mind being treated like trash. Peace and love

A nice place but if you go during the summer you will find the beach to be very busy
