For our honeymoon, we booked a junior honeymoon suite but then a few days later decided to upgrade to a nicer, PRICIER, more private suite. We booked the second room on a different/new credit card thinking we would easily get a refund on the first room, since they claim you have months to get your refund/deposit back. We have waited six weeks, numerous calls and this is the third time in those six weeks they've said our refund has been processed and even expidited and STILL we have not received our $1,500 deposit for that first room. They bs around putting you on hold and transferring you only to be told, "the manager is away from office". I'm so extremely regretful of wasting my money, A LOT OF IT, and time on this place.
