Went here for the 1st time. VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I was fascinated just walking in the door seeing the art on the walls. Bass that rumbles your chest during the show. I Love it. I'm looking forward to seeing plenty of shows/plays here.
The Color Purple was awesome you have to see it all the characters were awesome!!! I loved it

As far as I can tell, there is not a bad seat in the house. The sound in The Fox surrounds you like a chorus of angels (yes, even Rock music). The decor is breathtaking. Even the rest rooms have the opulentence of great theaters of generations past. Everyone should experience The Fabulous Fox Theater.

Beautiful building, that I can imagine is a great place to see theater. The seats are restrictive during some concerts.
The Fabulous Fox Theater as a young man I worked as an usher at the Fox Theater. I learned that the Fox was the second largest theater in the United States after the Roxy Theatre in New York. I knew everything about the Fox quiet as it's kept. Alright that's enough I tell you anything else I'd have to you know the rest.

Went there for a concert, which turned out to be just okay. But The Fox it's self is absolutely gorgeous. Don't have anything close in Dallas.
We went to see The Lion King!! It was awesome!! The Fox is a beautiful venue! Parking can be iffy.
Amazing facility. I recommend taking the time to look around as much as you can before going in. The seating was great..a little cramped for tall people, though. Acoustics were great too. Lots of parking and restaurants nearby. The staff inside were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The staff at the door, on the other hand, were rude and sarcastic....pretty disappointing given the rest of the experience was so great.
It's the fox it's legendary and always takes my breath away when I walk It! Plus, great shows!

Husband sent my daughters and I to see Wicked and it rocked their world! They got dressed up to the 9s and were in awe of how beautiful the building was and how amazing the show was. One of the BEST live theater venues in town!!!
I can't say anything about this beautiful building that hasn't already been said. It is a treasure and if you get the chance, go every time you do.
I went to a rock concert here, and although it was an amazingly beautiful art deco venue that reminded me of Radio City Music Hall in NYC, with the decorations and vibe, it was honestly the scariest (not death metal or anything) concert I have ever attended. The wait to get a drink was 30+ minutes (for a bottle of water), the parking lot was a scary mix of people although that can be attributed to the neighborhood, not the Fox), and we had great balcony seats, but the entire 1,000 people in the balcony were dancing (nothing crazy for a jam band), and the balcony swayed about 14-18 inches every few seconds, and I thought there was going to be an engineering disaster newsworthy of crisis headlines. We were all safe in the end, but this place is maybe suited for opera and musicals, no audience participation/dancing, although it was beautiful.

Went to see Anastasia and it was the most beautiful performance. The stage is absolutely beautiful. On the top floor, they have all the performances in a frame for each year for almost 40 years. Going to the fox is always a treat.
Absolutely beautiful venue. Saw Wicked here and the show was amazing but the theater was just breathtaking.
I went to the Fox Theater on a date and saw Wicked. Although we were in one of the very last rows we had a great time and could easily see everything just fine. The theater is so ornately decorated it's a treat just to be in the theater itself never mind for the show.
Fabulous venue. Performance of Love Never Dies was very entertaining and beautiful. The singing was, at times, breathtaking.
A beautiful place to see! It was my first time there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I could have spent an hour or more just looking at the architecture of the ceilings! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Stunning as always, but experiencing the added bonus of Christmas decorations is a huge plus. The attendants on the floor are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend catching a show here (especially their Broadway series), the building itself is a great experience!

I ve probably seen 60 shows at The Fabulous Fox. It never gets old. I love the building, the decor is fantastic and they have a great events. One of many jewels in the city.
It is grand old type theater and they bring in top notch entertainment.

Saw the Book of Mormon. Great fun! Beautiful theater but the sound system is absolutely terrible! Many around me asking "what did they say?" Repeatedly...seems they should fix this as it is primarily a music venue.
It's such fun to see a show at the Fox Theater! Just walking around and seeing the theater is entertaining as it is. The staff is very friendly and I don't think there is a bad seat anywhere. It is expensive but worth it for a special occasion.
The Fox itself is beautiful. We went and saw Dear Even Hansen. The show was excellent, if you get a chance it is worth the time!
This theater is amazing and beautiful. It's totally in the league of all the big theaters in Chicago. Seating is good, seats aren't flat and uncomfortable. They book good shows. Location is great!

It was efficient, lots of leg space in between the seats. It does look very old and dated, but that didn't stop a wonderful production!
Saw fiddler on the roof it was great! Loved that the Fox had concession prices for their 90th anniversary. Soda and candy bars were 90 cents. Really can't beat that. Beautiful venue as always.
Great historic theatre. We got there early so sat in the alcove where the pipe organ console is, watching the organist play songs from musicals from all periods. Then we went in to our seats and this on the screen.

saw Hello Dolly today. Very good show. seating was good; however in the mezzanine level most spoken words by the actors were not clearly heard, except for the leading lady.
