Large clean rooms with beautiful views. Attended a conference on property, all facilities were clean and inviting and staff was helpful and accommodating.

It s sad that this hotel attempts to block a large section of a public beach to generate more revenue for itself. Not everyone needs your overpriced chairs and umbrellas and they shouldn t be forced to nearly sit in the water or have an obstructed view because of them.

The Serenity Spa is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very professional and courteous.

We have been coming to Hilton Sandestin for 10 years, we love the area and the beach is amazing. We came to the Hilton for a relaxing Christmas break. It certainly was not. The hotel was over run with obnoxious teenagers attending a basketball competition. The pool, outside areas and beach turned into no go areas. Kids were out of control with loud music and poor behavior. Their chaperones seemed to be sitting around gambling and drinking in the bar areas. My sons were approached by girls in the elevators to go to their rooms. Thankfully I have decent kids who didn t take them on. I felt very let down by Hilton for hosting school groups, not what I expect from a luxury resort. It completely ruined our relaxing break. The best was trying to get served in the sushi restaurant in the evening. The staff were running around after kids eating take away pizza serving water, over paying guests. Tables were taken up with youths eating take away food and drinks. It was ludicrous. We spent a lot of money in the restaurant as we love sushi, but again it was not a joyful experience.
After our visit this time we are seriously considering other accommodation in the area. We will always come to sandestin for its beautiful beaches, the Hilton needs to step up its hospitality. Our room was very dated. The bed was lumpy and the pillows not great. There was pink mold in the bathroom and we had to beg for room service to clean the room. We leave tomorrow and I am looking forward to being back home.

This is a top notch hotel, with excellent amenities. I was fortunate enough to be bumped to a large suite, and the room was beautiful. Very clean, with great views. The restaurants attached are nice, and you can't beat having two pools right off the beach.

Awesome place! Actually my favorite is Destin, but the Hilton just feels refreshing every time!! Mrs. Trish is a valuable asset to the guests here!! Truly hospitable

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The property itself is beautiful. Once you get there you will see alot of diff. Hotel's and if you booked third party you will be in a dump. Be careful so you don't end up at the end of the property in a Motel!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Lots to do on the resort for all. Our room was nice and clean. I have 2 complaints.... One is how HORRIBLY uncomfortable the couch/pullout bed is. It was awful as both! Two is they need more signs posted around the property showing how to get to areas of the resort.

Been going here for several years and have always had a great experience. The rooms are very big and have everything you need. They have coffee pots, refrigerator, microwave, and a safe in the room. They also have a spa and a few places to eat that keeps you at the beach and don't have to fight traffic and the crowds to eat. Highly recommend the Hilton.

Good news is that this place has excellent beach views and comfortable beds. Bad news is that everything is dated and the quality of the food from room service is average at best. Customer service could stand to be improved as well. This place is not what I would expect from Hilton especially at this price.

The staff is fantastic. They even have an assistant available by text for information. Great location and the rooms are very comfortable.

I really dislike resorts like this, but if you love golf, staring out over the gulf, and gated communities, then this place is for you.

We came to the beach and rented a few umbrellas. We needed one close to the parking lot because we have a child who is handicap and needed easy access. The lady who helped me, her name was Tiffany H and she was not only unhelpful but seemed unconcerned to help accommodate our needs. I felt she was rude and had bad customer service. I don t trust places who don t have any accommodations for children or adults with special needs. Will not be returning.

I go here every year and the rooms are nice pools are relaxing great place to stay

Been staying here for years. Great place to relax and have a awesome run every morning.

Love the location and the views. Our room was a bit dusty though. The cups, trays, ice bucket, and coffee maker were as if they haven't been dusted in a week or so.

On the beach, great views and cool pools. Just need to get the candy on the pillow. Found this plugging in my phone charger.

Amazing food catered buffet style for a special event! Everyone at the resort Hotel from Bellhop to gift shop and beyond has been above wonderful!

Hotel hasn't been remodeled in 20 yrs ceilings stained, carpet dirty. Nice outside of your room. Valet suck. Bags fell out of the back and they just stood there.

Clean and family friendly. Beach is beautiful and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. The staff is definitely seasonal, the way they act and treat guests gives you that impression. Bring your own beach chair as the Hilton charges 30$ a day to use a chair and umbrella. We Made the mistake to visit during spring break and apparently the hotel thinks it's a good idea to schedule large events in there conference areas at the same time, without increasing there staff so the place is a zoo. However Rooms are great as is food. You will enjoy everything if you visit at the right time, just not the cheapest.

The best place to stay with the friendliest staff. I love this hotel and definitely will be back. So clean with everything you need for a great vacation. They have thought of every comfort for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic. Rooms were clean, and the three pools were awesome when the kiddos couldn't handle the ocean anymore. Red Tide stinks, but that has nothing to do with the hotel stay.

Here for a meeting. Temp outside is in low 60. Conference center temp not able to adjust. 90% of the attendees complained, with no help. Rooms clean but over priced greatly. Toilet was leaking in the room and took 2 calls to just find out if someone was coming to service it, finally after some time and water all over the floor a gentleman showed up.

I spent my Honeymoon here almost 7 years ago always this place well always be a special place to me and my wife first class all the way

Accidentally left my blanket there and "nothing" was found... but the breakfast is amazing and beach,pool too...

Great resort, friendly staff and amazing food at every restaurant. Love the Hilton Sandestin Resort. Get the beach front room, not the beach view. If your looking for the best room, that is.

Check in is at 4 our room wasn't ready until 5:30pm not acceptable after a 4 hour drive. Also they now make you wear a tight rubber band bracelet at the pool also not acceptable for almost $400 a night at a resort that you must pass thru 2 guard shacks to enter do they really have an issue with people sneaking in the pool? I shouldn't have to wear a rubber band when I just dropped $2k at the front desk

I have been coming here for years, but it s been about 4 since I came. I cannot express how consistent this resort hotel has been for me! Their customer service is AMAZING. They re so clean and professional. They are in the best convenient location many food options, beach access, pools, bars, all within walking distance. You don t need to drive anywhere, which is a peaceful feeling to know! I will always choose this place over others. Nothing beats the balcony view of the ocean and this location.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. I would give it 100 stars if I could. I was in heaven. Everyone was friendly and courteous. No complaint whatsoever.

Very nice resort, clean, with all the expected amenities. I wish there was another breakfast option that allowed takeout. The staff is very good and dedicated, many friendly faces you see every day. The crowds during Spring Break exceeded elevator capacity and long waits for the buffet and coffee shop, so a lot of waiting. Outdoor pool heater was broken during a busy time.

Great location and overall a wonderful stay! The one thing I can't get over is that they charge for beach chairs. I just think that's kind of tacky.

Every year for our anniversary we visit Sandestin and it is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, the staff, everything about this property it's just an absolute delight. The activities, bicycle rides, walking, enjoying the sunrise, sunset, the amusement park , the shopping, the eateries, it's just absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this resort especially for those lazy days you sometimes need while on vacation.

You cant go wrong visiting this resort...
Everything is so convenient..eating choices are great .plenty of shopping only 5 to 10 minutes away..Step outta of ur hotel room past the lobby& u cant be at pool instantly or stroll right down to the beach...It's a small piece of heaven....right there in destin..

In short, this is the best hotel in Destin.
You get what you pay for.
