I have an upcoming stay July 24th, but I have had multiple calls, concerns and questions about our reservation. Hilton customer service also had to call (spoke to Kim) once concerning some of the dates of my reservations. Kim is a wonderful! I ve have talked to her each time and each time it was so warm and welcoming. She by far is one of the best hotel staff I have encountered that I haven t even met! We stay at Hilton very very often. I only have high hopes of my upcoming experience there. I wish more places had people like Kim who care about their guest.-The Logans
